Party Bites catered my wedding and did an incredible job! They took care of everything and it was completely hassle free for me. Everyone commented on how delicious and professional and fancy it all was! -

They were such a hit at our wedding! People kept going back for more plates. We did the Asian, Latin, and Southern BBQ buffets set up like stations. The staff was amazingly kind. Would highly recommend! -

My daughter's wedding was scheduled for July 2020, and in June our original caterer went out of business! Antonio was recommended to take their place, and he implemented the original menu with lots of COVID adjustments. Party Bites did a great job and I would recommend them highly.Party Bites Catering's reply:

Antonio and his Party Bites crew catered my son and daughter in law's wedding at Howe Farms in Georgetown, TN. We had a fajita bar and hot chocolate/coffee station. Not only was the food fantastic (so delicious!), they went above and beyond my expectations. The entire crew was professional and so friendly, incredible customer service. I could not be happier with our experience, I would highly recommend Party Bites Catering! -

They went above and beyond with the catering for our wedding! The food was absolutely amazing! The staff was so incredible to work with! Antonio paid attention to ever detail I wanted and made it happen and more! I could go on and on about how fantastic everything was! They will be catering all of our events in the future! -

Joan B. Sent on 11/01/2023The chef told me he forgot the appetizer 1 minute before I walked down the aisle. DISASTER! Unprofessional!
I waited a couple days before writing this review because that’s how DISAPPOINTED I was to their chef, the food and unpreparedness.
I arrived in the venue at 2:30pm and I saw everyone preparing for the event. At 4:56pm, the guests started heading to their seats and the bridal party were lining up (wedding starts at 5pm). I was so excited! I was in the line waiting for my veil to be put on until the chef and our event coordinator pulled us aside for a quick talk.
The chef, Antonio, said you chose this appetizer and I checked that you paid for it. My assistant (or whatever) forgot to move the hors d'oeuvres on my list. (No accountability, blame it on your team.) He apologized and said I can run back to get some appetizers but it won’t be the same as the one you chose. Or I can go buy some nuts. I WAS LIVID. I said, “why are you saying this to me NOW before I walk down the aisle?!!! I’ve been here since 2pm!!” My husband tried to calm me down and he said, “only us can ruin our day. We can’t do anything about this right now. Just breathe. We’ll deal with this later.”
The whole night, I really tried to have fun and enjoy. The chef is doing two jobs: a chef and bartender. We paid for a bartender but obv, he is the bartender. I’m not sure if they don’t have enough staff or he’s saving but moving on… I can tell he felt bad when he tried serving food to people and asked me if I wanted a plate. Like no, I want you out of my vision because you remind me of how much you failed a 30 guests wedding. I went to all my guests and apologized on his behalf that he forgot our appetizer. My sister and brother said they were hungry and some guests said it too. We cut our ceremony short so we can go straight to dinner.
Dinner time!!! Wow. I’m so amazed at how opposite the taste testing was to the real life meal. I have photos of the taste testing meals and it was instagram-able if that’s a word and it used to be saucy and amazing. Real life: DRY. I asked the server where’s the prime rib’s sauce coz I remember I had some on taste testing. He gave me horseradish sauce. Hmm… just no.
The only positive side is everyone got drunk coz there’s no food in their stomach if that’s your catering goal. Negative side: everything food related. I didn’t finish my plate because they took the plates so fast for cake cutting.
Overall, I DO NOT recommend this catering. Apologies are great but events like these that are planned, organized and paid ahead of time is just plain unacceptable. Would he double checked his list if it was 100+ people? More to lose? Or it didn’t matter because we’re 30 guest list? I read your previous response about having conversations with our friends and family. I’ll ask them if they want to write a review too. Maybe that’ll give you an awakening that guests are being nice and positive because we are all trying to have a great time and obv, you failed and WE ARE NOT HERE for apologies.
We can all say sorry, but in the end of the day, those mistakes show how you run your business.
