We used Parlour 727 for hair and makeup for our wedding. From the start, Lauren was quick to communicate what the process would look like and the next steps. We tested hair and makeup to explore ideas beforehand; Lauren was patient as we went through different photos and explained what would be the best choice.
On the wedding day, everything was smooth and seamless. They completed everyone's hair and makeup on schedule. A stress-free experience! We would definitely recommend their services for a wedding. -

I had bridal makeup done by Sheiva, and she was outstanding! I loved her from the moment I met her at my trial. She was fun, professional and made the whole process stress free for me as someone who doesn't typically wear a whole lot of makeup! She was flexible when I wanted to make changes and did an amazing job. She also helped with my bridal party, and Lauren as well. Lauren was great from the moment I inquired. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Parlour! Thank you ladies!! -

My florist recommended Lauren to me to do my hair and makeup for my wedding and I am beyond grateful that she did. The whole experience with her from the initial consultation to the day of was seemless, easy and fun. She is so easy going and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you meet her. I wanted a Hollywood glam type look and I have really fine lifeless hair. Lauren worked her magic skills and brought my hair to life and it lasted all day. I didn’t think my hair could ever look like that and I am very picky who touches my hair because it’s not easy to work with! I gave her a few inspiration pics for hair and makeup and she knocked it out of the park. She’s well worth every penny and I would definitely use her again. Not to mention she was very gracious and without hesitation accommodated us when we had to move our wedding date due to a hurricane. I could compliment Lauren all day for many reasons, she’s just a wonderful person and very talented at what she does! She truly is the BEST! -

From Black to Beauty!
Shieva with Chic Beauty by Shieva did my makeup for my broadcasting segment on WFLA’s Daytime TV Show. It came out absolutely STUNNING!!! I had a pretty serious black eye from the day before and she not only made it disappear completely, but she also made me look STUNNING on live TV!!! I would 100% recommend going to see her for your own big day. Check out this transformation! -

I chose Parlour for my bridal hair & makeup. Lauren is incredibly professional, flexible, and patient. I appreciate so, so much that she truly values customer experience. I changed my mind about my bridal hair and makeup multiple times throughout the process. She was very understanding and helped guide me. I went from being sure that I wanted my hair down for the big day, only to end up opting for an updo. Throughout the process she was more than happy to support my decision. When choosing between traditional and airbrush makeup, I ultimately opted for the airbrush makeup, but do wish I would have gone traditional simply because it felt like it looked heavy when we took the majority of the photos (we did a first look). It sort of "settled in" later in the evening and looked more natural - the longevity with airbrush is certainly there. I think I'd suggest opting for the air brush if you intend to have a long wedding or are not having a first look, especially if you prefer a lighter look. Lauren did a wonderful job on the makeup for myself and my attendants, nonetheless! One of my favorite memories of my wedding day were the calm hours before the photographers arrived while Lauren was doing our hair and makeup - it was peaceful and relaxing, thanks in large part to Lauren really knowing what she's doing.
If you're on the fence, choose Parlour, you won't be disappointed! -

Perfect in every way!
Lauren + team made my wedding day absolutely perfect! You spend a good portion of your wedding day with your hair and make up artists, especially when you have a large wedding party, so it’s really important to have someone great. Not only is she the most kind person and easy/fun to be around, but she truly cares about you, your big day, and listens to what you’re looking for and uses her skills to make you feel absolutely beautiful! Lauren was amazing! Our wedding was last minute and Lauren responded right away and was able to get my mom in for our hair and makeup. She was extremely professional and personable and make the process super easy. We asked she keep the makeup more natural which she did. The salon is in a great location and I am so glad we found it! -

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Lauren as my hair stylist for my wedding in March of 2023! She was so sweet and easy to work with. I enjoyed chatting with her while she did my consultation and on my wedding day. She has such a positive and beautiful spirit about her! Although I chose a different style for my wedding day, she was very flexible and skilled so it was no issue for her. I loved both of the styles she did but I wanted a half up-do. It stayed the entire night and looked amazing in photos! I would highly recommend you seek her out if you are between Sarasota and Tampa =) -

Lauren and the Parlour 727 team were amazing before and on the day of my wedding. Lauren spent a half day helping me perfect my look for my trial and didn’t even bat an eye when I decided to change my hair last minute day off. The airbrush makeup lasted so long and totally worth every penny. Lauren and 2 others did hair and makeup for 10 of us in record time and gave everyone dedicated attention. Definitely recommend Parlour 727 and plan to use them for other events in the future! -

I’ve never considered myself to be a photogenic person, so hiring a makeup artist who would make me feel beautiful was a touchy subject for me. A friend recommended Lauren and I hired her and Jerry to do myself and my entire bridal party (both hair and makeup). The results brought my family to tears. I spent the day smiling happily for pictures and feeling like a beautiful bride. Lauren did exactly what I asked, listened to my every concern, and laughed and joked with my friends and family in the bridal suite. It felt more like I just had an extremely talented friend. It was so clear that her sole focus was making sure everyone’s hair and makeup looked amazing.
I also asked Lauren for an additional service of tattoo cover. My grandparents don’t know I have a large back tattoo and after Lauren’s careful work, they remain oblivious. You cannot see one hint of my very dark tattoo in any of the photos, if you don’t believe me, ask her for a photo from my wedding! She will gladly show you!
Also, I bawled like a little baby and my makeup still looked flawless well into the after party but came off with cerave with zero irritation. -

I am so happy that Lauren was my hair and makeup artist for my wedding! I don't live in FL, so I ended up doing my trial just a few days before my wedding. Combine that with the fact that I wear very little makeup in my day to day life, and I was nervous about the experience. Lauren immediately made me feel at ease, and she listened to my requests and gave me a look that made me feel like a glam version of my best self. 100% recommend! -

Best day ever
Lauren was the most professional makeup artist. She made me and my bridal party so beautiful and we had a blast the whole time. She calmed my nerves throughout the whole process and her work is perfect. I never thought I could be so comfortable in my wedding makeup. It lasted all night, through kisses and tears and lots of dancing! -

My daughters wedding fell on a Sunday morning. Lauren opened her studio to our wedding party. It was the most relaxed I felt the entire weekend. We had a breakfast buffet set and the girls had multiple mirrors to prep. Lauren is a master! She handled make up and hair for the bride, her attendants, the flower girl and me. My daughter looked radiant and could not stop smiling. Lauren worked her magic. Of all our service providers, Lauren shined brightest and we felt we had spent the morning with family. Her prices were extremely reasonable. -

Great choice
Lauren did such a wonderful job on my hair and make up. I came in with no pictures or ideas and came out looking beautiful. My wedding was on the beach with a fair amount of wind and my hair stayed in perfectly. Lauren is a perfectionist and a professional. Love her and would hire her for my daughter's wedding if she would travel to Kansas City! -

I didn’t know what I was doing with my hair until my wedding day. I found a picture and Lauren was able to create the style, no problem. I chose to do the airbrush, which I had never done before, and I’m so glad I did. My makeup stayed on all night. And I was dancing a lot! All my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup too! They all looked stunning!

From my first inquiry I knew she was going to be awesome. She was very responsive and even asked for some photos to give her an idea of my wedding inspiration. At my trial, I couldn’t believe the magic she worked on my wild and frizzy hair. Lauren has the most bubbly and positive soul you could ever wish for on your wedding day when emotions are high. She is calm and has the most amazing talent when it comes to styling your hair. On my wedding day, with ease, she turned my hair into beautiful soft curls that stayed in place all night.
I would highly recommend her to any bride and I cannot thank her enough for being a wonderful part of my special day.

My first vendor, who I knew from another wedding, moved to Colorado just a few months before my wedding. I was scrambling to find a new one! I'M SO GLAD I FOUND LAUREN. Lauren did an amazing job styling not just me (as the pictures show) but my entire wedding party. She listened closely to everyone's wants and needs, and everyone looked stunning. I did not even have a trial with Lauren before my big day, and everything looked perfect. She taught my sister and maid of honor how to put in and take out my veil, which was so helpful. I highly recommend Lauren to any bride!
