Wedding of my dreams
Brianna was wonderful to work with in planning our wedding. She responded timely to emails. She accommodated changes as they came without annoyance. The staff who assisted with rehearsals and actual wedding were friendly too. The cashman photographer and Victoria were great to work with us on venue photography and made sure to capture wonderful pics on our memorable day. Highly recommend this venue. Would have loved to have cake cutting option but the cheers package was nice. -

Beautiful Ceremony
We booked the large chapel and it was more stunning in person than we could have imagined. We have received our video and photos which have far exceed our expectations. Everyone thought we knew the minister, he was great and tailored our ceremony after meeting us. It was a beautiful event and our guest are still raving about how meaningful and stunning our wedding was. -

Wedding- 1st time, Next time, One More Time!!
It would be impossible to express how wonderful our experience was having our wedding here. This was our third wedding actually, a vow RENEWAL for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were treated as well and as respectfully and with as much care as one might expect for any wedding. Our event was important to us, and that meant it was important to Miranda and her team. They helped us down to every last detail, including flowers, photography, music, and rehearsing the participants in our wedding party. The day went incredibly smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Miranda and everyone else that contributed to our happy day. -

I couldn’t have hoped for any more. The staff were lovely and made it as stress free as possible. They didn’t take up to much of our time before the wedding, in my eyes it went perfectly. Thank you so much. And the photographer was brilliant too.Paris Las Vegas's reply:

✨ Most Magical Moment of our Lives ✨
Paris Resort and Casino in Las Vegas OUTDID themselves!!! Every last person that was involved in our big day went above and beyond in the most professional manner to make sure everything was perfect! And boy was it. I’ve never experienced something so magical and neither did our guest! It was such an easy process from the booking of the venue to the exact detail of the wedding day! No stress of planning at all! Our wedding coordinator communicated with me constantly and quickly about any concerns I may have had! We got married on the pool deck of the Paris resort right in front of the Eiffel Tower and let me tell you, The venue was a dream, the roses for my bouquet and venue were the most vibrant, full, and perfect petals you ever did see, we chose a violinist and she was outstanding, our minister said the most perfect things, and our photographer made us look like we were in a magazine!!! It was unreal! We had 21 guest and let me just say we still talk about to this day! Such a memorable moment for everyone! They all said it was magical and boy did sparks fly ✨ afterwords we celebrated at the Eiffel tower restaurant in a private room called the Salon Privee overlooking the Bellagio fountains which was STUNNING! With first class treatment, mouth watering hors d’oeuvres, top shelf drinks, a perfect cake we added some music and had us a party! Best day of not only our lives but our guest as well! I would highly recommend getting married at PARIS Las Vegas, there’s just no other way to do it! 👏🏼 bravo Paris bravo 👏🏼 now check these pictures out 🤩✨-

Heather made our day go perfectly. The chapel dem is beautiful and the photographer, pianist, minister were great.
The Paris Chapel is the perfect place for your wedding, it’s very beautiful and intimate. The cost is very reasonable, you can spend under $1000 with tips and have the wedding of your dreams, or you can spend $1000’s and get everything you want and need.n
Our wedding coordinator was Heather, she’s very personal and caring, she’ll make your wedding plans come true, even a fairy tale wedding.Paris Las Vegas's reply:
Dear Joy & Lon,
Thank you for your amazing review. I am so glad we were able to get everything back on track after our reopening. You guys are an amazing couple and it was my honor to help you plan your Special Day!

Perfect experience, Perfect day
Rick and I exchanged our vows on 2/20/2021. Because of COVID our celebration/wedding was canceled or postponed many times. We had a vacation planned to Arizona and a couple days before we left we realized that we were going to be within 5 hours of Vegas. I took it as a sign and excitedly suggested to Rick that we should just do it the following weekend. Rick was not as enthusiastic. Visions of a cliche Elvis, fast, non personable experience came to his mind. Not to mention that how in the world would we be able to get it together with less than a week to go.
Nothing could be further from that scenario. From the first contact to the Paris Chapel the experience exceeded our expectations. The process was smooth, Heather was more than helpful, responsive, and professional. The packages were exactly right with the different levels understandable and just right, with the ability to customize and add the necessary items to make it special. Heather kept in contact on a regular basis which eased the nerves knowing that things were taken cared of.
One concern with us was that we would feel rushed with the tight time frame. Again we worried for nothing. Not only did the process go without a hitch, there was NO rushed feeling. It felt like we were the only one scheduled for the entire day. Keith, our officiant, was personable, funny, and the "sermonette" seemed written just for us. He spent a bit of time with both of us before hand and made us feel at ease. He was AMAZING!
I can't say enough about Paris Chapel Weddings and their team. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Rick was totally blown away with the experience.

Pandemic? No Problem!!!
Wow! I literally can’t say enough about this venue and the amazing experience I had getting married at the Paris chapel on 08/08/2020.
My original over-the-top New Jersey wedding plans got cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and as you can imagine I was in a panic... but then there was calm despite my chaos was calmed when Heather Omoto-Ramirez and I started planning my Vegas wedding.
In a short amount of time, Heather made my dream wedding come to life in Vegas. Every single guest said, “I had no idea the wedding was going to be this nice.” The chapel is GORGEOUS and everyone followed all of the safety guidelines which made my friends and family feel really comfortable.
John and I are SO SO happy with how our day went and we urge anyone and everyone to get married at Paris!
We even gave Heather a favor so she wouldn’t forget us, since I won’t forget how great my wedding day was.-

Vegas wedding
My wife and I were worried about the stereotypical Vegas wedding and this was not that! The Paris has a great classic and beautiful look! Our pictures came out incredibly with the onsite photography. We had 40 guests and heard nothing but good things, from the rooms to the food at our reception everyone had great things to say. Heather , our coordinator, was so incredibly helpful. We would very frequently call and text her with questions and she was always welcoming and always able to help! I would highly recommend the Paris if you are looking to have the perfect Vegas wedding!Paris Las Vegas's reply:

Baker/DeCanio Wedding 11/2/19
My daughter was married at Paris Hotel on 11/2/19. It was a happy, beautiful event for my daughter and son-in-law and our family and friends! Everything was so wonderful from beginning to end, more than I could have imagined!!
The ceremony at Chapel Paradis is something I will always remember! It was beautiful and touching and I can’t thank Heather Omoto-Ramirez enough for all her help in planning and on the day of the event! The minister was just awesome as was the music, photographer and videographer.
The reception at the Versailles Room was absolutely magical and beautiful. The appetizers, dinner, drinks and cake were delicious!! I also can’t thank Jerri Sandman enough for all her help to create this wonderful event. I had never planned anything like this and Jerri was awesome!!
We also used All Night Long Entertainment for DJ and Photography services for the reception and they were just great!! Everyone loved both the DJ and Photographer!!
I was so happy to meet everyone and want to thank them all again for their help to help us create this magical wedding!! It was a happy beautiful event!!!

Easy, Fun, Professional, Outstanding Venue!
There are so many variables that can go into wedding planning. Especially destination weddings. Especially destinations you can't possibly see before the day like Las Vegas in our case. But we took a gamble (pun intended) and hit the jackpot with the package at the Paris Wedding Chapel! Heather and the team were simply amazing. We arrived a couple days early and quickly went to the chapel to take a peek. Not only were we impressed with the facilities, but we were also immediately were able to have a few questions answered and a short sit down with Heather. The level of customer service and caring was outstanding. My biggest worry was that we would be treated like cogs in the Vegas Wedding wheel, but that was not the case. We felt very supported. When you're about to be married you need people who can support you and put your mind at ease, that was our experience at the Paris Chapel.
The ceremony itself was beautiful. We had the larger room. The flowers were excellent, the piano player was great. We also hired an Elvis who was excellent. A few of our family members who are LV regulars said he was the best they had ever seen. Our minister was also a friendly and joyous man who helped us through the ceremony. We didn't have a rehearsal, but we were able to pull through with his help.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Paris Chapel! My wife and I wanted to go do it again next year! (kidding)Paris Las Vegas's reply:

The Time Of Our Lives
Dan and I had no idea we could have so much fun, getting married at our age. We did know that we love Paris Las Vegas, so it was a natural choice to be married in their absolutely beautiful Chapelle du Paradis! We chose the “Take Me To Paris” package and it could not have been more special. Our Wedding Coordinator Heather (included in our package) made sure our day was perfect and memorable. She made sure every detail was covered. Sandra Dee was so fun and helpful as well. Void Spa did my hair and makeup. Our photos are beautiful and artistic. The DVD is excellent. We chose a pianist for music and Pastor Mike made our ceremony so special. If you are looking for a perfect wedding and considering Paris Las Vegas. Don’t hesitate. I will always be grateful to them.Paris Las Vegas's reply:

Amazing Paris Wedding!
The wedding coordination was extremely easy. Our coordinator, Tina Arnold, was prompt with responses, helped us through the whole process, and was genuinely excited for our big day! She must coordinate hundreds of weddings every year but always made us feel special for our day. She made the entire process easy from beginning to end. We only had to provide a few details and show up dressed ready to say our vows. Our minister, Mike, was also great. He told us how the flow of the ceremony would go so we didn't have any surprises. The speech that he gave during the ceremony was beautiful and fit us perfectly. All of our guests made comments about how great he did. Crystal was our photographer and she was so full of energy the entire time. The pictures turned out incredible; and she took nearly 200 photos! We loved working with the entire crew at Paris Hotel. They made our wedding day very special!-

Beautiful Wedding Ceremony
I just had my wedding ceremony at the Paris hotel last Saturday and I am SO happy with how everything went. I chose a package that included flowers, photography, and music and I loved absolutely everything. My wedding coordinator, Elisabeth, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and she was always extremely fast and responding to my emails leading up to the event and answering any questions I had. She did an amazing job at making sure my ceremony was beautiful.
The minister did such a great job that a lot of my guests came up to tell me how beautiful and unique the vows were. The photographer was also very friendly and made sure we had amazing photos to choose from.Paris Las Vegas's reply:

We had our wedding at the Paris Hotel Las Vegas. It was beautiful. The coordinator Tina was really nice and stayed in touch with me for every detail so my day was perfect. The Chapel already was beautiful so we didnt have to add much decor to the room. The ceremony was only $1200 and it included a dvd of ceremony, 12 professional photos, and bouquet and more.... It was a perfect ceremony and reception. We couldn't of picked a better place. After we flew to FRANCE for our honeymoon to seal the deal !!! Absolutely Perfect ! -

We had our wedding at one of the chapels in the Paris hotel and we were amazed at how perfect everything was. Tina (the wedding coordinator) was absolutely amazing, she and the rest of the crew went above and beyond for us and our families. We were more than happy with the entire thing. The pictures were also way more than we expected (in a good way)! They turned out beautiful, there wasn't one picture we didn't like. I would highly recommend the wedding chapels in pairs hotel. -

I recently got married at the Paris hotel chapel. I was very nervous organizing everything via email, but I have to say that my wedding day was perfect due to the staff there. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and every detail I mentioned in my numerous emails was handled. My husband and I made a CD for the ceremony and hand-made programs that we were able to drop off the day before the wedding. Allie (the wedding coordinator) was not there when we stopped by, but the girls at reception made sure she received everything. The packages that Paris offers are very reasonable and allow you to add on additional items if desired. I was so happy I chose to hold my ceremony at this location; everyone I worked with did a fantastic job and made my wedding day a success! I’m still getting compliments on the chapel and how adorable it was. -

My husband and I got married on April 5, 2014 at the Paris Hotel in the Chapelle du Paradis. It was absolutely gorgeous. Tina was our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic. We went to Las Vegas in August 2013 to take a look at all of the chapels and we fell in love with the Chapelle du Paradis as soon as we saw it. We live in Houston so we communicated with Tina via email and everything turned out great. She was very responsive and helpful with all of my many questions. Our wedding was on a Saturday and she let us come in Friday to discuss the walk through and even changed a couple of things for us at the last minute. We did not add any extra decorations to the package because if you've seen the chapel it's gorgeous without any extra ribbons or bows and it also saved us money. The photographer was amazing and got some awesome shots for us. Overall, I absolutely loved our wedding ceremony...it was perfect!
We had our reception at the Paris Hotel as well, in the Champagne Ballroom # 1. There were about 40 of us there and the layout of the tables, dance floor, bar, food and DJ area was perfect. We were worried the room would be too big and look empty in the pictures but that was not the case at all. Evie was our reception coordinator and she was a doll to work with. She was very responsive to my millions of questions that I would send weekly. She recommended Sight & Sound for the DJ and Photographer and we were so happy she did. They did not disappoint! The food was delicious and our cake was beautiful. it was my perfect wedding! -

When we were researching where to get married, we were hoping to find a place that would make our day very special and unique. We wanted our day to be very memorable and relaxing. And that's exactly what we got, and then some. The people at Paris Las Vegas did everything they could to make our day every we wanted it to be. Elisabeth, our Paris Chapel wedding coordinator, was responsive and worked with us every step of the way.
The chapel that we initially picked was unavailable so we had to switch in order to have the ceremony broadcast over the internet, which was important to us since our families would be watching from home. Other than the fact that the internet wasn't working on the day we got married until the very minute that our ceremony started, everything went without a hitch. Our officiant was very positive and friendly and made an attempt to learn a little about us personally and incorporate that into the ceremony. The flowers that they provided were exactly what we were hoping for too. My wife still talks about how beautiful her flowers were, and how much that surprised her. But really, the one factor that stood out above everything else was...the photographer. Doubling as our witness, Tina was absolutely amazing. She took hundreds of shots for us. We had photos in the chapel, around the casino and outside the venue. Neither one of us are very photogenic, and she made us look like models! Several of the photos are easily some of the best pictures we've ever seen of ourselves. We really cannot say enough good about the whole experience. A big "Thank You" to Paris Las Vegas for making our special day a very special memory. -

I planned our wedding completely via email and telephone. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The package we decided on included everything we initially felt we needed, but we were also able to easily add on extras once we realized we wanted a little bit more. On the day of our wedding, the staff was friendly and attentive. The photographer was extremely upbeat and seemed to love her job. Pastor Keith was also great and we appreciated his kind words. We made an appointment to view our photos a couple of days after the wedding. Aside from the fact that I blinked in a handful of pictures, we really liked the way the pictures turned out. Considering I never met the staff prior to the wedding, or even saw the chapel before I walked down the aisle, I can confidently say that I was more than happy with the wedding and the staff. -

When we went to Vegas to look for chapels, we had to make appointments with most places to see the chapels and someone walked us around showing us everything and explaining every detail to us, when we called Paris they said to just come on up and we could take a look around. We had already checked out packages online so we knew what we were looking for, so it was so nice to just be able to walk around the chapels ourselves and not be talked at the whole time. We fell in love with the Chappelle du Paradis and when we came out someone was there to answer all our questions and gave us a packet of info to look at ourselves. We loved how much less conveyor belt it seemed. They provided us a wedding planner, Elisabeth, who was just amazing. she helped us with absolutely everything we needed, and answered every stupid question we had, she was funny and so knowledgeable. Everything was just perfect! -

I have no idea why this chapel isn't reviewed more often because I had an amazing experience there! I went on a scouting trip in June of 2012, and visited nearly every chapel on The Strip. When I arrived in Vegas, I had my heart set on another chapel. However, much to my surprise, I fell in love with the chapel at Paris the moment I met with a coordinator, Tina, for a tour. She made me feel like my wedding was important to her. I signed right then and there.
We were married in the larger chapel, the Chapelle du Paradis. The chapel itself is gorgeous. The fresco on the ceiling is jaw dropping and the decor is lovely. Pictures online don't do it justice. All of our guests kept telling me that they could not believe that a Las Vegas wedding could be so elegant. They've recently updated their floral arrangements, which (in my opinion) completely updated the look of the chapel. They were red and kind of dusty before, but now they are brand new, HUGE, and ivory with crystals dripping from the arrangements.
Our ceremony was perfect. It lasted a little over 20 minutes, which surprised me because I'd heard that most Vegas ceremonies are less than 10. Paris let us customize our ceremony, and I was able to bring in my own unity candle, and add in vows to my new son, as well as a watch exchange with him. I also brought in my own music and everything went off without a hitch. Sandra Dee and Heather were my coordinators on the day of the wedding and both were very helpful and kind.
Our pastor, Roland August, gave a beautiful invocation and blessing during the service. Before the ceremony, he met with my husband and I to get to know us as individuals and as a couple. He incorporated our story and personalities into our ceremony, mixed the right amount of humor and sentimentality, and did it all with a great smile on his face. If you're looking to have a beautiful wedding in Las Vegas, but get lots of value for your money, this is the place to book! -

We had a great wedding at the Paris! The chapel was beautiful, our coordinator was very helpful, and the pictures looked great! The pictures are expensive of course, but I think that we got a great value for what we got, much less than a traditional wedding photographer might have charged. -

We had our reception in one of the Paris ballrooms and can't even begin to tell people how impressed I was!!! The ballrooms are BEAUTIFUL!! The food that was served was probably the best food I've ever had, and heard MANY of my guests say the same thing! I worked with a lady named Stacy, would was also AMAZING! She told me right off the bat to just relax and that she had it under control, and she proved to me the night of my wedding that she was more than right!! The staff that worked serving that night were also more than wonderful!! They made sure that our drinks were full at all times and made sure we were doing fantastic the whole night!!! They really MADE my wedding! Thank you!!!! -

I booked the Eiffel Tower Restaurant online and mentioned that we were coming for our wedding dinner, I also ticked that I wanted to have organized 2 tickets to the top of the tower and a photograph of our night. I also asked for a view of the Belliago Fountains. EVERYTHING I asked for was provided - amazing service. When we arrived we needed to wait for our table so were directed to the bar for drinks. The cost of the drinks at the bar - expensive!! When the table was available we were led over and there were red petals on the table for us, our waiter was so friendly and professional and the meal GORGEOUS, my husband loves steaks and I've never heard him declare that the steak 'is the best steak I've had in my life' except on this evening... wow that's a compliment.
The photographer came over to the table between meals and took a photo and organized our tickets to view he city.
When I went to the ladies my napkin had been folded beautifully and placed back on the table, my husband said he turned his head for a second and the lady tidied up the napkin so fast he couldn't believe it.
Dining at this restaurant completed a perfect day for us. I'd certainly return to the Effiel Tower Restaurant to dine when in Vegas again. -

We held dinner at the Mon Ami Gabi restaurant at the Paris hotel. It was nice because we had a relatively small group and everyone could pick what the wanted to eat and we ordered lots of wine for the table. Our tables looked out at the Bellagio fountains and it was a great night! The food was really good and the service was nice. We also liked the wine recommendations that they gave to us. (We also stayed at the Paris hotel on our wedding night and it was fabulous as well!) -

Las Vegas Wedding at Paris Hotel
Our wedding was absolutely amazing! Chappele Du Paradis is a beautiful, classic and very convenient venue.
Heather Omoto-Ramirez, a wedding planner extraordinaire, went above and beyond to help us coordinate and schedule everything in a very short time!
Our dream wedding date was 4/3/21, but due to Covid we had to change our plans multiple times and finally gave up and decided to postpone our wedding. However, only 5 days before our magic date we decided to check if it would be possible to get married in Vegas. We reached out to a few venues and were truly impressed by Heather's responsiveness, attention to detail, expertise and professionalism! From the first contact Heather made us feel excited, comfortable and confident in her ability to deliver! She made it happen for us, and we are very grateful for everything she did to customize the wedding package to meet our needs and pretty tight schedule (as we could only fly to Vegas for 2 days). Heather worked with us on rearranging the chapel schedule and helping us decide on a various options, including music, flowers, chapel choice (du Paradis vs du Jardin), etc. The minister, photographer and pianist were also wonderful!
We highly recommend Heather and her entire Paris Hotel Chapel Weddings team as well as their stunning venue! They definitely exceeded all of our expectations and made our special day absolutely incredible and memorable!Paris Las Vegas's reply:
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! It was such a pleasure meeting all of you and making your Dream Day come true. -

Parisian Dream package deal was amazing
We worked with Heather Omoto-Ramirez to plan our wedding. We went with the package deal called the 'Parisian Dream.' It was fantastic! The package included a 4 night stay in a suite, use of one of the 2 gorgeous chapels, officiant fee, 2 limo rides, and credit for flowers, room service, restaurants, the spa, the Eiffel Tower experience, and breakfast in bed. It also includes the rights to ALL photographs that the professional photographer takes and access to Diamond Lounges in any Caesars Entertainment property (read: free snacks and drinks in special areas in the casinos). The chapel was gorgeous, the officiant was amazing, and the details made the wedding so elegant (a violinist played our choice of music during the ceremony and there were white rose petals strewn down the aisle for example). Heather made everything very simple. I don't live in Vegas and so we emailed back and forth. The wedding was in February and we went to Vegas during Thanksgiving and met with Heather in person once before the wedding, but that wouldn't have even been a must. Heather provided wonderful customer service, gave us worksheets to fill out that ensured all the details were accounted for, and answered all of my questions quickly. The hardest part about my wedding was the weather. Seriously. We showed up and the Paris fulfilled every part of their job to the letter. Everything was great. If you are considering a package deal for your wedding in Las Vegas, I would strongly recommend the Paris.Paris Las Vegas's reply:
Dear Natalie & Tyler,
Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in to every wedding. So thanks for your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again next time you are in Las Vegas. -

I'll always look back on my Paris wedding fondly because everyone was so helpful and everything went off without a hitch. Now I should preface that by explaining that I'm a bit of a control freak, so I had everything planned and documented down to the letter many months in advance. We started with Ali as a coordinator, but somewhere along the line Sandra took over. Both were extremely professional and kind during the planning. We had our ceremony in the larger chapel (Chappelle du Paradis); even though we were having a small guest list (about 23 people) it seemed a lot more elegant than the smaller one.
We had Rev. Salton (an older grandfatherly gentleman) and were happy about that too. He appeared in his ministerial robe and performed a short, but nice Christian ceremony for us, and we were both very pleased with it.
The one thing I dinged them on was value...not because we didn't value the experience, but we thought that some pricing was silly even for a wedding. My mother-in-law makes silk flowers and was willing to make me a nice big bouquet, but Paris wanted us to pay practically the equivalent of buying their flowers just for the privilege of bringing our own. I wound up opting to buy theirs instead--a beautiful 24-rose bouquet, but significantly smaller than what I could have brought from home.
All in all though, it was an excellent experience, one I'd recommend to anyone. -

I couldn't have asked for anything to go more perfectly. I purchased a package that included ceremony site, photography, DVD, flowers, and hotel stay. I told my wedding coordinator Ali the special details I wanted and my color selection and she took care of everything. I was very nervous because we didn't have a rehearsal but everything went smoothly and coordinated. The chapel was beautiful! The service was excellent! And most of all my wedding was fun and stress-free! -

The ladies at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel chapel were very professional and detail-oriented. This is an all-in-one ceremony vendor that included the chapel, great live music, an officiant, decor, photography, videography...the works, all in one package. The package was a little pricey compared to other nearby vendors but it was well worth it. There is nothing better than wedding pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower! They also prepared our suite and sent lots of gifts and food. I had a great time! -

We were married on top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel. We also stayed at the hotel and ate lunch the day before at Mon Ami Gabi. We had lunch after the ceremony at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. We had 12 people in our party and everyone was very accommodating. My wedding planner was Erin, she was more than helpful. She answered all of my questions any time I had any. Our photographer was great, he took over 200 pictures and we couldn't pick so we bought them all! The pictures were very pricey, but we had to have them!
Lunch at the Eiffel Tower restaurant was delicious. We would not recommend the eggs Benedict unless you are not hungry, it is a very small serving. However, everything else was amazing!
The ceremony on the Eiffel Tower was great, it was at 9:30 in the morning which led to a beautiful view. According to my family it was chilly up there, but I didn't notice at all. -

We had our wedding reception dinner at "Le Buffet" at Paris Casino and hotel. We were able to book the private room "Alsace", as we didn't want to be in the main dining area. Food was fabulous, and the buffet idea was well worth it as guests were able to have a different variety of choices of what they wanted to it. Excellent dessert section of the buffet as well (perhaps too excellent, as we wound up having a lot of left over wedding cake ?) The only glitch at the end of this was that the manager of the buffet location insisted that the bill wasn't paid (which it was via our wedding co-ordinator) and after about 20 mins of arguing with him, I wound up paying it again on our credit card. I was irritated about this, and of course the arguing with him made us late in joining the rest of the party out on Freemont Street. I had sent an e-mail off to our wedding co-ordinator immediately after the incident and received a reply first thing in the morning, with her apologizing profusely. It appears that the manager (new to the position) didn't know how to read the invoice on their computer, and that the bill had been paid a few days prior to our event. I was immediately refunded back the amount that was charged, but just wish this incident hadn't happened as it did put a small damper on the whole day. Overall the food was good. -

The wedding planning department was wonderful! They were always very attentive and great with returning phone calls. This was a destination wedding for my husband and I so we were very nervous but it truly turned out wonderful. We were given a beautiful petite suite with our package. They would randomly deliver champaigne to us as well as lots of gift baskets. It truly was a stress free experience for us and would highly recommend the Paris. The one and only complaint would be the price. They could knock it down a grand or so for the ceremony itself. -

Not only was Erin my wedding planner but Paris Las Vegas is were she works and where we got married. She is one of 5 or 6 wedding planners at the Paris Hotel. We had a really intimate and romantic wedding ceremony (we had about fifty guests). She was very helpful and nice. The cost of the ceremony also included flowers, a photographer, a video of the ceremony, the officiant and music. The value was great. Right before the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. She took care of the groom and groomsmen, made sure they knew what to do and she talked to all the bridesmaids and the ring bearer. She even gave me and the girls some champagne to ease my stress. We had a great ceremony with no problems! I really am happy with the Paris Wedding Chapel! -

Our entire experience with the wedding chapel at Paris Las Vegas was absolutely wonderful! Heather was our coordinator and she was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. When we finally met a few days before our wedding, she had everything organized and ready to go, and on the day, she made sure everything ran smoothly. The photographer (Tina) and officiant (Keith) were both equally phenomenal. We were allowed to take our wedding party with us for photos which wasn't mentioned in the brochure and we got some fantastic shots around the property. Tina got our photo DVD edited and ready for us to take home with us the very next day which was great so we didn't have to wait to have the disc shipped. Pastor Keith was very professional and lead a heartfelt and concise ceremony. He also took time to meet with each of us separately before the ceremony to let us know what was going to happen. Our Videographer and Piano player were efficient but didn't necessarily go above and beyond in anyway. Our DVD and webcast of the ceremony is mostly focused on me and though there is camera at the front of the church, most of the video is shot from behind the pastor. The packages were decent and we chose the "To Paris with Love Package" that included a 3-night stay in one of the burgundy rooms, webcasting and 24 prints. You aren't able to customize the packages at all, so even if you don't use a portion the package, you aren't reimbursed, nor can you use it towards something else. There is also a $900+ charge for the rights to all the photos on the photo DVD which you have to pay if you have photography in your package. Our package included a $100 credit but it was still a charge we hadn't budgeted for. My MIL also surprised me with handmade bouquets but I wasn't able to carry them as there was a charge for outside flowers.Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend the Paris Wedding Chapel to anyone looking to get married on the strip!

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Paris Hotel in Vegas. Our ceremony was perfect! The Chapelle du Paradis was absolutely beautiful. Our minister was really sweet (It was his first ceremony in English as he usually does all the Spanish ceremonies) and he did a great job. It was nice and quick which I was happy about. The photographer was ok...not super happy with the pictures but she did capture some good ones. It was a little too posed for me. Sandra Dee Valentino was our coordinator. She was great at helping me achieve my vision. I didn't do any decorations in the chapel as it was ornate enough on it's own but I did get a custom bouquet and boutonnieres for the guys. She was right on the ball for that. Overall I would definitely recommend getting married at Paris. -

The Paris Hotel was a great place for my daughter's wedding and reception. The staff was very friendly and patient answering all of our questions. Both events exceeded our expectations and really made it a special event. -

We have just begun the wedding planning process, they were very prompt to get back with me and helpful with all of the booking. I rated the flexibility low because they have already booked up for multiple weekends over 10 months away and their times are pretty set in stone as well. Overall though, so far so good! -

I used the Paris for my wedding ceremony. We used the Chapel Paradis. The decor was beautiful and I couldnt have been happeir with the location. The value for the package could have been better but was within the going rate. My one complaint is the email communication with my "wedding coridinator" whom I paid for within my package was poor. The only time I felt I ever received a response was when I wanted to pay for something. I also asked her to charge me for all the remaining purchases and was told it was taken care of only to have a bomb dropped a month before the wedding I still owed a large amount because it wasnt. -

The good: The ceremony was awesome, the minister was funny and personable, and we got a great deal on our photography and a DVD of the ceremony. Before the ceremony, I was able to have champagne with my fiance and our parents, and take great photos.
The meh: I totally get that my coordinator was probably busy with a million different weddings, but the response time to answering my emails and calls was pretty bad. They were very friendly though, and I can't help but think that it is probably just a lot on their plate that keeps them from being able to focus enough on any one particular wedding. -

We had our ceremony at the Paris Las Vegas Chapel du Paradis. We had a 3 night stay in a red luxury room which included a bottle of champagne as mentioned on the contract (which we received a $5 bottle of wine), a cheese and cracker platter (which included saltine crackers from the soup bar and was an extremely small plate all together). Nothing about these features in this package were not of good value for the amount of money spent and reputation of the hotel. The room was small but had a great view. They were very flexible with timing. They were able to start our wedding a little earlier than planned. We expected a bit more from the package. -

Beautiful chapel
Everything was beautiful. The only thing that happened was when I got off the elevator all of my guest where outside the chapel doors waiting to get in. The coordinator knew I was coming down, but the guest where not let in the chapel. Everyone saw me before the wedding. The minister was fantastic. The music and flowers were beautiful. I was happy to have a beautiful ceremony at Paris. -

I have mixed feelings about Paris. Here goes my two part review-- one for the chapel, and one for the reception. Chapel Pros: We got married in the bigger chapel, Chapelle du Paradis, which was very pretty-- the whole reason why we chose to get married at Paris. There was no need to add extra decor because it was already beautifully decorated. The minister, Doug Linderman, was great. Very professional and nice and carried out the ceremony perfectly. The photographer was also very professional and nice and took beautiful photos. Chapel Cons: I had a specific music request to walk down to "Canon in D." Well, when I started to walk down the aisle, "Here Comes the Bride" was playing. This was very disappointing, especially since we had arranged for the string instruments and we were paying extra for that. Luckily, they apologized for the mix-up and reimbursed us for the extra amount we paid for the string instruments, but I am still traumatized by it. Ali, the coordinator I worked with during the planning process was extremely nice and helpful, but wasn't there on my wedding day. I didn't understand how someone I had been communicating with and put my trust in wasn't actually there to make sure things flowed smoothly during my ceremony. Instead, my wedding was just handed off to someone else, and that probably explains the music mishap. After the ceremony I emailed the chapel with a question about our wedding photos and someone from the chapel responded to me, "Your photographer should have explained that to you during your viewing." I told her, "We didn't have a sit-down viewing because we left for our honeymoon the next day." She replies, "I'm not your coordinator so I didn't know that." Okay, WTF, then don't answer my question if you don't know the answer! That was annoying. Moving on to the reception.. We had our reception in the Versailles ballroom at Paris. Reception Pros: The ballroom itself and the corridor was stunning. I absolutely loved the chandeliers and the blue and gold detail. Stacy, who I had been working with was nice and helpful, but sarcastic at times which I didn't really appreciate. I have to give credit to Stacy though, because she placed the flowers on my cake since my florist was unable to, so that was nice of her. Our cake, btw, was delicious and gorgeous! Exactly how I pictured it. The baker at Paris is excellent! Reception Cons: I sent a large cashier's check to the hotel weeks before the wedding to pay for the reception and just days before the wedding they hadn't received it yet. It must have gotten lost in their mail system. They ended up finding it a day or two before the actual event, but it was a very stressful situation and I wish they would have been more organized. The food was a disappointment. Our guests had a choice of either the rib-eye steak or the jumbo stuffed prawns. Both entrees came with mashed potatoes, and my guests complained that the mashed potatoes were too salty. This was kind of embarassing because people will always remember how crappy the food was at our wedding! DO NOT USE their in-house vendor (Encore) for any AV services. They set up a projector and screen without my consent and charged me an arm and a leg for it! I already had arrangements with my DJ for that. Did they think I wouldn't notice the extra charge on my credit card?? When I told them I needed a refund, they finally gave it to me, but NEVER apologized. -

Several issues with some of the rooms for our wedding group. If we are paying a premium price for the rooms, first impressions mean everything. The service staff on the grounds were excellent; however, assistance with making changes on the phone within the hotel was a different story. One operator even made the assumption of changing a room from a room with a rusted tub to the room we actually requested in the beginning a tortured request. completely and utterly unacceptable behavior. Another room had sewage issues. Cmon Paris, get it together!!!
front desk, concierge and bell desk were superb…..all keys were ready and timely emails were sent to let us know when rooms were ready.
the ugliness won't allow me to refer someone to this venue however….I know other good places to stay at more affordable prices. -

The chapel is run independently, and they do a great job. The ballroom coordinators were not good. My original reception coordinator was named Evie. She was nice enough, but always acted like I was trying to plan things too early. She recommended I use “Next Level Events” for my reception décor which also went badly. My original coordinator from Next Level Events was Jen. She was always scattered and canceled my appointment last minute in November with her when I flew to Vegas. By December, I stopped hearing from her altogether. I called the office multiple times only to be told she no longer worked there, and I was supposed to be getting a new contact. I never got one, so I kept calling until the owner (Laurie) said she would take over my account. A week before my wedding a new girl named Kim said she would be setting up my wedding décor and went over details (most of which I had to keep clarifying). In similar style, I could no longer get in touch with Evie after April. I yet again had to call around to find out why my ballroom coordinator was no longer available. I was told that she was no longer with Caesars Entertainment, and I was assigned a new woman hired 2 weeks before my wedding named Jerri. My bridal party had a very bad experience in the salon. I show up to the ballroom and all the centerpieces are on the floor and none of the tables are setup. I call Jerri and the decorator and ask what is going on and they acted like everything was normal. The food was pretty good, but cold. The decorations were better than before. All the ballroom bathrooms were completely blocked off for the Arabian nights concert (which I had not been told would happen). When I walked over there to try to use the bathroom (in my wedding dress), the security guard says the bathrooms are closed for a “private event”. I angrily told him “I am a private event” and he said “there is a bigger one” and walked away. My guests had to walk 5 minutes to the bathrooms by the pizza stand. -

Horrible Experience
We got married at the end of May at the Paris hotel and Casino. We booked it probably 8 months out so we could get our exact time/day. Everything was great, paid our deposit upon booking (1/2) which was an all inclusive pricing. Included the venue, organist, officiant, flowers for bride/groom/best man/woman etc, photographer and videographer (included a minimal amount of pictures, the rest can be purchased). Around 3 weeks out our coordinator called and got the rest of the payment. Everything was confirmed etc. skip to wedding weekend (was a Sat) we hadn’t heard from our coordinator at all on the weekend for info about when to show up, when should guests anything. My wife called 3-4 times during the day to get this info, no one answered (wedding scheduled at 4p) so we just planned to be there at 3:45 (since they have weddings scheduled almost every hour) well at 3:30 my wife gets a call from wedding venue saying “Where are you??” You need to be here by 3:45 or we are cancelling this wedding!!!! We were going to be there at that time anyways. But we were never informed of a time, guest arrival, ANY details. I get there first, checked in. They took me into a separate room to place mic, flower etc. also the officiant came in (a lady, probably in her 50’s) asked a few questions like to you have your own vows, or anything requests, I said no. Then she said who is going to pay my fee of $75 CASH? I said I thought it was already in the package? (I’m pretty sure it was at that time) but to avoid any problems I just paid her $75 cash. During all this my soon to be bride came down and went into a separate room to get her flowers etc and a different coordinator was saying to her why are you so late? And then my wife said she called multiple times during the day, no answer, no emails from coordinator, nothing. She then informed us that our coordinator quit 2 weeks ago and no one ever followed up or took her booking etc. Then she said if you don’t walk down that isle in the next 3 minutes we are canceling this wedding!! “We have many other wedding to do today” it wasn’t even 4pm yet. It was literally like 3:57p. My wife was furious with all this, being yelled at, no communication beforehand, and threat of wedding being cancelled. Anyways, she did walk down the isle minutes later, we were married!!!! Took pictures, videos etc but her blood was boiling underneath. We left Vegas a couple days later and my wife called the Paris wedding venue to speak to the manger or director. She explained exactly what happened. Director was only apologetic but offered nothing. Also asked about the officiant asking for her fee, she said it was included and they have been having complaints about this. But nothing was done because it was a “cash transaction” and can’t be verified. So basically she said sorry you had a bad experience, my wife followed up with we will write as many reviews as possible. Lady responded with do what you need to do. Also found out that the coordinator of our wedding day walked out of her job later that evening. Major disappointment and disaster. Please don’t book with Paris in Las Vegas for your wedding!!!!!Paris Las Vegas's reply:
Hello Drew,
First and foremost, we do apologize if you felt your wedding day was anything less than seamless and what you had expected it to be.
All info such as arrival times, and minister fee which you state no one alerted you about, is all listed on the wedding contracts and event orders that you did sign when they were sent to you.
We do require our brides to be at the chapel 30 minutes prior to start time, as outlined in the signed contract. We do also state on the contract in several places that the ministers fee is $75 and not included in your package cost, this can also be found in our marketing material. We have never included this fee in our packages at any of our locations.
Thank you for your feedback as it helps us to improve and continue to grow.

Beautiful Venue, Poor Execution: A Wedding Experience We Can’t Get Back
We held our wedding through Caesars Entertainment, with our ceremony at Paris Las Vegas, reception at Carmine’s (Caesars Palace), and guest rooms at the Flamingo Las Vegas—and the experience across all three was extremely disappointing for the cost.
We spent over $10,000 total, yet the level of planning and coordination was poor throughout. The officiant at Paris Las Vegas was disorganized and unprofessional, repeatedly making mistakes during the ceremony. On top of that, the ceremony was set up facing directly into the sun, leaving guests uncomfortable and ruining many of our photos—something that could have easily been avoided with basic planning.
Our photographer was fantastic, but the setup by the venue made it impossible to capture these moments properly.
At Carmine’s, the restaurant refused to seat our guests until we arrived, even though they knew we were in the middle of photos, forcing us to cut that time short. The Flamingo was also a disappointment—room block issues, poor room conditions (smoke odors, broken fixtures), and unprofessional staff.
Most of these issues were completely preventable. Despite raising all of this, Caesars only offered $150 in compensation, which feels insulting given the impact.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime day, and we will never get those moments back. I would not recommend Caesars for a wedding.Paris Las Vegas's reply:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your wedding experience did not meet expectations, especially on such an important occasion. Please know that we take your concerns very seriously.
While compensation was provided, we understand that it does not fully make up for the impact these issues had on your day. Your comments regarding the ceremony setup, coordination, and communication across our venues have been reviewed in detail. In particular, we recognize the concerns about the ceremony orientation, and we are implementing changes to our summer setup procedures to better account for sun positioning and guest comfort moving forward.
We regret the challenges you experienced at each location and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can improve. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue working to enhance the experience for future couples.
Thank you again for your honesty, and we wish you all the best. -
