From the moment we first spoke with Jay, we knew he would be perfect for our wedding. Jay was knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible during the planning process, and his wedding planning made It east for us to pass along information and update details as we went along. Jay’s vast experience deejaying weddings was evident and greatly simplified the planning process. On the day of the wedding, everything went off seamlessly. Jay executed the entire schedule from ceremony to reception without any issue or effort on our part, which allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding and spend time with our guests. We received numerous comments from our guests about how much they loved the music, fun photo booth and dancing! All in all, we could not be happier with Jay, and the Paragon Music deejays -

Jay and Sarah were so easy to talk to and work with! We loved their demeanor, humor, kindness, and attention to detail! Working with Jay was an absolute delight and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Jay was such a great person to bounce ideas off of and share song selections - we kept getting compliments on how good the music and the flow was during our wedding. Additionally, Jay was so instrumental in hyping us up in the days leading up, before, and during the wedding - making us feel at ease and truly making the event our own.

Jay (and their team) did an incredible job as the MC/DJ for our NYC wedding. We had a non-traditional venue and they went above and beyond to help advise on set up and execution. Jay was absolutely amazing at our fun wedding. He MCs everything, has a great way to get to know your personal music style, and just makes every event run smoothly. This last part is critical as you need fun and mature people at the event to recognize when other vendors might need help and to step in. Jay grabbed the mic and helped our photographers coordinate a mass photo opportunity, without missing a beat. It wasn't part of his role there but he stepped in with his funny and friendly style which really got everyone motivated to work together to make this shot turn out great. His team put up their lighting setup and just work so amazingly well to pull off your event. Nothing but talent, experience and delivery, more than what they promise at every turn. Awesome job Jay and paragon!!! -

If you want your party to be an amazing time, don't hesitate!
I literally can't say enough nice things about how incredible paragon music was. I experienced Jay at a friend’s wedding and was blown away with his expertise, professionalism and communication. If you want your party to be an amazing time don't hesitate, you're going to want to have Jay and Matt there! From the consultation I knew that Jay was going to be awesome. He was organized, upfront and made me feel completely at ease with the planning process. The night of the party he kept everyone dancing, made sure my fiancé and I were happy and overall surpassed the expectations I had made for the day. Photobooth was a hit with everyone! AGAIN, brides (or grooms) don't look any further these guys are the BEST!!! -

Paragon and DJ Jay was seriously amazing. I left the DJ part of the wedding up to my husband. Music is important to us, so we gave this task to him as a big one, and he did a great job. OMG! Jay and Sarah were extremely helpful and even did several conference calls with us at night because we both have busy work schedules. We chose paragon for our wedding in part because of a recommendation from a friend who used them for their wedding. They were one of the easiest vendors to work with - so accommodating and did everything we wanted without complaints. We even altered the reception timeline the day of and this wasn't a problem for them! The dancing at our wedding was so much fun thanks to you guys! Jay radiated positivity and enthusiasm throughout the celebration, easily connecting with our guests and enhancing the overall ambiance. The feedback from our friends and family unanimously echoed our sentiments – Jay was the heartbeat of our wedding, leaving an everlasting impression. We can't say enough great things about them! Highly recommend! -

Paragon and DJ Turk-E were the most valuable piece of our guest experience. Everyone loved the music and atmosphere he created for our wedding. The energy was electric and guests have said it was the most fun they’ve ever had dancing at a wedding, and my husband and I couldn’t agree more.
We planned this wedding long distance, and DJ Turk-E’s professionalism made the process stress-free and enjoyable. He really is a true expert and incredibly organized, especially for a destination wedding. He felt like part of the wedding party more than a vendor which made the night so special!

Paragon music DJs deserves 5 stars across the board. Their attention to detail and passion to meet our needs is unparalleled. My husband and I had the privilege to spend as much time as we needed during our planning session to ensure that all details would be perfect for our special day. This brought such a sense of comfort and solidified our confidence with Jay. When communicating with the staff from PMC, we were very impressed by their professionalism, prompt responses, and again attention to detail. Jay allowed us to see things from his professional perspective while still maintaining what my husband and I envisioned for our wedding. He truly is an expert in his field, we highly recommend!!! -

Hands down one of my most easy vendors to work with. I don't consider myself great at choosing playlist so I wasn't much help. I gave Jay a couple of important songs and a few must plays and he took the lead, he kept my guest dancing all night long and for that I'm am forever grateful! My wedding night was a night to remember. Not to mention he was so attentive the entire night making sure we were ok and when we were ready for our special moments. Jay and the team at Paragon music were amazing on our special day! We had to make last minute changes due to weather, and they did not even flinch. Paragon and Jay absolutely made our wedding reception. The DJ set was incredible— people were on the dance floor all night; we were exhausted afterwards from all the dancing!! We had provided a list of songs we wanted played but Jay went above and beyond to make it even better to include songs we didn’t even know we wanted! He also provided the mics and speakers for our ceremony, which went off without a hitch. Communication and service was outstanding throughout our planning process— we truly can’t recommend Paragon enough!! Thank you!!Paragon Music's reply:

After our DJ, a friend, had to back out due to a last minute mandatory work commitment, we were at a loss for who we could hire for our wedding. DJTurk-E was the perfect fit for our intimate backyard wedding. He was recommended to us by a friend who is working with him for her big beautiful southern wedding. He was attentive, kind, supportive, communicative, relaxed, and professional. His music choices were perfect for not only the wedding vibes we wanted, but for those in attendance too.
My brother said "he didn't feel like a vendor, he felt like part of the family"
My father said "he was exactly the style DJ you described you wanted... no screaming MC in a mic, chill, and cohesive with the event you planned"
He works in packages so it is easy to understand what you are receiving and all the variations possible. After a quick introduction it was clear that DJTurk-E was going to make our day very special.. and he did. He even worked well with my husband who had ALOT of song requests. ;)

Paragon music, and Jay specifically, throw a party. We love to dance, and our friends love to dance, and we wanted a DJ who could make that happen. Wow, did Jay deliver. In the weeks since our wedding, every guest who we have spoken to has remarked on how fantastic the music was and how much fun they had dancing.
Our day-of coordinators recommended Jay, who they have worked with many times before. We hired him because of his deep knowledge of music and because he was excited about playing much more than the standard wedding songs. In the lead-up to the wedding, Jay requested a play/don't play list and some guidance on what we wanted. He really took our asks to heart, and clearly put in a lot of time preparing a setlist for the wedding. At the event, he managed to tie together all of our requests, and read the room perfectly to keep people dancing all night. As one guest put it: "if people didn't have their hands up in the air within 30 seconds, Jay was moving on to the next song." As a small note, Jay also provided the sound for our outdoor ceremony, which was completely flawless.
Finally, Jay is a ray of light. He is positive and affirming, and brings passion to his profession. That is reflected across the team at Paragon, who are a joy to work with. I would work with Paragon and Jay again in a heartbeat.

We could not have asked for a better team to work with on our wedding day. Jay was amazing to work with leading up to our wedding. He arranged a meeting a few months prior where we were able to work with him to work on the timeline and picking out the perfect song for each moment on our special day. Jay provided his expert opinion which was so helpful in planning our big day. Throughout our wedding Jay did a great job playing music that kept the crowd dancing and having fun all night. He did a great job with announcing all of our wedding party members and made our parents feel like stars. Everyone kept complementing how great our wedding was and how much fun they had which is all thanks to Paragon Music. Paragon is the ONLY music service that I would recommend to anyone if you are looking for an absolutely flawless event! -

We hired Paragon and I cannot express enough how much of an amazing night they were able to orchestrate. From the moment we inquired about their services, they were nothing but professional and entertaining. From the first meeting with Jay all the way up until my wedding they had our hearts. We contacted Paragon Music to get pricing and information for our 2021 wedding. From the moment we reach out to them, Sarah and Jay were very helpful and accommodating.
Unlike many other vendors we had reached out to, they do not try to hide their pricing (very reasonable by the way) and were honest about everything they offered. Though we did not move forward with them (we opted for live music), I would trust them with my event in a heartbeat. If you can book Jay, I highly encourage you to do so! He's amazing and so professional and great to work with. Even with a couple of last minute requests, he was nothing but positive and accommodating. We booked him for our wedding and everybody was so impressed and we kept hearing comments from everybody about how great he was! Everybody danced the night away and his song selections were perfect. If you need a DJ for your wedding, you should definitely look into hiring Paragon. But I would recommend doing it asap, because he's very high in demand!Paragon Music's reply:

We were extremely fortunate to have Jay as our DJ and we have a lifetime to be thankful! We selected Jay after an overly-thorough DJ search process. He approached our wedding as if it were his own, and his warmth, flexibility, and positivity on the call was evident in his calm, upbeat demeanor at our wedding. He was timely and responsive in communications and a great listener.
Our wedding planners said they loved working with Jay and appreciated that he set up quickly and had everything checked and working, and they enjoyed him as a person as well.
We gave Jay a roughly 70 song playlist for songs we liked, and a 50 song playlist for songs we did not like, and Jay was on point with every selection being in line with what we were looking for. Multiple friends noted his technical skills in blending and transitioning songs, and everyone said our wedding was a rager in the best of ways, which is exactly what we wanted! Our goal was to get after it on the dance floor, and Jay truly delivered for us. I owe Jay an apology because my 67-year-old dad was so impressed with Jay that he drunkenly hugged Jay and grabbed his beard--sorry Jay!
We HIGHLY recommend Jay for any DJ occasion, especially if you want an epic wedding dance party! Since returning from our honeymoon, all our friends are saying "you had a phenomenal DJ!" Thank you again Jay!Paragon Music's reply:

My wife and I hired Paragon Music for DJ services at our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We also got the lighting package for the reception. We had a mixed wedding and Jay was willing to work with us to make it work amazingly. We spoke to Jay and he did a great job! Jay was professional, courteous and it was very obvious that he knew what he was doing. Our guests loved him. Jay was funny and got the guests involved with games and activities. One particular guest came up to me and said, "Who is this guy? He's awesome and he needs to follow me around and narrate my life." We highly recommend!Paragon Music's reply:
