  Perfect Venue and Perfect Hosts

  Oh Paradise Ranch! I can't not say enough about this perfect place. From the views to the accommodations to the owners, this place is beyond perfect! It's an absolute dream venue. There is so much beautiful that all of our pictures came perfect! Zana and Mitch are the kindest people and you can tell how much love they put into this property. I'm so fortunate to have met them and so lucky to have found this perfect paradise! Thank you for having us and thank you for all your help!

  The best venue ever!!!

  Paradise Ranch was a dream venue!!! Not only is it gorgeous (which it is, the scenery made our pictures incredible!), Zana and her team were amazing to work with. We had to change venues and re-plan our wedding in about 5 weeks due to Co-vid, and we could not have stumbled upon a better venue. Zana has a planner she has created that is very helpful in the planning process to get organized - in our case, we had to reorganize very quickly. She also has a detailed manual that answers any question you could have, and other helpful resources on the website, like vendors. This venue has it down. Our families loved the convenience and comfort of staying onsite, and the "Something Borrowed" closet (decor you can use) is an another added plus. I can't say enough good things. It was a fantastic place to get married.

  Perfect! The only way I can describe our experience with Paradise Ranch!

  My husband and I for married on July 13th, 2020 at Paradise Ranch! Zana and her team went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect! My husband and I, and our guests couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this location. We got compliments all night long about the gorgeous ceremony site, and the venue as a whole. We loved the entire setup of the venue, and were so lucky to be able to take advantage of their “something borrowed closet”. This was just a God send! We didn’t want to have to lug a bunch of decorations from Texas, we left that up to my amazing/crazy relatives. Even though you really don’t have to decorate the venue. It’s beautiful enough as is! When I say that Zana and her team couldn’t have been more sweet, supportive, and timely, I mean it. I can’t put into words how forever thankful we are for the Paradise Ranch team. We loved y’all and every minute of this process with y’all! (All photos were taken the day after, when most decorations had already been taken down)

  Perfect Venue 10/10

  Zana is so accommodating and always easy to reach with any/all of my questions! The venue is stunning, nestled right in the mountains and surrounded by national forest. If you want a rustic but elegant wedding, you cannot beat Paradise Ranch!

  Wedding Ceremony and Reception

  I had my wedding in October at Paradise Ranch. It was such an amazing experience. I wanted a Rustic Fall Wedding and this was the perfect Venue for what I wanted. The Ranch and the view for the ceremony was breath taking. I appreciate Zana Crawford's professionalism and helpfulness. She had everything I need to make my dream Wedding come true!

  Amazing wedding at a beautiful venue at Paradise Ranch in Pagosa.

  Such a beautiful wedding in early fall with a pretty venue. The bride and bridesmaid had a blast getting ready in her little nook!

  The staff made the wedding so easy and stress free. They were very organized and really tailored the wedding to our needs.

  Paradise Ranch were very attentive and caring during our wedding. The staff provided excellent services from providing the decorations to helping with the organization on the wedding day. Everything was so lovely I cant thank them enough!!!

  Best Venue Ever!

  The property was beyond amazing. I couldn’t have imagined finding a Moreno beautiful location to get married at. My family and I stayed in the cabin the week of our wedding and it was so gorgeous. I highly recommend renting the cabin as well as the venue for your wedding. Zana and Mitch were so helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns, they even made wooden benches for my big day! I can’t recommend this place enough!

  Wonderful and Amazing

  This was the most beautiful wedding venue for our daughter! Absolutely a perfect spot! Zana Crawford was fabulous and helped from start to finish. Wonderful day!

  Greedy people

  We had a wedding planned for 10/20. With pandemic still going strong and all restrictions, in early June we postponed wedding to 10/2 We decided to go head and get married in August. Not sure what to do with date. We decided to cancel. We asked for 1/2 $ back with no luck. I’m sure she booked the 10/21 day.

  So unprofessional

  The only thing Paradise Ranch has going for it is its beauty. The place is gorgeous. Too bad Zana and her husband are so unprofessional. Zana advertises herself as a wedding coordinator taking care of all your needs for the day. However when problems arose she was quick to pawn off any and all jobs to the family of the bride. She even took issues to the groom, on his wedding day! If you say you’ll coordinate the day then do your job. Biggest concerns:
  - supposed to have meetings with the couple 6 weeks ahead of wedding…Zana started 4 weeks ahead and only at the ask of my daughter, the bride
  - Zana and her husband were rude to family and friends the day of the ceremony- telling people they couldn’t pull up to the venue to drop off handicapped persons, husband walked around drinking the alcohol we purchased for the reception!, Zana yelled at my son and the best man for going to the bar to take some of the alcohol (we purchased) back to the house because she said there was “no partying after 11 as this was their home”, the husband would not turn the outside lights back on after 11 so we could see to load up all of our things, and the list goes on
  Zana is super flighty and doesn’t listen well. She was told at least 3 times that the brides parents were divorced and yet continued to try to seat us together in the front row! She had to be told AGAIN, as we lined up for the rehearsal. Take notes if you can’t remember what people tell you!
  Zana told us, a couple hours before the ceremony started that the lines we brought were supposed to be precut. She claims she told us this ahead of time “because it was in her notebook”. Nothing was ever said to us ahead of time. We asked if the bartenders could please handle this. The answer was they were too busy. One of the bartenders was her husband who was “busy”…he was drinking in the parking lot! My nephew and son, who were both in the bridal party, took the initiative to cut limes in their suits!
  Side note, Zana’s daughter run a dessert company. We used them for the desserts for the wedding. The cake was wrong…was supposed to be white with chocolate frosting and they did chocolate with white frosting. I had to ask for a detailed receipt 3 times before they got it correct! They were also super unresponsive through email and text.
  
  If you have other options for a venue, use someone else! Paradise Ranch is terrible!
