You could not do any better than to choose Paradise Cuisine for your Catering!! Allen is so organized, helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Our rehearsal dinner was stunning from the food displays to the entire detail of the guests tables! Every bit of food was delicious from the main course to the dessert and we received so many compliments!!! We are so glad we chose Paradise Cuisine for our catering needs.

My daughter just got married in Inlet Beach Florida. Her Venue was Anna Veranda in Inlet Beach. Allen was the caterer and he was wonderful. We have been talking for about 14 months to plan this event and it was worth it. He was very helpful. Him and his staff made sure our guest were taken care of. The food was fantastic, bartender was wonderful. I have no complaints. Thank you so much!!!!

Highly recommend! Allen was incredibly easy to work with and the food was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Catered an outdoor wedding event for 100 and everyone commented on not only how good the food was but how nicely it was presented. My daughter wanted a cheese tower and he spent the good considerable time looking for the just the right cheese and built an absolutely unique and beautiful one. He had great attention to detail and when we had a snafu he was immediately responsive and fixed it. Kept checking with us that all was going well and allowed us changes right up to the end which was very helpful as the guest list kept changing! You will be very glad that you selected him! -

Perfection!! Paradise Cuisine prepared the most delicious dinner buffet for our daughters wedding in Rosemary Beach! Allen and his crew were amazing! Top notch! 5 Star! Fresh shucked grilled oysters, tenderloin, lamb chops and seafood were our choices and the food was over the top ! Service was first class and we were so well taken care of by this respectable team. The food could not have been better and working on this very important event was made to be so easy thanks to Paradise! Thank you Allen and your fabulous Team!!

Allen and his team were great to work with (our wedding was very small, on the beach and all food was prepared in the kitchen of the beach house we stayed at). We wanted southern food specifically and it was all delicious (definitely above average wedding food!) and we had tons of leftovers. -

Allen, YOU ARE THE BEST! He helped lay out my reception--where the tent would go, tables, lights, food stations, etc. He also did all of the ordering of the rentals and lumped it into one invoice so it was way easier to manage, and I could see all my costs for food, service and rentals laid out together. The quality and taste of the food was VERY VERY important to me. We are huge foodies and my family loves good food, so I knew if the food was not right I would hear about it. I stressed to him several times how important this was, and he assured me everything would be great every time. He did a lot of the work, and I know he made my life and the wedding planner's life a lot easier by just jumping in and taking the lead on rentals and layout. Allen is super responsive, kind, encouraging, and just a really great person to work with. He wants the best for you, and he (and his team) truly went above and beyond! -

Allen and his team did my wedding in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and delivered an amazing menu and great service. Allen was easy to work with and accommodating to finding me the perfect menu within my budget. The display was beautifully done and the staff was awesome - multiple guests at my wedding told me how nice the servers were, always making sure people were well taken care of.
Additionally, Allen handled all of the rentals for me through H&M and did a great job working with my wedding planner. The price I paid below includes all rentals, including a tent. Food and labor was about $5,800.
I highly recommend Paradise Cuisine! -

We had a destination wedding and Alan and his team were very easy to work with. They helped us find rentals and handled all of that as well! He and his team were so great at our ceremony as well! Our guests loved the food too! -

Alan and the team at Paradise Catering took care of all the details for our Welcome Party the Friday night before our wedding. Alan was amazingly easy to work with, provided us with many options and ideas to make our party exactly what we wanted and it was fantastic when it all came together. Our guests raved about the food! Every detail was perfect and we could relax and enjoy the party. Alan is very professional and leaves no details to chance. We loved working with Paradise Catering and loved our party, thanks to them! -

Allen the owner was an absolute delight to work with. At the time my mother was very sick and going through chemo so when she was dealing with him she didn’t always understand what was going on. He was very patient and caring in the manner. Besides being a great person to work with his food was very delicious! We had two hand passed hors d’oeurves; crab cakes and Mediterranean bruschetta. His servers passed these out while people were entering for the reception and it made it very classy. For the reception we had grilled red snapper and pecan crusted chicken with a couple sides. It was delicious and plated beautifully. You couldn’t choose a better company to work with! -

My husband and I were married in December in Rosemary Beach on the Eastern Green. We had a morning ceremony with a brunch reception following. Paradise Cuisine went above and beyond to make our day special. The food and service were both amazing and all of our guests were very pleased. Allen also coordinated our rentals. Since we planned our ceremony and reception outdoors we had to rent everything however Allen made this process extremely easy. He also provided a 3D layout of the reception so I could perfect my seating chart. -

I had a wonderful experience working with Allen for my wedding! He was friendly and relatable. He was also always prompt and concise with his responses and anything I didn't understand he would re-explain or call to make sure I understood, because I had plenty of questions haha
We all loved the food, especially the pasta and crab cakes. We really appreciated having food sent to our room since we didn't get to truly enjoy it at our reception. And my husband and I really loved the extra large slices of cake sent our room!
I would highly recommend Allen and Paradise Cuisine for any event :) -

WOW! Allen and his team were fantastic! Allen catered the cocktail hour and seated dinner at our wedding. Our guests raved about the food and the presentation. I really felt like Allen went above and beyond - hand-delivering my husband and I drinks during our pictures, setting aside food from the cocktail hour, and packing up a to-go package for us when we left. He made us feel really special on our big day. Everyone loved Allen and his staff. They were very attentive and on-time. I would recommend Paradise Cuisine to anyone! -

Allen and his team were GREAT to work with. We were on a strict budget, and Allen worked with us to have as much food as we wanted while also staying within our budget. He was always quick to respond, and very professional at all times. The food was AMAZING. Our guest are still going on and on about how great the food was at our wedding, especially the shrimp and grits. If you are looking for a caterer in the Destin/Panama City area, I would HIGHLY recommend Paradise Cuisine! -

Allen from Paradise Cuisine was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the planning stages all the way to the wedding day, he was professional, caring and flexible. He wasn't afraid to take on one of the pickiest eaters as a client (me)! And even found a way for us to incorporate some of my favorite foods into our menu. He even got me excited about the food we would be serving at our event! Because of this - I knew he was the right caterer for me! And "right" he was! Allen and his team was able to capture exactly what my husband and I were wanting for our special day. They created a scrumptious spread that was complimented on all evening long. Paradise Cuisine also tended our bar, was our wait staff, and so much more! I can not say enough great things about them! Allen even went above and beyond by helping with numerous little "extras" all night - including being my dress "fluffer" and straightener when needed. If you are looking for a fantastic catering service to add to your event team, then you cannot go wrong with Paradise Cuisine! My husband and I were trying to plan a wedding reception on a tight budget and he worked with us to get everything that we wanted and stay within our budget. We had our reception at the Landing, and it was absolutely beautiful. The meal was DELICIOUS. We had the meal served inside, and then moved to the outdoor bar/poolside area afterwards for some dancing and drinks. Everything was absolutely perfect and we are so happy with how everything turned out!! -

It was an absolute pleasure working with Paradise Cuisine. My husband and I had our wedding in April of last year, and I can honestly say that I'm so happy we chose to work with Allen Davis and his wonderful team. Allen and his staff were professional, flexible, and extremely pleasant. Our food was delicious and I received so many compliments, especially about our shrimp and grits! We also really appreciated that the catering staff took the time to make "to go" plates, placed in a cute picnic basket, so that we could enjoy our food again later that night. A year has now passed and our family and friends still talk about how wonderful the food and staff were. Paradise Cuisine helped make our wedding day unforgettable and I would absolutely recommend them to any bride looking for excellent food and service with a smile! -

I was working with Allen to cater our beach wedding at Anna's Veranda. Due to bad weather we had to completely change plans; however, Allen and his team made this transistion go by very smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I had guest come up to me and tell me they had never had such "good wedding food." I even had compliments on the kindness of his staff. Because of the wedding day chaos, I was not able to eat with the rest of the guests, so Allen brought me a small platter so I wouldn't be starving. If we had hired any other cater I know the wedding & reception wouldn't have gone near as smoothly. I thoroughly appreciate all he and his staff did to make our destination wedding a success. (He also helped me coordinate with the rental agencies which is a HUGE bonus if you live out of town.) -

Allen Davis and his staff were the perfect choice for our daughter's wedding. His staff could not have been more attentive to our family and our guests. The food was wonderful and the presentation was perfect. Everything was handled in a professional and seamless manner.
The Landing at Eagle Bay was also the perfect choice for a casual and fun rehearsal dinner. Allen is the best. -

We first met with Allen from Paradise Cuisine some months back, and immediately hit it off with him. After going through this experience take it from me THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT! He was extremely helpful! With this wedding being a destination wedding my wonderful mother took MANY 2 hour trips to Santa Rosa Beach to meet with him to discuss aspects of the reception! He was ALWAYS available! Not to mention I gave Allen a timeline of the reception and he was there to make sure it all went smoothly! We can go on and on about how AMAZING ALLEN was!! We met the chefs at a couple of our meetings and really LOVED what they had to say. Their input was SOOOOOOO helpful! Let's talk food... When EVERY SINGLE GUEST was and still is talking about how the food was "the best food they have ever had at a wedding" well that speaks for itself. However, we had an amazing menu and it all tasted DELICIOUS! We even had an oyster shucking station, that really WOW'D our guests! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY is the rating we give P.C.C. The staff was great. Everyone from the Chefs to the Bartenders to the Butler passings of the food and drink. I would give this whole outfit a 20 out of 10! A huge THANK YOU for ALL of their help! They made our weddind MAGICAL! -

Wow. Allen and his team at Paradise Cuisine are beyond excellent and a pleasure to work with. Fabulous food, impeccable service, lovely presentation... they deliver it all.
Our wedding guests raved about the food. The mashed potato bar and coconut rice got as many comments as the beef brisket - delicious. Allen does what he says he'll do and does it on time. It was such a relief to have an experienced professional handle all the rental items. Our wedding reception at Rosemary Beach was perfect.
You are in for an amazingly wonderful treat with Paradise Cuisine. -

We have nothing but the HIGHEST praise for Allen and his team at Paradise Cuisine! From the start, Allen made us feel welcome and he truly worked hard to make our day custom fit to us. From our menu, to the linens, the rentals, and design of the venue, Allen gave us the opportunity to put our touches on everything, but still made it feel effortless for us (even though I know it definitely wasn’t effortless for him!)
For example, Both of us are from Maryland and wanted to incorporate a crabcake into our menu; let me tell you, Paradise Cuisine's crabcake can rival any crabcake from Maryland! Not only was the food outstanding (many of our guests asked if they could go for seconds and we have heard from the majority of our guests that it was the best food they have EVER had at a wedding, especially the prime rib--YUM!!). And too, the service throughout the whole event was seamless. Glasses were always full and plates were whisked away as soon as you were done eating... The guests even raved about how fun and wonderful the bartender was!
The Landing at Eagle Bay was the perfect venue for our reception as well. With the large 4 sided bar outside, gave guests the opportunity to mingle and sit comfortably in the shade during cocktail hour. We were introduced by our DJ through the vine covered awning by the far side of the pool which gave us a great photo op! Inside, many of our guests found solace from the heat as Allen made sure that our guests were comfortable at all times. During the August heat, I would say that is a miracle! The stage area was set up as our cake display, which also became a great place for everyone to watch us cut the cake and grab a cupcake (or two!). As the dancing began, the overhead lights added a very fun vibe.
Needless to say, our wedding was everything and more thanks to Allen and his team at Paradise Cuisine! -

Allen is a dream to work with! He is creative and willing to do anything in his power to make your every dream come true. He answers emails within minutes and phone calls within a day. His food doesn't just taste like typical wedding food, but rather food from a great restaurant! We got SO many compliments on the crab and shrimp at our low country boil rehearsal dinner and everybody LOVED the sliders and raw oysters at our wedding. Allen even made a few fried oysters for my mother-in-law as a surprise and hand delivered them to her at our reception! Allen and his team are extremely friendly and are such a joy! I recommend Paradise Cuisine and ANYBODY and EVERYBODY who wants the best!! -

We used Paradise Cuisine for our June wedding in Rosemary Beach, FL. Allen and his team did an amazing job! They were so easy to work with and created a menu that reflected us. Our guests are still talking about the about the wonderful seafood bar with oysters shucked on site. The service at the reception was exactly what you want on the day of your wedding--professional and attentive. We didn't have to worry about a thing! -

Allen and his team at Paradise Cuisine provided the food for our rehearsal dinner 0f approximately 85 people on 3/23/12. Allen was more than a caterer as he helped us with every aspect of the event. His professionalism, knowledge and "calm" was so appreciated.
He and his team arrived and provided the best services from from set-up to clean-up. They were present and available (but not overshadowing) throughout the event. It was so nice to relax, visit with guests, and not worry about the food service.
The food was wonderful and got rave reviews from the guests. I was expecially partial to the shrimp boil, but understand the key lime pie was a favorite of others.
It is without reservation that I recommend Allen and his team for your event.

Allen Davis and the team at Paradise Cuisine are WONDERFUL! They came highly reccommended to us by many people and venors in the area. In December, our original caterers fell through (the restaurant closed), and we called Paradise Cuisine in hope that they would be able to accommodate us on short notice for our March wedding. Allen responded promptly with an email and phone call and was excited to help us with both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. He and I both agreed that it was fate that brought us together! He was a godsend and was always very helpful, easy to work with, prompt, professional and as nice as could be!
At our events, he and his team were great and on top of everything! We loved Allen, his sister and partener, Mary; and one of the bartenders, Colleen! They were just amazing and made everything SO easy. Of course, the food was great too! I especially LOVED the kobe beef meatloaf we had at the wedding. I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life! I also loved the crab cake appetizers and the grilled veggies.
Again, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paradise Cuisine, Allen Davis, and his amazing team. I understand why they came so highly recommended, and I would encourage anyone in the Florida Panhandle to use them to cater thier wedding! -

I got married in May 2010 down in Destin, FL and Paradise Cuisine was our Caterer! When we went for our taste testing, we were welcomed at the door very nicely! Allen was very specific about telling us about the dishes. The presentation was amazing as well as every single dish! Allen was very open to ideas and very helpful!
For our rehersal dinner, we also used Allen. We had a country boil! Everything was so delicious and the display was very organized and creative!
When our wedding day rolled around we were very excited about the food! We made sure that we were going to be able to eat! My husband and I led the buffet line! The waiters and waitresses were very nice and polite! The presentation and food was phenomenal! The whole night and to this day we always here about how good the food was!
Allen is a very nice man and willing to help you with anything! Allen, my family and I have developed a friendship and still keep in touch with each other! Allen also has a restaurant named Cherry Peppers, which is where we tasted our food. My husband and I will be going back to his restaurant to have some more of his amazing food very soon! -

Allen, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know we were over the moon pleased with the food for Kayla & Eric's wedding reception. Not only was it beautifully presented, it was totally delicious. Although I'm not a fan of oysters, several guests told me they were the best they had ever eaten. The chef and staff were friendly and conscientious, as were the servers.
It's very nerve-wracking to plan a wedding so far from home with unfamiliar vendors, but I'm so relieved it turned out so perfectly.

My husband and I tied the knot May 1,2016 at Eden Gardens State Park and hired Allen with Paradise Cuisine and his team to take on the job. We couldn't have picked a better person/company to do the job. From the very first day I met Allen I knew he would take care of us. He was so honest, personable and VERY talented. He had so many recommendations and took so much off of our plates from the rentals, station set ups and beyond. Him and his team went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. The food was fresh & delicious. Even to this day we have our guests saying how amazing the Shrimp & Grits were. I still have day dreams about them. haha. His staff was very professional and talented as well. They cleaned up our venue and had us out on time so we would have our deposit back. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! Thank you again for making our day magical and STRESS FREE!

Alan and his team were amazing. They came in and completely took over. The food was fabulous. Everyone is still talking about the shrimp and grits! Alan was always quick to respond when I had a question. He really worked with me and my family to create a menu that we loved at a price we were happy with. Felt as though I was dealing with a friend. Most of our discussions were done via e-mail and still they were engaging and professional. I was able to create the party I had in mind and Paradise delivered with a smile! The personnel were business like in their duties but fun to have around...even joking with the guests.

Allen is so great and so responsive! He really wants your wedding day to be perfect. He even brought over snacks for us while we were getting ready. The food was delicious! The one criticism I have is that we asked and paid for filet mignon and to call what was served was a filet mignon was a stretch. Other than that he was great! Everyone raves about how good the food was and the service was great. I would recommend Allen! -

Allen and his team went above and beyond for our reception. They smoothed our the sand for our ceremony and setup the 30 chairs. They came out the day before and we walked through everything. We also visited their restaurant (Cherry Peppers) and sampled their food once we were in town. Everyone raved about the food. We did the Caribbean buffet and enjoyed the coconut shrimp, saucy/tender bbq ribs, and stuffed grouper the most. They brought the cake to each person as they sat and poured the champagne. We had a small reception of 30, but they took such good care of us. I would use them again if I did it all over. -

Allen, Joyce, and the rest of the crew made our wedding night amazing. My main issue was wanting not to have to worry about anything and Allen made that happen. Allen is the most flexible caterer in existence:-) My daughter and I went for a tasting and just loved his food, and when she asked him to add mini cheeseburgers, grilled cheese, and fries to the menu, he did not hesitate. However, in the end I was not as impressed with his staff. The food was not hot and the wine was not chilled. I felt that because our wedding was small, that we did not get the attention needed on the day of the event. They were late getting to the site and then had problems setting up (which should not have occurred since they had already done a wedding at that site). -

The only knock was that we had a deal with the alcohol provider that we could return all unused alcohol and Paradise Cuisine opened or chilled all of the alcohol, meaning we couldn't return anything. Other than that, they did a phenomenal job and really helped meet our theme through the food and presentation! -

My family and I hired Allen at Paradise Cuisine to cater both our rehearsal dinner and reception at Carillon Beach this past weekend. He absolutely failed us at every level - both events were a disaster. My MIL hired him to set up our rehearsal dinner on the beach the night before our wedding, which he assured us would be no problem. After set-up was complete, the venue sent security to order our family to move everything back up to their rental house because we weren't allowed to be on the beach. After that fiasco, the food simply did not meet our expectations. At the end of the night upon being questioned why my MIL was still being charged for equipment and services that we were not able to use on the beach, Allen got angry and stormed out of the rented house, slamming the door so hard he caused damage to it.
Fast forward to our reception. Not a single item of food that we had ordered arrived. We were actually running out of food before all our guests had been served. His explanation? He sent his chef the menu for the wedding that would be happening at Carillon Beach the following Saturday by mistake. To top that off, the food that was there was served cold. His servers seemed very inexperienced and the presentation of the food was terrible. He was also supposed to have sent boxed food to the house my new husband and I had rented for our wedding night. As you can imagine, that never showed up.
Believe me when I say I have never in my life actively sought opportunities to give someone a bad review until now. If I have saved even one couple the time, trouble, and heartache we experienced thanks to this company it was worth the effort. -
