Beautiful canvas! Great value and the staff was amazing to work with. They were very helpful and were able to provide the custom work I was looking for. My husband was extremely surprised with his 5th Anniversary gift.

We did a custom order with PaperRamma because my daughter is getting married January 6, 2017 at Waterview Loft at Port Detroit. The venue is right down on the riverfront. Her theme is a winter wonderland.

Her colors are navy, icy blue and silver. The custom guest book has the Detroit skyline and instead of a tree with leaves, we went with a barren tree with snowflakes (remember whether wedding is in January).

The 16X20 canvas is so much more beautiful than we imagined. They also include a customized 5X7 sign to remind the guests to sign a snowflake!

We highly recommend PaperRamma for their creative work and unbelievable attention to detail. We can't wait to see what her guests think and say.

The quality of the product they provided was phenomenal! The item is absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to use it on our Big Day! We chose the guest book on canvas, so we can display it on our wall and remember everyone that attended our wedding. Paperramma was amazing. They customize everything you want and send you multiple proofs until you are completely satisfied before sending it to production.

I ordered the 16x20 card stock TARDIS with Ballons guest book print. The quality is great, the amount of options to personalize were exceptional. They showed me several options I wanted within a day of each request and once I had decided they were quick to print and ship.

My guest book portrait turned out even better then I expected. I loved how I was able to personalize it to fit the theme of our wedding. Our Guru had amazing communication responses. The shipping was fast. Worth every penny we paid and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a portrait guest book.

I ordered the sign on sheet with the tree and the leaves. The designer I worked with gave me everything I asked for and I love it. I cant wait until Saturday for my wedding and have it framed so I will always remember who shared our special day.

OMG! PaperRamma and Amanda was SOOOO very wonderful to work with. The end results turned better than we anticipated. We received the final products within weeks of asking for the custom work!!

We requested a custom design for the guestbook. Because my daughter is getting married 1.6.17 we didn't want a tree with leaves and therefore asked if they could customize the design with snowflakes instead. Of course, they used her wedding colors (navy, silver, icy blue) AND included the Detroit skyline because she is getting married at Waterview Loft @ Port Detroit. The entire design is amazing!

These are definitely the people to use for your guestbook or wall art! They are considerate and thankful and very particular regarding their work!!

We were so excited to receive our canvas yesterday! PaperRamma do not disappoint! The quality of the work is A+++! Their process is elegantly simple & fantastic for a micromanaging perfectionist like myself. There are so many options and they make everything so easy! Tina was our Design Guru and she was fantastic and super responsive to any questions or changes! I really cannot say enough! I purchased a beautiful print for my parents from paperramma. I absolutely love how it turned out! I can't wait to see their faces when I give it to them on my wedding day! It is such a personalized, thoughtful gift! The service is awesome, too. They make sure that you are part of each step of their processing and make sure that you approve of the final design. Papaerramma made a custom guest book for my wedding. They were easy to work and responded quickly to making adjustments on our custom guest book. Our guest book looks great hanging on our wall and is a nice way to remember the day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My fiancé and I ordered the Custom Skyline Guest Book and we couldn't be more thrilled. Ordering was easy, convenient and very quick. We had a design guru help us make sure our design was perfect and the. Shipped us the item soon after. The custom skyline was important for my fiancé and I because we now live in NC but are originally from NY. Now we can have some of NY in NC. We will be using this vendor in the future.

We ordered one of the canvas tree prints for our wedding guest book and just love it! The proof process was simple, and they were very responsive. They even worked with us to match the silhouettes of our pups to ensure it was as personalized as possible! I would highly recommend Paperramma if you're looking for an alternative to the traditional guest book!

The shop was great in customizing and with fast shipping. I did have an issue with a damaged item, but a replacement was sent out within a few days. Much appreciated for the customer service.

Poor service and never delivered the map

BUYER BEWARE:Our daughter ordered us the large travel map back in November 2019. By the time we finalized the print Covid was in full swing. They said it could not be shipped due to Covid restriction in their state. Basically they were on lockdown. Then they said in July we would get our order. As of January 2021 we have not received our map and they do not respond to our emails. The map was paid in full back in November of 2019

Their products don't work. Are a rip off. And they go back on their promises.

Warning. Don’t buy from this company. They don’t stand by their product or their word. I spent a fortune on a Map and pins. The pins were $80 (!!!) and were so flimsy they bent when you tried to use them in the map they are marketed for. They said they would refund me but then “lost” my return. They promised to refund me after that and then turned around and said they wouldn’t when I inquired about it again. Horrible customer service and experience. Nothing but a rip off and a whole lot of aggravation.

Extremely disappointed and has not tried to rectify the situation

Buyer beware. Still trying to get my original special order and cannot get a call back from vendor. The item we received was broken and cannot be hung. It was supposed to be linen not canvas and they did not provide the push pins. They are no longer on etsy and will not respond. I am reaching out to the credit card company this week to get my charge reimbursed. They were probably good at one time and I looked through many vendors but they sure did not handle this well at all. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional

Please take the time to look at the conversations and photos attached. This seller is completely unprofessional. She is rude and unwilling to work with a client. I asked if a color scheme for map I was looking could get done and she said she could do it. I asked three times before purchasing the product if she could get the colors I wanted... (see attached photo of tan background map) when I got my first proof the map was blue. I immediately contacted the seller telling her the proof of the map was literally the opposite of what I was looking for. You can read our conversations attached. It's sad that a person would conduct business in such a manner.

Terrible Experience

I ordered a custom tree design that incorporated lyrics to my wedding song as well as the date of our wedding. I was charged $62.45 and the order was never received. I have sent at least 15-20 emails to Amanda explaining that I was still in the process of editing well into November and showed her the emails with my design guru, Matt.

Also, on October 31st, I sent a message that I wanted to change a few things......." Is there a way to add text to this print? There is a prompt that says I can customize my order to add text and change colors, but it wouldn't let me. Can you please call before placing my order? 617-xxx-xxxx thank you, Terrie XXXXXXX "Here is the note sent back to me....

In another email, I told her that my order couldn't have been shipped and her only reply was, ""Yes it was shipped - our policy when clients stop responding" . This is also inaccurate because the policy in another email, from a robot, is the following describing their policy........Hello There! I’m Otto the Automatic Update Guru. I’ll keep you updated throughout the entire design process to help make it easy!

Upon purchase, an email was sent to you to customize your order. (Subject: "Get started, customize now”). Please fill out this form as soon as possible to ensure your Design Guru provides you with the fastest service, your order cannot be processed further without this important info. (If you’ve already filled it out, you’re ahead of the game! By having all your customizations readily available, your Design Guru can quickly turn around your order and make sure to create the best design for you.)

Once you send in your customizations, your designer will process your order and I’ll send you an email which gives you an approximate day to expect your proof. On your proofing day, be ready to stand by your inbox with changes or approval. The faster you respond, the faster we can too!

It's been 5 months and this company still has my money and I do not have my product. I keep emailing and keep getting ignored.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
The worst experience I ever had dealing with this wedding vendor. They have no customer service and the quality of their product is so poor. Amanda was not delightful at all. She was not willing to work with me to help me with getting a better product. Not professional at all.
