Top notch!

Due to Covid, we put off ordering wedding invitations until the last minute but Amber was able to handle our procrastination AND our lack of invitation/paper/font/etiquette knowledge with courtesy, patience, and skill. We were especially happy with her knowledge of the products available through Paper Trail - it made choosing the invitations a true pleasure. Thank you Amber!

Amber is the best! She is very nice and sweet and will work with you to help design your perfect wedding invitation. She is extremely knowledgeable of all the products so she can aid in every aspect with the detailing. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended if you want to save yourself the hassle of dealing with this stage in planning (it only gets more hectic).

Amber was so fun to work with! With her help we ordered invitations that were even more beautiful than we thought possible. We now have our invitation framed and hanging in our living room.

Amber at Paper Trail was a joy to work with. We wanted something sweet and simple for our small country wedding in Woodstock. Amber navigated through the choices and helped us find the perfect invitation. Our cake designer liked our invitation so much she is incorporating it into our cake too!

One of the invitations that I picked out happened to be one of the most expensive - Amber was great at finding another one that I liked just as much. I could have been persuaded to buy the most expensive but Amber acknowledged that the first was not within my budget . . . she is totally NOT a pushy sales person.

The proof process was easy and our invitations arrived on time. I was very happy and I've gotten really nice feedback from my guests.

Our save the date, invitations and stationary were AMAZING!!!!
We worked with Amber and she was awesome -- her creativity, understanding of the wild world of invitations, and responsiveness made it so much fun to do and we loved everything.

We worked with Amber at "Paper Trail" for my daughter's wedding invitations. Amber listens carefully to your ideas, theme or mood you are creating and then guides you through the volumes of products toward your perfect stationary without allowing you to be overwhelmed. She advised us on paper types, weight, printing, fonts, etiquette- everything! She helps you design the "first impression" your guests will receive for your special day. Amber is very efficient proofing your format to the last punctuation mark, accommodating any changes and forwarding your sample proof.
Her friendly demeanor is immediately welcoming. You know everything will turn out perfect.
We walked into the store "just to look" and were made to feel very comfortable. I would advise making an appointment so that you allow Amber the appropriate time to devote to you. Believe me you'll love Amber at Paper Trail!
We are thrilled with the invitations and feel the entire experience was a very good value

Amber was a real beacon in the storm of our invitation debacle. We had already tried 2 other venders before we came to Paper Trail, and had been really disappointed at the quality we were being offered. Amber was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable, and brought a much-needed sense of humor to what was, at times, a stressful decision-making process. She also let us know about various deals that companies were offering, and helped us figure out how to get top-notch value and quality, while remaining within the confines of our budget. We couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks Paper Trail!!!

Working with Amber was wonderful. She was very attentive to detail and provided feedback when we had questions. We went into Paper Trail without a clear idea of what we wanted, but knew we wanted wedding invitations that are unique and beautiful but that wouldn't break the bank.
Maureen talked with us to get an idea of what we are planning and who we are, then effortlessly guided us through several options to the perfect invitations. She made the entire process easy and fun. We now have beautiful invitations that are the talk of all our friends and family, and have set the tone for the wedding to come. We couldn't have done it without the expert guidance we got from Paper Trail!

If you are looking for invitations in the Hudson Valley look no further then Paper Trail. They have a huge selection and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Ask for Amber, she's an expert and can point you in the right direction. It is such a relief knowing that a true professional is handling your order. I couldn't be more pleased with how my invitations turned out and so quick! I highly recommend their services to everyone. Thanks Paper Trail (and Amber) for giving me one less task to stress about! Amber helped us every step of the way and was absolutely amazing! She even caught a spelling error on a final proof that both my fiance and I missed. We were so thrilled with the service at Paper Trail and Amber's expertise. We could not have had a better experience!

I got married four years ago and people are still complimenting me on my invitations! Maureen and Serena at the Paper Trail were knowledgeable, creative, and fun to work with. They directed us towards options in our price range and referred us to a fantastic calligrapher. The best part is that when we went to the store recently after not having been back in a few years, Maureen still remembered me and my husband and our Save the Date cards and invitations. I can't speak more highly of the Paper Trail and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for invitations of any kind or just a really cool gift for yourself or someone else!

We used Paper Trail for all our paper goods for the wedding--invitations, programs, save the dates, cocktail napkins, sign-in book, menus, goodiebags, etc. Everything was absolutely perfect beyond our wildest dreams!! Maureen and Serine and the entire staff were delightful to work with.

The ladies at Paper Trail were great! They were patient, professional, and very knowledgeable about helping me choose my design. Once invites went to print they stayed in touch to assist with proofing and gave great advice. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

This store rates a 10 on a scale of 5; everything was perfect from the moment I walked in to meet with Maureen the first time, then the bride and groom came and we all worked with the entire staff, including the other owner Serine and everyone else. The service was personalized and warm. Everyone was helpful, kind, held our collective hands during a few rocky moments having nothing to do with invites, was thoughtful, funny, considerate of our budgets. We chose everything from save the dates with a photo to invites that were beyond belief beautiful and original, to shower invites, shower favors, bridesmaids' gifts, cocktail party invites, thank you notes and multiple ones with gorgeous type faces and linings, the beautiful handpainted menu cards, and so on. We were sad when all was over but know we have another wedding to plan some day as well as more stuff to buy here, from scarves to purses, birthday cards. Most of all everyone was so easy to work with, none of the snottiness of some NYC stores.This is one of the best stores we have ever found because of the selection variety and staff!

Paper Trail has excellent options for whatever you are looking for. The store is fun to visit and the staff are great. We felt very well taken care of and they were very supportive with all of our decision making.

I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

First, I suggest you change 'brides' to something less gender specific (I have a husband, but he doesn't have a bride!)
Nothing but the very best things to say about the staff, service, and product at Paper Trail. Not the cheapest option, but also not outrageous. That said, I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Serene and her staff. Fantastic experience from top to bottom. Our invitations were gorgeous, the communication from the store top notch and always timely. Superb.

My husband and I worked with Amber from Paper Trail for our wedding invitations. She took the time to sit down with us and go through many invitation designs and helped us choose the best possible combination of different designers to create our own unique invitation. She was incredibly helpful and conscientious, especially because we were planning a New York wedding from San Diego. I would absolutely 100% work with Amber and Paper Trail again. The invitations are flawless and beautiful!

I was blown away by the selection and quality of invitations the shop had. I worked with Maureen, one of the owners, and I had such a fantastic experience. I was very indecisive and she never rushed me. After I made my selection she sat with me and helped me select the text of the invitations and the font. Maureen kept in touch and sent proofs in a very timely fashion and was accommodating to the changes I wanted made. I would definitely use them again for an event!

I would love to have said that we were giving these higher
rates to the vendor, but truthfully it was for the fantastic sales woman we worked with.

Amber, made the process enjoyable. We were looking forward to the process but
in the end she made it fun, interesting and
stressless. We had opportunity to purchase invites and
where but chose a smaller vendor with a lot of
hesitancy, but Amber turned that around after our first meeting.

To be blunt, the vendor was not the reason we stayed, it was all Amber.
