    We worked with Ella at Paper on the Avenue after another stationer from the groom's hometown fell through. Working on a needed-it-yesterday schedule and a shoestring budget (at least for letterpress), we couldn't be happier with the results. Ella, and her collaborating printer Paul at the Benj. Franklin Printing Company, made us unbelievably beautiful and luxurious invitations. As we planned our wedding from out-of-town, Ella even put our invitations in the mail for us. The process could not have been easier, and we're glad to have chosen Paper on the Avenue!

    Our experience at Paper on the Avenue was amazing! We had previously visited a different store to look for wedding invitations, and it was so incredibly frustrating, and we sat looking through so many binders with no direction for hours, and it honestly took a while for us to want to go looking again.

    I am SO glad we found Paper on the Avenue! Gentry was so friendly and knowledgeable about every invitation and the options for customization, and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for! From font colors to wording choices and postage questions, Gentry helped us every step of the way and I would never recommend anyone else.

    We worked with Peyton at Paper on the Avenue (Libbie/Grove area). She was fantastic! After getting to know our taste and our budget, she helped make recommendations and let us have all the time we wanted to sift throughout their books. She helped us custom design aspects of our invitation suite as well! She always responded quickly to emails and the invitations arrived in a timely manner and were perfect!

    She also helped me custom design thank you notes including liners/envelopes. She helped me with choosing fonts and getting the designer to custom design a monogram for us. It was perfect!

    I would highly recommend using paper on the avenue!

    From the moment we met Gentry at a bridal show, she was so sweet and answered every question we had. We narrowed it down to Paper on the Avenue and one other option for our wedding invites. After initial meetings with both places, the best choice was clear. Gentry helped us every step of the way, from picking our invites, to wording them, to addressing them. When I found out soon after sending them out that I was going to need a dozen more for some family members we'd accidentally left out, she was there is a hurry to get those to me. Later on in the process we decided to have Paper on the Avenue take care of our escort cards as well and of course, they were perfect. Thank you SO much to Gentry and everyone else at Paper on the Avenue. You all took the stress out of one aspect of planning a wedding and we will definitely be back to make use of your services again!

    Paper on the avenue has amazing wedding invitations with a selection just large enough that you wont be confused. Although their prices are a little high, the quality of service makes up for it. Everyone at Paper on the Avenue is willing to work with you to ensure you get exactly what you need/want. I definitely recommend visiting them for wedding invitations

    Paper on the Avenue was a dream to work with. They have a wide range of invitations to choose from, and they helped me find precisely the right one. They emailed me proofs and double checked with me before placing any orders. When my invitations and announcements came in, they were neatly wrapped up for me before I came by to pick them up. They also kept me upto date about specials different paper companies were running as I made my decisions.

    I looked into ordering my invitations online, but I am so glad that I had someone to talk to, call, and email who knew me throughout my wedding planning process. I would recommend Paper on the Avenue to everyone in Richmond and surrounding areas!!

    I LOVED working with Paper on the Avenue for my Save the Dates and wedding invitations. Not only were they patient with me, but they gave me great advice and clued me in on ways to save money based on what deals were going on. They helped me find a beautiful and elegant invitation that was in my budget and recommended designers based on my taste. And they answered all of my etiquette questions that I had throughout the whole process. I very much recommend their expertise.

    Had a great experience designing and planning our invitations with Meagan. She worked with us to create one of a kind invitations from Checkerboard. She was responsive to e-mails and worked carefully to ensure our invitations were perfect. Also got our thank you notes through them as well.

    Beautiful invitations was the response that we got consistently on our invitations. Gentry was great in helping to pick out and create the invitations for my daughters wedding. The printer made an error and the store was quick to correct the mistake and offered additional services in preparing our invitations to get them mailed on time to make up for the error!! Absolutely professional...100%.

    I got my wedding invitations from Paper on the Avenue and it was a very good experience for me. I didn't really know what I wanted so they sat down with my mom and I and showed me many examples of invitations to get a feel for what I was leaning towards. Ultimately they were able to recommend one particular designer and I ended up loving all of their selections. The ordering process was very smooth and the invitations arrived in no time! They also did a great job of advising us on wording, etc. in order to ensure that everything was properly printed. We went with a William Arthur product and we had so many compliments on our invitations. I would definitely recommend them for great customer service and a great product selection!

    Paper on the Avenue was great! They are a bit pricey compared to other paper vendors, but I was pleased with the final product.
