Oh...how can I describe working with Melissa? She makes planning a wedding super stress free when it comes to invitations. When we wanted Save the Dates, my fiance and I loved a tree theme. I told her our vision and she created it! She even changed the tree trunk color at the request of my fiance. Everyone complimented us when they received the Save the Date. Last week, I put in an order for our wedding invites and changed it up on her. We wanted a different design. Lace graphic in the corners and in no time I had a proof of exactly what I envisioned! She also was able to put a picture of us on the back. The quality is amazing and I cannot wait to send these out to everyone. Thank you so much Melissa for making this part of wedding planning a breeze. I recommend everyone use her!

Melissa was an absolute dream to work with. Always prompt. Never had to wait for anything. So accomodating on everything. She was by far the most pleasant expierience in the whole wedding planning. Would highly recommend her.

Working with Melissa was beyond fantastic. Her designs are amazing and unique, which is what drew me to her in the first place! Her site was incredibly easy to use and I found her pricing to be substantially less than the big brand wedding paper sites. She was everything that I want in a wedding vendor and I couldn't be happier to have chosen Paper Ink Love to do our invites.

She responded in less than 24 hours after every contact and her responses were thorough, personalized, professional and very thoughtful. She went above and beyond for us in just about every facet of this process and for that we are forever grateful. We will always recommend her to our friends and families.

Very easy process and so pleased with our personalized touches we were able to add. Customization was easy to do and the quality of our thank you cards was beyond our expectations. Price was perfect. I purchased the custom pocket mirrors. They were fabulous. My bridal shower guests loved them. Working with Melissa was great. She responded quickly to my questions and helped me make the small changes that I needed to make in the placement of the design on the back. My husband and I contacted Melissa for information about her table cards & place cards. She was incredibly friendly and wrote back to us right away. We had a mountain theme for the cards and they came out absolutely perfect. Melissa was timely and efficient. We got compliments on the cards from all our guests. I ordered invitations online. The design was beautiful and perfect for our event. Melissa fit the wording in beautifully, and when I requested a change to it (the location changed) she was very quick to send a revised copy. I would definitely order from Paper Ink Love again

I really enjoyed working with Melissa. She made star fish wedding programs for my beach wedding. I was able to customize the programs by letting her know what information I wanted and where I wanted to add information, choose colors that match my wedding, and I was able to proof all the changes until I was happy with how the program looked. When I received them in the mail I was so happy with how they looked in person. Everyone at my wedding thought they looked so nice. I encouraged my friends that are getting married to use Melissa for their wedding needs.I will defiantly use Melissa in the future for any of my inviation needs.

Paper Ink Love was so easy to work with and she seems so genuinely excited about the projects that I had her help me with.
The website has a ton of beautiful options, but of course, I wanted things customized because I couldn't make it too easy on her :) She did 2 projects for us:

Our Save the Date magnets were her lemon tree design, but shaded in green instead of yellow. The magnets were actually buttons, but with magnetic strip where the pin bracket should be. I stressed over these to no end at first. Would they be expensive to mail? Would they look crummy? A button can be a cheap thing and then with just magnet glued in the back? How strong would it be?? Would it even hold up the invitation once I mail those? Major panic. Anyway Melissa was so easy to work with. I got the proof very quickly and she even did numerous inane things for me like test how many pieces of paper the magnet would hold up on her fridge (I think it was 3). The magnets turned out BEAUTIFUL. They looked anything, but cheap and were very well made. They also arrived quicker than I had planned on. I couldn't be happier with the result. (They were also pretty cheap to mail. I stuck them in a 2x2 kraft brown envelope and then stuck that envelope inside of a regular card envelope. Easy! It did require the 66 cent stamp, but this was a blessing considering I had originally thought I needed padded envelopes and $1+ postage.

I was so happy with the turnout that when we decided to host a 5k the morning of our wedding, I knew I wanted Paper Ink Love to create the design for medals that we are going to give out as favors at the run. I purchased the design for my wedding invitations from PaperInkLove and would highly recommend Melissa to any bride! I had custom made buttons for all of the ladies in my bridal party. She made 11 in total for me with each being different. The customer service is absolutely prefect! Every time I had a question for a possible revision, not only was it answered within just a couple of hours (if not within the hour!), she always said yes! I was provided with a digital proof to make sure everything was correct. The buttons I received were so beautiful! My girls loved them and definitely made my bridal shower unique! Melissa was wonderful to work with! I won 25 mirror favors and even though I wasn't paying her anything for them, she was in super close contact with me the whole time. She got in touch with me right away, responded to my emails quickly, and was professional and sweet. Oh, and the mirrors are gorgeous! She let me pick my design and sent me two proofs based on the color scheme I gave her. I love them and can't wait to give them out at our engagement party. She also included a nice thank-you note with a coupon code for future orders.
