From the very beginning, working with this business was an absolute pleasure and one of our favorite parts of wedding planning. They designed bespoke invitations for us that perfectly captured the mood and overall theme for our wedding. The wax seal and watercolor envelope lining matched the lake and fall colors of our venue. Guests told us they were blown away when they opened our invite. We loved the logo they created for us so much that we projected it on our dance floor. They also designed gorgeous menus and programs that matched the invites. I highly recommend Paper Heart Company and hope to work with them again on future projects! -

Paper Heart Co. did such a BEAUTIFUL job with producing the wedding invitations that I designed for a friend! Caitlin was so lovely to work with --- super responsive, patient, kind and informative all steps of the way. She constantly kept me updated and helped me figure out the best way to make our vision a reality. As the invite designer and illustrator, I was very picky about the look of things, and I changed my mind a few times during the process --- but each and every time Caitlin pivoted gracefully and responded exactly to my needs. The finished product is gorgeous and the paper is great quality. The handmade paper with the deckled edge especially fits my artistic style and I couldn't imagine a better printing company! -

Paper Heart Company did such an amazing job with my wedding invitations! Cait was so helpful, patient, and accommodating during the entire process. Cait has a knack for designing and she is a true master at her creations! Cait first asked me what my vision was and when she began working on it she asked me questions along the way as well as sent me visuals to check if it was what I wanted. Cait was able to incorporate everything I asked for and more! They turned out beautifully and I will use Paper Heart Company again in the future! -

I strongly recommend. The PaperHeartCompany did my wedding inviations. I first bought a sample. Loved the sample and knew that was the perfect invitation for our wedding. Caitlin and Tomai was extremely helpful, making sure my order was just right. They are very sweet, kind, helpful. They put their heart into it and it shows, by their quailty, quick responses and beautiful work. -

These girls are so easy to work with and they put my mind at ease when it came to Creating the perfect invite for my special day. Once I got engaged, I knew exactly who to work with on my invitations and printed materials. She took literally what was in my head and put it on paper. She designed my invitations, custom menus, seating chart, custom menus for stations and signature drink signs that went into frames, as well as my program- a custom printed newspaper- which was a nod to my husband’s love of them. The whole process was seamless and so easy to communicate exactly what I wanted. -

I'm not typically someone who writes reviews, but I have to say Paper Heart Company from start to finish provided best in class service, selection and pricing. Tomai was wonderful and patient as she walked us through the array of books and options they provide. Along with her suggestions and artistic design, our invitations were even more beautiful than what we had expected! Thank you Paper Heart Company for taking the stress out of the wedding invitation process! -

We were able to print our invitations over vellum and affix them to homemade paper. These are perfect for our wedding and match our personality. LOVE his company :) -

Courtney Sent on 01/30/2016These ladies just made my wedding invitations, and wow! They are so lovely and completely "me". They created a custom listing for me to help me get exactly what I needed. They were incredibly accommodating and willing. Everything was spelled correctly and the quality of the ink, design, and paper were extremely professional. The envelopes were nice and everything was shipped with care. The turn around time was reasonable. My invitations are exactly what they promised and more and I've already received numerous compliments. They have my highest recommendation. -

A creative and personable duo!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Caitlin on our save the dates and wedding invitations! First and foremost, each time my fiance and I walked into her office, it was like we were seeing a friend we had known for years! Caitlin is so personable and so easy to talk to. On top of that, she has an amazing eye for the colors and designs that work well together. She designed beautiful flowers for our save the dates that then carried over to our actual invitations, everything flowed so perfectly.
Like many couples this year, my fiance and I got married during COVID. About a month before we were planning to send out our invites, the country began shutting down, including all of the printers for our invitations. Even with all the craziness, Caitlin worked SO hard to make sure our order was in on time before the printers closed down. She is dedicated, creative and so sweet! I look forward to working with Caitlin again for future events! -

Pamela Sent on 06/18/2016I used Paper Heart Company for the calligraphy for my Save The Dates. I will be honest that I have high standards and I don't pull punches with reviews. I loved the sample watercolor they had in their shop and choose a matching color for my custom liners. Initially communication was good and they promptly responded. It wasn't perfect however and I had to ask whether they received them and had to remind them I had already sent the addresses. I was surprised when they notified me they were completed as I had not seen any pictures/proofs/or examples. They immediately asked me for a review prior to them shipping or me seeing them, which I felt was strange. 5 days later I had to ask whether they had been shipped and if I could have a tracking number. I was then informed they had been returned because of an issue with the label and was then sent pictures. Only then did I realize the calligrapher had taken some artistic liberties and made the "Mr. & Mrs" in the serif font and shrunk it above the script name. I had never seen this done before and would have preferred "okaying" that first. I probably could have been more explicit, but I figured a calligrapher didn't need to be told to keep "Mr. & Mrs. so and so" all on the same line and in the same font. However, I had not sent enough extras for a re-do and they never responded or acknowledged my comments or concerns. Three days later they arrived with the flimsy envelope bent in several places, and the envelopes inside were bent and worn on the corners. They DID promptly address this issue and I provided pictures and they issued a refund on the shipping, noted cardboard should have been placed between the envelopes. I did appreciate that, but all in all I was underwhelmed with the experience.
I am sure they have provided good service, but I would just be extremely explicit on the details and ask for proofs or pictures.
