  Karen's work is amazing! She did all of my bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and my cake toppers and they are absolutely gorgeous and so unique. She kept in touch with me every step along the way, sent pictures, was immediately responsive to all my questions, delivered ahead of time, and really took my vision and made it reality!

  Fioribelle made paper flowers, wine tags, confetti and a beautiful backdrop of paper rosettes for my baby shower, it looked gorgeous! Everything custom made, amazing customer service.

  FioriBelle responded very quickly and was able to complete my custom order and ship quicker than I expected. I ordered custom "Will you be my bridesmaid?" gift tags and they turned out great. I was able to tie them onto my gift box and they looked very professional, but personal since they were hand written. I was very happy with tags. Thank you FioriBelle!

  I contacted Karen for a thank-you-gift idea for work colleagues, she was very helpful with her suggestions and had many options on different flowers and colors. I purchased two, one-dozen flower arrangements which she help me pair with glass vases. They looked so cute! Good quality, perfect size for desk decoration and so chic. My co-workers LOVED them and so did I. Thanks so much Karen!!

  I contacted Karen to make custom confetti for my sister-in-law's baby shower. She was busy preparing for a craft show and she very kindly told me her circumstances, but asked for more details about my custom order to see if she could help me out in the time frame I needed. She happily agreed to help when she found out the timeline would work ok and she provided high quality paper confetti in the perfect colors that made everything pop. The order came earlier than expected, too. I appreciate Karen's willingness to work with me and the high quality of her work. Thank you!!

  Unprofessional

  My really good friend ordered invites. Karen messed up and put the wrong dates and refuses to give a refund. KAREN also told my friend to issue reprints, she would havel to charge another $400 even though she (Karen) screwed up. Please do not use her for any services

  Disgraceful

  My cousin ordered her wedding invites through this vendor. We received the invites and even though the proof my cousin saw was correct, the invite had not only the wrong date but the wrong year! Instead of the vendor reprinting the $800 invites due to their own mistake, they are trying to charge her $400 to reprint. And now they are refusing to refund. You should be ashamed of yourself to do business this way . Your mistake, you eat the cost.

  Beware of this company

  When my wedding invites were sent out I got calls asking why has my date changed to my surprise not only was my wedding date wrong but she put the year 2020.she refuses to reprint free of charge for her mistake nor issue a refund. So far during my bridal experience this was the worst vendor I’ve ever had to deal with. I would rate this company 0 stars I I could. Brides please BEWARE

  no accountability

  i received a wedding invitation from my cousin and had to call her and ask her why she changed the date to her wedding..she told me that she hadn’t and that’s when we realized this vendor put the wrong date (even the wrong year) on all of my cousin’s invitations and then wanted to charge my cousin another $400 to reprint….that’s crazy to me….the owner made the mistake and should rectify it without my cousin having to come out of pocket again…wedding planning is stressful enough and now due to the owner’s mistake, we have to figure out a way to make sure hundreds of family and friends remember the actual wedding date 🙄 money wasted…thanks for NOTHING karen
