    Overall GREAT experience!

    We used Paper Affair in Plano for our wedding invites/RSVP's - and everything was great! They were super patient with me and my multiple visits and countless 'book flipping' until I found the perfect choice! Only snag we ran into - was the last name they put my order under. The put my maiden name (the name on the invites) instead of my current last night (Which I requested) to make it easier for my maid of honor (who was in charge of following up and picking up the invites when they were ready) - just a break down in communication on both sides - but would definitely use them again!

    Great experience!

    Cindy and her team at Paper Affair are the best! I had a specific vision for my wedding invitations and Paper Affair patiently helped me select the paper, calligraphy and ink color. They are so knowledgable and made me feel confident with every decision. The end result was beautiful and just what I hoped for!

    Fantastic and Professional

    Sandy and her team at Paper Affair in Plano were fantastic!!! From the moment I stepped into the store to the final product they were professional, helpful and honest. My wedding invitations came out beautifully and it was all stress free! They made sure that everything was perfect, paying attention to every detail.     Paper Affair Dallas was AMAZING to work with! We had a horrible experience with the people who did our invitations, so we switched to Paper Affair Dallas to do our escort cards, table place cards, rehearsal dinner place cards and our ceremony programs, and everything was absolutely incredible! The quality of work was exceptional and their response time was great! We were so glad that we switched over to them to execute all the important elements of our big day!!! Everything tuned out absolutely beautiful!

    The ladies at Paper Affair Frisco were AMAZING throughout every step of wedding planning. We had several different items made at Paper Affair that were used at our wedding. Including: Invitations, RSVP cards, programs, seating chart, cake topper, name cards, custom cups / napkins, frame inserts and so much more. Everything turned out beautifully and the process was seamless.

    On several occasions we added new items to our order, many of which at the last minute. The team was quick to respond and get the wheels in motion. Their designers were very helpful and were open to making changes, big and small.

    I highly recommend Paper Affair's services to future brides or anyone planning an event. My husband’s 30th birthday is coming up and I plan to use them again!

    We worked with Sandy Shideler and her team in the Plano store. From the first day my daughter and I went into the store to look for wedding invitations, until her wedding and reception 10 months later, we received EXCELLENT help, EXCELLENT communication and follow-up, and EXCELLENT, BEAUTIFUL results. As a mother of the bride who lives in Tulsa and did almost all of the communication via email, it was extremely important to me that I worked with a team that was good at communicating, good at follow-up with changes, and whose creatives could "catch the vision" of what we wanted to achieve as everything we did was custom. We did ALL of our paper goods for my daughter's family destination wedding in Grand Cayman and later reception in Tulsa, with Paper Affair. They did her invitation suite, personalized menus, table numbers, schedule of events for our familie's time in Grand Cayman, a beautiful custom seating chart for her reception, placecards, etc. Everything turned out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased. I can't give a higher rating....they were simply the best!!

    Paper Affairs did everything so quickly and personally!! They always called me when they had questions just to make sure everything would be perfect for the big day. And they would always send proofs within a few days too. I highly recommend them for any event you have coming up!!!

    We had the pleasure of working with the team at Paper Affair in Plano on both our wedding invitations and welcome itineraries. We had destination wedding in San Francisco so it was important to give our guests their first experience and introduction to the weekend with invitations that reflected the feel and itineraries that got them excited for what was to come! The team dedicated multiple hours and evenings to us by sitting down and going through all of our options, helping us to find exactly what fit our vision. We were able to touch and feel different types of paper and fonts in the shop along with get answers to all of our questions. We truly had a wonderful experience and recommend Paper Affair to all that are looking for a personal experience in creating your invitations or other paper needs.     Cindy and the entire Paper Affair Dallas team was nothing short of incredible! After having a rough go with other vendors in the area, I reached out to them and they truly helped bring my vision to life. They listened, understood me and were so collaborative and helpful throughout. It was so refreshing in the planning process to have a team share what was a must-have, and what we could live without to keep the invitations and entire wedding suite beautiful, yet a little more affordable.     Paper Affair and their staff were so great to work with in coordinating our wedding invitations. I am so glad we went through them. They were recommended by another small boutique in Longview, TX. The reason Paper Affair was so wonderful to work with was that they allowed my husband, who is a graphic designer, to design the invitations. They turned out wonderful and had the personal touch we were looking for!! The staff was so helpful- I was able to send them my guest list on a spreadsheet and they printed and addressed every single invite (what a time saver!!!) They were so wonderful to work with and receive my highest recommendation.

    Genuine personalized service! Ordered our daughter’s wedding invitations from Paper Affair (Frisco) after visiting several wedding stationery boutiques/stores. Even though we could have gotten the same invitations elsewhere, we chose Paper Affair for their knowledge, care, and genuine attention to every detail that we were looking for in an invitation. Erin was totally attuned to what elements were important to us and when the invitation we originally wanted wasn’t going to be available due to manufacturing issues, she found one we ended up loving even more! At a time when emotions are running high and you’re striving to get every detail perfect for that special day, let Paper Affair eliminate some of the stress for you.

    Paper Affair Dallas is a wonderful place to order wedding invitations. I’m so happy we used them to design ours! Sandy and the team at the Plano store were exceptional at helping us choose the best design for us, customizing it to the littlest details. As a bride, who had to plan our wedding quickly, I was pleased with how pleasant an experience it was. Sandy was so intuitive, kind, and patient — making sure everything was perfect before the printing. (I changed the font, reply date, and other details a few time before the final proof.) Everyone we worked with at the store was friendly and accommodating. The invitations turned out gorgeous, even more beautiful than I pictured! I can't say enough good things about Paper Affair. After the wedding, I found myself wanting to drop by the store just to say hi. That’s how nice they are, and how special they make you feel as a bride. I’m so thankful we chose Paper Affair for our wedding invitations! :)

    When searching for wedding invitations, I had always dreamt of picking the invitations from the book, feeling the weight of the paper in my hand and being able to select each detail from script to color. The fabulous employees at The Paper Affair skillfully guided me through all of the many options we had for our wedding invitations. I fell in love with our classic invitations and had THOUSANDS to choose from! I am so glad we found The Paper Affair. They were expedient in responding via phone or email when we had a question or concern and our invitations were even finished EARLY! There are just so many good things I could say about this store. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!

    I happened to find this place because my fiancee ended up being hired to tutor the owner's son. Sure enough they swap stories and I hear about Paper Affairs. I wasn't going to design a fancy invitation but I am so glad I did! I went in first for Save the dates and basically just told her to design a basic invite and gave her a picture and a theme. She emailed me very quickly with a couple proofs and was very quick to edit anything I didn't like. So when time came for the invitations it was even easier. She sits you down and talks to you about your theme and atmosphere of your wedding. She then goes to the large wall of books and selects just a few. You sit down and label all the one's you like and then she helps you narrow them down. I was able to find a great invitation and Paper Affairs Jazzed it up perfectly! They were honest and forthcoming about prices and how much things cost. They also had services to stuff, label and stamp envelopes. I never lifted a finger besides picking the proofs and editing what I wanted. Great job! I get endless compliments on my invitations. Will be back again!

    Paper Affair was a pure joy to work with for my wedding. I decided to stop in one day, and check them out, and I am so glad I did. Cindy helped me organize all my thoughts and create a game plan. Juliana and Stacey (creative team) were able to bring all my ideas to life. They created such a beautiful invitation suite, menus, and programs for me. They were quick to respond, and helped me through many revisions. I was never worried- Paper Affair took care of everything and were always on-time(mostly early)! I will always look fondly on my invitations for many years to come. I highly recommend them to all DFW brides.

    I loved designing and purchasing my wedding invitations from The Paper Affair! Their consultants are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to making etiquette decisions, and help with things like font style/size/color, paper texture, etc. After meeting with them, I just cannot imagine doing this online only, or without their help! They even helped us with setting up an Excel worksheet with all the guests names and addresses and then printing them onto our invitations! HIGHLY recommend!

    Paper Affair did all the paper products for my wedding. Invitations, decor signs, favor tags, programs, etc. They were such a pleasure to work with and did such an amazing job. My invitations were gorgeous and their customer service was excellent.

    This store is awesome! Ashley at the Plano store saved the day for us! It was 130 days until my daughter’s wedding day and we had the invitations all picked out and ready to order when our reception venue, Gleneagles Country Club of Plano, TX, cancelled on us! After weeks of chaos trying to figure out next steps, we were sure that we would not have time to order the invitations that we had picked out and were excited about. Store Manager, Ashley, worked hard to figure out a plan so that we could still get the invitations that we loved, not only in time, but at no additional cost to us! She oversaw every aspect of our order, reassuring us at every step! This was just a huge help and meant so much to us after such devastating treatment by our venue. We highly recommend this store for their beautiful invitations and merchandise, but especially for their over the top customer service!

    The staff at the paper affair in Plano was very helpful and knowledgable. They helped me choose wedding invitations that perfectly went with my wedding theme.     We looked at various invitation options from print-at-home, to lower-cost-printing to retail invitation options. The samples that I got from the lower cost or print-at home options were just not right for wedding invitations. Frankly, it was almost no better than electronic invitations.

    When we went to Paper Affair, we found a nice selection of invitations, and the quality of printing (including colors, textures, raising lettering, etc.) was superior to anything else we saw. Pricing was certainly more expensive, but it wasn't so much more expensive that it would offset the huge difference in quality. (Maybe 10-20% more expensive depending on options.)

    Wonderful selection of invitations from formal, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, save the date. They have it all! Staff is knowledgable and great to work with. All of our paper goods including not only invitations but personalized napkins, menus and place cards were beautiful! Also have perfect selection of wedding books and gifts. Paper Affair Plano was a huge part of my daughters wedding and knew exactly where to guide us in picking out everything!

    Great service and great value. Bonus - if you shop during the Family Place Partners' Card annual two week shopping period, they also let you use your Partners' Card discount on the invitations. They carry several great invitation lines and the staff is really helpful.

    Paper Affair Plano did our invitations, ceremony programs, monogram napkins, and water bottle labels. To start, our invitations were GORGEOUS and we received so many compliments on them from our guests. Milan really took the time to show us a variety of options and colors that would best fit our wedding style which was more formal. Everything we ordered through Paper Affair looked amazing and they would call us as soon as it was ready for pick-up. I waited until the last minute to order programs (a week before the wedding) and they came through for us! All of the ladies that work there are super sweet and accommodating, and we will definitely be returning for future invitation needs. I highly recommend Paper Affair!!!!

    Paper Affair made the planning of our daughter's wedding such a delight. The qualities of the products are amazing. The advice and guidance that they offered was so very helpful. Ashley was so professional, flexible, and responsive to us. Rachel also deserves a mention as well for her helpfulness.     I highly recommend Paper Affair for any invitations or decor for an event. They go out of their way to assist and make suggestions for the perfect outcome!!!!! I was helping my future daughter-in-law with her wedding invitations and the owner suggested something totally different then I had I envisioned and they came out so beautiful.     My wedding wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Cindy! She was so creative, fun, and made the experience a memorable time. I go there for all my invitations and am always very pleased!     Worked with Milan in the Plano location - she was a total God send!! She helped with more than just the invitations - she pretty much planned my entire event! Couldn't do it without her! Everything from the supplies to the favors were great - I was thoroughly impressed with her. Certainly above and beyond what I was expecting! Will never go anywhere else for all things paper!

    Milan, in the Plano store, was the one who took care of all our paper products for my daughter's wedding. She is extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. She was even able to assist us with and emergency reprint of the programs, when we realized that a very important person had been left off. All the staff was very helpful. I was very impressed with how timely everything arrives. Loved the products, Koozies, napkins, programs, cups, etc.

    Just recently designed and ordered our wedding invitations and rehearsal dinner invitations at Paper Affair. We absolutely loved our experience! We worked with Ashley who was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. She was able to make great suggestions regarding colors, paper types, and invitation etiquette. She was also mindful and considerate of our budget, tastes, and last minute requests. We ended up designing our own invitation by picking out the style, fonts, ink colors, and layout. They were absolutely gorgeous! I have gotten rave reviews from guests of all different backgrounds and everyone loved them! I had originally planned to order invitations online but I am so glad that I didn't. Having the personal touch of working with Ashley plus getting to have customized input in the process made it so much easier. And in the end the prices ended up being very competitive and well worth it!
    We did rehearsal dinner invites here too and were able to go with a different style than the wedding invitations just for fun. These turned out stunning as well! I am so glad that I was introduced to Paper Affair during the wedding planning process and I know I'll be using them for future invitations too!

    For me, the hardest part of wedding planning was picking out my invitations. My mother is in Atlanta so picking out invitations without her was very intimidating to me. I had a style in my head with a not so huge budget, which made me hesitant at first to go to Paper Affair. I went in and met with Ashley and it was one of the best decisions I made through my entire planning process. All I had to tell her was my vision, my budget, and my expectations (classic, simple yet a little different, and nice) and she went to work. She didn’t send me hunting through 100 different books where I was sure to land on one that was way out of my budget; she pulled out three books and knew exactly the invitations that would land me where I needed to be.
    Not only did she help me create an amazing invitation that I loved, she also made sure that my programs matched and were considered with my budget (we ended out coming $100 under budget!). My mom, in Atlanta, has called Ashley for advice on shower invites and she would text my mom pictures and order from her store and ship my mom’s front door. In the past 6 months, I have purchased two shower invites, wedding invitations, water bottle labels, bridesmaid robes, gift basket itineraries, bridesmaid gifts, and personalized napkins through the Paper Affair store in Plano. I am so glad that I walked into that store and met Ashely because she was so accommodating and sweet, I could not have done any of it without her. She took the overwhelming feeling away and made sure that it was a positive experience, which is more than I can say of a lot of vendors. Love this store!!

    One of the best experiences of planning our son's recent Bar-Mitzvah!! We had custom invitations created by Paper Affair, and every step of the process was easy, hassle free, just perfect. Our invitations were perfect, and Ashley took the theme of the party and brought it to life through them. We also ordered napkins through Paper Affair - and that process was equally as great.     I had Paper Affair supply all the paper products needed for the Rehearsal Dinner we hosted. It was an easy and pleasurable experience working with the staff. They helped me with suggestions and coordinating the invitations, menu cards, place cards, and napkins including style, ink color, paper color and fonts. Everything including the pens on the table to circle entrée choices were perfect. The best thing I can say is I have a very busy work schedule and all I had to do was stuff and stamp. They did such a great job I used them to do the invites for the post wedding breakfast. I would recommend them for any person who wants a hassle free event at least from the paper supplies.

    My experience with Paper Affair was one of the best parts of my wedding planning! The manager at the Plano location, Ashley, went above and beyond in helping with absolutely every aspect of the wedding, and now she is doing the same for my sister's wedding.     We had a great experience working with the ladies from the Paper Affair store on our beautiful wedding invitations. I took an example in of what I wanted them to look like and they turned out perfectly! They provided us with great advice on how to word the invitations and were more than helpful answering any questions we had in the process. When reviewing the proofs, they were very responsive throughout the process.

    Milan was my original consultant at the Paper Affair in Plano and she was amazing beyond words!!! I went in there not really knowing what I wanted and she went through book after book with me to figure it out. And my order was a bit complicated needing two different types of RSVP cards and formatting of addresses on the invitations for out of the country addresses and she helped me out with all of it. Also Juliana with the proofs was so patient with me and the back and forth I did with her she was so quick to respond and make changes! I will for sure be using them again to make custom thank you cards and any custom invitations in the future. And everyone who has received their invitations loves them and tell me over and over how beautiful they are and where I got them from. Great quality and service at an amazing price!!!

    They did an amazing job on our invitations. They look our artwork that we wanted and put it directly on our invitations. When we met with them and showed them idea or something we saw they found something even better but similar to what we had seen and helped us create something special. They kept in contact with us the entire time and when we needed more envelopes they had them ready in no time. The invitations were gorgeous and came so quickly. I would def recommend them.

    I used Paper Gudes for my custom wedding invitations as well as my wedding programs. I was able to choose everything down to the paper, font & ink colors. I also ordered my custom wedding thank you notes through Paper Gudes. I've used Paper Gudes for many shower, party invitations in the past.     Expensive but worth every penny!!! I had run into issues with previous person I chose to do my invitations and needed some fast!!! Paper Affair was extremely accommodating and patient with me. I received calls about how gorgeous my invitations were!! They were oversized and made a huge statement! The quality of the paper was second to none and the printing was FABULOUS!     The ladies at Paper Affair Dallas know well the vendors with whom they work and were able to direct me, as mother of the bride responsible for invitations for the couple who live in England, to just the right materials! Prices were broken out well so I knew exactly what the charges would be. Dates for proofs and final printings were made and kept. They gave me help with the spreadsheet for addresses. We were so excited with the results and have received compliments on the invitations!

    I used A Paper Affair for all of my stationary and wedding paper needs including some details items. Cindy & Jelly & the other ladies at the store were wonderful to work with and very responsive when I had questions and needed a quick response. I started the process early so we had plenty of time to work on design and details. Overall Juliana & Callie did a great job. We did have some back and forth to get things exactly right which I anticipated and planned for so it wasn't a problem for me. I do think that if a customer is expecting a finished-looking proof on the first go-around they might get a little frustrated with the level of detailed instruction you need to provide but everyone is different so I think it will depend on what your expectation level is. In the end I was extremely happy with my Crane wedding invitations, custom rehearsal dinner invitations, place cards, escort cards, custom Crane thank-you note cards with envelopes and a few other random items I purchased at the store. I will happily use them again & recommend them with confidence.

    Milam has been a pleasure to work with. She helped me with very difficult bilingual invitations and they look gorgeous. Also, she worked with me to obtain additional envelopes needed with no problems. I will be working with Milam this summer to develop programs, menus, and table detailing. She was able to take a great burden off my shoulders!

    As a graphic designer, I chose to create my own stationary for my upcoming wedding. I ended up at Paper Affair, which has a lovely assortment of different papers. The staff were a pleasure to work with, and very knowledgeable as well. They were happy to order more for me, and gave me a call when it came in. All in all, a very pleasant and stress free experience. Although I might not recommend making your own stationary to everyone, as it can be time consuming and not necessarily more cost effective, if you do decide to make your own, then check out Paper Affair.

    Ashley rocked! We came in just to have some help putting my daughter's sorority packets together.     We couldn't be happier with our experience. The initial meeting to sort thru the thousands of invitation options was easy with Ann, who kept us on track for the entire process. Once we decided on a format, printing was quick. We had numerous additions, changes to guest lists, and additional cards printed up on short notice and Katie and her crew were always so fast in responding and completing the work. They took a pretty stressful process and made it easy. We HIGHLY recommend Paper Affair.

    My daughter wanted her invitations printed on thick italian torn edge paper. Paper Affair had the paper. It is very difficult to print on, and they managed to print it all in a beautiful and timely manner. I especially like the Frisco location. Betsy is wonderful.

    Paper affair worked hard for us. We got a 10% discount for all our paper because we did our invitations with them. About two weeks before the wedding, we ordered a range of paper products from them including menus, ceremony paper, seating chart, etc. Things got crazy from there in terms of back and forth about the design, etc. A sit down consultation was crucial to set the framework for these emails, but after many communications we got the proof we wanted. Some of the our items were not delivered as promised, but when we called about this, PA responded immediately and rushed out some items to our house. Everything worked in the end. It was a hard slog, but it hard because of the exactitude of what we wanted and the short timeframe we were working with. Given that, the difficulties that came up are more attributable to us than PA, and they worked hard to keep up with our vision and what we wanted. In the end, it all worked out flawlessly.

    Our invitations turned out beautifully but I am glad that I had done my research and knew what I wanted on my invites before I went. After we went to the store we were left alone with several large invitation books. We sorted through all of them and my husband and I picked out our invitations and a colors. When the lady who was helping us came back we gave her the information and she ordered them the way we wanted them but was not able to answer any of our questions regarding the product or the process. We asked questions about wording that she was not knowledgeable about as well as different printing processes that she was not able to explain. Although she was not as knowledgeable about the invitations as I would have liked our actual invites turned out beautifully and were perfect. They were fairly pricey but we bought them while they were doing a 20% off sale when you bought at fundraising card.

    After doing a lot of research and looking through thousands of invitations, I went to Paper Affair knowing exactly what I wanted my wedding invitations to look like. I was specific on my design and worked with Milan who helped me select the correct paper and colors. She was professional and helpful and it was very evident that she knows what she is doing.

    I was on a short timeline and was told I should have the invitations out the door in 3 weeks. It took 5 weeks due to numerous corrections that had to be made with the typesetter. She made several mistakes with alignment and spacing or would just pain forget to change the font to the correct font on the response card or an insert. Each "change" with the typesetter would take 24-48 hour to turn around which would drag the process out even longer. Things could have been done according to schedule if the typesetter knew what they were doing but by the time we were at this point, there was nothing we could do but be at their mercy and wait. I asked if I could come in and personally meet with her because things were just taking so long and there was a HUGE communication gap and was told no, as this is something they outsource.

    We eventually got our invitations and there were smudges on every single response card from the printing. Milan was able to remove some of the mark with an eraser, but for the cost of the invitations, this is unacceptable. She gave me a small credit for this error. We also had them print the addresses on the envelopes after we discovered we were unable to do it ourselves. I asked for the same font to be used on the envelopes that was used on the invitation and this took an entire week for the typesetter to get correct. Our invitations went out 2 weeks late giving our guests only a few weeks to respond back.

    Overall, our invitations turned out beautiful and Milan was great to work with, but the process to getting to the end was torturous. Not worth the expensive price tag!
