  Stunning Wedding Photos

  We are overwhelmed by how magnificent the photo gallery Paola created for our wedding is. There are so many photos that are actual masterpieces. It's impossible to even choose a top 20. We heard the following feedback: "This looks like it should be in Vogue." "Your photographer was incredible." and "Can I have her contact info!?" We have memories and art to last forever.

  We are overwhelmed by how magnificent the photo gallery Paola created for our wedding is. There are so many photos that are actual masterpieces. It's impossible to even choose a top 20.   Deserves Six Stars!

  Hiring Paola to take my engagement proposal photos was a no-brainer. She was very helpful in the planning, such a delight to work with day-of, and the photos are magnificent! Far exceeded my expectations, which were already very high! I’d recommend Paola to anyone who’s in need of the best photographer around to perfectly capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment!

  A joy to work with!

  My husband and I loved having Paola as our wedding photographer. We are SO happy that we booked her. She was a pleasure to work with and helped make the day so special. Her energy was positive and fun, and our guests, family and wedding party were very complimentary of her!
  
  Not to mention, the photos are beautiful. She scoped out our location ahead of time and picked the perfect spots to use for our shoot. I can't recommend Paola enough!

  Hire Paola - a dream to work with, and an INCREDIBLE talent

  To say we were thrilled with Paola would be the understatement of the century. From the very first consult, we knew Paola was the photographer for us… the images she creates are intimate, creative, and beautiful, and she captures the small moments that make big days so special. And not only is she an incredible artist, she is a delight to be around - spending two hours with her for our engagement session, as well as the majority of our special day, was a true pleasure. She’s patient, flexible, and her endurance is unmatched. Her notes on our timeline were perfect, and she returned our sneak peek within days. I cannot recommend Paola enough - 10/10!

  Amazing, Lovely, Professional Photographer

  We booked Paola in Summer 2021 for our June 25th, 2022 wedding. After talking with her on the phone, we knew she'd be the perfect fit for us. Despite the fact that my husband and I are relatively camera shy, we had an absolute blast with Paola during our engagement shoot and on our wedding day. It's very important to have a photographer that makes you feel relaxed during your shoots, and Paola made us feel calm and comfortable. Beyond her wonderful personality and professionalism, she is an incredibly talented photographer. She perfectly captured how happy we felt on our wedding day! We've received so many comments from friends and family about how lovely she was to work with and how amazing our photos are. We loved working with her, hope to work with her again, and cannot recommend her enough!

  So Happy! Would do it again if I could!

  My husband and I got married in June of 2022 at a little venue in Asheville, NC. We chose Paola based on her incredible portfolio, and she did not disappoint! Paola was very talented at directing us during our one-on-one shoots, as well as during family photos. I was nervous about having my picture taken for an entire day, but she made us laugh and feel so comfortable. Now we have the most cherished memories in my possession. I am so obsessed with my wedding photos that there's too many to print. We are so thankful to her. 100% recommend.

  Everything I could ask for in a wedding photographer!

  Our wedding photos were everything we dreamed of, all thanks to Paola! She captured the perfect balance of all the traditional wedding shots our family wanted along with the more modern, artful shots we were hoping capture of us on the big day. I love her style both aesthetically and the way she just fit into the day-- she was so kind and fun to be around. The sneak peek came super quickly, followed by our full wedding album. 10/10 would recommend!

  Paola makes dreams come true

  Paola was such a joy to have been a part of our wedding. Our photos are absolutely stunning. Paola’s style and approach are thorough and refreshingly artistic. Friends we have shared the photos with even told us that they are perfectly authentic to represent our love, and we wouldn’t have asked for anything more. Her communication leading up to the weekend was fast and direct. On the day of, she was perfectly at ease with our friends and family, wrangling shots of 20+ family members, pictures with our dog, babies, etc. She was super prepared and managed her time perfectly. Thank you, Paola!

  Laura Geller -- Bride

  OMG, Paola is THE BEST!!! She is AMAZING -- kind, honest and easy to work with. She makes what is usually very stressful (with lots of different voices wanting to be heard) SO MUCH easier. My now-husband (like many men) is not a big fan of having his picture taken -- Paola made it feel like we were hanging out with an old friend, who just happened to have a camera. And our sneak preview pics are to die for! Hiring Paola was one of our best decisions, hands down!

  Paola is the best!

  Paola is an amazing wedding photographer. We absolutely loved working with her and are in love with our photos. Paola is extremely laid back and easy to work with. She has an amazing eye for capturing candids, which is exactly what we wanted. Our wedding photos really tell the story of our wedding day and we will cherish them forever. We actually met Paola as she was waiting outside Eastern Market (our wedding venue) about to shoot another wedding. We fell in love with the photos she had shot previously at other Eastern Market weddings. She was a trooper during our engagement shoot despite being very pregnant and captured some amazing shots of us on Capitol Hill with our dog. Leading up to our wedding day she was very organized and had great ideas of where we should go in DC to showcase the city. Some of my favorite photos are at our first look at the Lincoln Memorial which feel intimate despite swarms of tourists just outside of the shot. When it poured (and I mean POURED) during our outdoor ceremony at the DC War Memorial, Paola didn’t skip a beat and the photos show it. She was a great sport and we are so thankful she was there to capture the beautiful chaos! At the reception it felt like Paola was everywhere, never missing a moment and capturing all of the fun and dancing so we won’t ever forget the happiness we felt celebrating with our friends and family that day.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Paola! She is literally the sweetest person! Pictures are one of the most important parts of your wedding day. It's the visuals you will look at and cherish all your lives, the pictures you'll show your kids one day, and the pictures your parents will frame on their mantel. We had a friend do our engagement pictures, and once we got those back, we knew we needed to hire a real professional to do our day-of pictures (lol). We met with several local DC area photographers, and after our first meeting with Paola, we knew she was the perfect photographer for us. You can tell she genuinely loves love! She listens to your unique story and personalities...and in some magical, very talented, artistic way captures that in her photographs. She uses natural light to her advantage, which I love, and is a master at catching the special candid in-between moments between the obligatory posed photographs. She was so fun and patient at our wedding, not to mention a trooper - being 5 or 6 months pregnant. She made us feel very comfortable (even though we were freaking out with pure excitement and nerves!) We received our pictures and were seriously blown away! I'm so happy we found Paola. We love our photographs and cherish them always!

  One of the best decisions we made!!

  Paola is incredibly talented but it was her ability to interpret our hopes for our wedding photos and her sensitivity to our camera-shyness that made her truly special. I hate photos of myself and my husband is equally as camera shy-- Paola's shots were stunning, and we were NEVER uncomfortable. She was patient, creative, thoughtful, and prepared, and super cool and fun to hang out with which was a major plus Instead of engagement photos, Paola took the time to get to know us over dinner and we were grateful for her time and her sincerity. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

  Paola was the most amazing photographer and I'm so happy that we got to work with her over the last year. We initially hired her to take our engagement photos at Great Falls (beautiful location!). Not being from the area I was nervous to where the good spots would be for us to take photos, but Paola actually grew up in this area and has been to Great Falls many times, so right away she already had all the perfect spots picked out for us when we got there. She made the whole process so easy, fun, and even allowed us to bring our family dog with us to be included in the photos!
  Once we got our photos back we could not stop looking at them! She did an amazing job capturing the perfect shots and even worked with the lighting of the sun to make them even more special and unique. I was so impressed by her photography skills that I even hired her to take photos at our small wedding this spring. Just got the photos back and i'm OBSESSED! I can not take her enough for the wonderful job she did on our photos, but even more so she is the sweetest lady and I'm so happy I got to meet her! Thank you Paola! :)

  Paola is the best! We hired Paola to photograph our wedding and chose the package that came with an engagement shoot. We knew we loved her from the engagement shoot. She spent much of the day with us, traveling to two locations around DC to get a variety of shots, and she managed to pull awesome photos despite my husband and I being our awkward selves in front of the camera. She clearly has a passion for photography, because even after a long day, she was enthusiastic to stick around as the sky changed from sunny to sunset to dusk to catch shots at different lights. At the wedding, she knew how to direct groups to get great shots, and she was friendly and a lot of fun.

  Paola is an amazing Photographer!!! She arrived at our ceremony site early to get set up, and stayed late to make sure she got all the shots we wanted. She curated the images that we wanted, captured priceless candids that couldn't have been planned, and seemed to get a shot from every angle without being a bit intrusive to our special moments. Her turn around times are quick, even though she is super busy, and we couldn't have been happier with the quality. My only regret is that I didn't hire her for the entire wedding weekend to capture even more pre-wedding, celebratory, and after-party moments. We will enjoy these for a lifetime! Thank you. Paola!!

  Paola was our favorite vendor at our wedding. We were married at Eastern Market and wanted our photographer to have experience shooting in that space. The venue provided a short list of vendors, and after reviewing several websites, we were immediately drawn to Paola's work. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of the camera, but Paola style of capturing more candid photos and blending in with guests rather than being front and center was exactly what we wanted. Paola set-up a meet and greet where we got to know one another, and after an hour, we were impressed with her portfolio and loved her authenticity.
  
  We opted for the package that included an engagement photo shoot, and we're so glad we did. It gave us a opportunity to work with Paola before our wedding day. She traipsed all over Capitol Hill with us, capturing terrific shots. It was very reassuring knowing we had a photographer who made us feel comfortable and who we knew would perfectly capture our special day.
  
  Rain was predicted on our wedding day (thankfully it never came), but Paola was better prepared with rain plans than our wedding planner. Prior to our wedding day, she went to our venue site to find a location for our first look and sunset photo ops. Overall, Paola met all of our requests and exceeded our expectations in capturing our wedding day. We've used our wedding photos for holiday cards and gifts, and are constantly receiving complements on how well our loved was captured. We are forever grateful for having had Paola be a part of our engagement and wedding journey!

  Paola was our favorite vendor at our wedding. We were married at Eastern Market and wanted our photographer to have experience shooting in that space. The venue provided a short list of vendors, and after reviewing several websites, we were immediately drawn to Paola's work. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of the camera, but Paola style of capturing more candid photos and blending in with guests rather than being front and center was exactly what we wanted. Paola set-up a meet and greet where we got to know one another, and after an hour, we were impressed with her portfolio and loved her authenticity.
  
  We opted for the package that included an engagement photo shoot, and we're so glad we did. It gave us a opportunity to work with Paola before our wedding day. She traipsed all over Capitol Hill with us, capturing terrific shots.   Paola was the perfect photographer for our small wedding/elopement. Our relationship with Paola started when she promptly responded to an email and invited us to meet her. Andre and I really liked the opportunity to meet with Paola and share with her a bit about us and our personalities which we hoped would come through in some of our pictures. Between our first meeting and our wedding Paola stayed in touch with us. She had never been to our ceremony site and took the time to scout the park the day before and decide on the perfect locations for photos. We had a super small outdoor wedding at 11am on a spectacularly sunny day in May. This proved perfect for a ceremony but less than ideal for a photographer with the sun high in the sky creating endless shadows. Paola never hesitated or tried to change our minds about the timing. She arrived early and incredibly prepared. She took lots of pictures and was so wonderful with us and our family members in attendance. Of course we didn't stay exactly on schedule, but Paola never made us feel rushed. She truly let us enjoy our special day to the fullest...all while capturing the joy. Finally, the pictures were amazing. We received a sneak peak within a week and then our final photo package within a month. She captured every special moment and gave us many beautiful photos that we have already printed for ourselves and family. We were tight on cash and only hired her for 5 hours... she ended up staying almost twice as long, to make sure she captured the entire night, as well as all of the preparations. Totally unnecessary, but really appreciated! The photographs themselves came out incredibly... we've already gotten so many compliments from friends and family, and looking through makes all of the memories come rushing back.

  Paola was truly wonderful. Me and my husband were not very excited about getting photographed. We also both have HUGE families and the logistics of getting everyone photographed felt overwhelming. Paola made everything feel so easy. She also totally got our esthetic. We got married in the city under a bridge. She used the urban landscape beautifully. In the end the photos we got were beautiful and completely reflected the mood of the day. My little sister is getting married soon and will be using her too!

  Amazing work at the mall!

  Paola did amazing work! We had her take our engagements and formal photos prior to our wedding and she was able to make it seem like we were the only ones at the mall! We were disappointed when the Jefferson was closed for renovations, but we couldn't be happier with her recommendation to go to the supreme court and the pictures we got there, at the capitol, and the Lincoln!
