Wedding Ceremony Music

We hired Pan String Trio to play at my daughters wedding and they were absolutely wonderful! Their music really made the ceremony so special. Amy was very professional and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them!

Sublime musicians!

The Pan String Quartet performed for our wedding. From beginning to end, they were very easy to communicate with. We had a special request, which was John Denver's "Country Roads." They performed it flawlessly. Thank you again!

I had the honor to have them at both of my daughter's wedding, this year. The music was second to none. The professionalism and follow-up made us feel secure, that they were the perfect choice for both weddings. Absolutely Perfect!

My wife and I hired Pan String Quartet for our wedding and reception and they were absolutely perfect! First of all, Amy was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process. She not only called to confirm our needs and wants, but she would also follow up with an email detailing everything we talked about along with a sample mass and repertoire for us to choose our music selections. Secondly, and probably most important, they played heavenly! None of the selections were played too fast or too aggressive and we were getting compliments on the music all night! We can not thank Amy, YongHao and their team enough for making our day special!

Wildly Talented, Equally Professional

I cannot recommend the Pan String Quartet/Trio more highly. This fabulous group performed at my wife’s and my wedding ceremony. Perhaps a bit different than many weddings, Anna and I are also deeply involved in the symphonic music happeninings year-round, and so it was very important to us to have a high quality group help emphasize our big day. The Pan String Quartet/Trio delivered. They’re professional, and supremely talented. Hire them for your event (whether it’s a wedding, cocktail party, or whatever!)

Wonderful experience all around. Hire Pan String!!!

Pam String exceeded all of my expectations for our wedding ceremony and cocktail music. I asked for all modern songs, and they performed every one so beautifully. One of my bridesmaids had tears in her eyes! I could not have been happier. Amy is very professional, timely, and accommodating. I wish I could give 100 stars! Very Professional

Amy Pan was so easy to worth with to organize music for my daughters wedding. Pan Quartet has a you tube where you can get some ideas from their performance on songs for your ceremony. And if you have any in mind, it may already be in their library of songs they perform. If not, if they can find the music in instrumental, they can play for you (possibly may have an additional fee) . I would definitely hire then again if needed. They helped make the ceremony perfect.

Perfect for our romantic Victorian wedding!

Pan Strings played for our wedding ceremony and they were absolutely wonderful. We got married out under the oaks of an antebellum home and they added the perfect touch to our ceremony! Amy was responsive through all our communications and answered any questions we had. They have an (almost overwhelming haha) song list for you to pick from that allowed us to find the perfect songs for our procession and recession. On wedding day; they arrived on time, were professionally dressed, and even helped go with the flow when our flower girls and ring bearer didn’t want to “participate” as practiced! Would definitely recommend if you are interested in adding a romantic twist to your wedding ceremony! (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

We hired Pan String Quartet for my daughter’s wedding 2/4/22. I can’t begin to say how beautiful it was! Working with Amy was extremely easy, they learned a particular song we requested. She worked with our piano and cantor and it turned out wonderful. We received many compliments how great the music was. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing and professional group to work with!

Amy Pan and her team were outstanding for the ceremony that I planned for my clients! She was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time! They even went above and beyond to learn a song for the couples first dance, because the reception band was not comfortable with the song. We also had a surprise artist for the couple and Pan Strings team showed up early to rehearse with him. We love Amy and her team!

Wow! Dr. Pan was excellent to work with. I ended up needing a musician for my wedding about a month out and reached out to many musicians in the area. The Pan String Quartet was not only highly rated, had really great videos on YouTube, but responded instantly! Dr. Pan is extremely professional, prompt, and efficient. We had weather issues and changes to our original plan, they were easy going and went with the flow. The music was fantastic. Can you ask for anything more?

Pan String is amazing! Our guest raved about the elegance that was added to our ceremony by Pan String. Amy was our primary point of contact and I was beyond impressed by her responsiveness and thoroughness. She gave me advice on the songs that are normally played in catholic ceremonies, she even contacted me several times too ensure our final selection so that they could practice in an effort to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Pan String Quartet did a beautiful job at our wedding. My husband and I had our own songs that we wanted to be played as we walked down the aisle and they were very flexible with this and their range of modern songs that they could play was plentiful. For certain points int he ceremony where we did not know of a song to play or have a preference, they chose them for us based on what we would like and they were very beautiful.

They were very professional and many of our guests gave us compliments on how well they played, making the ceremony even more personal and romantic.

Amy is super to work with during the planning process. She was kind and always responded to my emails. In addition, she was very accomidating. I wanted several songs not on the website list, and for a small sheet music fee Pan Strings played all of our favorites.
I highly recommend this vendor. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Amy was incredibly responsive throughout the process; they were very flexible with us changing fairly last minute from a trio to a quartet; and they learned a song for our ceremony that was performed beautifully! They were amazing. Well worth the money. They did an excellent job and only made our wedding day even better. Anyone would be lucky to have Pan String Quartet and Trio - Baton Rouge play at any of their events. We ended up needing them a week before the wedding and the just happen to have the opening. Pan String played at our wedding this past Saturday, and they were wonderful! I had a couple unusual requests (including that I wrote my own walk-on), and they were more than accommodating, even when I took longer than I should have to get the sheet music to them. Pan String played for my Catholic wedding ceremony. They had a wide variety of songs to choose from, including instrumental versions of popular, modern songs, oldies, movie theme songs, as well as classic, traditional songs. They knew exactly what to expect as far as the traditions of the ceremony, were very helpful with all my questions and always responded quickly. Their pricing was similar to other vendors in the area. Most importantly, they played beautifully for the ceremony! It made the wedding even more special because they truly sounded like the professional musicians they are. I would highly recommend them to brides having any kind of ceremony- traditional or not!

My wife and I had PanStrings provide music for our wedding and reception at The Club at Union Square. They were familiar with the facility from having played previous events. Good selection of music to choose from and were able to accomodate a request not on their playlist. Musicians were very professional. Performance was exceptional.
