Kind & Talented Photographer!

We were luckily paired with P.L. Carrillo Photography through Gulf Beach Weddings. Pedro did an absolutely fantastic job on our wedding photos! He was able to capture all of the beautiful colors from the sky on our Valentines Day wedding. He helped position people, came up with fun and unique ideas, and did it all with a smile! We received our photos within 3 weeks after our ceremony. He gave us high resolution photos for printing, as well as smaller resolution photos for sharing on social media and with family. We highly recommend Pedro for your wedding pictures!

Mr.Carrillo did an amazing job with our wedding photos. He was extreamly professional and made sure we got all of the photos we wanted on our big day. He was very selective with what angles he took photos of and was able to make it look like we were the only ones on the beach on a Saturday morning. We enjoyed having him photograph our wedding and made the whole experience comfortable and fun. The pictures turned out absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Pedro was absolutely fantastic!!! He was so flexible with working around me and everyone in the bridal suite and still managing to get fantastic shots! He did such a wonderful job with capturing moments without being a distraction to the ceremony. I would (and have) recommend him to other couples. Pedro was absolutely amazing! Our St Petersburg wedding was a destination wedding for us and out of all our vendors he was the easiest to get in touch with! He helped us arrange a location and time for our engagement photos around the vacation that we had planned to visit FL. We are definitely a little awkward in front of the camera and he made us feel very confortable. The pictures that we have seen have come out great and I would highly recommend him!!!!

Pedro is AMAZING. He is very professional, patient, and a lot of fun to work with. Not only did he do our wedding photos, but he took on the challenge of our engagement photos which included our two large dogs. He is always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls, and the turn around time for our photos was much quicker then anticipated.

Pedro has a great personality and makes it easy to feel comfortable. He always had quick responses to all the questions I had. The pictures turned out perfect; from the ceremony, family pictures, reception, cake, etc. It really showed that Pedro loves what he does. He wasn't in a rush to get out after our time was up.
I was also impressed with his ability to keep up with what was supposed to happen when. My head was all over the place and he got everyone together to make everything go smooth.
I would highly recommend Pedro to any future potential customers. He went above and beyond, is very personable, and dedicated to his work.
Turn around time for final edits of pictures were done before I was expecting.
Definitely give Pedro a try!

Pedro was fantastic! We were impressed by his way of capturing natural light in the photos in his portfolio so we hired him for our sunset beach wedding. The pictures are amazing, especially the sunset ones.

He was professional and great to work with. We felt perfectly at ease with him. Our guests loved him too. He was able to capture many special, quiet moments. We lost my grandmother a few months after the wedding, and Pedro's photos of her dancing with my grandfather are now treasured by the whole family.

I can't recommend Pedro highly enough. He exceeded our expectations in every way.

P.L.Carrillo captured beautiful images of my wedding. When my bride and I received the pictures, we were immediately transported back to that wonderful day. The photos are vibrant and full of life. P.L. Carrillo was easy to work with, and kept us and our guests smiling while we took the photos. The images were more than I was expecting, and we will treasure them for the rest of our lives.

Pedro did an amazing job taking our photos for our 10 year wedding vow renewal on the beach. Pedro totally turned the day around to a positive experience for us after we had a bad experience with the wedding planners on the day of the wedding. You can tell that he loves his work and is passionate about it. He was rolling around in the sand to get the best shot. I had requested a picture of my husband and I to be taken in the ocean with a wave crashing on us. Not only did Pedro jump on board with the idea he had to get in the water as well. So needless to say he left sandy and the lower half his body was soaked. All of the pic turned out great but I think the water one was my favorite. :-)

Pedro and his assistant did a wonderful job. We are enjoying all the different creative shots that he came up with that we didn't even know he took. What a really nice surprise. He was professional and very courteous and his photography was top notch. My husband and I were both amazed at how he took so many different pictures throughout the ceremony from every angle of the church and we didn't even notice he was there taking pictures!! That is really saying a lot because we got married in a very large church so he definitely got his exercise running around! I would definitely use him again at another event or recommend him highly to others.

They say that pictures are worth a thousand words…well Pedro’s are worth a million. There are no amounts of thanks we can provide for capturing every moment of the best day of our lives, and making them even more beautiful then I remember it. From my first contact with Pedro, he was very professional, understanding, and responsive. We planned a destination wedding so therefore, I did not expect to meet him until the day of our wedding. However, Pedro took the time to come to our rehearsal to introduce himself; allowing us to ask questions and see his products. The day of the wedding he made me, my husband, and our wedding guest feel extremely comfortable. Not only does he produce amazing work but he has an amazing personality (even if he is not a Steelers fan ; )). It is without reservation that I would highly recommend P.L. Pedro of P.L. Carrillo Photography was wonderful to work with on our wedding day! He was very respectful while directing us on how to pose even while working in a time crunch - trying to get our pictures done before the sun set completely. He seemed to enjoy what he was doing and you could tell that he has a lot of passion for his craft. My husband even told me that he was running down the beach to catch my walk down the aisle after he had taken pictures of me and my bridesmaids en route to the ceremony. He was very committed to getting the right shots for us and was very creative in getting the right lighting, placement, and conditions for us. My parents were also quite impressed at the value of his photography - most other photographers we had inquired on were far above P.L. Carillo in terms of cost but did not seem as impressive in their skills. We will be recommending his services to friends and would go through his company again for any event of this importance.

I booked him through Gulf Beach Weddings and he was great. I know it is hard to shoot outside with sunlight on the beach but our pictures came out great. He spoke Spanish which was a plus for us.

Pedro is an amazing photographer! Our wedding was suppose to take place at 6:30pm and last minute due to weather had to be moved up to noon! Pedro was so flewable on the last minute change!! He was very kind and we enjoyed working with him. He worked hard very in some crazy winds to capture great photos for us! We would high recommend Perdo to anyone we know!!!! Pedro did such an excellent job on our wedding photos. people are actually asking me if the backgrounds are fake.....which they are not! My mom said "I knew he was good the minute I saw him rolling on the ground trying to capture the perfect shot" lol He was wonderful and because of him we have these fabulous pictures we can one day share with our children. Pedro Carillo was excellent to work with. Everyone commented on how beautiful all of the photos were. He was very professional and was more than willing to stay a little longer than expected when our party lasted longer. I would definitely recommend Pedro to anyone looking for a friendly, professional photographer who offers a great value.

Pedro is a wonderful photographer and captured our day perfectly. The pictures are beautiful and the best I have ever looked. His photos brought out the beauty of our natural surroundings (Beach) and each other. We have never looked this good in photos. Pedro has the gift.

Pedro did a great job with capturing our special day! And he even was able to put the pictures on a disk so we could have before we left to go back to Texas! We ordered a canvas of one of our pictures and he helped us down to every detail in ordering the canvas to make sure it was perfect! We received the canvas very fast and we love it! Thanks Pedro for making our day even more special!

The photos were AMAZING. You really captured the wonder and beuty of my wedding day. And i barely even noticed you taking the pictures. I don't usually like photos of myself, but you managed to somehow capture all my good sides on each photo. They were wonderful. Thank you. Pedro is a superb photographer!!! He was able to capture unique and beautiful images of my wedding that translated into amazing photographs. All of my family and friends that I shared these with had so many nice things to say about it -- and they brought back wonderful memories of ceremony.

Pedro Carrillo was amazing!!!! He along with his sweet wife were patient, professional, and perfectionists. They were extremely detail oriented as well as being clever and creative. They went to any lengths to get the perfect shot including getting into the water up to his knees during the Blessing Stone Ceremony. The slide show he set up for us was wonderful as well. I would strongly recommend him. If you are looking for a photographer, you've found the perfect one! Pedro Carrillo is the one you're looking for.

Pedro did a fantastic job for our wedding vow renewal ceremony and party at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club. He came to our house prior to the event to get to know us. Pedro did a fantastic job photographing our wedding. He made us feel so comfortable while taking shots and never felt intrusive on the happiest day of our lives. We had our reception near the water and did some pictures at a marina. Pedro got the owner of the nicest yacht to allow us to take pictures on the front. We were so happy with the way he went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Pedro for a wedding and family photographer and hope to use him again one day in the future.

Wedding Pics

This photographer was part of a package created by Gulf Beach Weddings. Although we never met or even spoke with the photographer/videographer before our weddings, everything ran like clockwork. The photos and wedding video were amazing. The only thing I'd recommend is speaking with them beforehand so that they have a clear idea of what shots you want.

Pedro was great to work with. The only thing was that we did not get some pictures that I wish we would have. I felt like he was kind of rushed and I was not sure how long we had him for. Other than that working with him was great.
