    Great value, very helpful. Great DJ, I had used Charlie, good guy. Did all that was requested, kept in close contact, easy to work with, negotiable with prices. Made the crowd happy, and is funny. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend them!

    Made me fall in love with our venue.. We weren't in love with our venue but we booked it because we weren't flexible with our wedding date.. But Ouo's up lightings and the entertainment took my breath away! Our mc Tunde!!! Wow!! Amazing! We needed someone to speak mandarin and English.. He was the perfect person! All the guest kept complimenting us on finding Tunde.. Something came up and we had to stall time and he came through and sang for our guest lol!!.. Our wedding turned out amazing and Tunde was a big part of it!!!

    Charles is a pleasure to work with! He was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, and he was a wonderful MC at our reception! He made sure everything was running smoothly, and he definitely knows how to show your guests (and you) a great time!

    Lawrence and Charles and their staff are fantastic! The bride and I did not know how were going to plan the event but with the assistance from the leadership of OUO Entertainment, they know how to make any event memorable. We signed up for DJ, MC and Lighting Including a Flippybook Package (You'll love it, see for yourself!) The whole package alleviated a lot of headaches and planning. We love their quality of service throughout the event and Charles is a true professional. He delivered our schedule precisely and the crowd loved his props he brought to the dance floor! The music selection from the DJ was on point and fit perfectly to our venue! To top it all off, the price was perfect for our budget for all the services we got. I have already recommended them to several of our engaged friends and I can rest assured they can deliver a memorable evening for anyone!

    Want a lively party, a great DJ, and talented MC? You can find it all with OUO Entertainment. My guests were thoroughly impressed with how well Charles kept them entertained! Music was great, and the dance floor was packed - much thanks to our DJ, Dennis! OUO also got us an amazing string trio for our ceremony at Central Park! I worked with Lawrence the entire time - very professional and accommodating (he even provided us a little kit to help us with our planning). They've been in this business for a while now, so you're in good hands if you go with OUO.

    Charles walked me through the process, planning, and hosted my wedding flawlessly! Given his years of experience (he's been in the industry since he was 13 years old he said), he was very knowledgeable and has even performed at Leonard's multiple times. My guests had a great time and I keep getting compliments till this day about how good the music and the MC was. I'd definitely recommend to all engaged couples looking for a great DJ.

    Charlie and Carlos make a great team and they handled my wedding ceremony and reception with precision and excitement. All of my guests friends danced non stop to the beats and the quartet made the ceremony classy. Thanks for a great time!

    I would recommend OUO Entertainment to anyone getting married. They did a fabulous job across the board. Not only were the DJ and Emcee great, but also perhaps the best moment occurred when they played the video montage on photos we provided for them. It was definitely a highlight of the evening. They also posted photos of pictures that were taken of our guests during our cocktail hour on 2 huge plasma screen TV's. Our guest really enjoyed that. They just went the extra distance to make our special day very memorable.

    OUO DJed my wedding last year. They say your guests will remember three things - location, quality of food, and how good the entertainment was. Till this day I still have guests asking me who the DJ and MC was since they got us dancing with great music. Charles was the DJ and he planned the program with us from beginning to end and Andrew was a great interactive MC!

    The Emcee's and DJ's at OUO Entertainment made our Daughter and Son-In-Laws wedding into an unforgettable event. It was evident that they had experience and knowledge on how an event should run. And the music was incredible. There was something for everyone to enjoy.

    I highly recommend OUO Entertainment. The DJ and MC were both true professionals. My guests were extremely impressed by my MC Tundae, he is from the Carribean (non-chinese) and can speak Manadarin well and a few words in Cantonese. His enthusiasm kept the energy going all night long. My guests are still talking about him to this day!

    Working with Charles was a good experience. He responded quickly to my emails and gave great song suggestions. They followed the schedule that was given to them and the reception went smoothy. My guests were always on the dance floor. and our MC Brian knew how to work the crowd

    Very professional staff, Lawrence handled all the details of my event and he took the time to explain everything to us. I found the information folder that they gave me very helpful - it included a timeline leading up to the wedding and what i needed to take care of. Carlos was my DJ and he played everything and Charles was the MC who definitely knew what he was doing. The ouo breakdancers wow'ed my crowd!

    i wanted a very classy wedding reception so i wasn't looking for cheesy line dances and pushy MCs. OUO showed me Johnny D's video and i chose him as my MC. He was perfect and he has this great low deep voice… felt like i was listening to the radio! the dj followed most of the playlist i submitted and mixed in his expertise and it worked out well!

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING groups of folks who know how to throw a party. They know how to read the crowd and play music that suits the bride and groom but that also creates the mood and flow for the entire night.

    OUO Entertainment provided a dj/mc and photo booth for our wedding. They were a bit unresponsive will trying to coordinate ahead of time after we signed the contract but everything came together on the day of. The DJ and Charlie (MC) were great with keeping the flow of the reception with announcing the wedding party, first dance, speeches, slideshow, ect. I was really excited about the photo booth but on the day of their screen (to see yourself) was not working so everyone was being really creative to make sure their pictures were taken. Everyone had a great time taking pictures with their awesome props and it was great to get a copy of all the photo strips.

    Pros:
    1. MC, Jeremy, was really good! Kept the energy up throughout the night. Got everyone involved. He even sang! Didn't overtalk or feel annoying. There was nothing cheesy, i.e. chicken dance, or electric slide.
    2. DJ, Dennis, was really good too! Gave him my music selection, which was partially ignored, but I must say his choices were better. Had great flow of music!! Dinner time music was karaoke like at times, can't complain, got the energy up.
    3. We had party favors were distributed that kids loved! (hats, horns). Felt like a NYE party.
    4. Timely, professional, nice to work with. Everything went smoothly.
    5. Had lots of options/packages to meet any budget.
    6. Family and friends complimented on how good the DJ and MC were.

    Cons:
    1. Times I worried due to lack of responsiveness, but they pulled through at the end.

    Highly recommend!

    OUO entertainment did a fantastic job at our wedding. Our contact, Lawrence was always responsive and attentive to our needs. He put us at ease and even helped in our wedding planning.

    We chose Charles Young as our MC based on the videos that we saw from OUO. He was better than we could have imagined and had loads of charisma and personality. We would definitely recommend Charles and OUO as your Wedding entertainment.

    Very accomodating. They provided DJ, MC and equipment rental (fog machine) Wide variety of music selection. MC was creative and entertaining. Got the guests involved in some games and dancing. We also hired a magician through them for a table to table magic show. The kids were thrilled and adults had fun.

    The emcee had great energy and really kept the party going, but the DJ did not follow our play and do-not-play lists. Otherwise, they were pretty good on the day of. Prior to the wedding, communication with our customer service rep was mostly good but there were a few times I had to resend emails for a response. Their prices were good.

    Our emcee, Tunde was amazing. He was fun, very flexible, and funny. We made sure to get a bilingual emcee that could speak mandarin so my husband's side of the family would feel included, but at the same time wanted a fun emcee who could relate to my more Americanized family. I got many compliments about Tunde throughout the night and would highly recommend his services. The music was good and our guests had a good time. However, that's where our satisfaction ended.
    As a Bride, you are under a lot of stress, hoping that everything will go as planned on your big day. Unfortunately, OUO does not help to alleviate any of that stress. I really wanted a gobo light with our names and date projected on the dance floor which was included in our Platinum Package. I even followed up several times to make sure it was ordered. The day of the wedding, we received an email saying that the Gobo was misplaced.To make up for this, they upgraded us to the Diamond lighting package. Our package also included "novelties" such as 200 giveaways to our guests, 2 tubes of glow necklaces, and 1 confetti shot. This was not seen at all during the night. We even chose our uplighting color with a specific code prior to our wedding. When we arrived at our reception, it was the incorrect color and the type of light seemed different. There were 2 extra people besides Tunde and the DJ that we didn't expect. We prepared tips the night before and ended up not tipping enough because of these 2 extra people. Its a shame because we really loved Tunde.
    Also, we met with Lawrence to set up an order of events and a song selection for our ceremony. It was all written down and was supposed to be given to our DJ. On the day of our wedding. While I was taking family portraits, I was approached by to get a songlist for the ceremony. They said that they could not get in contact with Lawrence at all. I had to try and remember everything that was already decided prior.

    I wasn't satisfied with their service. They change our MC at the day of our wedding day. The messed up the music during our ceremony. What a disaster and it will be forever immortalized on our wedding videos. Plus during the reception they were not playing much dance music for people to dance and also not accepting any requests. The party was not lively as I expected it to be. Should have gone with someone else.
