Nat at Ornate was amazing to work with! As a planner, I love working with florists that can take the bride & groom's vision and bring it to life and Nat did that beautifully! She was very communicative, made adjustments when we requested them, and showed up the day of and created the most gorgeous flowers. The arch design was so well executed and speaks to her expertise as a designer! 10/10 recommend and excited to work with Nat again in the future! -

breathtaking floral arrangements
The only word to describe Nat’s flower arrangements is “stunning.” The arrangement along the stairs for our ceremony had me breathless. Neither my husband or I knew anything about flowers, but we had a general idea of the colors and textures we were interested in. From the table settings to the bouquets, Nat perfectly delivered on our vision. We highly recommend Ornate Events! -

Nat and her team turned our wedding into a fairytale garden, and she is an absolute genius! Even though I was vague and didn't know much about what flowers were out there, she somehow knew exactly what I wanted and brought it to life beautifully.
The attention to detail was also incredible, and every single comment we received about the flowers was a compliment. On top of that, her pricing is so affordable for the quality and care she puts into her work. I'm so grateful our wedding planner recommended her, and I'd recommend her to anyone planning an event. -

We love working with Nat (and Dustin)! I've had the opportunity to work alongside Nat for wedding couples and again for my own wedding. Ornate Events was always the only option for us. We appreciate the flexibility and opportunity to be creative, more than anything! Nat welcomed all of our thoughts and ideas and I didn't feel pressed to move in one way or another. Her staff is so friendly and right on time. Our guests and vendors still rave about our color palette and floral design and it was all thanks to Nat and the Ornate Events team. -

Most beautiful florals!!
I was so lucky I was able to book Nat as my florist for my rehearsal dinner and wedding! As a wedding planner in Atl, I have had the opportunity to work with Nat and her team several times and they always provide the most beautiful floral design to all their couples. Therefore, I knew I was in good hands with Nat! For my wedding Nat really brought my vision to life and even added her creative touch throughout each element of my wedding weekend. On top of that, throughout the entire process she was so professional and did a great job working within my budget! My favorite thing Nat did for me as a bride was she used the leftover fabric from my wedding dress and wrapped my bouquet with it!! It was definitely a special touch! Overall, Nat and her team went OVER and BEYOND for my special day and I am truly thankful for how beautiful my wedding flowers looked!

Nat was a pleasure to work with! She is so easy to communicate with, I really appreciate that she includes an “out of office” response when she’s working on a design and knows she won’t be available. She made two proposals for us and took my suggestions and feedback perfectly to make our dream floral designs.
The flowers were fresh and gorgeous! We got so many compliments that the flower arrangements were beautiful.
Definitely recommend working with Nat for your wedding or other events! And book her early, at one point before I signed a contract she let me know that there were a couple of other inquiries on our date!

We were introduced to Ornate Events and Design through our wedding planner, Events by Mesita. The owner, Nat, was such a pleasure to work with. She took my inspirations from social media and tailored them to our wedding aesthetic. Nat is also very responsive and super receptive to feedback - it’s evident that she wants her clients to be happy with the final outcome! Our wedding colors were shades of purple and she created flower arrangements that people are still talking about to this day! I would highly recommend Ornate Events & Design for your floral needs.

From the initial proposal to the final execution, Nat and her team were perfection. She truly understood my vision and brought it to life with her incredible artistry. I got TONS of compliments on the flowers and every little detail was taken care of by her team. Nat went above and beyond - providing recommendations for cute ideas, repurposing pieces to keep costs down, and even creating and decorating our welcome board herself! Nat was amazing the entire planning process! She was always quick to respond and available for questions. We first set up an online consultation and she saw our vision in everything. They showed up on time and prepared everything exactly how we imagined. I loved my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets so much. She was able to repurpose our ceremony decorations to the reception which was in the basement of the church. So far the photographers pictures highlight everything just right! I can’t wait to see the rest of our photos and reflect on everything. Currently I am propagating the succulents from my bouquet that I asked for. I couldn’t be more happy with our experience with Ornate Events and Designs. Thank you again! -

I could not be more thankful and thrilled with Nat and her team! I cannot say enough kind things about her and how my florals turned out. Upon our first conversation, I just knew Nat understood my specific and unique vision. I wanted something more "natural" and fairytale-like, Nat fully understood what I wanted even with little direction from me. I just told her I love ferns, moss, and more natural silhouettes and she ran with that full speed. Her and the team were an absolute joy to work with, she was happy for me to be as involved or uninvolved as I wanted or needed to be. When I first saw what she did I was absolutely speechless. The florals were my favorite part of our entire wedding and I am thrilled with the execution, professionalism, and choices Nat made to create my perfect wedding. We are still receiving rave reviews on the florals and decor and I honestly believe anyone who doesn't hire Nat is going to regret it. 10/10 Nat made our day perfect. -

I truly cannot say enough about Nat. Going into my wedding planning, I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of florals. I had a unique/trendy vision, and Nat took to it right away. We had the absolute best time planning out everything, and I was so honored that she let me be so involved throughout the process. Come our wedding day, I was absolutely blown away. Of course I knew she would knock it out of the park, but wow. I was speechless. Everything was absolutely perfect. She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, and provide the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. If you are in the market for a florist, you HAVE to use her. I was one of those brides that didn't think much of floral arrangements. Legit I am the one that went into this thinking "flowers die" I don't want to spend a ton of money on them. THEN..... I found Nat who had this vision of what my space could look like. I was getting married outdoors and the reception was outdoors so I needed things to enhance the look but not overtake the venue. Nat captured it perfectly! She was easy to work with and knew just what I needed to see with little direction. -

My go to florist!
I worked with Nat as a wedding planner for her to provide florals for a couple I was working with. She was so flexible with the time frame and the many changes the bride wanted. Due to COVID, things were constantly changing and Nat was so patient. Her process of mocking up visuals in a design board was so helpful for my client because she was able to see her ideas come to life. Even on the wedding day, the aisle and room configuration was a bit different than planned but Nat was able to think quickly and still work the design into the room. I’m so glad I worked with her and she’ll definitely be a go to florist for me moving forward! -

Phenomenal
Nat is the best florist I have ever known! Her work went above and beyond what we expected! She remembered and took care of all of the small details in our wedding and made sure everything was beautiful. Regarding the small details, most guests won’t notice but to the bride, it’s really important. It’s something that means a lot to me so that we can have those memories forever. For our wedding I wanted to have a theme using Navy & Peach colors since we met in Georgia. Nat designed such a beautiful bouquet and the colors were so gorgeous. It went with my wedding dress so well and looked amazing in all the photos. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were also very beautiful. Details on the tables are also very lovely. Nat moved flowers from the ceremony in the chapel to the reception and turned the tables into something really creative using the same flowers. I am just amazed how creative she is and everything turned out so perfect! You will never be disappointed with Nat. She is very professional and an absolutely amazing florist. Nat is very personable an easy to work with. She is very friendly and kind. You will for sure have a great experience working with her. I absolutely suggest her to be your florist! Stunning work!!
Nat’s work for my wedding was amazing. From being there for me from constant emails and texts discussing what flowers I wanted and the colors I was going to use, she was there every step of the way. Weddings are always known to be stressful but you can be assured that Nat will be there for you! I knew I could trust her and her expertise to give me the flowers I dreamed of having for my wedding and she definitely pulled through. My bridesmaids were equally as impressed and thought the arrangements were beautiful. I loved having Nat as my florist and I would definitely use her services again. -

We hired Nat to decorate our reception-only party held in an outdoor tent. Since we wanted it to be an elegant and elevated experience, Nat and I sat down and talked through what I envisioned. She is obviously super skilled and has an eye for putting colors and dimensions together. Not only did she execute perfectly, but she was so easy to work with and communicate with during the whole process. I hosted my son's rehearsal dinner at Canoe in Atlanta, coming in from the NYC area. That meant I needed to rely on Nat as I was not physically in the area. Everything went smoothly. Great value. Malika Sent on 05/08/2018If you are looking at a few different florists let me make this an easy choice - Hire NAT! From the first consultation meeting to the wedding day and beyond, Nat has been excellent. She exceeded expectations and really delivered on my wedding vision in overall look, flowers used and coordinating colors. She really took on the role of decorator and I could not have been happier.
I wanted some kind of out there things - a suspended flower arrangement and wedding arch. She let me dream and she executed. She was honest and truthful about what could and couldn't be done with the budget I provided and didn't skimp or try to push that budget further. Nat made me feel at ease that come wedding day it would all be beautiful - and it was! Things I didn't think of, she had covered without me saying anything.
I provided a lot of the decor elements and Nat added her florist touch. I also rented a few lanterns and the wedding arch from her. So with my provided elements (mason jars, geometric figures, candles and the like) she put everything out - decorating the aisle and then doing the room flip to take the aisle elements and move them to the tables. I gave very little direction. We had discussed general table scheme plans and she took it all from there. During our venue walkthrough, she paid close attention to what would be added to the space (guest book table, escort cards, etc) and added floral touches throughout. It really brought the room together.
I'd hire Nat again in a heartbeat. -

Because our wedding was small intimate, and at the end of November OUTSIDE by a lake, it was important that the flowers created the feeling and set the mood for our wedding to be sophisticated and classy! And, they did. Nat EXCEED all my expectations. When I started looking for a florist, I was really concerned about getting what I wanted, while at a great price. I swear, I chose CORRECT when I hired Nat. Our wedding day was breathtaking, and our flowers...spoke volumes! I highly encourage you to hire Nat!!!!! Julianne Sent on 04/16/2018Where to even begin describing our experience with Nat? She was the first vendor we booked for our wedding after seeing one of the bouquets on her website. We saw that she worked with succulents and airplants and had an eye for design that was gorgeous and worked beautifully without being the "traditional wedding-y" sort of flower arrangements we did not want at our wedding. We met with her a full year before the wedding, making sure we saw eye-to-eye and that we liked her ideas and style. In addition to being the most competent florist in the history of the world, she is creative and a beautiful human; she became such a friendly face at all pre-wedding planning events, and was open to meeting with us whenever we needed, even when we failed to give her a ton of time before the meetings to prepare and plan for them.
Her generosity with her time and her style were incredible, but even those traits were outshone by the absolutely FANTASTIC floral arrangements she pulled together for our wedding. I mean, she was on ladders and agonizing over the details we were too stressed to be concerned with, putting up gorgeous displays, making insanely beautiful boutonnieres and flower clips and crowns, and making all our wedding dreams come true. I trusted her, but it was even better than I expected. People left RAVING about the flowers... like, how often does that happen?!
So, basically, Nat and her flowers are amazing. We loved working with her--She translated the vision of two humans without green-thumbs or knowledge of flowers into a gorgeous display. She is communicative, stylish, kind, generous, fun, and you would be silly not to hire her. -

Beautiful bouquets
Nat used to be my colleague. She loves flowers and always has a passion towards flowers. Nat is so talented! The minute I saw her designs, I knew I wanted her to do the flowers for our wedding. All of the flowers for our wedding day were beautiful, but my bouquet in particular will always stand out in my memory. Nat was very communicative throughout the planning process. She also made the most beautiful bouquets for our bridesmaids She was so easy to work with; she is responsive, knowledgeable, and so sweet! -

The only vendor I regret booking. I had a very positive experience UNTIL wedding day. The bouquets that were delivered were not even close to what I was told I would be receiving. She books more than one wedding on one day so she couldn't get to my venue until 3:30 to try and fix what I was given. The end products were still not what I was proposed, but they were better. This is after my bridesmaids spent an hour (instead of hanging out and getting ready) trying to fix the bouquets. The worse part though was the quality. The majority of the flowers were dead or DYING. Brown and wilted on the edges. Also was told the arch would have drapes which never happened. She also never introduced herself to me on wedding day or apologized, not in person, via email or even via text. I sent a VERY cordial email after the honeymoon explaining why I was disappointed and she never responded. I honestly don't understand what happened and wish I was at least given an apology. I do not understand how she has such stellar reviews. BEYOND disappointed with the services I received.
