Orland Park Bakery was super easy to work with! Our favorite part was the free tasting, as we got to try all of the types of cake, fillings, and flavors. That was a super fun day! My wedding cake
I really loved my cake! The presentation and tasting was all 100%! Everything came out amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that when I arrived to the venue to do the cake cutting, my cake topper wasn’t on the cake. But overall everything else was great.
Tracie was who I had been communicating with to design the cake and pick the flavors. It was truly a pleasure working with her. She is very professional, friendly, and responsive. She was understanding and accommodating to any questions or concerns I had and was very helpful with giving any suggestions/recommendations. I really enjoyed doing business with her. -

Tracie at Orland Park Bakery truly outdid herself. She was able to create a cake that matched our wedding design seamlessly and it was absolutely beautiful. Not only that, but the cake was raved about by guests and people kept asking me where we got it from. The cost is not outrageous for how much you get and it's delicious. Truly cannot go wrong! -

Wedding cake and treats
Orland Bakery knocked it out of the park for our Tiered wedding cake and various sweets for our desert table. Everything from the cake tasting, delivery, design, communication was wonderful. Our cake was beautiful and tasted SO good. Everyone couldn’t stop commenting on the sweets. Thank you!!

We added fresh flowers to the cake on the day of the wedding to match our floral bouquets and it looked stunning in our reception space! “I normally don’t like wedding cake but it was so good, I had 3 pieces!” “Look at your wedding cake, it’s amazing!” -guest reviews of our wedding cake from Orland Park Bakery. I was sold on getting a wedding cake from Orland Park Bakery when I stopped in and met Tracie. It was a little over 2 months notice and she assured me we had plenty of time. We decided to proceed with a wedding cake tasting and I had fun with my (now) husband while Tracie walked us through the steps of designing a custom wedding cake. I have been told (by unsolicited wedding advice givers) not to waste money on a large cake because not everyone will eat it -but decided to order enough cake for all guests since the cake was delicious. To accommodate the left over cake possibility, (approved by venue) I ordered cake slice boxes & bags for guests to take home. Tracie was flexible to take an add-on order of various different desserts on the day I made my final payment. I had an excellent experience with Tracie and loved our beautiful/delicious wedding cake from Orland Park Bakery. -

We used Orland Park Bakery for our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were fantastic to work with from the cake tasting to making our dream cake come true. The cake, filling, and frosting was delicious. The guests commented on how good the cake and cupcakes were. We couldn’t wait for our 1yr anniversary cake and decided to eat it now because it was so good! Customer service was great and they are LGBTQ+ friendly! -

Pain free for the most part
At first we just walked in. The girl behind the counter gave us no literature but just verbally gave a vague breakdown and said to go online. A little discouraging since we were walk ins. We went online and made a reservation. From then on, it was pretty straight forward. The tasting was intimidating. So many delicious options. Many beautiful artistic options for designs. Found one I wanted right away. After that it was smooth sailing. Cake was delivered on time and beautiful. -

Achieved My Vision
For my daughter's Winter Wonderland Baby Shower, I wanted a cake with snowflakes and I also wanted a 2 tier cake. I wanted the top layer having fondant and the larger bottom layer in beautiful rosette buttercream frosting and it was absolutely fresh, moist, delicious and BEAUTIFUL! I always order by cakes for special occasions from them and I wouldn't have it any other way. -

Easy to work with and delicious!
We had a great experience working with the folks at the Orland Park Bakery for our wedding. We had a lot of fun tasting all of the different flavors and looking through the books of photos to help get ideas for the visual part of the cake.
We ended up getting a beautiful 2 tiered cake to display and cut, and a sheet cake to feed more people. Tracie was helpful in pricing out different options for the cake, different flavors, and design ideas to give us solid quotes to choose from. We ended up with three different flavors of cake because we couldn't choose a favorite! The bakery did a beautiful job with the design elements. We sent over pictures from our florist and they were able to match the flowers and color so well. The bakery was very easy to communicate with on the phone and by email as well.
It was a big hit at the wedding, too. The carrot cake in particular went very fast! -

Orland Park Bakery was a real winner for us. From the cake tasting to the actual wedding day, it was an amazing experience. Tracie was very kind & helpful throughout the whole process. There were so many flavors, fillings & sweets to choose from, we wanted them all! We ended up picking the white cake with buttercream frosting and fresh strawberries. It was an excellent choice! We chose a smaller cake the head table and the rest of the cake on sheets so guests can get their cake faster :) This bakery team is incredible and very friendly. Highly recommend! -

Best Cake Ever!
I ordered a 4 tier cake for my wedding. We had a tasting prior to making our selections. Every tier was a different flavor and each one was so good! I sent them an image of what I wanted the cake to look like and they nailed it! Everyone complimented our cake that night! The almond cake I was my favorite! Wish I lived closer so I could have this cake in my life all the time! Highly recommend! -

We used OPB for our wedding on 10/19/19. They allow for a full tasting and are very open to your ideas in terms of decor. I was interested in a couple different types of designs and Tracie was straight-foward with us about costs and predicted outcome. Because neither my husband or I are huge cake lovers, we went with just a one-tier cake -- semi-naked frosting and a blue drip design -- and cupcakes. Both the cake and the cupcakes were delicious and super cute. I actually reduced our order by a bit the week of the wedding and Tracie was completely open to the change and adjusted the cost quickly. I didn't see the vendor come in for set-up, but everything was there on time.
Definitely an awesome option if you're looking to support a local business that does great work. -

The cake tasting was nice, the kids ate all the cake they loved it. The fillings they offered were amazing. The only thing the presentation could use some work but the cake was really good. The sales lady was very nice and really helpful. The picture I have attached is the cake but we’re only doing 2 tiers. The white cake with the flowers is the cake that im getting the pink cake is the size. -

We chose a variety of gourmet cupcakes as well as a torte cake for cutting. Everything was delicious and looked great in our cupcake tower. If you are looking for a neighborhood staple that won't let you down, Orland Bakery is the place to go. -

At our consultation, my now husband and I were impressed with our consultant's professionalism, patience, and recommendations as we worked to create our dream wedding cake in our budget. During our complementary cake testing, we loved how amazing the white/chocolate cake and buttercream icing (which are some of their most inexpensive options) tasted. Since we had a large wedding, we opted to do a 3 tier cake with sheet cakes as a supplement that were cut and served from the back which ended us saving us 30-40%. We really appreciated that Orland Park Bakery was not pushy or turned off by our cost conscious questions and choices.
On the day of the wedding, our wedding cake looked absolutely beautiful and our guests commented about how impressed they were by how moist and tasty the cake was! Thank you, Orland Park Bakery, for providing a fantastic experience from start to finish!
