The BEST decision we made for our wedding!
There are too many words to describe how wonderful Organized Occasions is and why you NEED them for your wedding day. Ryan and her team went above and beyond to make the entire wedding planning process as smooth and seamless as it could be. If you're the Type A person like I am, you tend to get nervous about the small details / checking in with vendors to make sure everything is on track. When Ryan stepped in to help out in the last few months, I could see all of the details come together and was able to actually enjoy this time of engagement and planning period. It's a rare thing to actually enjoy the few months leading up to the wedding and Ryan made it happen for us! The wedding day was more perfect than I could have dreamed. Ryan and Michelle handled all communication with vendors and made sure every detail was how we envisioned it so that my husband, family, and I could enjoy every minute of it. Ryan is the absolute BEST person to work with. She is incredibly smart, funny, wise, and such a joy to be around. She and her team are everything you need leading up to the wedding day. Do not hesitate booking Organized Occasions. You will not regret it!! -

exceeds all expectations!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about organized occasions and Michelle!!! Michelle was our wedding coordinator and from the second we met for the initial meeting, I immediately felt so much better about everything. She asked about details I would have never thought of without her but things that we needed to think about. She sent me updated lists of decisions we still needed to make in the weeks leading up to the wedding and that was SO helpful. She did way more than what was expected from her and it was worth every penny and then some. Everyone told me before that something WILL go wrong so just be ready for it. But NOTHING went wrong, there were no hiccups. She made our day run flawlessly all while remaining so calm and polite. I didn’t have to think about anything. She picked up all our reception items (pictures, band props, favors, signage, tips for vendors) earlier that week and delivered it all to the venue on Saturday so I didn’t have to think about it. She also took my wedding dress and veil there!! We got married at a church and they had their own coordinator for the ceremony but Michelle still came to the rehearsal (she did not have to) just to make announcements to make sure everyone was on the same page for the next day and knew the timeline. We had a wedding party of 28 people but that did not faze her at all. She also delivered items to us after the wedding on Sunday morning so my mom didn't have to worry about taking everything home that night. This was an add on for $75 - which IMO is not enough for what she did. Highly recommend Organized Occasions!!! We are going to miss Michelle!!!! -

Ryan is an INCREDIBLE planner and the single reason my wedding day went off without a hitch. She is calm, positive, and SO detail oriented - all of the qualities I needed on my big day. From navigating family dynamics, to week-of changes, I couldn't be more grateful that I was referred her way. If you are considering hiring Ryan and her team, don't even think twice. I promise it will be the easiest and best decision you make!!

Excellent and Professional Service
After interviewing 3 wedding planners, Ryan Marston at Organized Occasions was an easy win. She was able to provide a menu of options that worked perfectly with our needs. Her professionalism was evident as well as her knowledge of the world of all things wedding. As we proceeded through the process, she provided invaluable experience and made our wedding planning and actual day proceed smoothly and calmly. She kept us organized by providing time tables and schedules that made sense and kept us on track. If you are debating whether you need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator because you are 1.) already very organized and 2.) on a budget, I'm here to convince you to at LEAST consider a day-of coordinator, and Ryan is who you need to hire. I will admit that prior to wedding planning, I wasn't sure the value of a day-of coordinator, but Ryan's services go beyond just "the day of." We began talking weeks before our first wedding (March 2020, postponed), she helped quarterback all the vendors when we postponed to April 2021, and kept us on track with all the details that I had overlooked even with my meticulous planning. She is flexible, but also honest and straight-forward, which was helpful when I was going down the Pinterest rabbit hole early on in planning and kept me focused on what mattered and what didn't. Ryan is very responsive and professional, and always made me LESS stressed rather than more. She is the perfect combination of ultra-prepared and detail-oriented, but never shows an ounce of stress or annoyance. On our wedding day, my husband and I kept telling each other how glad we were that we hired Ryan and what a calming (and fun!) presence she was. Michelle, who was also there on our wedding day, was also fabulous and helpful --thank you for all your help! :) We would hire Ryan again in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you for everything. -

I could not recommend Ryan and her team enough! She was incredibly flexible and responsive through the whole process leading up to our wedding and then knocked it out the park on the day of! Having someone with attention to detail and experience was very important to us - Ryan definitely delivered. She answered every question thoughtfully and went out of her way to think of solutions when it felt like everything out of our control was going wrong. Special shout out to Michelle who scrubbed my dress of mud stains in the last minutes before the ceremony! All of their work shows how much they care about creating a magical, stress free day for their couples. Our friends were asking after who our planner was to hire for their weddings because of how seamless the whole day was - we couldn't recommend Ryan and Organized Occasions enough to them and everyone! -

I simply cannot give enough love to Organized Occasions. Ryan makes you feel at ease from the very first meeting and provides a seamless wedding experience from start to finish. I have worked in the events and hospitality industry for over 10 years and I couldn't dream up a better team to handle the details of our wedding day, including in the weeks leading into it. Ryan is kind, calm, collected, funny, all around amazing, and if any type of issue going on behind the scenes, she handles it with ease and grace, and you would never even know it happened. My entire vendor team could not stop raving about Ryan and her team post-wedding; they have worked with an endless list of wedding planners, so this says a lot in its own. Special shout out to Michelle who was equally amazing on our wedding day; I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you Ryan, Michelle and the entire Organized Occasions team. Booking the wedding planning and design package with Ryan was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! She was incredibly organized and proactive throughout the entire process. She was a tremendous help in coming up with the design for the event and coming up with the small details to make our event special. Our wedding day went so smoothly, there was not a thing we would have changed! Ryan made sure the groom and I were comfortable and had everything we needed the entire event. She even made sure we had extra cake and food packed for the getaway car at the end of the night. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for help with wedding planning or design who does not want to have to worry about a thing on their wedding day! -

Ryan is an incredibly talented and caring wedding planner. We had originally planned for a wedding of 170 people, which she was a dream to work with while planning. When Covid hit, we ended up cancelling the wedding 5 weeks before the big day. Ryan worked tirelessly to help us cancel with all the vendors, including our venue, which was no easy task. She made us feel very supported throughout the entire experience. I cannot recommend Ryan enough! -

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and her team! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she kept us calm and organized. Having her help with final vendor details and payments was invaluable. She made our wedding weekend stress-free so we could actually enjoy ourselves. As someone who is an OCD Type A Planner, it was the best feeling knowing that I didn't have to worry about any of the details on my wedding day. I would 100% recommend Ryan to anyone- she is incredibly laid back but also firm when needed and very organized. All of our other vendors enjoyed working with her as well. -

Where do I even begin with Organized Occasions? Ryan is absolutely incredible and helped make our wedding season perfect. I'm a person that does a lot of research before booking a vendor, and after hearing great reviews of Ryan from a friend and talking to her on the phone, I knew we had to work together. We worked together on her design and coordination plan, as I (sort of) had a vision of what I wanted, but wasn't sure how to make it come together. From the very start, she made me feel like her #1 priority and never made me feel like any question was too small. I can truly say I wasn't stressed out at all leading up to or on our wedding day because Ryan and her team had it all handled. She's SUEPR organized and professional. On the day of, they helped everything run flawlessly. My only downside is that I'll miss getting to email her all the time now that our wedding is over! :) 15/10, would recommend. -

We couldn't have asked for more in a wedding planner than Ryan! Her company name, "Organized Occasions" is just the start of what you can expect from her. She is definitely organized and kept us on track throughout the year+ of planning, gave excellent recommendations and ideas and was very prompt with all communication. She managed all vendor relationships exquisitely which made our lives so much easier! From start to finish on the wedding day, Ryan and her assistant Kristen were flawless in keeping to our planned timeline with smiles on their faces and calm demeanors. There were no hiccups and I'm convinced that is because Ryan had managed all aspects with precision leading up to the event.
After hearing so many friends remark that the money they spent on wedding planners was the best money spent, I now whole-heartedly agree - especially if it's Ryan! -

To say Ryan is an expert at her craft is an understatement. I found Ryan as a destination bride, and hired her after just a phone call for her "Day Of". As a planner myself, I knew what was important and the natural process of coordinating a largescale event, and Ryan kept impressing me along the way. Ryan understood my concerns, my thoughts, my goals, and wasn't afraid to speak up and say something she thought she had a great solution for. She isn't just a "yes" person, she actually presents you with different solutions to accomplish your goal to make sure it pleases you as the bride, and her team, for a flawless execution. I had to compromise my table settings, the napkin fold in particular, because the hotel staff was not confident they could execute the look. I was a little bummed, but not a huge deal. Unbeknownst to me, Ryan remembered that conversation with the hotel from months ago, and as a surprise to me, she and her team hand-tied every napkin the way I envisioned on the entire head table, just to put a huge smile on my face. When we got into the reception room for a "first look" and I saw the napkins, I had tears swelling up in my eyes. I also didn't want to waste money on sparklers for a grand exit, so what does Ryan do? She goes through her stash at home, finds some spare sparklers laying around, and surprises me right before the reception with them. We stage a sparkler exit, just so we could get the shot with our photographer. One more story, because it's just so great. Two of my bridesmaids are new moms and were breastfeeding. They were a little stressed trying to find the appropriate time to go pump in a private room when they had to be at the ceremony, then pictures, and then reception introductions all back-to-back. This last minute concern was easily fixed when Ryan suggested that post pictures, they sneak off and do their thing right before the bridal party introductions into the reception in a private boardroom with a locking door. Ryan is hit with a last minute request, problem, or "bump" in the timeline, and she finds a solution, fast, and rolls with it. It just works. She really makes sure everyone is taken care of.
Ryan is calm, cool, collected, and incredibly detailed. She rivals any corporate event planner I have met or worked with, and above all, I consider her a friend. I only wish I could get married again so we could hang out more. Do not hesitate booking Organized Occasions - this girl will conquer the world! -

Ryan was amazing! She made my wedding everything I was hoping it would be! Everything went according to plan and there were absolutely no hiccups! She is very organized and will make sure everything is done and follow up on any loose ends! My venue even said she was probably the most organized wedding planner they had dealt with. She provides great insight and will bring things to light that you might not have thought of. She made the stress of the wedding so much better because I knew from our first meeting that she gets stuff doneee. What makes her a step above the rest is that she has a true passion for what she does and it shows in her work. I absolutely loved working with her and would do it again in a heartbeat! -

Ryan was my month of planner for my July wedding, and she was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole wedding process. In the months leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly organized and on top of everything. She was also very responsive to all my questions/needs. She communicated and handled all coordination with my vendors seamlessly. On the wedding day, Ryan handled everything perfectly! All my bridesmaids & groomsmen were talking about how great she was! She was a calming presences which is rare in a wedding planner! She went above and beyond to make sure my groom and I had everything we wanted/needed while also coordinating everything else at the wedding!! I was overwhelmingly pleased with Ryan and her team!!

Ryan and her team are incredible. Through every step of the planning process Ryan was there to guide us and help negotiate with every vendor. She was able to fully understand my vision and communicate it to everyone involved. There are a lot of details that go in to a wedding, and I would have gone crazy if it weren’t for Ryan and how organized she is. On the actual day, everything was so smooth and stress free. Both Ryan and Savannah were there to make sure every flower was in place, everyone knew where to be when, and that the bride and groom were beyond happy. On a personal note, Ryan is just great to be around. She’s funny and smart, and I’m not ready to move on from talking with her all the time!! Organized Occasions was amazing. They were so helpful throughout the wedding planning process, on our wedding day, and even after the wedding. Ryan offers a ton of useful "add ons" that were complete life savers; for example, she delivered our wedding gifts to our home the next day, taking one less responsibility off of our parents plates.
She aslo had a ton of "rental" options that were amazing! We used her table number and sparkler send off display.
The day of was seamless, her and Savannah were on top of every last detail. This will be the best wedding decision you make! She did an incredible job setting up our wedding day timeline and thinking of all the little things my wife and I forgot. -

Hiring Organized Occasions for my wedding was one of my first wedding related decisions, and by far my best.
Ryan was incredible. She was so responsive and knowledgeable. I'm not from Atlanta so finding my vendors and getting everything together was a challenge, having someone on my team who was familiar with everything wedding for an unbiased opinion was incredible.
On the day of my wedding I didn't have a single worry in the world, that was because I knew how on top of everything Ryan and Savannah were.
Ryan did such a good job creating and sticking to our schedule, but she was also extremely flexible the day of.
All in all, if you are planning a wedding, Ryan and Organized Occasions are an absolute must! -

Words cannot express my gratitude for Ryan and Organized Occasions. My wedding turned out to be above and beyond what I had expected with many guest saying it was the most fun ones they had ever been to and I have to say its all thanks to Ryan. I came to her with a headful of ideas and she worked her magic and brought it all to life in a streamlined and modern way. Ryan is so incredibly caring when it come to her brides, professional, VERY organized, and she made me feel as if she had everything under control during the whole process. Her timeline that she made for the day of is what dreams are made of when it comes to organization . Donna-Marie Sent on 06/11/2018Hiring Ryan as our full-service wedding planner was by far the smartest decision we made. My wife and I have pretty demanding careers, and Ryan balanced our limited free time and long list of requests effortlessly. She was always easy to get in touch with, always open to the last-minute changes we threw at her, and took care of all the vendor communications. Ryan was also incredibly organized on wedding day. We had TWO brides, a large wedding party (23!), and a pretty large venue, and she made sure that everything went seamlessly from beginning to end. We recommend her to everyone we know!
