We were lucky enough to have both Erica and Josh from Organic Moments capture our wedding day, and we truly could not have asked for a more incredible team. From the moment they arrived, they brought such a calming, professional, and positive energy that immediately put everyone at ease.
Not only are they unbelievably talented, but they also helped the entire day flow so seamlessly. They kept everything on schedule, guided us through moments naturally, and somehow managed to make everything feel effortless and fun even in the middle of such a busy day.
You can tell they genuinely care about their couples and about capturing every meaningful little moment. They went above and beyond throughout the entire day and truly exceeded every expectation we had.

Above and beyond
I have taken photos with Erica and Josh several times and will continue to use them! I don’t even know where to start. When it comes to professionalism, punctuality, and the artistic ability these guys have it all. I’ve never been more comfortable taking photos, they really know how to bring out the best moments. Best photographers!
Organic moments was the best photographer we could have imagined. We always feel kind of awkward in photos but both photographers made us feel comfortable and provided us with great direction on how to pose to make sure the photographs turned out great. They provided great banter in the process and could tell they genuinely enjoyed working together and doing what they do- which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Photos didn’t feel so posed and came across very natural. Your wedding photos are one of the most important parts of the wedding experience as you’ll have it forever and I’m very thankful I chose them as my photographers, we only got the preview so far (got it quickly less than a week after wedding) and know the rest of them will be amazing! Can’t wait.
We also did our photo booth through them and everyone loved it! -

If you’re looking for amazing wedding photographers, don’t look any further than Organic Moments! Erica & Josh are the absolute BEST! They can see the vision of the shot before it’s even taken. They are soo patient and kind and will do anything to capture that perfect shot! Last year they did my engagement shoot and those pictures look like they belong in a magazine. Now, they just did my wedding and I’m seriously blown away. I received the sneak peek pictures and I am in awe on how perfect they came out. Erika and Josh are truly the best team and care for their clients. I also did video with them and their video team is amazing as well….and I’m super excited to see the finished product!! Beyond impressed! Best photography pair EVER!
Where do I even begin with this amazing duo? I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Erica and Josh are an absolute DELIGHT to work with. Josh brought such fun energy on our wedding day and knew just what to say to get everyone laughing and smiling. They have such a natural, candid, and fun way of capturing the moment. The shots that they got of our wedding were stunningly mind-blowing, like even better than what I expected (and I had really high expectations). I unfortunately did not get the chance to meet Erica in person, but she was always the person that I was in contact with and I really felt like I got to know her. She is so personable and caring. We will 100% use Organic Moments Photography again in the future when we want special moments captured. They are the most solid recommendation I could give. Book them! -

Choosing Organic Moments Photography (and videography) was arguably the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. Admittedly, I didn't talk to many companies and I chose Organic Moments fairly early in my planning process. I had a wonderful conversation with Erica and hoped for the best. WOW. Erica, Josh, and her team were amazing. You spend sooo much time with your vendors on your wedding weekend, and I actually looked forward to Erica and Josh being with me the whole time. They are fun, they do a great job, they are empathetic, and they quickly feel like family. I've only seen a few sneak peeks thus far, and they are killer. And I am PICKY. Do yourself a favor and go with them. You won't regret it -

Wow where to begin. After several meetings with photographers we finally came across organic moments. Upon meeting Erica, both my husband and I knew we found the one. Breath taking wedding photos
I cannot recommend Organic Moments Photography enough!!!! They are a family-owned company, and they are the sweetest people. I reached out to them in a panic. My wedding “planning” was all over the place and all I knew was I needed a photographer to capture the most important day of my life and I did not have one. From the first conversation I had with Erica, I knew I was going to choose them to shoot my day. I also chose Organic Moments Cinema for videography. I had other vendors drop the ball, so I was stressed out about photography, but they showed up early and prepared. They captured all the important moments of our day, and the edits were stunning. All my friends and family have been swooning over the pictures. I would highly recommend splurging a bit for two photographers. The price for wedding photography can seem intimidating but trust me, if it’s one thing you’re going to stretch your budget for, spend it on photo/video – choose Organic Moments and you will not be disappointed. I’ve seen first-hand (through friends) the work of “cheaper options” and it’s a world of a difference! -

We received the best results of Organic Moments Photography our photographer and videographer took images of the most cherished moments of our Renewal of Vows. Our children Isabella Mary and Gabriel Craig might someday show the pictures and videos to their children, the quality is more than 5 stars, the results are stunning. While we await for the rest of pictures and official video including raw videos is exciting. The Absolute Best!
Let me start by saying, my husband and I are both photographers ourselves and when we first got engaged the number one question everyone had for us was, “but who is going to take your photos”.
For me the answer was easy, almost from the beginning. I’ve known Erica since we were kids growing up around the corner from one another. Granted manyyyyy years have gone by since I’ve seen her last but once we had a date and a venue I immediately reached out to her to see if they would be available for our big day as I absolutely LOVE their work and I knew we would have the amazing photos we wanted with them as our photogs.
Our original date was 10/30/20 …. Needless to say with covid we had to postpone the big day by a year - and then in 2021 the venue cancelled on us at the last moment. Erica and the organic moments team rolled with all the changes of location, time, and whatnot without issue.
Erica, herself was not able to photograph us, but she sent Vince and TJ and then we’re Amazing and so easy to work with. As people who are used to being behind the camera, we can be be a little awkward in front of it and I also am a bigger girl and was concerned about looking bigger on my big day. They paid attention to every detail and positioning. Made sure my chin and arms were correct so that I would have the most flattering angles for my photos.
I felt beautiful and confident and they had us laughing and enjoying every second of shooting with them throughout the long day! The images are stunning and everything we dreamt they would be! We highly recommend them for your big day! -

Josh, Erica, and Mike were beyond I could ever ask for when it comes to photographers. Their professionalism, excitement, and the way they directed everyone to pose was fantastic. Amazing work!!!
Josh photographed our engagement session in Miami at Vizcaya and we cannot express how happy we are with our pictures and their services overall! I want to start off by saying that we won a giveaway on social media for our engagement shoot. Even though we weren’t paying clients, Josh and Erica treated us like any other paying clients and I would hire them for any future shoot.
From the beginning, Josh and Erica were super responsive to our questions. They would respond to our emails and texts quickly. They even went above and beyond and gave us some suggestions on what colors to wear based on our location shoot.
My fiancé and I mistakenly chose to take these pictures in the at the end of July during the hottest times in Miami. We were sweating up a storm, but you would never know because Josh and his team did such an amazing job with our picture edits. Secondly, Josh made us feel so comfortable! He helped perfect our poses and made suggestions so that our pictures would look their best. Josh also has an amazing eye when it comes to scene backgrounds. He was also extremely patient with us during outfit changes and he genuinely wanted to get to know us as a couple better. I would hire Organic Moments in a heartbeat!
As a Miami native, it was also important to me that Josh was a Miami native as well and had experience with the Vizcaya location. He knew the gardens inside and out! Aside from his skills as a photographer, my fiancé and I loved how much Josh doted on his wife and children and his importance of family. Organic Moments really is a family-valued business and they treat their clients as such.

RUN – don’t walk to book Organic Moments Photography for your event! Wedding photos are the most important part of the planning process as it is one of the only things you will keep from your special day. I spent so much time researching different photographers and immediately fell in love with Erica and Josh at Organic Moments. I can’t say enough good things about this dynamic duo. Erica and Josh were amazing from the initial phone call with Erica through receiving our unimaginably beautiful wedding photos. Our package included an engagement session which took place at the Ancient Spanish Monastery. Our family and friends are still raving about the incredible photos from that shoot! Erica was always available to answer any questions I had and was always so helpful and kind. Josh has a hilarious sense of humor and made it so easy for us and the entire wedding party to take photos. They were so fun to work with and made sure to take any photos that we requested. I honestly don’t even know where to begin or how to express my gratitude. I’m definitely a researcher and over thinker and searched through many photographers and probably had about 7 phone calls with different photographers. As soon as I saw their work I knew they were it and once I got on the phone with Erica it was a done deal. I booked with them right away. Everything was more than perfect. Erica was so helpful throughout the entire process! Being a bride can be extremely stressful. I often worried whether or not I was being a “bridezilla” or if I was asking too many questions. Erica helped answer every question I had and went above and beyond to help ease any uncertainty I may have had.
Once I got to the venue and knew they were there I felt like I could breathe. They captured every photo I could’ve asked for and more!! Erica and josh did an amazing job. My husband is not one for photos at all and quite honestly dreads them. Josh made my husband feel comfortable and not mind taking so many photos. They wanted to make sure we got every shot that we wanted. I just got the photos back and all I can say is wowwwwww!!!! They are absolutely incredible and I couldn’t be more happy with them.
I also decided to go with organic moments for the videography and it turned out absolutely incredible. Every person that watched the video called me and said how amazing it was. The Organic Moments Photography Experience was EPIC!!!
Josh and Erika created the most amazing experience! They provided us with an unbelievable introduction to the world of wedding photography: detailed, confident and most of all…FUN!!!
The Hartwigs’ ability to create genuine rapport was apparent. They listened intently as we shared our Love Story and were able to deliver on all our desires (plus more).
Also, the experience of working with Organic Moments Photography goes BEYOND the outstanding phots. Here’s an example:
We were delayed in getting from the ceremony to the reception venue. Needless to say, it created a bit of stress because of our desire to have certain photos before the sun went down . “Team Hartwig” showed empathy, composure, flexibility and TRUE PROFESSIONALISM during the episode. The end products were timeless photos for the ages, a flexible plan for supplementary shoots and an unbelievable feeling of partnership and support! To say that they went above and beyond would not do it justice…We can only say “WOW” to the entire experience!

We were first introduced to Erica through my wedding planner Julie. At the time we were planning a destination wedding in Florida and didn't have a great sense on photographers in the area. We were looking for a photographer who could really understand our love story and have it come to life in photos.
From the first conversation with Erica, we just clicked. As I was explaining what I loved and hated about certain photographers, she was able to finish my sentences and just really understood what we were looking for. We were working on a budget and she was definitely able to work with us on our package, which we appreciated. The communication, professionalism, and artistic vision from Erica and Josh was just spot on from day 1. They were flexible even when we had to move our wedding from Florida to VA due to covid and with only an 8 week notice, they made it happen!
Working with Erica and Josh was just easy and all of our photos (engagement, wedding, day after) just turned out to be breathtaking! They really understood what we were looking for and delivered beyond belief! They even did a fall shoot for us the week after the wedding, which was so kind! We had such an amazing experience working with Organic Moments Photography and plan to do so again every year for family photos! They truly are the best!!! -

Erica and Josh are amazing people and photographers. My husband and I were blown away by the quality and professionalism of the two. Photography is a budding hobby of mine and while I am nowhere near the level of these two in my own work, I do understand the basics of photo composition and model placement. During our shoot, we passed other photographers doing shoots of their own and I took care to watch and analyze. What you get with this pair vs anybody else won’t even be on the same level. The eye for composition and detail that this couple has compared to other photographers is unbelievable and they take so much pride in what they do. Every time I ever spoke with Erica, she was nothing but a joy to speak with and plan out the details. We plan to use Erica and Josh again for many more shoots to come. Where can I begin with describing the fantastic photography team that is Organic Moments?
A few months ago, I had noticed a friend on Facebook post the most breathtaking pregnancy shoot. I had never seen photos quite like it. I was newly engaged and remembered sending a message to her asking who her photographer was. I never really followed up or noticed her reply.
When it came time to be more serious about finding a wedding photographer, I made a post in a local mom's group. Organic Moments responded and suggested I check out their website. Their portfolio alone had me calling right away. It turns out it was the same company who shot my friend's amazing pregnancy shoot!
I made an appointment to meet with Erica, and we went to a local Starbucks. We chatted and got to know each other a bit and went over her portfolio, prices, and packages. Erica was so sweet and pleasant, and I felt at ease with her. I booked her for my wedding that day and put a deposit down. I also booked an engagement shoot with her. The entire time I worked with Erica, she was ALWAYS accessible and responded to me almost immediately.
On the day of the engagement shoot, my hair and makeup stylist was a disaster. I was so unhappy with the way I was done up, and I was SURE my pictures were going to be awful. When we got to the site, I was surprised and pleased to learn that Erica had brought along her husband and partner in photography, Josh.
I am a bit awkward when it comes to picture taking, but having Erica and Josh guide my fiancé, and I made the task easy. Erica was efficient and encouraging and Josh was hysterical. I immediately relaxed and had the best time running around a garden with my fiancé taking photos. Being that Erica and Josh are husband and wife, they were able to show us authentic ways to pose and direct us so that we looked natural and easy breezy.
After the shoot, we received the photos, and I was beyond thrilled with the result. I couldn't even tell about my disastrous hair and make- up. Upon receiving those photos, I immediately booked Josh to be at the wedding (initially, I had only booked Erica).
I am so happy that we did our engagement photos. Since we had spent such a significant with Erica and Josh, it made the photoshoots on the wedding day completely natural and comfortable. I felt so relaxed! Erica was once again, efficient, organized, and on point with getting all the shots we need, and Josh cracked me up with his enthusiasm and sound effects after taking great shots. We felt like rockstars.
We just had our wedding on Sunday, and the teaser photos are already incredible. I am bubbling with excitement to see the rest. Organic Moments are not only great people, but they are also great artists, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I will be booking them again soon to take photos of our fur baby family. Thank you Erica and Josh, you are inspirational! -

Teamwork, versatility and fun!
My husband and I had the pleasure of having Organic Moments for our big day and they did not disappoint AT ALL. Our first meeting left us feeling safe to be ourselves and express what were really looking for. Both Erica and Josh gave us some backstory about their business and remained transparent about what they needed from us in order to have a successful shoot throughout a chaotic wedding day, which is exactly what we were up against. Although we were assigned both Josh and their fine arts photographer Amy to shoot the wedding, Erica remained in full contact with me to ensure they'd be fully prepared. Wedding dynamics included myself being the primary coordinator on the wedding day, having a second photographer with whom they kindly collaborated with so they'd work harmoniously and dealing with an interracial marriage among two strong cultures. This was a huge, emotional deal for our families and there were many paramenters. From the moment Amy stepped into my family's home, she made me feel so comfortable. She was helpful and kind, taking turns with our second photographer and somehow still managing to keep up with everything. My husband felt the same when Josh arrived to our reception hotel to photograph the groomsmen that same morning. As the wedding went on, we'd see Josh and Amy everywhere behind their cameras! That presence made us feel like they weren't missing a thing. They both kept checking on us during formal shots to ensure we weren't dehydrated or hungry. Josh stole us during an open opportunity to get interesting shots outside that hotel. Amy joined in at the reception ballroom before the guests walked in to get shots of us with the decor. She even offered to help me get my hair under control! Josh kept our entire wedding party laughing and relaxed - they both left a really strong impression. Some big "wow" factors included Josh taking control of the formal shots by respectfully ensuring both photographers had their chance to shoot, Amy's easygoing personality while I was getting through our schedule, both photographers running after me during their much-needed dinner break to shoot me getting into my reception dress, and both Josh and Amy sticking with us even though it was time for them to go home! Amazing. I'm writing this review on our honeymoon because we're both STILL talking about how great of a decision it was to hire this team. We're so grateful for such a hardworking team. We love you guys so much! Thank you for everything you do and never stop being incredible! -

Josh and Erica are amazing! They did our engagement and wedding photos. My husband and I are complete introverts so taking our engagement photos in a public place was terrifying for me. However, with Josh and Erica, they talked with us, made us laugh and were able to capture beautiful moments that were simply amazing. On our wedding day they knew all the family dynamics and were able to manage everything to get me the photos I desired while keeping the drama at bay. They are a wonderful couple and great photographers. I love the competition they have with each other to get the best shot. They also have two separate styles which gives you the best of both worlds - traditional and artistic. I highly recommend them and I have personally used them since for our family photos - ie Christmas and special announcements. You will not be disappointed. -

Amazing!!!!!!!!!
Erika and Josh are absolutely AMAZING! I love photos, and I am a bit of a maniac about them- I want the perfect look, feel, candids, etc etc. After booking our wedding planner they were the second vendor we hired. They started by having a phone call with us to make sure they felt good capturing our look and feel.
They asked tons of questions that showed care and their professionalism. Along the way we filled out a questionnaire to make sure they got certain shots, family members etc. Honestly I did not feel for a second like I had to tell them what to do; it all flowed naturally and they just “got us”.
Josh covered my husband and his groomsmen and then once we all got to the venue they both covered us. They did a good job of getting us to relax and talk to each other to get candid “unposed” posses. I thought their prices were also amazing! They got the photo album back to us within weeks and we had SO MANY beautiful photos from start to finish.
I would HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding as they truly care. They are not some mega company that sends a random photographer the day of who doesn’t know you or your vibe. Truly they are our photographers for life we hope to do many more shots with them for maternity, family, etc.!!!

Look no further ! This power couple is who you want to shoot your wedding or any other special occasion in your life . Erica and Josh are two of the nicest people I have ever met and you can tell the second they walk through the door they know what they are doing and make everything you need to go right on your wedding day go seamlessly . They make you feel like you have been friends forever within minutes. I was so comfortable and felt so confident while they we shooting me and my now husband on our special day . They even stayed an extra hour without hesitation . I’m so glad I chose them and you will not regret it if you do . The team was professional and great, even when dealing with difficult guests and family members. I felt comfortable and at ease all day which you can't put a price on. Hiring a photographer / videographer can be stressful but in my case I didn't feel that way at all. They were very involved with planning our first look and everything Erica suggested was for a reason and worked out just the way she envisioned it. They spent all day Saturday shooting our wedding and then drove into Estes Park with us the following day to do another shoot in the mountains. It was such an amazing experience and the photos we've seen so far are out of this world. Their professionalism and skill is unparalleled and we are so glad they made the trip to Colorado for us. They made us both feel completely comfortable in front of the camera and captured moments we didn't even ask them to include. I absolutely loved their photos and wanted to see who they used for photography. When I first reached out to Erica, she was so helpful! She was great at explaining what they offer and understood our budge & needs. She was also so nice to talk to! I can tell that they truly admire and care about their clients because she was so willingly to make sure to accommodate our budge so we can have them for our wedding. I wanted them so so bad because I admire their style and love that they are a couple that works together. I was so happy that I was able to have them as our photographers. They arrived promptly at our wedding and they both kept reminding me to relax and the wedding won't start without me lol I was a little stressed out in the morning. Erica & Josh made James and I feel so comfortable when taking the photos, as well as our friends and family. They were great at giving us suggestions. They were troopers for managing the hot Florida weather outside for our first look/bridal party photos, especially when our transportation van end up not having A/C...(I felt so bad). They remained professional throughout the entire day and worked so well with our videographers as well. They made sure to ask James and I if there was anything else they wanted us to get photos of before they left. They made sure we were happy and satisfied! :)They have given us our photo gallery at a great time and I absolutely love what they did!!! I LOVE every single photo they took. I initially chose this photography team solely based on reviews and now I can honestly say that they truly live up to every kind word that has been written about them. After I got engaged I was very excited to have engagement photos taken but, like most men, my fiancé was a bit more hesitant; luckily Erica and Josh put us at ease from the moment we met them. They are both kind, authentic and fun! It felt like we had known them forever, which made the shoot that much easier. And did I mention that our wedding is in Marco Island, Florida, but Erica and Josh offered to stop in our current city, Washington, DC, to shoot our engagement photos?!?! Having our engagement photos taken in the city we met with the same photographer that is shooting our wedding in Florida was a dream and I cannot wait to have them at the biggest day of our lives. Melanie Sent on 12/07/2017Jazmin and Tracy were absolutely wonderful!!!! They were both such a delight and so fun to work with. I’ve known Jazmin for a few years now and I absolutely love her work, so I was very excited to have her photograph my wedding!! I had never met Tracy before, but she fit right in with our whole group and was super friendly and easy going! They both made the entire experience so fun and relaxed! Nothing ever felt painfully awkward or too posed! It was all so natural. There were a few minor delays due to other circumstances that almost put us behind schedule, but Jaz didn’t even break a sweat. She just rolled with it and figured out solutions so we didn’t get behind on taking the photos! Like a pro! It was awesome. The entire day was one we will never forget and we’re so happy that we will have all of these gorgeous photos to remember it by! Thank you Jazmin and Tracy!!

After seeing their photos and how professional they were we decided to hire them for our destination. They were fantastic to work with. After we had a hiccup with our first look location and couldn’t take photos there. They quickly worked with our videographer to relocate. The second location was even better than we could have imagined and the photos were fantastic. We highly recommend them!
