I had the pleasure of working with Cindy on the day of and coordinating with April. I referred my couple to OpenTable Boise for catering because she wanted a plated meal and wanted a team to help bus tables afterwards. Cindy was amazing the day of coordinating with me (wedding planner) and her team ensuring everything was on time, prepared, and beautiful upon going out to guests.
Their team arrived on site with plenty of time to set up, prepare table settings, and have salads ready to go at reception time. Everything went so smoothly. I really appreciated the pre-planning responsiveness as well as checking in with me on the morning of.
Highly recommend them if you're looking for delicious food, and excellent and well prepared team, and professionalism at all levels.

I worked with Joelle, Jaden, and their team this past weekend for a wedding. I was the on site coordinator. Joelle was fantastic about communicating needs a few days prior to the event. She was very organized, she was aware of the timeline for the day, her team arrived on time, was set up and ready to go in time for social hour before dinner. Joelle checked in with me as well as the with the bride and groom several times to make sure everything was going well and according to plan. She is very attentive to everyone's needs, her surroundings, and is great at reading the room. The bar was ready to go, the food was hot and tasted amazing, and her team was so pleasant and so caring of all the guests.
Yes, the food was excellent, but what you don't read in a brochure or see in a picture is the care and concern this team puts into every aspect of the day. Set up, table decor, providing the service, etc. Joelle was on top of it and provided exceptional service all day.
I look forward to the next few weddings we have together because I know I have nothing to worry about working with Open Table Boise. -

Open Table catered our amazing brunch wedding on Saturday morning, October 14th.
We had never used catering previously and April made the whole process easy and seamless. She was in great communication the entire time, quick responsiveness and was able to work within our budget to help make our brunch menu a reality.
At the wedding, we received comment after comment of people raving over the food, they couldn’t stop talking about it! The presentation was just as beautiful, particularly the fruit platter, incredible.
Shannon also did such an amazing job with everything on that day! She was great to work with, super friendly, and had everything set up and put away so efficiently. We didn’t have to worry about a thing!
They made our first catering experience a great one and helped to make our special day that much more memorable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future and if we have a catering event again, would not think twice about reaching out to April! -

Truly Phenomenal
We could not have asked for a better experience for the catering and bar at our wedding! April and her entire team are so friendly and easy to work with. April met with us to customize a menu that incorporated many of our favorite dishes and provided excellent recommendations. Everything was truly exceptional! We had several guests say it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and we absolutely agree - everything was phenomenal! Our venue was almost 3 hours from where most of the food was prepared, and you would never know it wasn't cooked onsite. It was all super fresh and flavorful. Alfredo managed everything day-of and was a joy to have there. He was so kind, attentive to our timeline and details and made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire evening. April also recommended our bar service and it was completely seamless working out details with both parties. The bar provided great options and healthy pours at an excellent value. Every single person we worked with was friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. -

April and Cindy were fantastic to work with They went above and beyond to ensure that the menu, day of coordination and overall experience was top notch. The entire staff was friendly and thoughtful, and the food got rave reviews from our guests. A+. They even went out of their way with cleanup. I have no complaints and no regrets. I cannot say enough good things about Open Table Boise and the owner, April. Starting with sending out an inquiry, April was super responsive! Creative with our menu, easy to work with when it came to concerns, questions that later came up as we approached our day. Start to finish, we were not disappointed! Cindy and Alfredo were very attentive and went above and beyond what we could imagine. They both made sure we enjoyed our day by having a drink in hand and we had food in our belly. They provided us with everything we needed throughout the day. The food was beyond delicious and the best spread of options we could have asked for. Everything came together so perfectly on our wedding day!
THANK YOU ALL SO, SO MUCH! I highly recommend Open Table Boise to everyone. Worth every penny we spent. -

I had about half of my guests before and after the wedding come up and compliment the food. They were such an amazing team to work with. The quality was astounding!! We had an appetizer style dinner. We had plenty of food, but wanted a small variety of finger food options so guests could come and go as they please for food, as well as pick and choose to their tastebuds desire. Everyone loved the food and they were wonderful to work with! -

I can't say enough good about April Hale and her team at Open Table Catering. They took care of my daughter's wedding in McCall, and they were fantastic. Cindy led the catering team, Alfredo took care of the bar--April told me they were great, and we couldn't have been happier. They are total pros, and thought of everything. I would recommend them without hesitation! The price was reasonable, and the food was great. Thank you, Open Table! -

I can not say enough good things about Open Table. Their professionalism, quality, and responsiveness is unparalleled. April was so helpful throughout the whole process helping us choose a menu that would fit our taste and budget. She was always quick to respond when we had any questions. The team we had at our wedding was beyond helpful and polished. The food was amazing and we had so many complements at the end of our wedding! We had no idea what a blessing they would be on our special day!

I had Open Table cater my wedding at the Boise Train Depot and it was everything I imagined and more. April was so lovely and helped us customize our menu and Cindy truly ran the show like a super-pro! The food was delicious and the food & bar service was above and beyond. Everybody was so nice and all my guests left happy and satisfied. It was also very sweet of them to pack my husband and I our own meals at the end of the night just in case we didn't get a chance to eat since we were so busy. They were so professional and were almost invisible for both clean-up and set-up and did it flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for their wedding or any other event. -

From our first meeting to the day of our daughter's wedding, April and Cindy were on top of it all. They understood our daughter's vision for a beer-pairing dinner and pulled it off beautifully. They were wonderful to work with! We also had them cater a pre-wedding cocktail party and everyone raved about the food. The presentation was lovely. I would hire Open Table again in a heartbeat! -

April was very responsive to any questions I had, she was flexible about menu options and accommodating for what we needed, and she was amenable with pricing as well. The staff at the event were also wonderful -- they checked in on us (bride and groom), brought us water and anything else we requested, and let people go back for seconds when it was clear there was enough to spare. People raved about our breakfast for dinner and said it was one of the best weddings they've been to. -

Grace Sent on 07/17/2018One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was working with Open Table. April and her team made the entire catering process so easy, wonderful, and (most importantly) delicious! Our guests are still talking about amazing the food was.
April listened to us every step of the way and created an amazing custom menu, plus she and her staff took extra steps to come up with such fun ideas (grilling onsite, custom shot glasses, beautiful and unique plate presentations) that everything felt so unique and special. Their customer service is also outstanding and the entire day-of staff was amazing and thoughtful. They checked in with us (the bride and groom) throughout the night to make sure we had food and drinks (we actually got to taste everything at our wedding – which is rare from what we’ve heard! :) ). Our family and guests all felt so taken care of as well.
We absolutely recommend having Open Table cater your wedding (or any other event!) – they do an impeccable job.

April was so great to work with. On our first meeting we sat down and talked about our budget and she came up with some amazing ideas that would fit right into it! Not only were her options more delicious, but also a better value! They coordinated our linen and other rentals with the rental company which was so awesome! That way I only had to really deal with one contact person!
We recieved so many compliments on our food. Guests could definately tell that they are made from scratch and kept asking if it was homemade by a family member! I will be highly reccomending Open Table to each and every bride I meet! -
Katy Sent on 11/09/2017April was very nice and I love that she creates custom menus to your budget! We had a fully vegan menu and had so many compliments from our guests on how awesome the food tasted. It was so good, that we didn't have any pizza left for us to have seconds! While April was not present the day of, her catering manager Cindy was fantastic! She had everything covered, offered to get us seconds, and even fed us cake outside the kitchen door. I would hire them again in a heart beat.
