Best all around!

On-Site Productions did such a fabulous job with the draping at our wedding venue. They made sure to perfect the drapes just as I had envisioned and were very patient in the process! Very quick at their job and friendly! We also utilized their DJ services and had the honor of having Ryan as our DJ and he did not disappoint!! He interacted with the wedding guests and did a great job with his song selections. Ryan had everyone out on the dance floor and made it a night the wedding guests, wedding party, my husband and I would never forget! Our wedding reception was a total blast and I would choose On-Site Productions 10 times over again if I could. The team is professional and Ashlee is fabulous in communication with the bride and groom!!

Professional and fun DJ

My Onsite DJ, Ryan, did an amazing job from start to finish! He went out of his way to meet with me to go over my big day! He catered to all of my needs in a professional and classy manner. For the big day, he made sure that each member of our family and friends was able to boogy the night way! He was amazing at his job! I really appreciated how he was able to improvise at a moments notice. I highly recommend Onsite and Ryan. Don't miss out!!!

Exceeded Expectations

I cannot say enough good things about On-Site! They went on many site visits with me in order to make my vision come to life - and honestly it was better than I even imagined! They had so many ideas, yet were also open-minded to what I wanted. They created the most magical ceremony space with beautiful drapes and string lighting. We also used their photobooth service, which was so much fun! I honestly can’t have imagined my wedding without On-Site Productions!!!

Breathtaking production

The staff was professional through and through. They did a consummate job producing a cinema-quality video of our event--creatively filmed, capturing moments big and small from beautiful angles--without being intrusive in the least. We wholeheartedly recommend!

Out of all the vendors used for our wedding, On-Site definitely is one that sits at the top of the list. We used On-Site for lighting, drapery and ceremony/DJ services. Ashlee is excellent in communicating with you every step of the way and makes planning a breeze. Joseph really knows the perfect way to set the atmosphere with lighting in our ceremony and reception space. Jared is extremely informative and definitely puts your mind at ease, making our wedding day worry-free. He also throws an amazing dance party as the DJ! Thank you On-Site, cannot recommend you enough!

Don’t assume anything. If you want something done a certain way ask for it. They were so great to work with and everything was perfect. But some things I didn’t specify... like fading out first dance and father/ daughter dance instead of playing the song in it’s entirety. I assumed that was standard. I know if I had asked they would have gladly done it. So speak up! They are great listeners.

We kept it all in the family! I knew I wanted On-site when I saw the end product the day of my sisters wedding. My husband and I got married in August and all of our guest kept commenting on how beautiful everything was! We LOVE the On-site team! And so will you!

On Site was very easy to work with and exceed my expectations! They kept me in the loop as they set up by FaceTiming me which I loved. Our guests are still talking about their beautiful chandeliers and window installation. Can’t wait to use them again in the future!

When our daughter and now son-in-law wanted a DJ and chose a library for their reception site, I almost had a heart attack wondering how in the world would we pull this off. We were told about On Site Productions from another vendor and decided to contact them. We are so grateful we did! Ashlee responded immediately and set up an appointment with Ryan. His presentation was very professional and impressive. He even patiently explained the online music list process to me, since I can barely turn on a computer. Since the library was a new venue for him, Ryan set up a site visit. Once we got there, he recommended we use up lights to make the lighting more conducive for the ambience we wanted and helped with the layout of the other vendor's placement in the space to make the flow better. When we walked into the library for the actual reception, the lighting literally took my breath away, His design really accentuated the architecture and made the space magical! Then the fun began with the wonderful music and Ryan's special way of getting the crowd up on their feet! He definitely knows how to read a crowd and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does! I certainly recommend Ryan and On Site Productions to everyone. We cannot thank Ryan and his team enough for making our daughter's and son-in-law's reception a dream come true!

My reception was saved because of Onsite! They kept things flowing and was on top of everything. Ryan was awesome and he really made the reception so much fun! He really exceeded my expectations. We had a blast :)

We booked Chace from On-Site for our DJ back in May and are so happy we did. The whole process of picking our songs online was easy and fun. Chace DJ'ed our ceremony and reception, and everything was perfect! The ceremony flowed smoothly, and the reception was the time of our lives. All of our guests made sure to comment on how great the music was. I definitely recommend working with On-Site!

Ryan was amazing to work with! He listened to what we were wanting and put together a playlist that was perfect for our reception! He added some things during the reception to keep the dancing going so it was fabulous! He was a very professional but entertaining speaker when he would speak to announce things during the reception! Also, he was easy to contact and make appointments with to speak in person to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it!

On Site was wonderful; we had to do a complete 180 with the ceremony the day before the wedding because of rain (and it was an outdoor service) but On-Site was fantastic. They adjusted the lighting, moved the DJ booth where we needed, and the drapery was fantastic. The day went on without a hitch and no one even knew we hadn't planned for it to be that way the whole time.

On-Site did a fabulous job with our wedding earlier this month! We used their lighting and DJ services. Our DJ (Chace) was on-point the entire night, following our "suggestions" list closely while also playing our guests' requests. On-Site uses an easy-to-use online portal where the bride and groom can plan their ceremony and choose songs they would like to have played. The company as a whole was very responsive throughout the planning process, which was important to me as a bride without a wedding planner. We had a great time and would recommend On-Site to any friends and family planning their wedding!

Jared and the staff at On-Site Productions were wonderful to work with up to and on our wedding day. Jared was so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Jared was easy to talk to and very flexible- as it took until the day of the wedding to decide our introduction song (oops!). Jared fed off the crowd and chose the perfect songs to keep everyone dancing. We are so happy to have had Jared as our DJ and we are so grateful for all he and On-Site Production did to make our wedding day stress-free and so much fun!

We debated on getting a DJ and I have to say after the wedding, I'm so glad we did. It was so worth it. Chase was great and played songs I chose along with ones that people requested at the event. He also was prepared and would play them immediately after the current song. He was very professional, dressed for the occasional and also helpful with gathering people and helping kids with glow sticks we had.
Ashlee was also great to work with. She communicated well and was very responsive. Ryan held a very professional meeting.
We were extremely happy with On-Site Productions and would recommend them to others. Our crowd had so much more fun with the DJ and it and the uplights we also rented added just the right touch we needed for our reception.

We all had a great time at our reception, the DJ was great and the photo booth was a big hit! I really liked using their website to pick out the songs we wanted (and the ones we didn't want!). I enjoyed the fact that I pretty much left the details to them, aside from picking out a few special songs, and they made it happen. I'm very glad we chose OnSite Productions!!

The draping that was done at our wedding was absolutely beautiful. It added elegance to the ceremony. I wasn't sure what needed to be done but the people of On-Site gave amazing recommendations and I couldn't have been more happy with it all. Great company!

We originally were going with another dj for our wedding and using onsite for our lighting and draping needs for our wedding. When it got closer to our wedding date, we wanted to change and use onsitenfoe our dj services as well. I can honestly say that was the best decision my husband and I made. We were paired up with Chase. I can't say enough great things about Chase and onsite. Chase made our wedding fun and our guests have been talking about how awesome the dj was and how fun the reception was. It was extremely important to me that the reception was all about a huge celebration of love and Chase and onsite listened to all the details we wanted and made those happen. They are very friendly, personable, on time, experienced, talented and so on. I highly recommend onsite and Chase for your dj needs. I cannot say enough positive things about Jared and On-Site Productions. When I was looking for a DJ, the main thing I was looking for was someone who was an outstanding entertainer and someone who could keep all of my wedding guest on the dance floor. Jared was able to deliver that and even more! All of my wedding guest were so engaged into the music and had the best night dancing. Honestly, the dance floor was so crowded the whole night and it was exactly what I wanted. I could not have asked for a better entertainer to have at my wedding.

On-Site Productions also helped create a beautiful backdrop that displayed our hashtag saying. When I say it was beautiful, it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It exceeded all of my expectations and became the focal point of the dance floor. So many of our guest migrated to the area to take pictures in front of it. I received so many compliments on the dance floor and backdrop so it was a hit.

Jared and the team at On-Site Productions also carried themselves in the most professional manor. They showed up promptly, dressed appropriately, and were so helpful during both the reception and ceremony. Everything On-Site Productions did was perfect, and I would choose them again any time.

OnSite Productions provided lighting, draping and DJ services for our wedding in December 2016. They were prompt, responsive, and very professional! The draping and lighting looked great. The DJ services were wonderful--we used them for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. You could hear the pastor clearly and the music was loud enough but not too loud. The music selection process was easy with their website and the staff was always quick to respond to our questions! I highly recommend OnSite Productions!

Working with OnSite was one of the highlights of our wedding planning experience. Entertainment for our reception ranked high on our priority list, so choosing a vender was not an experience we took lightly. We researched several well-known dj services in our area and narrowed it down to two. After talking to our venue and wedding coordinator, we went with OnSite. They both said that they enjoy working with OnSite Productions because of their flexibility and professionalism. This was proven true time and time again as we proceeded with booking and planning. OnSite made it easy on us, which made our wedding day a breeze. No stress to be found anywhere! Our guests danced the entire reception and we loved finding that all our requested music was played. We were thoroughly impressed with Onsite, particularly our DJ, Ryan Jones. I would highly recommend any bride and groom consider them for reception entertainment.

Amazing service from both my DJ and Videographer!! What made it even better was having them both from the same company so they communicated to each other about the wedding to each other so it took a lot of stress off my shoulders! I would definitely recommend them to my engaged friends!!

We would like to thank Onsite Productions for the outstanding job the staff did on our wedding day! From the initial planning and the day of the wedding, we were both so happy to simply be able to enjoy the day, knowing that Onsite Productions had everything under control and flowing perfectly. They were PUNCTUAL!! :) The lighting was the most beautiful color, the string lights provided a very cozy feel, the up-lighting was the perfect shade of amber. More so, the chandelier and GOBO monogram was perfectly arranged and has left an ever lasting impression upon our guest as well as ourselves! All of the staff were courteous and professional at all times: Ashlee, Jared, and Ryan!! I would highly recommend onsite productions to anyone who is planning an event, especially a wedding! They made my vision come to life and everything was better than I could imagine. The lighting, draping and DJ booth blended seamlessly into the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Ryan kept in consistent contact with me throughout the planning process for minor changes and was very professional. As a DJ, Ryan also made my dance-party reception come to life and I am still getting positive feedback from my friends and family about how much fun they had! BOOK THEM NOW!!!!!!! On-Site was extremely professional, yet made you feel like family. Their office staff was always Johnny on the spot when it came to answering emails and sending invoices. All of their services far exceeded all my expectations. Draping and light was phenomenal!!! Wow- Onsite was such a blessing to have for our wedding! Ryan was our DJ and he went above and beyond for us. Our ceremony was originally outside and due to weather he quickly able to move everything inside (w/in 10 minutes it seemed) and still manage to have music for our ceremony inside. He also checked in on us during our private dinner to make sure everything was going smoothly and when we were ready to enter the reception. We only requested a few songs and he was still able to fill the night with great songs and get everyone dancing! At the end of the night, he had everyone circle my husband and I and played "Small Town Girl" for everyone to sing and we were in the middle dancing. (It sounds weird, but it seriously was the best part of the night and something I will always remember). Thanks for that, Ryan! Do not hesitate to hire these guys as your DJ! I highly recommend them!

These guy's do an amazing job! They are professional, caring, and fully committed. Ryan was our DJ for our ceremony and reception, and he was a blessing to work with! He did MORE than he was required to do and was a pleasure to work with. We only gave Ryan a few songs we wanted him to play, and he did the rest. We were told by everyone in attendance, along with the incredible people that were working, that our wedding was one of the funnest that they'd been to, and I attribute a large portion of that to Ryan. On-Site Productions did a beautiful job at my son's wedding! From the very first time I called them, the administrative staff could not have been more helpful, and knowledgeable, and they were excellent about setting up times to call my son (he was in the Police Academy and his fiance was a student a Troy). Both the bride and groom did not have a lot of time to devote to choosing music for the reception, but Ryan Jones was very accommodating. Since we are all Christians, it was important to us that the music lyrics were clean. Ryan was GREAT at the reception! He was appropriately attired, engaging, kept everyone dancing, worked well with the wedding director in announcing special dances, etc. and truly made it a wonderful evening for everyone involved. You will not be disappointed with services provided by On-Site Productions. They are GREAT and very professional.

HIGHLY recommend!! I’m not going to lie, at first I was super skeptical about hiring a DJ for my wedding, but after meeting with Jared and his team, I felt at ease. They are very quick to respond and are super helpful. Their website for their clients is user-friendly and was a huge help to me for picking out songs. I used On Site for my ceremony and reception and received so many compliments, even to this day. One of my bridesmaids even went ahead and booked Jared for her wedding next year. The songs that were played were so fitting for my reception crowd. He is a very talented DJ and far exceeded my expectations. Thanks Jared and your team for a memorable night!

Was wonderful to work with, kept the flow of the reception going keeping everyone engaged the entire event! Final song was epic and everyone has told us that it was one of the best weddings they have been to. The team at On-Site Productions is truly amazing. I would recommend them to all couples looking for a DJ and up lighting for their wedding. Ashlee and Jared were so helpful during the planning process. A week before the wedding, Jared called to go over all the last minute details. Jared was more than just a DJ at our wedding though. He truly was a part of the wedding and made it such a special day for my husband and I. There was an accident with our Unity Cross breaking, and Jared sent one of his team members out to get another one to replace it before the ceremony. He went above and beyond to make our day turn out perfect. He said the kindest words at our reception that brought tears to my eyes. The website that the DJ uses is very user friendly and helpful. Being able to make a playlist, don't play list, and special song form was so helpful with wedding planning. Our DJ was fun and even got on the dance floor to help us learn some moves. He fed off the crowds energy. We loved using On-Site Productions from the minute we first met with them.

Where do I begin? These guys were so phenomenal! Not just on the wedding day, but everyday leading up to it! They were so accessible, responded so quickly to phone calls, emails, melt downs! Whatever the case, they took care of it! We even had a hiccup with the venue set up the day of, and these geniuses solved the problem and Made sure I had no idea until the wedding was over. They provided DJ, up lighting and photobooth services for us. My husband and I can honestly say, their services and personalities and interaction with the guests is the reason everyone is still telling us how much fun our wedding was! They were very fairly priced. But one of my favorite things about them is that they listen to you and give you exactly what you want. No up selling, no hidden fees, no pressure! On Site Productions did a fantastic job with our wedding. They were responsive to our needs at every stage of planning and preparing for the event and even made last minute modifications on the spot to fit our needs. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the DJ and staff, especially given that I was planning a wedding from out of state. Before the big day, Jared was very helpful in making suggesting and, on the day of, he was very responsive to our last minute changes. He did a wonderful job of knowing, in-the-moment, how to keep the mood light and exciting, especially making announcements and facilitating transitions at key points throughout our reception. Ryan Jones did the sound for our Ceremony and worked our Reception. He made the night! He was very interactive, on a level that matched the enthusiasm of the guests. He was very professional & an absolute breeze to work with. He read my cues during dances and kept things moving on schedule. Transition between songs was seemless. Onsite productions really knew how to through a good party. I had a very large mix of people at my wedding and Beau, our DJ, really made the night come together. The wedding ceremony sound and up lighting really made the ceremony and reception pop. It was well worth the money.
Beau got absolutely soaked in the rain prior to the ceremony and was a great sport.
Once you book, onsite productions gives you a wedding planning website that literally irons out all of the details of your wedding and DJ service. It was an amazing tool and very helpful. If you are looking for a good DJ, I would definitely recommend onsite productions.

I highly recommend On-site productions! The DJ we had played music for the ceremony and the reception. We had an outside wedding and reception at the same venue. The DJ was very professional. He showed up and set up exactly when he said he would. During the ceremony he was very observant and played the music right on que, having to repeat songs when needed, fade them in and out at the right time, allowing the ceremony to flow perfectly. After the ceremony, we had a cocktail hour where he played smooth jazz music to set the tone while we took pictures. After the wedding party and my husband and I entered the DJ transitioned to very upbeat songs that everyone loved and started dancing too. It was a blast!

The company was great to work with. I called to book the DJ a while before the wedding and was able to talk in detail. Since booking the DJ was well in advance of the actual date we had a few things changes come about. Once booked, the company puts all of your information online so you can change what you need (dates, times, or schedule) and add music and songs. The company has an extensive library but was able to get specific songs we requested. A week outside of the wedding I was contacted by the DJ and was able to get the final details nailed down and planned out.

I loved this DJ service and really appreciated how genuine they were. I really felt as though they cared about my day and making it absolutely perfect! They were very professional but so fun to work with. The DJ that did our wedding had a great personality and interacted with the audience well. They were very affordable, especially compared to a lot of other DJ services in the area.

We had an outdoor wedding with limited outlets for the lighting, since we also opted for a live band. On-Site did a great job of walking me through how to create the look I wanted without causing any power issues. The strings of cafe lights for our reception were simple but really made the space look magical!

No need to look any further for drapery & lighting for your wedding. Jared and his team are the best in Birmingham. Not only are they friendly and professional, but their service is top-notch. They transformed the ballroom at The Club into a dream! I sent Jared pictures of what we wanted and he delivered our vision perfectly-above and beyond! He was so easy to work with and his prices were better than other vendors we inquired with. Thank you On-Site Productions!

Jared and Ashlee did an amazing job.

Ashlee helped with getting my contract and website all set up.
The weblink they send you literally walks you through all of the steps of the wedding. All you have to do is fill in the blanks. It was so simple and the most helpful thing during the wedding.

Jared gave me a call a few days before the event to walk through and confirm all of the details. He was very professional and extremely helpful with my vague requests.
The day of the wedding Jared got absolutely soaked as a thunderstorm came out of nowhere. While they were completely drenched, he laughed it off and went through the rest of the event like a champ. The music choices were right in my parameters and made the party. Thank you so much for all of your help!
