  Best choice we made

  AJ went the extra mile by reaching out to us to get to know us first through some phone interviewing to see what we preferred for our wedding. If we would have been in town I think we might have gone out to coffee to chat. She was collaborative with us building up to the wedding, on the day, and following in a way that was stress free and professional. She went to research the venue to to make sure she knew the layout, lighting, and best vantage points beforehand. We had a "groom's dinner" the night before our wedding and AJ went above and beyond by staying a little longer to take some amazing sunset photos from the rooftop. AJ's whole vibe make you feel so comfortable and her artistic eye will produce an amazing product from your special day that you will cherish forever!

  AJ is amazing at what she does. She is very professional in her work, but is also fun and relaxing to work with. She captures moments as they naturally occur and provides guidance when needed. Very prompt and flexible. Would hire again!

  Words can't describe how lucky we feel to have found AJ as our photographer.. The second we got engaged, we knew that finding the right photographer was one of the most important decisions when planning our wedding. We wanted someone with a unique eye who wouldn't capture the typical wedding photo. And we found that perfectly in Studio Zu.   The end result was something out of our dreams! AJ captured the love and energy we felt that day so perfectly. She is so easy to work with, so much fun to hang out with, and an an overall amazing human! She captured the spirit of every guest who attended and reminded us of all the love we experienced that day. This is a gift we will treasure forever! If you love a photographer who will take beautiful candid photography, while also telling your love story, Studio Zu is it! A million thank you's for being a part of our day, AJ! They so perfectly captured our day - from getting ready in the morning, to the dance floor at the end of the night and everything in between. Not only are the photos stunning, but they are natural and authentic, making us feel like we are reliving our day each time we look at them. AJ truly has a knack for capturing the beautiful emotions and the wonderful little candid moments throughout the day.

  Where do I even start? My groom and I had a small intimate wedding day in Minneapolis. AJ did such a wonderful job capturing our big day. Right from the beginning of our conversations, AJ was professional, timely, and easy to work with! Not too long before our wedding she made sure she knew the ins-and-outs of our day along with all of the formal photos we wanted captured. All of our formal pictures were executed beautifully, but done so in an organized and timely manner.
  
  She captured everything on our day including all the small details like my Grandma's cane, the floral centerpieces we worked on ourselves, and the drinks we picked out. We love all of the photos from our wedding day, but our favorites (and the ones we received most of) are the photos where AJ was capturing the moments of the day as they happened in a journalistic beautiful approach. Looking through our portfolio, we not only remember how everything looked, but AJ's photos remind us so wonderfully how we felt throughout the entire day.
  
  We would 100% recommend AJ to our family and friends, and all of you strangers out there on the internet! She is professional, artistic, and we can't thank her enough for capturing our day so beautifully.

  AJ was amazing!! We knew from the beginning that she was the photographer from us. She genuinely cared about our vision and capturing our day perfectly. During our wedding we had so many compliments from guests about her, how she was always running around capturing moments, and she was so lovely to talk to. Once we got our photos (about 1200 mind you!!) she was praised again from friends and family! We would highly recommend AJ at Studio Zu :) Her prices are great too!!

  AJ was such a wonderful photographer to work with!! She has such an eye for composition and capturing those special moments on your big day!! She always was great on communicating with me and always answered my questions! She was super quick at turning around preview photos and then I got my wedding photos about 3-4 weeks later! She was super nice and put everyone at ease on the day of our wedding! Such a wonderful and talented photographer to work with!!

  Studio Zu was the perfect choice to capture our sweet backyard wedding. AJ was a pleasure to work with, excellent at communication, and was especially flexible with our non-traditional plans for the day. Her eye for color and ability to choose the perfect background while remaining professional in a difficult-to-manage backyard/urban setting was unbelievable. I literally cried when I saw our photos! She made our wedding day look like a dream! Highly recommend!

  We have worked with AJ on a number of occasions. She is always friendly and professional, which makes for a great experience! In addition, she has an artistic eye for unique shots. I always know that we'll get quality pictures from her that we wouldn't have otherwise. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for pictures you will cherish in the years to come!
