Planning of our event was simply amazing!

OneTouch Events planned a wonderful Grand Opening celebration for me and my wife's new business venture. Jillian and her team were very thorough and filled in the gaps where necessary to ensure the completion of an awesome event. Their system as a whole provided a great process for her and her team to communicate effectively and keep us up to date with all event planning needs throughout the duration of our time together. Jillian and her team also gave pertinent feedback and made sure all lines of communication remained open and available for alignment purposes. OneTouch is very professional and engaged in every part of the event planning process. I would not hesitate to recommend One Touch for all of your event planning needs. Upbeat, Prompt, and Organized!

As a type A personality, details matter. I already knew what kind of experience I wanted for my wedding and had a fair amount of planning already done, but I needed someone who would be able to give guidance where needed and execute my vision the day of so that I could enjoy stress free with my family and friends. After talking to Jillian, I knew she was for me - upbeat, prompt, and organized. When the pandemic hit, I postponed my wedding. Jillian lent her ear for me to vent when I was considering canceling all together. She reminded me that the day was a celebration of me and my husband and to enjoy it with whoever showed up. I’m glad I listened because for all the craziness that happened outside of the pandemic, my day was awesome! I’ve never felt so pampered and catered to in my life. I appreciated it because I ran out of steam the weeks leading up to my wedding. Jillian and her team did the damn thing!

I declined a post wedding debrief because I was happy with how the day went, however my spidey senses tell me there was some vendor drama. If there was, I have no clue because everything flowed. Oh, and did I mention that Jillian’s mom passed away two weeks before my wedding??? I wouldn’t have been upset if she didn’t continue engaging in my final wedding planning & management and just sent her team, but the fact that she did…speaks volumes. I’m forever grateful.

Jillian and Val were absolutely AMAZING and on top of it from the first day they stepped in to bring our wedding through the final stretch! After our initial planner cancelled with weeks to go, we were recommended One Touch Events by a friend and could not be happier with their work! They were super responsive, suggested alternatives when plans derailed, wrangled all of the vendors and loose ends, and kept us all breathing and smiling through the hiccups on the big day. When my husband and I sat down to plan our wedding, we knew we needed to hire a wedding planner. As a busy couple that is often on the road traveling for work, we wanted to find a local professional that would guide us through one of the most important experiences of our lives and ease the burden and stress.

Enter OneTouch Events! On our initial introduction call with Jillian, we both felt at ease. Before jumping into the details of the wedding, she focused on getting to know us and learning about our love story. I also had a list of detailed questions and Jillian knocked them out of the park. We hired her the very next day.

Jillian was professional from day one and helped anchor us to 3 priorities for our big day. Those anchors guided us throughout our 15 month planning process. With Team OneTouch, we got not just 1 awesome planner but 2! Val was Jillian’s right hand and helped make our experience even more special. They were both organized, responsive, and utilized their relationships to find us the very best vendors. In addition to wanting a true project manager, we wanted a planner that had an eye for design to help us bring our vision to life, and Jillian did just that.

Jillian was also flexible, which is such an important quality. When an initial vendor proposal came in over budget, we asked Jillian to find us other options, no questions asked, she did just that. Anytime we wanted to take a more untraditional route, Jillian shared any risks/concerns but got right on board to help make what we wanted, happen.

Amazing wedding planner!

OneTouch Events was a life saver when it came to our wedding planning. Prior to hiring Jillian, I was overwhelmed and feeling a bit frustrated with the planning process. My husband and I have a busy lifestyle so having Jillian step in made everything so much more efficient and took a lot of the load off of our shoulders . From the beginning, Jillian was very thorough and paid attention to every single detail that we could think of. Through OneTouch Events I was connected to a group of AMAZING vendors who each excelled in their particular service. From the first meeting to our wedding day, Jillian was very professional, confident, and thorough. Even with a rainstorm that occurred during the time of our ceremony, Jillian remained calm and executed the perfect plan to relocate the ceremony all while keeping guests and bridal party happy and dry. The remainder of the evening ran smoothly thanks to Jillian and Mataya. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have found OneTouch Events. Extremely Professional

OneTouch guided me through the wedding planning process as I planned most of my wedding on my own. Months leading up to the wedding, they stepped in and took it from where I left off. This made the last several weeks of my wedding as stress free as possible. They essentially took everything off of my plate and coordinated with my vendors to ensure that the wedding day was a success. We truly enjoyed our day to the fullest.

Val, my planner, was awesome she made sure to hold everybody accountable even the Groom when he “forgot” to write his love letter to me before the ceremony. He told me after the wedding that Val pretty much told him that he did not have an option in writing the letter even though we were pressed for time. Lol. And I'm so glad that she did!

I'm sure that there were plenty of other misshaps that occurred during the day that OneTouch took care of without me even knowing. I'm so appreciative of OneTouch for making my day a true dream come true.

My husband and I are so happy we chose OTE for our wedding. If you don't read anything else, read this: book OTE now.

Before we booked OTE, we knew we needed help with day of coordination and the overall design of the reception and ceremony. We had already started vetting some of our vendors.

From the very beginning, Jillian (the owner) was great. I enjoyed speaking with her on our first call prior to booking OTE. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional!

Once we decided to go with OTE and booked them, I knew we made the right decision. We booked the team about 9 months out from our big day and had consistent communication the entire time. They are very thororugh, and they make sure they fully understand what your needs/wants are and they exceed them! They have relationships with some of the BEST vendors in Atlanta, so we took thier recommendations for quite a few vendors we chose, and we could not be more happy!

Russell was my lead coordinator and he is honestly the BEST. Him and Valerie were truly my saving grace during some really stressful times. They both do such an amazing job at making you feel at ease about anything you are stressing about and at the same time get you excited about your big day.

My wedding process from the time I booked them to the day of was smooth because of OTE. They kept me on track (literally, they have an online task tracker), on budget, and they kept my spirits up when I was feeling down. Our big day was perfect! Couldn't ask for a better event team. I can't wait to work with them many more times in the future!

One Touch Events planned my husband’s 50th birthday party. This company is top-notch. Jillian and Russell listened to my ideas and created a night my husband, friends and family will never forget. People from the party called me for weeks after the party telling me how much fun they had. My interactions with them were always positive, and they did what they said they were going to do. They were always punctual and kept me calm when a snow storm occurred one day before the event.

Simply put, they are creative AND organized. They listen and they are firm. I have recommended them to others, and I will definitely use them in the future. I had to put my trust in them because I did not have time to be hands on, and they did not let me down. I will always appreciate them for that!

My husband and I recently got married 08/19/2017 at the Buford Community Center Park & Theater in Buford, Ga... The OneTouch Events Team is AMAZING!!! I enjoyed my wedding because of their hard work. My husband and I initially hired the OneTouch Events Team due to our hectic jobs/work schedules. My and husband and I believe that hiring a wedding planner was a great investment. This saved my husband and me a lot of stress. The day we had our first meeting, Jillian took the time to sit down with us and find out our wants and needs. Jillian’s personality and high energy makes everything go perfect. Jillian has a great team and everything went smoothly from cake tastings to the actual wedding day. Brianna and Russell were absolutely fabulous in assisting Jillian with making our wedding day special. Throughout our experience, the OneTouch Events Team provided many suggestions and recommendation that proved to be invaluable, and took care of our every need. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I know that Jillian is very busy, but she made time to pick up the phone to answer any questions. She was terrific!!!! She was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was right “on the money” with everything. She created a task timeline and tried to keep us on budget. She has immaculate taste on what will look the best and she knows what will work. Jillian knows this business and how to pull a wedding together. On the wedding day, I had a malfunction with the dress, I informed Jillian, and she took care of everything. She contacted the store that the dress came from, expressed the issue, and got a resolution. I discovered (the day after) that I also had a malfunction with the veil, Jillian took care of it and I did not even know. I appreciate that she took care of me and my husband! We had a great wedding day! If you are in the Atlanta or surrounding areas, hire the OneTouch Event Team you will not be disappointed!!!

Jillian and company operated like a well-oiled engine with all cylinders intact when pre-planning and executing all agreed upon explicit details to ensure a beautiful and memorable weekend wedding celebration for my sunshine and bonus son (Evie and Ndapa). Every event (wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, art museum exhibit, reception and wedding endu) was executed with precision, intervention and collaboratively with all contributors. Jillian, Briana and Company were the nucleus and glue and coordinated logistics, run of program and engaging all key participants i.e., Venue Event Manager, Florist, Entertainers (Band, DJ, Vocalists and Pianist), Photographer and Videographer, etc. As the Mother of the Bride I can attest to the end results personally and based on written and verbal acknowledgements shared by guest expressing their delight, gratitude and happiness that they were able to be a part of the wedding celebrations. If you are undecided about making an investment in a TRUE wedding planner with effective negotiation skills be reassured that you will get a major return on your investment if you connect with One Touch Events (Jillian, Briana, Russell, Samantha and Megan). Their attention to detail, accessibility, responsiveness and consultation services were impeccable. One Touch Events should change the name of their company to One Touch Events “On Time Services”. There are so many words that can describe my experience with Jillian and her team, but the main ones that come to mind are AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, BRILLIANT (and on and on!) If you are contemplating hiring a wedding planner, I would STRONGLY recommend One Touch Events! From the day Jillian came on board, I did not worry about anything. I will honestly say that my entire wedding experience was stress free, and this was truly because she did above and beyond what I expected. I think I was shocked when she whipped out a sewing kit and sewed on one of my buttons that fell off! Any question I had, Jillian and her team was there - timely! And for that - I love her!!! Samantha didn't let me worry about anything leaving our suite. She had my purse, snacks, tissue - you name it! Jillian allowed me to focus on my wedding and everything leading up to it - versus being in the details of linens, lighting, cakes, etc. I had no idea what I was doing and I knew I was in over my head.

Jillian truly has a gift - in that she can understand what you need without you having to say much at all. I am forever indebted to her - not only because she made the wedding process seamless, but because she allowed me to soak up the memories of one of the best days of my life!

I really don’t know where to begin my review for Jillian and OneTouch Events. Jillian is PHENOMENAL- being a planner myself and a control freak its extremely hard for me to relinquish control of anything and yet Jillian made me feel completely at ease handing that power over to her. I wish I had known how amazing she was and I would have hired her to handle everything from the very beginning of planning. She stepped in a few months before the wedding and I was able to turn everything over to her seamlessly. She met and exceeded all of my expectations.

The day flowed flawlessly and if anything went wrong I would have never known because every time I saw Jillian she was calm, smiling and making sure that I was okay. She did an amazing job of pulling my vendor team together and making sure everyone was where they needed to be and doing what needed to be done. I was able to take in every moment of our wedding day without feeling stressed, rushed or overwhelmed all because of Jillian. She is professional, honest, detailed, organized, prompt and was incredibly responsive to any of my questions. Our guests continue to rave about how beautiful our wedding was and how it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended! Before hiring Jillian and One Touch Events LLC, we were completely overwhelmed and like a fish out of water. The stress of planning a wedding is enough within itself, but add planning a wedding 4 states away and you're in for trouble. However, hiring One Touch Events, LLC was the BEST decision we could have ever made!

Working with Jillian and One Touch made wedding planning simple and manageable. She brought everything into perspective and helped us close loops where we'd completely failed to even consider. The communication was always open, she was easily accessible, and even tracked down vendors that were hard for us to reach.

Now, here we are two weeks later and everyone is STILL talking about how beautiful the ceremony was--thanks to Jillian and her lovely assistant for the day, Brigette. The day was perfect and everything we expected! Jillian and Brigette took great care of us! The ceremony flowed smoothly into the reception and the night went on without any issues!

Hands down, hiring Jillian and One Touch Events was the BEST decision we could have ever made! In my opinion, Jillian and One Touch Events are truly the "IT" company of weddings and events. She's a "one-stop shop" that knows her stuff and works well with everyone involved for your event. All of our vendors loved her as well and said she's been the BEST planner they'd ever worked with for a wedding!

I could not have made a better choice for a wedding planner! Jillian, was attentive, organized and professional! She listened to my needs and wants as a bride and helped to my vision a reality. Jillian assisted me in selecting the appropriate vendors within my budget. She kept me on track and always gave helpful advice on how to handle various issues that may arise or did arise. Just as we thought the wedding planning was near complete, two months before the wedding, I unexpectedly needed to change my wedding venue due to unforeseen circumstances. Jillian was amazing at assisting us in changing our reception venue and adjusting the design scheme on such a short notice. There were moments where I felt totally overwhelmed, but Jillian just kept me calm. Jillian's is the epitome of a leader, as each of member of her team assists with the same level of professionalism. I was the bride that wanted to plan my own wedding. The perfectionist in me allowed me to think that I could do plan my entire wedding while working full-time. Boy was I wrong. We interviewed 3 wedding planners and we decided to hire Jillian. After our first official meeting with Jillian, Marquis was impressed and knew we made a great decision. I enjoyed working with someone that was as detailed as myself. Jillian was a breath of fresh air. The program she uses to keep all of our wedding files/details/questions organized was a life saver. If you're not into long emotional posts, just read this part: If you want your wedding to be beautiful and go off without a solitary hitch, book Jillian and OneTouch Events.

Now, let's talk specifics. From our first meeting, I knew she was the one. She showed up with worksheets (worksheets!) to help us work through what my vision for the wedding was. She asked all of the pertinent questions, including the ones I wouldn't have even thought of. Before we booked her, I wanted my mom to meet her. Mommy lives out of state, so I wanted her to have a good feeling about who was at the helm of our day. Jillian graciously accommodated a second meeting, and wooed my mom just as she did me!

Throughout the entire planning process, I felt like a priority. If I had a question or concern, nothing was too small for her. She was really good about responding quickly, even when we were months away from the nitty-gritty of planning. Her vendor selections (we used her selections for everything but paper--we'd already booked Terri at Naomi's Paperie before booking Jillian) were all everything we asked for. She was so responsive and nice, even playing referee when my mom and I didn't see eye-to-eye on design. She operates your event from an online portal which is awesome! You can see the progress of the whole event from one location, which is key when mother of the bride is out of state.

Fast forward to wedding weekend. From the rehearsal all the way through the final send off, everything was on time and above our expectations. Jillian managed everything from the getting ready and staying on timeline to the making sure the wedding starts on time (and late guests weren't permitted, per my instructions), to managing the room flip during cocktail hour. She did not stop working for us until after all of the sparklers were collected after the send off!

If you're on the fence, take my advice BOOK HER TODAY before someone else takes your date!

I decided on my previous birthday to give myself a party, so I had a year to prepare. It took me about a month of interviewing planners to find OneTouch Events. Speaking with Jillian on our initial phone interview, I knew she understood the level of quality and class I wanted for my 65th birthday party on New Year's Eve. She immediately went into action to secure me the best venues for this very busy date, and then proceeded to manage every detail, always offering me options along the way, to ensure that my vision was met. She is efficient, patient, well connected with the vendors needed for a successful dinner party, and with a very pleasing personality. I can't really imagine giving another party without Jillian by my side. If you work with her, you will not regret it.

Jillian is great to work with! She is always very nice, calm, and professional when working with her clients. As a bride, I appreciated her attention to detail, organization skills, and communication skills. For my wedding, I booked the vendors, and Jillian was able to get every vender to coordinate as a team. She really cares about the couples she works with, and she does her best to make sure the wedding day is low stress for the couple. Her team is very friendly and helpful. We reviewed many wedding planners before settling on OneTouch Events, and I have to say, they really came through for our wedding. Jillian was amazingly helpful and worked not only within budget but also around our busy schedules. Her staff was courteous, prepared and always professional. On multiple occasions (such as dealing with the venue, catering, organizing family, etc) we were very glad things were being handled Jillian and her team.

Thanks to OneTouch Events, we actually had a stress free wedding and it allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding day.

Jillian was an excellent coordinator to work with. She has wealth of knowledge but was not forceful at all. She went above and beyond and helped bring my vision to a calmer reality because honestly I was going nuts with ideas. In the end, she made my event very classy and fun and the guest of honor thoroughly enjoyed himself. The surprise party went off without any hitches and it is still being talked about today. She was patient and always responsive to my questions and suggestions. I look forward to a proposal in the future just so that I may use her services again. Excellent quality and worth every penny!!

My husband and I had a joint 40th birthday party on July 4th. Jillian was our event planner and she was fabulous!! She made the event planning run smoothly. She is very professional, quick to respond and full of great ideas. On the day of our party, she was at the venue early making sure everything was the way we wanted from the caterer, the DJ, decorations and photographer. We showed up to our party and were able to enjoy our amazing night without worrying about any details. It was a perfect night and I couldn't thank Jillian enough. I would definitely use Jillian again and would recommend her to anyone planning an event! She certainly made my party planning experience run smoothly!!

Before I hired Jillian and OTE, I saw her services in action as I was a bridesmaid in one of the weddings she planned. I was so impressed with Jillian's communication, coordination, and level of preparedness during the weeks leading to the wedding. Although her coordination was excellent, the one thing that "sold" me was her emergency kit. I know it sounds crazy but I am slightly type a and was so ecstatic to see how much thought and planning she put into preparing for all the things that may/will go wrong on the day of. Immediately soon after, I contacted Jillian and we began discussing my ideas. Jillian did not miss a beat. She remembers all of the small details, provided great vendor recommendations, and has an amazing project management software that helps keep everything from vendor quotes to floor layouts organized. I highly recommend Jillian and know that she was key to the reason that we had a stress free, drama free, and classic wedding experience. Even a month after my day, I am still getting questions about who coordinated everything!

Jillian planned the graduation for the Emerging Leaders Institute. She selected the venue and managed the on-site operations of the event. It was a truly grand affair, as it was held at the Fernbank Museum, and the parents and graduates (as well as the board of directors) were absolutely thrilled with the results. On the whole, our purpose in life is to find our purpose and give our whole heart and soul to it and by working with Jillian and her team at OneTouch Events LLC I can tell they have truly found their purpose. The whole planning experience felt more like we made a new friend and our friend was planning our wedding. They can customize pricing so they fit in all budgets. Well, truth be told, I felt that Jillian was a friend who just happened to run a very professional business. When we had our initial meeting, I remember that the first thing that I liked about her was that she didn't immediately start to tell us what her business had to offer. Instead, she casually asked my daughter and her fiancee to tell her how they met. She genuinely seemed interested in their story. It seemed important that she got to know them first then she asked questions about what they wanted for the perfect wedding. Jillian was very easy to work with and very accommodating. She kept us on track and allowed us to make decisions but guided us through the process. I consider myself a very organized professional, but we could not have pulled this off without her. Both myself and my husband are wedding professionals and know what it takes to pull of a great event. Without Jillian on our team, we would have been dealing with issues that would prevent us from truly enjoying our family and friends on our wedding day. In each of these categories, Jillian and her team absolutely excelled. We brought Jillian on around July for a January wedding. After interviewing a couple of planners, Jillian stood out for being organized, polite, competent, experienced, and completely professional. She fit in well, as my mother and I (the bride) had already selected most of the major vendors and details. Jillian was able to add value immediately by sharing planning software and coordinating with bride, groom, bride's mother, and all venue personnel. She attended our final meetings with the caterer/reception supervisor and conducted either calls or Skype-meetings with our ceremony officials, band people, photographer and videographer, and florist. She even helped us select our linens and offered ceremony order-of-events suggests. I never felt that I was "on the clock" with Jillian and she was extremely responsive to emails and questions. Let's talk about the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day-of. Jillian really cranked it up by offering to meet with us and think over last details (including day-of scheduling and emailing our wedding party). She ran the rehearsal like clockwork. On the actual day, Jillian and her assistants came by ready-to-go (it rained!) with dollies, an oh-sh*t-kit with bobby pins medicine tape etc. for just-in-case, and they were working! By the time the photographer arrived, Jillian's team transformed into dresses and microphones and did an awesome job navigating the other vendors and ensuring we stayed as close to schedule as possible. We had a bit of a catastrophe happen during our reception (not related to Jillian!) -- but Jillian kept us together and the episode hidden from most guests.

The overwhelming feedback from my vendors was that Jillian was very nice and obviously knows what she is doing.

Jillian is, hands-down, worth the investment and your trust.

We provided the flower décor for one of Jillian's wedding and we were very impressed by her. She did not hold back an ounce of energy or effort when it came to making sure everything went perfect for her bride. She ponders all of the small details as if it were her own wedding. We also found her very enjoyable to work with and she carried a peaceful presence in the midst of stressful situations. I'm so grateful that one of my coworkers referred Jillian w/ OneTouch Events to help me plan my wedding. I had a shorter engagement than I would have liked & I was completely stressed out & overwhelmed w/ everything I had to do. I was complaining to my coworker about how overwhelmed I was w/ everything I had to do in not that much time & she told me about Jillian & how much she had helped her w/ her own wedding. I really value her opinion & immediately emailed Jillian to find out more about her services. From the first time I met w/ Jillian, I was impressed by her warmth & professionalism. She always did her best to keep me calm (which let me tell you was no easy job!) & was so patient w/ all my emails & questions & always got back to me quickly. I was so worried about messing something up or making a wrong decision or forgetting something but she always reassured me that "Everything will be ok" and that she had my back. Even though there were a couple of small hiccups on my wedding day (like the music cutting out for a few seconds while I was walking down the aisle - not Jillian's fault), I could always count on Jillian to be there for when I needed her & she always had my best interest in mind. There are a couple of minor things that if I had to do again I would change regarding my wedding but Jillian is definitely not one of them. If anything, I would have used her for even more of her services instead of doing them on my own. She is passionate as well as funny & could always put a smile on my face. She loves what she does and she truly cares about her couples. This is why she is more than just a wedding planner... she's a great friend and someone you want by your side. When my fiance and I set a date and started planning our wedding, we were debating about hiring a day of coordinator. I am extremely organized and love event planning. We were on a strict budget and weren't sure if the extra expense would be worth it. Looking back now - it was the best spent money of the entire event! Jillian and her team at One Touch Events LLC were amazing - from the first time we met with Jillian to the clean up at the end of our big day. Jillian made sure she knew exactly what we wanted on our big day - decor, music, atmosphere and food. She was always available by phone or email to speak with me when I had questions whether it was late on a week night or early on a Sunday. As the wedding date approached, Jillian was great at vendor communication and making sure all of the details were covered. She put together a timeline for the day of and her and her team set everything up the way my fiance and I had envisioned it. Throughout the big day she and her team made sure everyone had what they needed and were in all the right places at all the right times - from pictures to toasts and the cake cutting to the grand exit. At the end of the night, her team made sure everything that needed to come home with us made it back to the hotel and that the venue was cleaned and broken down. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator I can't recommend Jillian and One Touch Events enough! Having someone else to run the show on your big day really allows you to enjoy every moment - and Jillian won't let you down!

Jillian is one of the reasons why I had so much fun at our wedding. Whenever I needed to be somewhere for pictures, a toast, or cake cutting Jillian was there to guide me in the right direction. Jillian was a joy to work with. As a couple who worked to have complete control of our wedding experience, we wanted to ensure that the handoff for day-of coordination was to someone that we were certain could execute our plans on our wedding day. Jillian not only worked to execute those plans perfectly, but she also went above and beyond in making sure our special day was perfect.

In addition to being a fantastic planner, Jillian was very "in tune" with how we were feeling as a couple and worked with us through the final days to assure that we were calm and collected. We had some last-minute vendor and seating changes, and she stayed on top of everything. She was easy to work with for the 10 months leading to the wedding and was very knowledgeable about contacts and suggestions for our Big Day. Furthermore, she was able to aid us by providing contacts for transportation, hair/makeup, hotels, and catering--all of which were very helpful in our planning process.

We would highly recommend Jillian and OneTouch Events for any coordination for weddings and/or events.

Do you need a wedding planner? Yes. Do you need Jillian and OneTouch Events as your wedding planner? Yes! She exceeds expectations of all the things you want in a wedding planner. She is timely, organized, friendly and professional. She has vision, listens, works hard and she gets you good deals. She also excels in all of the things you had no idea you even needed in a wedding planner.

Jill is funny! Seriously, she is hilarious. She would have us cracking up on our conference calls.

Jill makes you feel like you are not crazy. I especially appreciated this. There were so many things that we as a couple just did not want to do that more traditional weddings did and there were so many things that many people considered to be, well let’s say “unique.” Jill made it all work.

Jill is not pushy with her couples. If you need direction she will lead you but if you have strong feelings about how you want a particular aspect to go Jill will roll with it and help you execute it. As I mentioned earlier, she has vision so she takes your ideas and makes them even better.

Jill Handled It. This should be her tagline. On my wedding day I was not bothered. Jill was in communication with others but never once was I bothered. I swear the venue could have blown up and Jill would have handled it without me being any the wiser. This all led to a pretty uneventful and minimal stress day. Seriously though, wedding planners are awesome in general throughout the whole process, but I really appreciated the fact that Jill made our wedding day go so smoothly. The value of this cannot be underestimated.

Bottom line is that Jill is so much more than you ever thought you wanted or needed. She takes immense pride in her business and that is a beautiful thing. She has passion for what she’s doing. She treats her couples like family and she won’t let you down. We are lucky that she took us on as clients!

I would like to say that me and my wife hired One Touch for our wedding as a way to someone coordinate our wedding on the day of. I didn't know what to expect from Jillian, as i was away out of the country and my wife was planning this with her. I am the planner in our relationship, so a little worried at first. I must say Jillian was hitting on all cylinder and went above and beyond my expectation which are very high i must add because i am a stickler for detail, and she is the same. I recommend Jillian and OneTouch Events without reservation. Jillian is amazing. From our first contact after my daughter collapsed in tears, completely overwhelmed to our final correspondence Jillian unobtrusively managed myriad details and kept us on track and on schedule. As a frantic mother of the bride, I contacted 4 Atlanta-area planners after 5pm on a Friday, 3 through web forms and a call to Jillian. She left voicemail at 7 that night and called the next morning.
After only a few minutes I knew she'd be perfect. She actively listened and asked the right questions so she understood our needs. Frankly I was shocked when she quoted her flat fee given what I felt was a very long list of tasks. She assured me that she understood what we needed and quoted a fair price; afterwards I asked if she'd had to do more than her fee comfortably covered but she told me it was fine. In short, she provided exceptional value for excellent service.
She coordinated the selection of beverage options and picked up and delivered bar supplies on a Sunday. Her gentle, positive manner helped us stay on schedule. Her reminder emails were to the point and, even though she may have been stressed, calm. I always felt that Jillian was taking care of things and ensuring that everyone was on board with important decisions. During our meetings she was friendly and pleasant in helping negotiate and plan with the venue. Her genuine enthusiasm, composure, and professional manner helped make the wedding and reception perfect.
Perhaps her best referral was to Bridal Sense to alter my daughter's dress. It took three tries, but they took it in stride and, in the end, the dress fit perfectly. Jillian kept copious notes, attended to detail, and offered services from her vendors that were less costly than the venue provided. It was such a relief to have her taking care of things!

Hiring Jillian was by far the BEST decision we made throughout the wedding planning. She was super-organized, professional, and very attentive. We first hired her only to setup, but then engaged her for the full same-day consultation a few months later, which is what we should have done from the beginning. She was easy to get in touch with through email and phone during the planning process, and she listened to what we wanted and made it happen!

Before hiring One Touch Events we were worried about having everything go off without any complications, since the time for setup and breakdown was so tight. Jillian had everything set up with time to spare! She even went back to my house before the wedding to get my bridal bouquet once we realized my bridesmaids had left it. She came prepared with a toolbox full of every possible thing we could have needed, from Q-tips to gum and bridal calming agents in the form of mini-bottles of alcohol.

She worked closely with my vendors to make sure everything went off perfectly, and everyone (seriously, everyone!) has told me how nice she was! Jillian helped us get linens at a great rate, and saved us a ton of money. I'm so glad we found Jillian at One Touch Events, and I'd recommend her to anyone who's planning an event. Our wedding was perfect, thanks to Jillian's wonderful coordination and planning!

Jillian was instrumental in bringing my vision for my 40th birthday weekend to life. I knew after the first phone call that I wanted to work with her. Being a Type A personality and wanting to be very hands on, I was very comfortable letting her take the reins. I needed a caterer for two events for the weekend and had it not been for Jillian's suggestions and contacts, we would've been eating cold cuts. The food was a huge success at both events. I had been planning this weekend for nearly 8 months and I could not find one thing that went wrong. It was the best decision we made throughout the whole process -- right from the start, she asked us good questions that helped us with our planning, connected us with our remaining vendors, and created invaluable timelines and helped keep us on track. Anyone who has survived a wedding knows how chaotic things get during battle, I mean the ceremony and reception. Well, One Touch Events not only kept their composure to make sure things ran smoothly but Jillian, the owner, did something I will never forget.

My poor wife tried as much as she could to get the reception ballroom decorated the night before the wedding but simply could not finish. At oh dark thirty she left in tears with only Jillian to finish. Jillian and staff not only finished but the reception decor was one of highlights of our wedding!

They may not sleep much but One Touch delivered. Exceptional service isn't a checklist of items. It's in actions. It's in how you go above and beyond. It's how One Touch Events made our wedding one we'll always cherish.

From the planning stage to the day of our wedding, Jillian was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. From day one of the planning process Jillian was by my side every step of the way. She was my life line. We met in person and constantly emailed back and forth to touch bases during the process. Jillian is resourceful and organized. She keeps you on schedule and eliminates unnecessary stress factors. We didn't have to worry about a single thing that day. All we had to do was show up and get married. This is exactly what we wanted. With very little instruction she made our vision come to life. I felt so at ease, so much peace, and such confidence knowing that I had her on my team. Sure everything won't be perfect, but trust me Jillian has it under control with her Emergency Survival Kit. This kit contains everything that you could possibly need to make your event run as smooth as possible. No need to leave the venue or stress, she's got you covered. We hired Jillian from One Touch Events two months before our wedding to be our "day of" coordinator. It was a great decision. Jillian was fantastic and helped greatly in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and on the big day! Throughout, she was professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. The weeks leading up to a wedding are busy, and having Jillian to handle a bunch of the details was really helpful and reassuring! Jillian created two detailed timelines for the wedding weekend--one that she provided to the vendors, and one that she emailed to the bridal party. This was great in terms of letting everyone know where to be and when--there were a lot of moving parts and she kept everything organized. In the weeks before the wedding, Jillian contacted all of the vendors and venues to confirm details. She also put together the out of town guest bags (which included snacks, drinks, and information about the wedding events), which were amazing. Jillian designed beautiful personalized water bottle labels and personalized "do not disturb" door hangers for guests' hotel rooms. On the day of the wedding, Jillian made sure everything ran smoothly--from making sure vendors and the bridal party and families were where they needed to be, to making sure the guests got on the bus to the ceremony. It was very, very nice to have her there to keep things on track and to handle the minor issues that invariably arose. Jillian had the perfect wedding-day demeanor. She was a calming presence, and everyone knew to go to her if there was a problem, but at the same time she operated in the background and did unnecessarily insert herself into the day. In short, I am so glad she was there, and my bridal party thought she was fantastic. I would recommend Jillian to anyone. My only regret is that we didn't hire her earlier in the process to help with the early-stage planning!

Jillian is amazing!!! She's extremely organized, easy to communicate with and always gets back with you in a timely manner. Our other vendors were very complimentary of her professionalism, as this was many of their first times working with her. I couldn't imagine our special day going as smoothly without her.

We used OneTouchEvents' "Day Of" Management services, which we were highly satisfied with. We officially hired OneTouch events about 10 months prior to our wedding, which took place in Atlanta although we live in Birmingham. Jillian was incredibly pleasant to work with periodically over the course of that time (in which we had a few incredibly useful progress check-ins), and more frequently in the final months before the wedding. She and her staff did an amazing job with following through on all of our wedding plans to make our vision a reality on the day of.

Very responsive, helpful and experienced! Bride is very type A and I feel like Jillian went above and beyond to meet our needs. She was always prepared during meeting and very detailed. We sent Jillian emails daily (maybe 3-5 emails) since we lived in another state. She responded to each and every email on a daily basis. Her creativity and advice was appreciated! Our wedding was so beautiful and I am very particular about things. Honestly, Jillian is highly recommended by us.

We hired Jillian Smith and One Touch Events to help us coordinate our wedding this past August 16, 2014. At first, we weren't sure if we needed a wedding coordinator. We initially planned to do most- if not all the wedding planning ourselves. But hiring Jillian for our "day of coordination" was one of the best decisions that we made.

One the business side- she was very attentive and responsive from beginning to end. She gave us great advice on other vendors and little things to think about/remember throughout the process.

On the practical side- she's just a genuinely nice calm person and easy to be around. This was surprisingly important in the weeks leading up to our wedding and especially on our wedding day. This made us more comfortable and allowed us to really enjoy our special day.

We would highly recommend Jillian without hesitation and look forward to finding a reason to use her again.

Jillian was WONDERFUL!!! She was a pleasure to work with and really tries to put the couple's wishes first. She is flexible with last minute changes and also extremely helpful in telling you the pro's and con's of certain things during the planning.
