This was a great experience

Our videographer was thoughtful, kind, and professional the day of. Communicating with The OnePro Video crew was seamless, and the video they made / edited was amazing. Having a videographer for your wedding is very special and you can literally relive the memories. My husband and I enjoyed working with OnePro Video for our big day.

Awesome Experience!!

We had a pretty big wedding with over 400 guests. One of our biggest worries was video and photography coverage. These guys nailed it, our wedding video came out great. We enjoyed working with Tre and his crew. Kudos to you guys.

Scam and Fraudster

Tre Williams is a Fraud. Don’t allow his smooth talking and conniving ways convince you to anything. Everything that’ comes out his mouth is a LIE. It’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting on my product, a true con artist and now he’s MIA that I traveled to Mobile Alabama where he lives and filed a police report and a claim with the court. He is a fraud and he’s under the impression that if he just stop communicating it’ll all go away but it’s not until I get a refund. I’ll see him in court and have also discussed garnishing wages with the court to get my funds back so by all means RUN and do not live this nightmare. A day that was suppose to be a joyous occasion has turned into a nightmare.

Be aware, they are a scam

I hired this company back in 2019 to do my wedding video in February. Tre William and Sarah his videographer are absolutely a scam. It has been over 4 months and I haven't received my edited wedding video or the original copies. Every a couple of weeks, Tre sent me new promises and new lies that he will send the videos but he never did. Both of them now stopped responding to my emails, calls, or messages, so I am contacting my lawyer to file a lawsuit against them. Thank you Weddingwire for promoting a fake company to your readers. Very disappointing

Extremely disappointed

I recently got married on Labor Day, to my worst surprise, my videographer left in the middle of my wedding without notice. I had a butterfly feeling from the very first day I met the guy but my wife insisted we use him. They guy was money hungry and was bombarding with paying in full even before the wedding. I paid him in full, only for him to leave in the middle of the wedding without letting anyone know. As sad as it is, all the vendors stayed and were balance after the wedding. None other vendors ever police me about balance before the wedding except onepro. My job isn't to tell anyone who to use or hire, but to share my experience hiring this guy. I don't have my video yet, but I pray that part he manage to cover come out ok, to avoid further action....

I still do not have my video from one pro. Imagine someone I paid just like other vendor is telling me how to run my wedding? Every vendor stayed until the end without any problem or concern, Except onepro. Every vendor has delivered the final product except onepro. I will let you be the judge
