    Great Vendor!

    One Stop was a GREAT vendor to work with for our rentals. We were between them and Affordable Events who interestingly, wasn't quite as affordable. The service was great, communication was FAST, and they were super flexible and accommodating of my 9000 requests to make minor changes to our quote. I would definitely use them again!

    Thank you one stop!

    One Stop SAVED our wedding! We had a vendor cancel on us last minute who were supposed to provide a tent, furniture, dancefloor, etc. and One Stop was able to turn everything around and make it happen with a few adjustments. Everything looked beautiful and I can't thank them enough for saving our day! They were prompt, organized and so helpful. Thanks team!!

    Can’t Recommend Them Enough!

    One Stop Event Rentals was recommended to us by both our venue and our day of coordinator, and we’re so happy we decided to go with them for our wedding day! They have everything you could possibly need, and the quality was amazing! I worked with both Kyla and Celine, and they were fantastic! They were both really responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up making multiple changes to our order as we got closer to the wedding day, and they were extremely accommodating! I thought booking rentals was going to be a really stressful part of wedding planning, but One Stop Event Rentals made it so easy!

    Absolutely Recommend!

    We worked with Chrysta, touring the warehouse & signing the contract in February 2020 for our summer wedding. Within weeks, we had to postpone our wedding & reschedule our contract, and Chrysta was extremely accommodating. Despite having to WFH, Chrysta was easy to reach, and was responsive and patient with my endless micro-changes to our order due to our fluctuating guest count. We rented bars, cocktail tables, glassware, flatware, etc. - for both our rehearsal dinner & ceremony/reception - and we were surprised by how budget friendly everything was. Delivery & pick-up was seamless, despite having a weekday wedding. Thank you Chrysta & One Stop Event Rentals for being so easy to work with!

    One Stop are the pros you need!

    One Stop was the best- they were amazing to work with, and made many accommodations and modifications for us without blinking an eye. Everyone we spoke to about rentals highly recommended them, and there's a reason why- they're the best at what they do.

    The Most Helpful Rental Team

    I don't even know where to start. We worked with Erin to organize the rentals for our wedding. Our venue provided tables and chairs, but pretty much everything else we would be bringing in, so our rental needs were not small. Erin spent HOURS with us both in person and over the phone, fielding what must have felt like unending calls confirming details, making changes, going over logistics. She was always responsive, incredibly knowledgable and patient with us. On top of all of this, One Stop has an amazing inventory that runs a wide range from very simple to incredibly ornate and luxury feeling. Their products really brought our day to life and we loved how it all came together. They were also very reasonably priced. We could not be happier working with Erin and One Stop and would highly recommend them for any event you are hosting in the greater Portland area!

    Highly recommend One Stop for all of your rental needs!

    I highly recommend One Stop Event Rentals for all rental needs on your wedding day! The staff were friendly, kind, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process as our guest count and rentals changed with the pandemic. We were able to have everything from yard games to tables and chairs to make our wedding day perfect for us and our guests!

    Professional and Accommodating!

    We hired One Stop Rentals 3 months before our wedding when our previous rental company fell through and we couldn't be more thrilled with our decision to go with them! They were super accommodating, reasonably priced, efficient with the delivery & pick-up and the crew was super friendly. Chrysta, our coordinator, was also always prompt and understanding when we had to change order numbers. Everything showed up exactly as we thought it would and was clean and good quality. Would definitely recommend!

    Unbelievably accommodating

    I worked with Abigail and I really can't say enough good things about our experience. She was so responsive, flexible and helpful. We must have adjusted our order 100 times due to COVID and she literally made everything happen for us time and time again. She was amazing to work with and our order showed up/ was set up flawlessly! They were awesome all around!

    Amazing rentals!

    Amazing rentals and service for our recent wedding. We had a great experience in communicating with Erin from OSER over the past months of planning, they were perfectly on schedule for drop off and set up of the tent, and provided great quality of rentals. They even came by again for more setup after we forgot to order lights for the tent. Absolutely incredible service and we highly recommend for any rental needs.

    One Stop made our wedding possible

    Our wedding would not have been possible without Abigail and the One Stop Event Rentals team.

    Abigail was incredibly helpful to us as we developed our initial plan for a 100+ person outdoor wedding on a private property. She walked us through all of the major decisions and helped us understand the timeline/process and she coordinated directly with our caterer (who she already knew) to ensure that the caterer had everything she needed.

    And when the pandemic hit this spring, Abigail was patient, flexible, creative, and kind as we worked with her to both significantly downsize our wedding and adjust our rental order and plans to keep our guests and our vendors safe.

    The One Stop team that set up our tent and delivered the rentals was great to work with and very efficient. All of the rentals were exactly as advertised and the sail cloth tent was an even more beautiful setting for dinner than we imagined it would be.

    We're planning to bring together our original guest list for a larger celebration next fall and we look forward to working with One Stop again!

    Such an amazing team!

    One stop was so great! Kaitlyn was such a pleasure and was so easy to work with! With so many changes constantly happening while trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic, Kaitlyn made it as smooth as possible to change everything as needed. 10/10 recommend!

    Perfect Outdoor Venue

    One-Stop Event Rentals is an extremely professional company geared towards making any outdoor event more enjoyable by provided rental services. My husband and I utilized their services for our outdoor wedding on a Lake in Casco Maine. The company showed up on time the day of delivery and worked very quickly in the step-up of our tent, tables, dance floor, and chairs. All of their equipment was very clean, and the set -up crew was very cautious to keep everything sanitized during their step up. Last-minute we asked them to come back and install lighting the day before the wedding, they came back and installed all the lighting for us without any hesitation. We are thankful for the rental company and would highly recommend them to anyone in the New England area looking for a tent or any outdoor rentals.

    Accommodating and Helpful!

    One Stop Event Rentals was recommended to us by a venue we visited. We had a destination wedding and had been shopping for rental companies in the area. After much research, One Stop was the most affordable and ended up being a great experience. We had the pleasure of working with Chrysta through the rental process. She met with my Mom and I and helped us pick out table settings. She helped us mix and match rentals to stay with our budget. She was accommodating at updating my quantities and selections as needed and always responsive to emails and phone calls. Additionally, she worked with our catering company to ensure we had the correct items and quantities. I would highly recommend One Stop Event Rentals as they helped reduce our stress during the wedding process! One Stop- Thank you for making our day special!

    Easy to work with!

    Our planner works very closely with One Stop and we can see why! They are awesome! They made pulling together our rental order so easy. They have so many choices available we were able to get exactly what we wanted. They are prompt and very professional and made sure our order was perfect!

    Great rental experience!

    We had an excellent rental experience with One Stop for our wedding. Lynne was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we asked a million questions and revised our rental order multiple times. The sailcloth tent we rented was gorgeous and the entire rental process was smooth and easy. We would highly recommend One Stop!

    Blew us away!

    I can't rave enough about our experience renting from One Stop for our wedding this past May in Belfast and for our consultant Chrysta!!!! The team here is courteous, professional, smart, and talented and the prices can't be beat. We had originally started with a rental company highly recommended by our reception site. While they had everything we needed their prices were INSANE. Luckily we found Chrysta and she saved the day! Partnered with our outstanding florist they designed the whole event with the exact same dishes at a third of the cost and helped throw in a couple of surprises to make the day second to none. The entire process Chrysta was flexible and understanding of our cross country planning, as we live in LA, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Everything was beyond perfect, thank you thank you thank you!!!

    One stop event rentals were absolute hero's for my big day! They were able to put together a large order for 100 guests for tables, chairs, serving, flatware, glasses, etc. within 10 DAYS of our wedding. When another vender completely broke our hearts and took our money for an order they never intended to follow through with- One Stop, and ERIN, were there to lend a helpful, friendly and encouraging hand. Everything was GORGEOUS when it arrived and we had so many complaints on the rentals. THANK YOU!!!

    I had a great experience working with Chrysta for rentals for my wedding! I rented chairs, linens (which were gorgeous), silverware, china, high chairs, booster seats, and a tent and everything was delivered and picked up with no issues. I would definitely recommend and use again!

    One Stop provided everything for our wedding on a farm in Maine, and we couldn't have been happier. Caitlin was friendly, responsive, and knew every detail about even the most random and obscure items I found on their website. They have a huge catalogue of goods, and finalizing and tweaking our order was easy. From the tent to the tables to the glassware, everything we rented from them was on time, in great shape, and they were super easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

    Our venue provided chairs, but they were too "banquety" of a feel for the vibe I wanted. I looked around at different rental companies, and One Stop had come recommended by my venue coordinator. I am SO happy we went with them! We ordered cross back walnut chairs for our big day and they were gorgeous! They worked right with my venue for delivery/pickup so I did not have to worry about a thing - major relief for a control freak bride!

    We used One Stop Event Rentals for our dining rentals, barrel bar and a few tables and linens. I wished we used them for everything. They were very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Everything was delivered timely and exactly what we ordered. I highly recommend One Stop for all rentals.

    We had a great experience working with One Stop Party Rentals. Our coordinator from our catering company was primarily in touch with them to come up with the rental order and place it for us, so we first met someone from One Stop in January when he came to scope out the property for our tent set up. Our venue was a private residence, so we really needed to bring everything to the site for the wedding and One Stop accommodated all of our needs. They were very friendly and easy to work with and provided rental service to our two events (wedding 9/9 and brunch 9/10, held at two separate private residences). We would definitely recommend them!

    I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. I ended up working with five or six employees, and they were the five or six nicest people I've ever met. I found myself just looking for reasons to go back into their store to get their advice. They were so helpful in deciding how many glasses and plates etc I need, what water glasses looked best with what wine glasses, and what table arrangements might work well in my space. When I was having trouble deciding on what color table cloths to use and how to layer them, they mailed samples to my home and let me come into the store to take apart their model tables and set them up with my different options. They were so patient as I amended my order about eight times in eight months and didn't even flinch when suggesting it was cheaper to buy one of the items than rent through them. Drop off and pick up of all the supplies was easy, and they are very lenient about stains and dirty plates. They were my favorite of all the wedding vendors I worked with, and I will absolutely use them again for all future parties!

    While my caterer facilitated the tent and dining rentals, the interactions I had with One Stop were awesome. The tent coordinator was beyond nice and thoughtful. The coordinator via email was super responsive in adding cornhole to our order. I was very happy with their service!

    I worked with Erin for my wedding rental needs and was very pleased! She answered all of my questions quickly.     Had a great experience including a very helpful appointment in the show room, as well as being able to come back again to the show room without an appointment to look again at different options for colors of napkins, plate choices, etc. Great staff and very responsive and flexible with all of our little changes and details as we went along. Chrysta became more than just a consultant she was a friend and a listening ear throughout the entire process, especially when things became challenging with our venue.     We chose One Stop Event Rental for our wedding in Sebago, ME, because of recommendations online and from our caterers. We met with Chrysta in Portland the summer before the wedding to choose all our rentals, including a tent. Throughout the whole process, Chrysta was prompt and professional in replying to our many queries. Our venue was a family farmhouse, meaning that there were more hoops to jump through with the tent, but One Stop Event Rental organized for a team to come out and check for power lines/pipes and there was absolutely no problem. The team that delivered the rentals and put up the tent, led by Strom, was great and they gave us all the information we needed. We loved all the items we chose, and the pick-up process went smoothly too. We would highly recommend working with One Stop Event Rental – thank you for such great service on our perfect wedding day!

    We had our wedding at a venue and had to order everything from the kitchen ,tents,dishes...everything. Working with Chrysta was great. She was professional and knowledgable. Planning any wedding can be stressful but planning one from a distance can be even more so.
    We also had a problem with our venue owner. He made some crazy rules about a tent we ordered only one month before the wedding. One stop is experienced tent assemblers and I trust them but the new venue owner was unreasonable. It would have cost me over $600 to do what the new venue owner wanted. Quite a financial strain. One Stop, to be kind and REASONABLE ,did what this owner wanted at no cost to me. Class act ONE STOP!!!!

    I rented my tent and glassware from One Stop Event Rentals. I ended up changing my order twice prior to my wedding and the staff were always helpful and courteous. If you are on a budget, they have canopies you can rent and set up yourself. They can save you thousands!

    The service was outstanding! The tent, chairs, tables, Bar and linens all were immacultely clean. The set up crew was on time, professional, easy to work with! Outstanding value and very helpful with changes and recomendations! They made our wedding for 100 people a very pleasant planning process and wonderful event just as we hoped! Lynn was wonderful even calling to followup prior to the event. i would rate this business overall a 10 and recommend them for any size event without hesitation!

    One Stop was easy to work with, professional, and responsive. Customer service is friendly and helpful- we made rental arrangements months prior to our wedding day but were able to add and remove items at no penalty as our guest number and needs were solidified closer to the wedding. Their flexibility with this matter was greatly appreciated.

    We had two separate orders with One Stop for our wedding weekend- one for our Rehearsal Dinner and the second for our wedding. Both orders were seamless, and delivery and pickup went without issue. The rehearsal dinner items were delivered to our AirBnB location easily 1 day prior to the dinner, which led to an easy set-up and breakdown. Tables, chairs, and red checked linens were set up and looked perfect for our lobster bake.

    I will note that One Stop was used for our more basic items: guest tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, and linens. Some of our more unique pieces (vintage dresser, couches, lounge chairs, etc) we sourced from A Family Affair based out of New Gloucester. They do charge a delivery and pickup fee to Portland, as they are located in South Portland, which we took advantage of so we didn't need to worry about lugging rental items around on our wedding weekend.

    Erin from One Stop was super responsive and HELPFUL and patient -- she was so great I wanted to give her a hug for all of her hard work. She helped me work through my vision and think about things I wouldn't have considered without her expertise. She was beyond patient when I repeatedly called back to make changes (thank you!!!!).

    They have a beautiful selection of goods. They have great knowledge of local venues and will help advise you as needed. They were a vendor I could completely trust, and I'm so glad I worked with them.

    Love One Stop and if I ever host another big party I will definitely rent from them!

    Chrysta at One Stop was so great. I was a very hands on bride, which was probably a little annoying, but she always responded promptly to my emails. She was very easy to work with and I was able to let my caterer update my rentals as needed. The sail cloth tent was absolutely lovely and they've added a bunch of newer products (like mason jars for drinking).

    The Century Tent that was set up for our wedding was absolutely massive and beautiful! It looked so great from a boat on the water as well. The crew that came down to set the tent up worked hard through pouring rain to make sure that everything was done properly. They checked in with me throughout the set up to make sure things were going right and that everything was set up to perfection. They even came to do a site visit ahead of time. Chrysta at One Stop Party Shoppe was so helpful in addressing concerns or questions that I had at any time prior to the wedding, even on the day that One Stop Party Shoppe was on their way to set up shop. I would highly recommend the quality of their services to anyone.

    From Marilyn at Maine Beach Weddings, Cape Elizabeth, Maine: As a wedding officiant with my own beach venue, when I needed to provide for a few extra numbers at a wedding in June, the One Stop Party Shoppe in South Portland had everything I needed to hire, and I could walk in and view it all. Even though it was one of their busiest weekends with graduations, they filled my small order courteously and efficiently. Pick up on Firday and returns on Monday made this a very easy transaction.     One Stop Party Shoppe did a fantastic job of providing everything we needed for our intimate, family inspired, garden wedding in Windsor, Maine! My husband and I planned our wedding from Texas. Lynne made it seem effortless. We talked a few times on the phone and that was all it took! She helped me figure out what we were going to need to make our garden wedding a wonderful as it was. They had everything we needed, from the tent and dance floor...to tables, chairs, dishes and silverware. She even helped me find another vendor to rent a PA system from!     I used One Stop Party Shop in conjunction with my caterer since I had my wedding at a non-traditional location that required everything to be brought in. They were very quick and responsive and got the job done right. I got my deposit back promptly when the materials were returned in good condition.     We really enjoyed working with One Stop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No pressure to spend more money or add things we didn't need. They even moved our tent last minute after it was already installed because of a miscommunication between the venue and the installers.     Quality rentals and service

    Celine was wonderful to work with at One Stop. Our venue was non-traditional, but she worked with us throughout the planning process to ensure our space would come to life as planned.

    We had a couple of hiccups in regards to the measurements One Stop took at our venue being off, which required us to rework the tent layout the weekend of the wedding, but they were responsive and diligent about ensuring everything was set up properly and on time.

    Great experience

    We had a fantastic experience working with One Stop Event Rentals. We had a very specific vision in mind, along with a specific budget, and not once did we feel pressured into selecting different or more expensive items, or renting things we did not need. Our guest count dropped dramatically throughout our wedding planning process (due to the pandemic) and we were able to adjust our rental order and not lose any money on unnecessary items, which was great. Our order was delivered at our venue on time, items were organized and clearly labeled, and everything was easy to break down and pack up the day after. We did get charged a weird security deposit that was not explicit in our contract, but we were refunded a week or so later once our items arrived back at the warehouse. Overall, a very positive experience and truly brought our wedding vision to life.

    Gorgeous rentals

    With the help of the rental team at One Stop, I had the most beautiful wedding. The farmhouse tables were my favorite. We rented our tent, tables, and all catering and bar essentials for our wedding. The team at One Stop was very helpful in guiding me in my rental needs, especially with having to down size my wedding due to COVID. The only bad thing I would have to say is that they have a small inventory. I had to make a few changes in the end due to their limited inventory that ended up costing me a little extra. All in all, I am very appreciative of their service.

    Quality Customer Service

    I ended up speaking with three different employees trying to determine how to salvage what I could of our wedding day. Ultimately, the distance was just too far to be able to make it work, but they couldn't have been kinder and more understanding of my circumstances and did their absolute best to help me figure out how to handle a situation that before this year, no brides have had to ever face. Although it didn't work out this time I will happily refer One Stop Events to anyone just based on the quality of customer service and will definitely keep their number in my phone contacts for any future events.     Beautiful rentals!

    We were able to get furniture, linens, and dishes/flatware that really allowed our vision to come to life! We loved visiting their rental shop to see all of their items in person and be able to create a mock layout which was very helpful with our choices.

    Very happy with our rentals!

    Originally, we had only planned to rent several beverage dispensers and water glasses from One Stop Event Rentals. These were great with very easy pick-up and drop-off. One of the beverage dispensers we originally chose had been returned broken by the prior renter, so they reached out to us to provide several other options and honored our original price. Further, when a different rental company failed to deliver several key items for our reception (bar and cocktail tables), One Stop came through and was able to rent us items to replace these last minute, which really saved us. They were very easy to work with and their rental items were great.

    Fantastic rentals vendor for your wedding

    My husband and I used One Stop Event Rentals for our wedding and we highly recommend them! We worked with Chrysta from the beginning and she was so helpful. We had never made decisions about rentals for a big party before and she helped us along the way with recommendations and advice on what to order. We corresponded over email and phone and Chrysta was always prompt to respond. We visited the showroom to make selections and it was well organized and Chrysta helped us mock our place setting so we could see it all together. We made many updates to the order along the way and it was always no hassle and we were sent a new invoice quickly which I appreciated. The delivery team was on time within the drop off window and unloaded everything and put the tables together quickly. Everything was smooth and professional and we really can’t recommend One Stop Event Rentals enough.

    Easy to work with

    One Stop & Kendra were great to us for our wedding! We went in a total of 3 times, and then ultimately make lots of changes along the way. They were more than accommodating and patient throughout our entire planning process. All of our rentals were in great condition and looked fabulous on our wedding day. Everything we needed arrived on time. The only thing was that 2 plate racks were not returned so we had to pay for them. No idea where these could have gone. We would still recommend them with flying colors, but in hind sight should have had someone inventory what was delivered and what stacked to return just to be sure.

    We used One Stop Event Rentals for our wedding in October, renting everything needed to fill a barn and have an elegant wedding from chairs to tableware to decor. Kendra and the rest of the team were so great to work with. I spoke to them several times in the many months leading up to our event, and they were so flexible with us making changes and adding things to our order right up to the couple of weeks before the wedding. Kendra also was great, in making sure the items I rented all coordinated and would match the look we were going for. They also allowed my mother-in-law to coordinate a rental order for the rehearsal dinner, working to get everything delivered at once but separated for easy set-up. Everything was neatly organized and was in superb condition, our event was absolutely beautiful with everything they provided. Would highly recommend them!

    My husband I rented tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and many other items from One Stop for our wedding in Wells, ME. The people we dealt with were professional and responsive, and they have a great selection of items to choose from. Prices are fair. I would recommend checking your rental order when you get your contract so you get the items you need, as ours was not correct the first few times. However, the company was good about updating the order each time I pointed out issues. When they drop off your order, be sure to check that everything is there, and notify them if the order is not complete so you won't be charged later for missing items.

The website has literally every item they offer with photos, this was key as I live several hours from them.     Wow, wedding rentals can get expensive. We went with One Stop Party Shoppe for all of our tables and chairs. Everything was handled over the phone, which was quick and easy. There were no problems with delivery or pick up, though they did charge us a small fee because we didn't bag all the chairs.

    Working with One Stop Party Shoppe was great. They were very familiar with my caterer which made my life much easier. Their set-up and take-down was quick and professional.     Great crew to work with!

    Hired One Stop for my daughters wedding. Very professional staff from talking start to finish. Kaitlyn was my contact person and was very helpful and communication was great. Always returning my calls in a timely manor.
    The setup and break down crew was also great. Hard workers!

    Great Variety & Transparency

    When you decide to host your wedding at an airbnb there are so many details that go into planning. The thought of all the rentals we needed was overwhelming but One Stop made it easy. They worked in great coordination with our planner and catering company to make the process as easy as possible. We were impressed with their variety of items and loved the transparency of having all of their items and pricing listed on their website. It made our decision to go with them easier!     I rented plates, glassware, silverware, and linens from One Stop Party Rentals (formerly One Stop Party Shoppe). The prices seemed high but they were in line with everywhere else I looked. I didn't get the tent from them because I found better prices elsewhere. We picked up our rentals instead of getting them delivered to avoid the delivery charge.

    Very easy to deal with and very accommodating. had trouble getting the rental count emailed to me at one point. but overall very happy with the rentals!

    We worked with One Stop for our wedding rentals and were so happy with their selection! We loved the table settings and venue set up we were able to put together with One Stop’s help.     My husband and I had One Stop supply the tent, tables, chairs, tableware, etc. for our small, backyard wedding on Sunday, September 10th. Chrysta in the office was wonderful with back and forth emails regarding the contract as well as delivery and pickup details. I very much appreciated that she accommodated my delivery date request (not Wednesday because I wouldn’t be in town yet). The four men who delivered the items were efficient in unloading their trucks and setting up the tent, string lights and lanterns, and all items ordered were delivered (I checked for the correct number of chairs, tables, etc), and all items looked as pictured on their website. However, after the men left and I looked more closely at the items I found a 5-inch gash on the edge of one of the farm tables and a couple string light bulbs were burnt out or removed. I was disappointed that the men did not point this out to me as they placed the table under the tent and strung the lights (they were lit as they strung them). You may ask why I didn’t look at each item more closely during the delivery process and the answer is that I didn’t want to hover and get in the men’s way. Chalk it up to inexperience as this was my first time overseeing a delivery like this. Anyway, I contacted Chrysta immediately because I didn’t want to be held responsible for the damage to the farm table. She was wonderful and asked me if I wanted a credit on my account or a replacement table. I opted for a replacement table and one of the original men returned with the table and replacement bulbs in time for the event. Pickup went smoothly.

    These guys were easy to work with for booking our items for our wedding. They worked closely with our caterers to coordinate things too which was great.

    The only issue really we had was that the delivery crew was pretty abrasive to work with. One of the women working at our wedding venue gave us the wrong information about where to store the rentals. They started putting things away there, but then another woman from the venue saw them and told them not to put it there. It wasn't really something we could have helped and we apologized profusely for the miscommunication with our venue (and gave them an $80 tip) but they still seemed very prickly, which was unpleasant. I wish that hadn't unfolded that way.

    But everything else was great, the rentals were great and their show room was great to visit.

    Working with One Stop proved very easy. We stopped in their showroom one day & made lots of the little decisions & everything else came easy once we had final numbers & needed to edit our order. All arrived on time & was delivered as it should be!

    This vendor provided very good quality rentals for our wedding. Our caterer helped coordinate so we did not have much direct contact, but they seemed very good to work with.

    The team at One Stop was overall very helpful. I was able to get what I wanted. There was a mixup with the delivery of the tent, they accidentally put up the wrong tent. However, they were very prompt in fixing the mistake. Luckily, it was still a few days before the wedding so we had the time to set up everything again.

    Beautiful Goblets

    We chose to use One Stop Event Rentals because we fell in love with the combination of their warm copper napkins and gorgeous amber goblets—they provided the perfect autumnal vibes for our October wedding. Chrysta and her team were very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions and make changes to our order. We did have a couple logistical issues when it came to delivery—we were never given a delivery time, until I called and asked for it, and then when the delivery came we were missing chairs, given broken dishes, and had tablecloths and linens with visible creases and folds that could not be ironed or steamed out. Our sweetheart table was also so wobbly that it almost fell over as I went to cut my dinner. I will say that the company did address these issues after the fact and credits for the missing items were given.

    Great options - if they don't cancel your order

    We are planning a destination wedding and made a special trip in early September to source our event rentals (and other wedding recon). Tammy was very helpful and patient at our appointment and we decided to book everything once we got home and crunched the numbers. However a couple of weeks later we received a voice mail saying our delivery was canceled with no explanation as to why. When I called back, I could not get anyone to explain what happened and was told to call back a couple days later when Tammy would be back in the office. Finally confirmed with Tammy that technically only the tent and dance floor were cancelled but we could still get all other rentals if we contract someone else for delivery. Still no reason given though an assumption had been made - I asked her to check again and it took 5 days to finally receive a response. They can hold the rentals but we have no tent or dance floor.

    While our initial experience was very good, they have an impressive selection of rental options, and the prices were competitive, none of that matters if they cannot set up and deliver the product. Now we are a month behind and having to start from square one on our search and this time I will have to book everything sight unseen as I cannot make another trip to Maine right now. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and the way we were treated once they decided delivery was not an option for us. Proceed with caution.

    They wasted a month of our time then told us they wouldn't rent


    They strung us out for a month,,,, as our wedding event neared, they THEN told us.. "Umm, we can't rent to you.. we're booked!"..????
    Why waste your customers time,, and screw them from renting elsewhere?
    DO NOT trust these people... You may be as sorry as we are!!!
