Communication is key in any wedding business, and KoozeeCrazy has it DOWN! We chose them because we liked a design, and asked if we could modify it and it was a "YES!" with no exceptions or charges! Such a great company and the quality of our koozees was AMAZING! -

Absolutely perfect!
I ordered these can Koozies for my son's destination wedding in Mexico! The shipping speed was great, and they turned out fabulous! The company was wonderful to work with regarding font, size, and amount of wording. They even added in a bride and groom Koozie! I really appreciated their insight and attention to detail! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend! -

Koozies were great!
Very happy with the koozies I ordered as our wedding favors. They turned out great! The bonus Bride and Groom koozies were very cute and used a lot during our wedding. -

Love the koozies!
Olivia Spenner with Koozee Crazee was super helpful and quick to respond when I emailed about my order. I ordered my favors with less than a month before my wedding and she kept in contact with me through out the entire production process of my koozies and made sure we received them on time ! She was so helpful and kind and once we received the koozies they were perfect !!! Thanks again koozie Crazee and Olivia !!!! -

Great quality product, awesome customer service!!!
Submitted my order of 75 koozie's on a Wednesday afternoon, approximately 3:45pm CDT, with rush same-day production and rush two-day shipping, hoping for a Saturday arrival that same week. About an hour later, Kelly (I think?) from Koozee Crazee called regarding my order. She stated currently due to COVID and with the short time frame, I could keep the two-day shipping and it may get there on time, but USPS Priority Express Mail was the only route with a guaranteed delivery date. She inquired if I wanted to change my shipping to one-day, instead of two-day, to ensure delivery on time. With the order being submitted so recently, she wasn't able to provide an exact amount for adjustment of shipping, but she did give me an estimate and said she would call back first thing in the morning with more information. I gave her the "go-ahead" to adjust the shipping to ensure the koozie's arrive on time. She said even with the short time-frame, the koozie's should arrive on Friday or for sure Saturday. Kelly did end up calling me back Thursday morning with the price adjustment for one-day shipping (a whole $12 more for peace of mind and to guarantee their arrival? Yes, please!) and stated my order is finished and currently waiting to be shipped! Approximately 32 hours later, I had my rush order of 75 koozie's in hand and was able to put one to good use on a trial run of quality and durability! It surpassed my expectations! : )
Overall, wonderful customer service, taking time to actually read and review each order submitted and ensure customers are happy and receiving their items on time to the best to their ability! Quality is great!! The koozie's turned out awesome and everyone at the party loved them! The pictures I have attached to my review do not do them justice, they are awesome!! So glad I purchased from Koozee Crazee and HIGHLY recommend!!! -

Koozee Crazee was super fast and professional for our wedding favors. They had a ton of their own designs you could choose from, or you could upload your own. I uploaded my own design and got 2 different colors of koozees. They were super helpful throughout the entire process. Once the order was placed, I was able to go there and pick them up within a week! I ordered 300 total, but I had about 320 in the bag. They sent me home with a few they messed up too. But most of the "messed up" ones you couldn't tell what was wrong with them. It must have only been noticed by them. They also sent me home with a white "Bride" and black "Groom" koozee too, as an added little bonus! :) -

Float Trip koozees
We ordered koozees for our annual float trip this year. The design your own tool was super easy to use and they had tons of clip art to help me along the way! Their customer service answered all of my questions super fast & our koozees turned out perfect! I will 100% be using them from here on our! -

The quality was perfect and turn around time was just a few short weeks! The only thing I would have changed was that when we wanted to reorder (after adding more to our headcount) we had to order 50+ more and they were $1 a piece and turn around time was almost a month. -

I would definitely recommend koozee crazee for your koozie needs. I created custom neoprene can koozees and they turned out awesome. I also created slim cans that I had a little bit of issues with but the team fixed them and made it all right! The customer service team was the best and I actually spoke on the phone with a real person. Unfortunately that is kind of rare these days, but they were super nice and helpful. Seriously, highly recommend.
