  The best dj ever

  DJ Pete was so gracious, helpful, positive & experienced as our DJ. We couldn't have asked for someone better. He was extremely patient with us as we were very busy during the wedding planning season, and was very flexible with meeting with us/answering questions. He played amazing music during our wedding that had everyone on the dance floor. He also had lots of lovely suggestions that he offered, but didn't push on us. I seriously couldn't have found a better DJ. I would recommend him to anyone!!

  Professional and Flexible

  DJ Jeckyll was extremely knowledgeable and flexible with every request we made. Music was exactly what we asked for and adapted throughout the night to accommodate a wide variety of music taste.

  Pete was fantastic!

  My wife and I basically planned our entire wedding ourselves, down to the last detail and under a certain budget. As you can imagine, we needed someone who would coordinate well with us. Pete was fantastic as a DJ. He would communicate with us in the months & weeks leading up to the wedding. He also worked with us on our budget. On the day of, he showed up on time and was able to setup independently while we worked on other things for wedding setup. He understood the vision we wanted, and was able to make our ceremony special and the dancing fun. Highly recommend!

  Easy to work with

  Pete was so easy to work with. His website was easy to navigate and was really helpful with the recommended playlists and song choices for special events. Everything about the process was easy to navigate and Pete was always quick to respond and always helpful.

  Best DJ in town!

  Pete is an AMAZING DJ and SUCH and awesome person in general. His professionalism is out of the world and I would recommend him a million times. His song selections are perfect for any event. I definitely recommend him for any event out there!

  DJ Pete was great!

  He was the DJ for my sister's wedding, and we really liked his work so we hired him for ours as well! I changed my mind on so many songs leading up to the wedding and Pete was very accommodating to the changes. He is very flexible and nice! We loved his work!

  Phenomenal

  Pete was an AMAZING dj. He was extremely organized and knew exactly what to do and knew the kind of music to play to keep the wedding party going. He had plenty of equipment and amazing lighting along with and outside speaker for our indoor/outdoor event. I will definitely use him for future events!

  Dependable, professional, and flexible!

  We are so happy that we found Pete at One Step Beyond Productions to DJ our wedding. We were looking for a reasonably priced DJ who would also bring their own sound equipment, but we couldn’t have expected the high level of quality service we received with Pete. We had to shift our date because of COVID, and we really appreciated how understanding Pete was in adjusting plans. Pete was responsive and organized leading up to the event, and he did a wonderful job at the actual event. Everything was set up and ready to go before guests arrived, and he handled last-minute changes during the event with ease. Pete felt like more of a friend/team member helping us pull off a great wedding! We have already referred him to another couple having a wedding this year!

  Hire Pete if You Want a Fun Wedding!

  Pete was such a pleasure to work with and was so accommodating during covid as well. We had to cancel last minute and he was so flexible and understanding. Pete took the time to put together amazing playlists based off our music preferences, put together a timeline, and let our guests request songs.   Great! Would recommend to everyone

  When you’re planning a wedding reception, only three things matter: booze, food, and music. Something could go dastardly wrong, but as long as it doesn’t pertain to one of these three categories, everyone will leave your wedding with a smile on their face, reminiscing about the good time they had. We heard Pete DJ a wedding we went to for some friends of ours, and immediately we both knew we wanted him to DJ our wedding.
  We met him our wedding, where we talked about the setup of the reception venue, our backgrounds, and the types of music we wanted played. We explained how we wanted certain types of music played throughout certain parts of the night, asked for mixes of particular songs for dances, and asked him if he could bring some fun lights to help ‘dress’ the venue. Not a single ask was too much, he understood exactly what we wanted. How do I know that? Because he was exactly what we wanted from our wedding DJ.
  He was fun and engaging, the music choices were on point, he got the party going and kept it going all night. We asked him to change part of our first dance song literally as we were at the door of the reception about to join in, and he did it no problem. We asked him to stay longer that we had originally booked him for, and it was yes without any hesitation. If you want a DJ you can trust, a DJ who listens to you, a DJ that will make your special day one to remember, pick DJ Pete.

  Packed the dance floor!

  Pete kept our guests on the dance floor till we had to shut it down. He had such a variety of music and read the crowd; book him if you want a crowded dance floor! We had him from 4pm to 11pm and he never missed a beat!

  Office Holiday Party

  I actually have booked Pete two years in a row for our company's holiday party. He has been INCREDIBLE for us. Extremely reliable and even more flexible. This year I actually had a last minute date change and Pete was able to move his schedule around for us to make it work. He also had to carry all of his equipment up the stairs because our venue didn't have an elevator... Beyond that, he's just a great DJ - I have never once had people complain about the music at either parties that I booked Pete for. He goes the extra mile for his customers and does an outstanding job.

  Pete was awesome. He played a variety of music. When we changed the timeline. He was ready and it was a great experience. My family is a little older now. However, we received great reviews about our DJ.
