First off, me and my wife want to thank Wayne from the bottom of our hearts for how amazing of a job he did. He was very helpful and thoughtful in helping us through the entire process, even to the point of meeting in person to help guide us through it all. Wayne is an absolute treasure
We can't begin to express how grateful we are to have found Wayne to officiate our intimate ranch wedding. It was important to us to find someone with a warm and earnest demeanor who could help us feel at ease on our special day. From our first facetime call we knew we were in good hands with Wayne. He made us feel very comfortable and provided much needed expertise as we crafted the ceremony together. He was flexible in making sure the ceremony reflected exactly what we envisioned including an Irish handfasting ceremony. We were so anxious leading up to the big day and Wayne's light hearted demeanor really calmed our nerves. The day went off without a hitch.

A dream come true.
Wayne was awesome in communicating via text or phone calls. He helped us find a location that suited us and a diner for afterwards. He was there before us, dressed professionally, even matched the groom on purpose. It was a beautiful wedding on the beach outdoors with friends and family. He sent our documents via mail to our courthouse, and we got our marraige certificate just 1 week and 2 days later at our local Hall of Records office.

A Wonderful Wedding Ceremony!
We met Wayne over coffee when we were looking for a wedding officiant. We had read great reviews about him and wanted to meet with him. . What a fun personality he has! He was also very intent on getting to know us. Finding out what kind of wedding ceremony we wanted was very important to Wayne. We met a few more times over coffee to go over the ceremony and to add any details we wanted.
Our wonderful wedding ceremony was exactly what we had hoped for thanks to the amazing job that Wayne did!. He’s a great friend besides an amazing wedding officiant! Wayne is so sweet that he even danced a few dances with my 90 year old Mother.

Wayne at One Spirit Rocked Our Wedding!
Wayne was really great. My wife and I decided to put together an impromptu wedding at a beautiful little restaurant in Ojai for our family. The wedding was a surprise to everyone but me, my (now) wife, and Wayne. We called Wayne and asked him to tap on my shoulder and ask "Are you Grant . . . and are you Tobi?" After playing dumb, he said "well, stand up, you're getting married." After everyone picked themselves off the floor, Wayne lead us through an amazing ceremony that had the entire restaurant laughing, cheering, and crying. He really was amazing. We are so grateful for Wayne's approach and attitude. He was the best!

Wayne from One Spirit Ministries did an amazing job officiating our ceremony! He really spent the time getting to know us and our full story, and incorporated that into a very personal ceremony. Our vows and his reading went together seamlessly! We had only really talked on the phone once or twice before the ceremony, as it was a destination wedding for us. We found Wayne online from a friend who recommended him to be our officiating pastor. He was very professional, respectable, and extremely helpful. He sent us passages from the Bible and other quotes that he researched for us that he thought we like or that would be appropriate for our ceremony and vows. He was such a joy to talk to and Zoom call with and it was an absolute pleasure and honor having him perform our ceremony. He was a great sport too as we all had to take off our shoes and walk barefoot on the beach and in the ocean to get to the spot where we decided to have the ceremony in Avila Beach, CA. I highly recommend him as he was very flexible with our schedules and available when we needed him and just such an awesome guy! He even took photos of the 4 of us and they came out wonderful! I would include a video of our wedding but since we wrote our own vows and they were personal about us I didn't want to post it but it went exactly as we had discussed and we were very happy with our decision to hire Wayne. :)

We hired Wayne for our wedding in Nipomo and rehearsal and all I can say is I am SO thankful we hired Wayne. During the wedding planning process he would check in, send us drafts for our ceremony, email back right away. He is and was so nice and kind to work with and easy to work with! Wonderful Personal Heartfelt Officiant
We came across Wayne after a quick Google search for an officiant in the area. We planned a spontaneous elopement in a few day's time and needed someone within a month's time. His bio drew us to his page right away and he was actually the first profile we checked out and we were convinced right away that we didn't look any further! We wanted our ceremony to reflect us as a couple, our life story together, and to be told and shared by someone who could learn this in a short time and embody it to the best of their ability. We reached out to Wayne via email and he responded promptly on a Sunday morning no less! We were surprised with the quick response and eagerness on his end to work with us. It seemed too good to be true! Since we live abroad, we had to coordinate everything through email and had our first meeting via Zoom. Wayne was even more charming and warm in "person" and we were even more convinced with our choice. It felt like we had known him for years. It was so easy to share personal things with him and the cresting of our ceremony felt effortless. We felt bad for so many back and forth emails but he never complained about reading our pages long of story and information and desires and he accommodated and condensed everything into a perfect length ceremony. We had no fears for the wedding day regarding the ceremony as we trusted Wayne completely. The day of the ceremony everything unfolded beautifully. He annunciated everything clearly over the roar of the waves in the background. He gave enough oomph and humour to the ceremony to add interest without it being overdone. We couldn't have asked for a better person to be a part of our special day and make it as memorable as it was.

Beautiful and Personalized Ceremony
From our first Zoom meeting with Wayne to our beautiful ceremony in October 2021, we were both blown away by how personalized Wayne's services were. He worked diligently to formulate the exact ceremony we envisioned and suggested some beautiful selections for us to choose from. We never had to wait too long for an email response or a phone call back. His words were spoken from his heart and he was also very funny and lighthearted at the same time. Our ceremony was our favorite part of our wedding day because of Wayne's passion for officiating and also ensuring that our ceremony included all aspects of what we wished to include - we had a time capsule and Wayne made that part SO much fun! We could not have conveyed our love for one another more precisely than what Wayne presented to our friends and family. Highly recommend his business and services. Wayne is THE PERFECT officiant. My husband and I had very little time to plan our wedding, so the communication on our side was just disastrous. However, Wayne is a champion! We met up face to face a few days before the ceremony, sent a few emails back and forth before the big day, and Wayne showed up early and looking sharp for our ceremony at Castle Noland. We had a very small wedding and were looking for someone to officiate our wedding. Wayne and Jacque worked to create the ceremony that we wanted and even customized the vows that we wanted. They arrived wearing attire that coordinated with our wedding colors and went the extra mile to take some photos of my husband and I. Revs. Wayne & Jacque married my enlisted husband and I at Minuteman Beach at Vandenberg AFB on 5 October 2018. The drive to the beach was slow and bumpy as Google Maps told us to take back roads there since the distance was shorter than the normal roads. Oh my it was a backbreaker, but they took it like champs and laughed all the way saying it was a memorable experience for us! Once there, the service was beautiful. That drive was worth it. Thank you so much for your patience! My groom and I had a fun time and were so happy we did it this way. They even acted as our photographer - no additional fee! Their price as a whole was reasonable and much appreciated. We wanted a simple wedding.

While researching my various vending needs for my daughter's wedding that was taking place in Pismo Beach, a six hour drive for us, I found Wayne and Jacque Edmiston of One Spirit Ministries. After leaving a message, Wayne promptly returned my call. After a lengthy phone conversation, I knew that I had found the perfect officiants for the wedding! I found Wayne and Jacque to be easy to talk to, very friendly and extremely helpful in planning my daughter's ceremony that would take place on the beach. On my daughter"s wedding day, Wayne and Jacque were there early to help with the set up and rehearse the ceremony. The two of them took away our wedding jitters and made everyone feel at ease! The ceremony was beautiful and unique. I was very pleased and Ihighly recommend One Spirit Ministries!

Beyond comparison. Loved and cared for this wedding as if it was they're own. They walked with us, ate with us, and prayed with us guiding us and I know that when I renew my vows I will be calling them years later

Wayne and Jaque married us last Saturday on the beach. They are awesome! Everyone complimented how they did our wedding vows. They are flexible and made it stress free for us. Wonderful words delivered with warmth and depth. The combination of both Jacque and Wayne was a beautiful expression of love and commitment. They kept the vows bold sacred and fun. Wayne and Jacque were wonderful! With just 2 weeks notice they helped guide us in preparing a meaningful wedding ceremony. They had a spiritual service and several readings for us to choose from and were open to any changes we wanted. They are truly passionate about their work and provided us the intimate, joyful wedding we wanted. We would highly recommend them! They each performed various parts of the ceremony and it was lovely to have them both officiate. Thank you so much for being there for us and helping us start our married life together!
