Best DJ ever!

Wicho and David were absolutely amazing at our wedding! We couldn't have made a better choice for the wedding DJ. Both of them were very professional, laid back and friendly, which was something we really appreciated. When we first met with One Sound Productions, they gave us a detailed rundown of what their services encompassed and how important it was to them that we get exactly what we wanted for the big day. Once we were done, they told us it was important for us to be happy with the vendors we picked and encouraged us to shop around to make sure One Sound was the best choice, and we can honestly say they were. We are so glad we booked them for our wedding! They were flexible and great to work with throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding, they were on top of everything and were able to adjust quickly to changes in the schedule, showing up early to make sure everything associated with the music was set up correctly and even offering to help with final preparations once that was completed. They also did a great job of reading the crowd and keeping everybody dancing. Thank you guys so much for making our day special!

No regrets at all! The music was so on point and kept the party going! We didn't want it to end. I appreciate too that he played the clean/radio version of songs so our older/younger guest were all happy. We still have people saying the DJ was amazing! I agree. Value wise, definitely worth it. We expected him to charge way more, just based on who all he provides services too. I also appreciate his set up - it fit the venue very well and added to the class/chic atmosphere. We were able to rent our uplighting from him as well!

We are so happy we picked DJ Battle for our wedding this past December in Charleston. Mark was incredible to work with from start to finish. He made us feel like we were his #1 priority. He remembered every detail we told him about our preferences, while talking us through our options when we were being indecisive. He gave us great ideas for our ceremony and reception songs, worked with us extensively on the format of our wedding, and played the perfect playlist during the actual reception. He's also warm and personable and just the perfect person to conduct the flow of the reception. He even went so far as to get the groomsmen food the day of the wedding because he could see they needed extra energy for what was a long day.Everything was amazing. Mark also made it possible for me to surprise my new husband with a surprise guest appearance from his favorite singer. We received so many compliments from friends and family that we had picked the perfect DJ, and I could not agree more! We wanted our reception to feel like a party and that was exactly what he delivered. We highly recommend him for any event you need a rock star DJ.

Mark Battle is not your typical "DJ", he's a professional. The responsiveness of his team from contract negotiation, planning, sound coordination, and logistics was simply stellar. Out of all our vendors, One Sound Entertainment hands down is #1. The florist, photographer, planner, baker, etc., the darn DJ ranked #1 in our wedding planning line-up! Bananas!

As for the reception, we had an open bar and no one was intoxicated because EVERYONE was too busy dancing. Feedback from ages 22 to 55, more than two weeks after our wedding, is still coming in about "the party". After the experience, you will want to call this guy friend...

Perfect from beginning to end. Mark took the time to really get to know us and the flow we we were looking for on our special day. He was extremely respectful and professional and was very wise in giving us suggestions about what would work well. We had a Nigerian/American wedding with very different groups of people wanting very different things out of the evening and he did a fantastic job making both sides happy. You know it's a good sign when even at dinner people are complimenting the DJ's mix. When it came time for dancing the entire floor was packed for the entire reception - something I've never seen before at a wedding. We had to kick people off the dance floor so we could do the send-off. The uplighting he did for the space transformed it and took everything to a whole 'nother level that took my guest's breath away. To say we were very happy with Mark would be an understatement. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat and recommend all my friends to do the same - you won't be disappointed!

DJ Battle was awesome. Before the wedding we met with him and he got our thoughts on what we wanted and he did not disappoint. He exceeded all of our expectations! We wanted a classy wedding with a party at the reception and that is exactly what we got. Everyone enjoyed the music and danced all night!

DJ Mark Battle is a consummate professional. He was always available via calls, texts, and video conferences to discuss our vision, bounce ideas back and forth, and just generally ease our wedding-related anxieties. He captured all of our musical preferences, even the artists and songs we just casually mentioned many months before the wedding. And I can assure you that the reception was LIVE and that our guests were drenched in sweat! Throughout the planning process, we always envisioned our friends and family dancing and smiling the night away. DJ Battle brought that dream to life. There are plenty of decisions to agonize over when planning a wedding, but this one is a no-brainer. Book him. Do it.

Worth every single, pretty penny (although he's very affordable).... We got so many compliments from guests saying how much fun they had at our wedding, especially during the reception. Battle was able to feel out the crowd's energy and play songs that literally had everyone on their feet the entire night, I honestly regret not extending the wedding another hour. I found out about One Sound and Entertainment when someone shared one of Mark's Periscopes last year. I knew then that I wanted him at my wedding. After suggesting that my fiancé follow him on Periscope, we were both hooked. Mark was amazing! During our consultation, we were unsure of what songs we wanted played and he walked us through every step and offered valuable advice. On our day, he KILLED IT! We have been getting nonstop compliments about the music! The best one has to be "That was so LIT...I felt like I was back in undergrad"...WE AGREE! DJ Mark Battle was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I kept hearing from my guests all night was, "Your DJ is on point!, That DJ tho!, Your DJ is the bomb!" He mixed our first dance track and it was a crowd pleaser! The entire room was soooooo hype! People are still talking about how much fun they had. I'm telling you people! Mark did a fantastic job capturing the spirit of our group through music. He had more of a consultative approach and works with you on the details of your event. Being as though I got married in Atlanta but live in Cincinnati, I had no clue on who to choose as a DJ. During a planning trip and visit to my venue, my husband met Marc while he was setting up and got his card. I got a few other recommendations and did some research and One Sound Entertainment was head and shoulders above the rest. I even read a review of someone that would have a lot of preachers at their wedding (just like me) and everyone left feeling good. I STILL have people telling me about how much fun they had at my wedding. They say every time they decided to try and sit down and rest a little another song came on that they had to dance to! My guests were dancing ALL night. I don’t even think he played any slow songs because people were having too much fun. They have a very professional set up so you don’t see all the equipment and engage your guests at all times. He is also great at reading the crowd and changing it up to keep everyone on the dance floor. On top of all that, Marc is just a super cool person. He’s so easy to get along with and truly merges his style with your taste in music. I would recommend One Sound Entertainment for any and every event that you will need music at, he’s that good!

DJ Battle is the best there is. Period.

We knew pretty much right away that we wanted to hire Mark for our wedding...and we knew that our crowd may not be exactly the fun, "party crowd" that he's used to catering to. But if anyone could get these folks on the dance floor it was Mark, and dance they did! We gave him an idea of the types of music that we like, and then gave him free reign to read the crowd and do his thing. This is his strong point, so no matter the type of party you're after, Mark can make it happen! We were so happy to see everyone having such a great time...and my 87 year old grandfather danced to every. single. song.

Once I found out that DJ Mark was available, I booked him without even having a meeting. HE IS THE BEST!!! If you want to have a party experience, then DJ Mark Battle is the one to hire. People started dancing from the time we (bride and groom) entered our reception, our guests were dancing in their seats throughout the entire dinner, and we (the bride and groom) even decided to forgo our grand exit to keep the music/party going a little longer.
Mark's vast musical repertoire and overall love for music was the perfect match for our wedding and guests. Guests may not remember the little details of your day, but they will remember how they felt, and all of our guests are still raving about how great the music/party vibe was. Mark was absolutely AMAZING!!! He was timely, extremely professional, and needed little direction. During the planning stages, Mark was always available and remained in touch as the date approached. My husband had a dance with his mother and I found out later that Mark was in contact with my mother-in-law to create their special mix. This was very touching because little did my husband know, I had also contacted Mark for a special mix for a surprise choreographed dance with my wedding party. Mark made sure all music was seamless and flowed with the atmosphere. When it was time for the party to liven, Mark was able to feel this transition out effortlessly! So many of our guests spoke of the amazing time they had at our wedding and Mark played a pivotal role in our wedding day! Simply amazing!

BEST DJ EVER!!! DJ Mark Battle had our wedding reception TURNT allll the way up!! He was very responsive to emails, answering within minutes. I had a lot of last minute requests and he fulfilled every single one of them. He really brought our vision to life. He made our wedding reception entrance the best I have ever seen. It truly got the party started. He also did our uplighting and it had the room glowing. It was awesome. His music was spot on the entire night and all of our guest raved about him. We were more than thrilled with Mark and the services he provided and recommend him without reservation! The DJ selection processes was a constant concern of my fiance as he was Nigerian and I had family ranging from the Bahamas to the UK coming for our wedding. Mark was able to handle it all and kept the dance floor going all night! We had everything from Prince to Fela to Fetty Wap! Prior to the wedding, Mark, my planner, and I had a meeting to discuss our music vision. This conversation made me so comfortable as Mark made sure to capture who we were and the guest experience that we wanted to recreate. The biggest surprise was his awesome table top set up with illuminated columns and lights. I really made a nice addition to our decor and looked great in the pictures. We can't wait to book him again for another event.

Mark was the perfect person to DJ and spear head our wedding music selection! Its not always easy working with multicultural weddings due to the high volume of musical generes and language barriers, but Mark worked with our coordinator and Ethiopian band to keep everything on track and perfect so that everyone was dancing all night and no one felt out of place when a certain song would come one. The dance floor was packed the whole night and thats thanks to Mark!
From the beginning to the end of the experience, One Sound and Entertainment was professional and great to work with!

One Sound is everything you want from a DJ and MORE! He was amazing. He kept the crowd going the entire night, everyone loved him. I did this before but I am not sure it worked so I wanted to do it again. One Sound entertainment was the best DJ choice I could have chosen. He was professional, knowledgable and made sure that everyone enjoyed themselves. The music was on target. There was no need to give him a list, we told him our taste and he totally ran with it. Guests started dancing during dinner and they were supposed to be eating! That is how good he was! The lighting package he provided was phenomenal! He was worth every penny!

Mark and team from One Sound and Entertainment are true professionals and experienced in their trade. Although we were not based in GA Mark was so accommodating that he even came to our area to do the introduction meeting. Our day went exactly as planned and the music content was the icing on top. Mark followed our direction and delivered on our requests for genres that we favored.

We had an outdoor wedding and cocktail hour which required multiple set ups - this was an easy task for Mark. Without seeing our venue he knew exactly the type of equipment to bring and what to do. His confidence and credibility reassured me that we made the right decision with One Sound.

The best part about One Sound and Entertainment is that they have the ability to cater to many different generations through music. Truly a class A vendor and would refer them to any of my family or friends.

I am still on Cloud 9 from my wedding thanks to DJ Mark Battle! I am not sure how most people choose or meet the people that will be providing entertainment for their wedding, but my first meeting with him was pretty awesome! Initially, my husband and I were not very vocal about our music selections and I personally did not know how I wanted my wedding to flow. DJ Battle was so personable and patient and offered suggestions based on certain things that he gathered from speaking with us; and was able to provide the perfect background to our love story! Although I was extremely busy greeting and thanking people after my wedding, I couldn't stop myself from breaking away to jump on the dance floor because I literally loved EVERY song that he played! He is very professional and attentive! The music, lightning and entertainment were the perfect final touch to a perfect evening!

Made the party for us! Our guests were already a great bunch that were ready to party, but the music got the party started before dinner was even served! People were dancing while plates were being served, some didn't even really eat because they couldn't stop dancing. We had a great time and could have kept the party going several more hours if we had planned for him to stay!

DJ Battle is the BEST DJ EVER! I didn't want to eat my food; I didn't even want to take pictures! All I wanted to do was get on the dance floor with my husband and all of our friends! This man is a MASTER and he knows his craft. So many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best wedding that they ever attended, and DJ Battle/One Sound Entertainment was a large part of why our wedding was so amazing. I was bride Procrastination! Working with DJ Mark Battle was what I needed! I had a destination wedding so I thank God I found him. He even gave me great referrals! But, the best part about Dj Mark, he was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and tons of fun!!! Something was going on with the AC at the venue, but he had the crowd so excited, no one cared about their make up sweating off. He really made my dream wedding one to remember! DJ Mark Battle is a true professional. Not only is he a professional when handling business but he is truly working in his calling as a entertainment professional. He was AWESOME at our wedding. Our wedding reception was a BLAST thanks to One Sound and Entertainment. It was so fun to see my guests dancing and singing even during dinner! He just knew how to set the tone! He knew exactly what to play at the right time and he was a great emcee. Guests are still telling us how great our DJ was!! I would hire him again and again. Book quickly! My husband and I cannot even begin to say how pleased we are with One Sound and Entertainment. Mark truly has a gift! He kept our guests moving and his set-up was incredible. My new Husband and I had the BEST wedding day we could have imagined this past Labor Day, thanks to DJ Mark Battle & One Sound and Entertainment. From beginning to end everything could'nt have been more perfect. The Ceremony music was on point and he didn't miss a beat changing from song to song. The Reception music was so amazing that our guests barely sat down to eat their food. And in every age group we had there. I still have alot of guests who have been asking me days after the wedding who our Wedding Dj was. Everyone was dancing out of their shoes from start to finish. We could'nt have made a better choice for our big day. Amazing!!!

DJ Mark was awesome. I would recommend anyone use him for any type of event. He has a great way of just looking at the audience and being able to pick up on the vibe. My guests had so much fun dancing to the music at my wedding. It made me feel comfortable knowing that I didn't have to give specific instructions on what type of music to play. He was instantly able to capture my audience. It's two months later and my guests are still calling telling me how much fun they had at my wedding. It was a pleasure doing business with One Sound and Entertainment. My husband and I were extremely pleased. I look forward to using DJ Mark again in the future for any of my entertainment needs.

DJ Battle was an awesome DJ. He was professional, timely, and just awesome. There were times along the way during the wedding planning process that I had questions he answered right away via email or phone call. I also needed a track edited for my father daughter dance song. He jumped right on it and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it. I met with him in advance about my day at his office. He was timely and gave great suggestions about songs that I was not sure about. On the day of the wedding he was timely and also provided great lighting. He read the guest perfectly and the dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night. Several of my guest commented about how awesome he was. He also made an effort to learn everyone in the party's name for the announcement of the party so that he didn't mess anything up. Nothing at all went wrong on this day and it was due in large part to the awesome Mark DJ Battle.If you are looking for a DJ and lighting technician look no more. DJ Battle is your guy! Great choice!!!!

Before hiring DJ Battle, a DJ was not at the top of my priority list. In my mind, I'd hire a DJ and they'd play music...end of story. Upon meeting with DJ Battle for the first time I knew that THIS DJ would be different. Walking out of that meeting I felt like he wanted to offer me an experience and what an experience it was!
His professionalism sets him miles apart from anything I've seen. One major advantage to DJ Battle is that he KNOWS weddings. There were so many questions that I didn’t know to ask but he was always on top of things. During our first meeting he wanted to know where we were from and what type of music we were influenced by. What I really appreciated was his vast knowledge of all genres of music and his willingness to research what he may not have been familiar with. He truly defines the Science of DJ'ing. There was not one single moment during my reception where the floor was even close to being empty.
We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. My family and friends are still asking about the DJ and when we will host another awesome party. If you’re still searching this is your guy! It’s money WELL spent. There’s truly only ONE SOUND…DJ Battle is in a league of his own!

I don't even know where to start! DJ Battle was awesome from beginning to end. I initially planned from long distance and saw the reviews online and just immediately knew he was our DJ. Didn't even really consider anyone else. After I sent the first contact e-mail communication went fast and smoothly. He made sure that we met before the wedding to go over the timeline in detail and even made suggestions where needed. The day of the wedding he was beyond GREAT!! Everything that we wanted he delivered beyond expectations. We wanted a party and that's exactly what we got. We received sooooo many compliments and everyone kept asking, "who's the DJ"? He also did a phenomenal job on our uplighting. Even my groom who wasn't really into details commented on how much the lighting added to the decor. His DJ set up was top notch and he was professional throughout the evening. By far hiring One Sound and Entertainment was the best decision we made for the entire wedding. He made everything so easy and delivered beyond our expectations. I don't think I could thank him enough because he really did make our wedding everything that we wanted! Thank You!!!!!!!!!

DJ Battle was awesome! He kept our wedding guests on the dance floor all night. Almost 4 months after the wedding, our guests are still talking about how great he was. DJ Battle truly understands and pays attention to the small details--at our first meeting I mentioned my family was from New Orleans and that I would like a second line. In the midst of planning, I totally forgot to mention it to him in our future meetings, however at just the right time, he started the second line music at our reception and we had an awesome time. He is very patient, flexible and just an all around great DJ. I would recommend him to any bride.

Mark from One Sound did our music and uplighting at our venue and he did an amazing job! We got tons of compliments on the lighting and he kept everybody happy and dancing from the first song until the very end of the night. He listened to what we wanted from our wedding and made it happen. He only got on the mic exactly when we wanted and needed him to and didn't do any of the overly talkative or self-promotional stuff that some DJs do at weddings. I would highly recommend hiring One Sound, everything was perfect!

We couldn't even wait 24 hours to email Mark about his services after our wedding. As soon as we got back to our hotel, I had to say this....."DJ Mark Battle, you are more than amazing! Our wedding was so off the chain you set it OFF! You got every person out of their seat, people even left the food to start dancing because they couldn't take it, and they tore the dance floor down!!! DJ Battle was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend his services to planning couples who are searching for a fun-filled wedding reception. My guests raved about the great music (A playful hybrid of classic soul, r&b, golden-era hip-hop with a splash of dancehall and go-go, too!) he played during my recent wedding -- he was a certified hit! In addition to keeping the dancefloor packed at our reception, DJ Battle created two important and very special medleys for my husband and I: One for my father's tribute (my dad is deceased) and the other for the mother/son dance. He is professional, responds quickly to emails/phone calls and possesses a rare ability to exert his expertise while still allowing the client to have their wedding their way. (Many wedding vendors lack this balance.) One Sound & Entertainment also provided our signature gobo and lighting; both of which we were very pleased with. I had a very good overall experience with DJ Mark Battle. He was very friendly and proffessional during our consultation and kept that going througout our wedding process. It was a relief to have one less thing to worry about while planning the wedding. He had the music under control. I am still hearing how amazing the DJ was. When trying to select a DJ for our special day, we knew we wanted to hire someone that would create a party atmosphere from beginning to end. We asked notable vendors for their recommendations in the Atlanta area and one name kept coming up - Mark "DJ Battle" Adams. If you wanted to PARTY HARD, he was the guy! We did not want a reception where you heard only a couple of songs that made you tap your toes and dance to one line dance. We wanted our guests to have an experience, take them back to college, and say THAT'S MY JAM! Mark provided that and more! We saw people grooving in the food station lines! Mark was very professional, knowledgeable of all music genres, and provided excellent customer service. Hands down, One Sound and Entertainment was one of our favorite vendors we worked with and made our day extra memorable. One Sound is more than worth every cent we paid. Every one from our parents to the 12 year olds were on the dance floor the entire night. We had such an amazing time. Several members of our bridal party stated this was hands down the best DJ they had ever heard. By the end of the evening there were guest from the venue unrelated to our wedding who came down and asked if they could dance since the DJ was playing such good music!

From the entrance of the bridal party, to the first dance with my father- One Sound and Entertainment is the BEST in Atlanta. Its crazy because I didn't really have time to sit down and come up with a plan. I tried my best to provide him with an idea of the type of music my husband and I wanted at our reception. We met for about an hour and as we talked all he kept saying was "I got you" and man the time he played the first some ("The Wobble") we were on the dance floor. It was very important to me that my guest left the reception and saying they had a BALL! And sure enough that is all we heard...."That was the best reception I've ever been too"...."Man that was a party!" Its an awesome feeling to know you made the right decision and walk away happy!

DJ Battle was GREAT, PHENOMENAL, AWESOME....I could go on and on and still not give him the credit he is due! It is rare to find a DJ that will provide you with Great Music, Lighting, and Visual Aid, and at the same time provide EXCEPTIONAL service! We were truly blessed to have him apart of our special day! Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was the only DJ we interviewed, and we booked him shortly after our meeting. He was very helpful also because after he realized that we were planning our own wedding he made us realize that it was imperative that we at least have a Day of Coordinator, which we agreed with. Originally we wanted him to do uplighting and some drapery at our venue. When we decided that we would rather not have the drapery he had no issue with removing it from our contract.

On the day of the wedding he was there during our First Look and played music for it. We don't know if it was his idea or the photographers', but it was definitely a nice touch!

The only small issue, if you could even call it that, that we had was that the song that I walked out to was not the song that I had thought I chose; the song that was played was fast paced. This could have been because we used YouTube to find the music for our ceremony and maybe it was named wrong on there. However, it didn't really matter because most people didn't notice unless I had discussed the ceremony music with them beforehand, and since the song was at a faster pace it just made me walk a little faster down the aisle to get to my now husband!

Mark played music also for the cocktail hour and the reception. He definitely knew how to keep the guests dancing beween the reggae, hip hop, and r&b. He also made smooth transitions in between each type of music, which we definitely appreciated.

DJ Battle was great! Everyone loved him. I did not give him a “must play” or “do not play list” because I basically ran out of time. Even without the list he played music that everyone enjoyed. A lot of my guests were not the dance type; but DJ Battle knew how to select and change songs to keep the energy up and get them on the dance floor. My fiancé loved his work. I had lots of guest tell me how much they enjoyed the DJ and his music selections. I also had lots of fun. I would recommend his services to others.

OMGOSH DJ Battle you made Corey and my wedding day the most fun ever. Everyone at the wedding keeps talking about the music you played at the reception. Thanks to you, the dance floor was packed and rocked all night. We were so blessed to book the hottest DJ in the country. Thank you again for making our most special day fabulous with your beats!

Mark had us on the dance floor all night long. During dinner he had us wanting to get up to dance. Great job and know how to interact with crowd.

DJ Battle did an EXCELLENT job at our reception. All of the songs were played at the right time and he felt the audience out and made sure to play the right music to keep everyone on the dance floor. I would recommend him 1000 times!

DJ Mark Battle is IT! A music aficionado at its finest! In my mind, a DJ's main priority is to keep the party rocking, and DJ Mark Battle over delivered!!! I lost count of how many wedding guest noted " Your DJ was so good." I tasked DJ Mark Battle to impress my [now] husband and his family. We hosted a Haitian-American wedding and a blend of the right music was so important to us. I remember leaving our initial consultation with a personalized mix of songs that suited what we were looking for; I knew at that point we found our DJ! Professional and passionate - DJ Mark Battle is a must Book for your wedding and special events!

Wow!!!! DJ Mark Battle proved to be a showstopper on my most special wedding day on 6/14/15!! DJ Battle was HIGHLY recommended to me by my wedding planner, Tia Ervin, and he exceeded that recommendation by leaps and bounds. From the moment DJ Battle got behind the turn table it was definitely a show to be seen. DJ Battle does a great job with reading the audience, and is able to tailor his music selections to meet the likes of everyone. He is beyond professional, but most of all FUN!! We even utilized DJ Battle to provided the accent lighting for our reception portion of our day, and it was GORGEOUS!! My family and friends are still talking about the great time they had at our wedding, and how DJ Battle kept them up dancing all night in the midst of all the other entertainment that we provided to our wedding guest. DJ Battle a HUGE THANK-YOU for making our day a dream come true!

To this day everyone is still talking about how much fun they had at the reception and I have One Sound Entertainment to thank for that! My goal was to party after saying "I DO!", mission accomplished!!!

Everyone enjoyed the dj and the selection of music played. If I had to do it over, the only thing I would change is maybe a more mellow music selection during dinner so that guests can mix and mingle and hear each other. Otherwise, great job!!! Dj was a hit!!

DJ Mark Battle was great! He was very knowledgable of different types of music and gauged the crowd to play the beats that would get everyone moving. Even my 90 year old great aunt was on the floor!

One Sound did our up lighting and DJ services. Mark "DJ Battle" Adams is great. Everyone was commenting on the how good the music was. He's very receptive to your request as well and even gave us some ideas on some of our music selections.

Highly recommend One Sound if getting married in the Atlanta area.

Mark did an excellent job at our wedding.
He was very professional in his services, did an excellent of responding to requests and ideas and always responded in a timely manner.

Even though my wife and I didn't get a chance to hear the music selection at the cocktail hour, our guests said he did an amazing job!

Mark, thank you again for your services and if we ever need your services on the West Coast, we will give you a call.

One Sound Entertainment provided us with great service. If you're still in need of a DJ, look no further than One Sound and Entertainment. Mark provided excellent service?he?s affordable, professional and rocked our wedding reception. I can?t sing his praises high enough. After the wedding people still ask about our DJ, wanting to know where we found him and if he does mix tapes. Mark kept the reception moving, was an excellent MC and had our guests dancing all night long. If you have another DJ, cancel and hire Mark, he's worth every penny!

Details were communicated and all carried out. Play all the songs requested. Ran into little technical problem but was able to address it. Professional and would recommend.

Very disappointed

Pros - Mark is a nice guy, took us out to eat to go over what we wanted. I even had a detailed list of songs. He did a nice hologram effect for my fiancé’s late mother during the sister/groom dance
Cons - When it came down to my formal wedding day he completely ignored everything we talked about. He didn’t play a single song we asked for in advance during the consultation meeting and instead for whatever reason he chose to play boring old school songs. What bothered me the most was how low the sound quality was. For example for our bride/groom entrance we had pyrotechnic effects and I wanted to come in hype as ever and he played the song at such a low volume as if it was quiet time in the library. He played the wrong song during the sister/ groom dance plus a bunch of other mishaps that were DJ related that didn’t go right. Then he had the audacity to try and nickel and dime me with another $1400 bill after I was completely devastated with his service on my one special day that I will never get back. If you are of African or Caribbean descent I would recommend going with an African DJ because they will ensure the volume and bass is all the way up and can read a crowd to ensure they are engaged the entire time. My traditional wedding DJ from the night before did it right and executed all of the music that I wanted at the party level volume it should be and he was half the price. I completely regret the DJ I chose for my formal wedding day.
