I was blown away by how beautiful the florals were! Michelle really listens to what vibe you're going for and works within your budgets to insure you get exactly what you want.
During our last meeting I asked to add pops of blue flowers to my purples, and she did it without any issues. Since it was so close to the wedding I didn't think she'd be able to accommodate the change, but she did and they turned out amazing!
10/10 would recommend even if you have a smaller budget.

Michelle and Mandy at One of a Kind Events were so wonderful to work with! From my initial meeting with Michelle, to working with Mandy closer to the day itself, communication was always clear and prompt. My bouquet, all of the corsages, and the boutonnières were beautiful, but what really made One of a Kind special was my bridesmaids’ bouquets. My husband and I are both avid readers so I wanted to do something book-related for the bouquets. Michelle and Mandy worked with me to make a bookmark out of baby’s breath for the bridesmaids and it was such a unique and personal detail for both myself and the bridesmaids. The did all of the decor for both our ceremony and reception and were professional, kind, and organized. 10/10!

One of a Kind Events did a wonderful job on our wedding florals and décor, and took the stress off of us on our wedding day. Michelle and her team at One of a Kind Events, Indianapolis was our florist extraordinaire for our daughters wedding at The Historic Ambassador House in Fishers IN. She and her team had a big job ahead of them and they truly exceeded our expectations. They transformed the venue - with lovely greenery and vines hanging from the ceiling, a vine and rose entryway, beautiful and unique pastel florals for the tables at different heights creating depth to the room. The brides bouquet was lush, fresh and simply stunning - exactly what she dreamed of. The sweetheart table was set with the brides grandmothers wedding china and was surrounded by an array of pastel roses, other florals and draped with greenery -along with the brides bouquet. Lovely! The setting for the ceremony was serene and classy with a pergola backdrop draped in white satin and two huge pedestals topped with gorgeous matching floral arrangements. (Repurposed at the entry to the reception)Just stunning! Michelle was easy to work with, her team professional and friendly and our daughter and groom enjoyed seeing their vision come to life. Bravo!

Where to begin - The ladies at One of A Kind Events were so professional and personable and WOW they did such an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. The Flowers Made the Wedding!
These ladies kindly jumped in when we made a last minute decision to change florists; and I am so glad we did. The day after we met they sent a concept proposal with beautiful pictures so we could envision what we had discussed. The flowers were even better than we could have imagined. The moongate they created was worthy of Bride Magazine. The guests complimented us all evening. They also suggested doing the flowers for the rehearsal dinner similar to the reception so we could use them again at the reception. More bang for the buck and very thoughtful. I cannot sing praises loud enough for Michelle and One of a Kind Events staff!! First off, they were the first florist I spoke with to ask me MY budget, and work from there (not 'its going to cost you ...'). Michelle also sat down with me for well over an hour to learn my vision for the big day and educate me on which flowers were possible/similar to fit within my budget. She is the sweetest person and I felt listened to, and that she genuinely loves what she does. Everything she did on our wedding day was MUCH more stunning than I could have imagined-- I could go on and on, but in short-- SPECTACULAR! 5 stars all around.

We loved working with Michelle and her team, both as our coordinator and florist! She made things so easy for me and I never felt like I had to worry about something getting done or dealing with issues on the big day. Also the flowers were stunning! I absolutely loved working with Michelle. With so many details and ideas (and stress!) swirling around in my head and knowing next to nothing about flowers, Michelle made the floral piece of the puzzle one of the easiest items to check off the to-do list. She did an excellent job helping me understand what floral and greenery would work well together, what was in season or would withstand the outdoors, heat, etc. She listened to my ideas and what I envisioned for the wedding day. She was easy to communicate with and I never felt like I was 'just another bride' - she makes you feel as if you are her only client. She provided great ideas as we brainstormed how the decor and floral would appear together. On the wedding day, everything turned out absolutely perfect...the flowers, greenery, garland, boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, table centerpieces and all of the decor she set for me was exactly how I pictured the ceremony and reception looking. The owner, Michelle, was instrumental in making sure we had what we needed at a price we could afford. She'll respect your budget and let you know specifically what you can get for it. She is knowledgeable about types of flowers, current styles, and creating an overall cohesive look for your event. She was super friendly and helped me find ways to cut costs, reuse different arrangements at different points during our wedding, and helped with the set-up, tear-down, and moving of floral arrangements. It was nice not to have to worry about the flowers and just enjoy the day. Overall we were very pleased with One of a Kind Events!

I LOVED MY FLOWERS! one of my absolute favorite things about my wedding. Everyone complimented me on how beautiful the flowers were. I had a mix of different colored pink roses with a lot of greenery. The bridesmaids bouquets were just as beautiful they had brighter pinks in them to make them pop along with the greenery as well. The ladies at one of a kind events were so helpful and a pleasure to work with. We gave them a budget and they made sure to stay within budget. We had them do all bouquets, centerpieces, unity candle flowers, and boutineres. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for beautiful flowers.

Words cannot describe how amazing One of a Kind Events is! I'm a wedding photographer, and planning my own wedding with amazing vendors was extremely important to me! I've worked with dozens of florists, including One of a Kind in the past. All of my brides have been incredibly happy with them and I was beyond pleased! We had a small budget for flowers and they went WAY above and beyond and gave us a setting that was beyond what I had envisioned in my wildest dreams. Everything was STUNNING. My bouquet was a complete dream, and the flowers still looked fresh and new the next day! We worked with Linda, who was always responsive, professional, and made sure all of our needs were met. Our wedding planner ended up bailing on us the day of the wedding and we were left to set up the reception almost entirely on our own. After the flowers were placed, she even stayed and helped us set up the rest of the reception out of the goodwill of her heart. I will be recommending them to every. single. bride. I book, because they are so worth it! My only regret was not having them plan my event and not having them decorate for the ceremony- because they would have make it look so beautiful and perfect and they were so so awesome to work with! ! They definitely won the best vendor of the day award for our wedding!

Michelle exceeded my expectations! I called Michelle with about two weeks before my wedding. I told her my price, sent her pictures of my ideas and of my dress. Michelle asked questions about venue, attendance, and flowers for parts of the wedding I didn't even think of ( gift table, bar etc). She was always available and told me exactly when she would be purchasing flowers and what types she was looking to buy. She also gave me an option for vases that she had ( I ended up not using them but was very tempted because she sent me pictures of another wedding she did with them). Michelle came the day of the wedding, set up the flowers and it was perfection. I had 9 different types of flowers when originally she thought she was only going to be able to get 5-7 different types of flowers. I had flowers everything. More than I thought I wanted or needed but it was perfect. The exact idea I was going for. Michelle is a must use for your special day!

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Caitlin and her staff were. Wedding planning can be a little stressful toward the end when everyone wants your attention, it was a relief to talk to Caitlin because she literally said I've got it all handled, you just show up. She did our flowers, ceremony decor, and reception decor, and completely understood my vision, along with bringing in things that I couldn't even have imagined. Our flowers turned out 100x better than I had seen on pinterest(because I know nothing about flowers). And everything was so detailed and beautiful. Linda the owner was sooo sweet and to easy to work with. She worked really well with my budget, and if anything changed she would keep me in the loop and notified me right away! Just a few months left until my wedding, the owner ship changed, Linda sold it so her coworker Caitlin. This made me extremely nevervos, but everything was perfect for the wedding and Caitlin was just as great to work with. I highly recommend One Of A Kind Events. They will also put together all the center pieces for you. Which was amazing, I picked them out and they just designed them and set up and tore everything down at the reception! Caitlin and Linda were absolutely amazing to work with. I was married in Indiana however, I live in Minnesota so this provided some challenges as we were all only able to meet in person once! They had wonderful and thorough communication via email and telephone and were happy to answer any questions I had. I clicked 5.0/5.0 and felt slightly odd giving a perfect rating but my experience was, honestly, nothing but perfect.
The most amazing part of working with One of A Kind Events was their ability to take my vision and make it so amazing. I think every bride has a plan as to what her wedding will look like, however may not (like myself) be able to completely verbalize it. Caitlin asked the perfect questions to extract the details I was looking for from my vision.
We had priced several florist in the area (Ft. Wayne) before meeting with any. One of A Kind Events falls mid-line in price...there are much more expensive options and much cheaper options available. We also talked budget during our one on one meeting and what was possible with my budget. Speaking with some other florists I felt pressured to expand my budget ($3000) due to what they were able to provide for that amount. I wanted A LOT of floral presence but also needed to remain true to my original plan. Linda was wonderful and honest about what her services would look like at my budget. The wedding day came and Linda arrived with the flowers and I was ELATED. Every single detail had been covered. They created special touches for our outdoor ceremony that I had never dreamed of. I greatly appreciated being able to trust in their creative genius and have one less thing to worry about as a bride on her wedding day.
I HIGHLY recommend working with Caitlin and One of A Kind Events.

Linda and Caitlin know everything there is about the business and have such great connections with every vendor we used. Linda is amazing to work with! Because of her I had zero stress about my wedding. She has amazing ideas and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy and worry-free. She worked with various vases/decorations I wanted to include of my own and she also took care of setting up the entire reception for us including setting out favors and making sure the room was set up perfectly. She took all my ideas and brought them to life and I could not be happier about the way our day turned out. I had met with other florists around the Fort Wayne area and none of them compared. When other florists looked at me like my ideas were too unconventional or complicated, Linda jumped right in and understood what I was going for immediately. She added in many ideas that I hadn't thought of that fit perfectly with my vision and made it that much better. Choosing to work with her was the easiest decision of the entire wedding planning process. She is easy to work with and was always excited to talk about my event and met with us to go over details any time we wanted. I couldn't have asked for more. Can I just say AWESOME!! Linda was a pleasure to work with! She stayed in my budget and helped with anything that needed done. I would e-mail or call and got answers within an hour. Everything was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better florist!

Linda did such a great job! I hired her for all my flowers and to help coordinate my wedding. She went above and beyond for us and I honestly would refer her to anyone. The flowers were beautiful!

One of a Kind Events was fantastic to work with! The team showed concern and passion for making our day perfect for us the whole way through. They were on site for the wedding which was extremely helpful and did a beautiful job with the flowers and decorating. If I were to do it all over again, One of a Kind would be the first vendor I would contact!

I could not have been happier with my flowers. I did not know what they looked like until the day of my wedding and everything was perfect. The first time I meet Linda from one of a kind events she was able to sit down and talk and ask me a few questions about what I like and didn't like and was able to take that information and turn it into a beautiful bouquet

Linda and One of a Kind Events were amazing. One of the best decisions I made during our wedding planning. Linda was amazing and so sweet, I felt extremely comfortable with her from the moment we first met. It felt like we had known each other for a long time, and she seemed to know exactly what I wanted, even with my less than steller descriptions. She was also very conscientious of our budget and always made me feel like our wedding was the only one she was working on. I knew exactly what I wanted in my head, but wasn't sure I could describe it very well, but when I saw what she did for our ceremony and reception, it was even better then I had imagined. I'll say it again, SHE is AMAZING. You won't go wrong with One of a Kind Events.

Linda and Caitlin at One of a Kind Events listened to everything I had invisioned for my wedding. They were both extremely helpful with every question I had. I forgot my purse there during our firsr meeting and Linda brought it to my job! The flowers exceeded my expectations! ,They were all beautiful. Not only are they professional but they are amazing kindhearted people! Definately the people I wanted around me during wedding planning.

One of a Kind Events is absolutely amazing!! Linda drove and hour to our house for a free consulation, without guarantee of businesss, which was absolutely astonishing to me. As to the flowers, they were fairly priced and gorgeous! I have had so many comments about how my bouquets were the most beautiful that anyone has seen! They were gorgeous, beatifully made, and completely unique! The service and professionalism was also top notch. The lady who came to deliver our flowers and set up went above and beyond our expectations. She not only took care of our flowers and got all of the boutinnierres, corsages, bouquets, and bows set out, but she also helped us with a bridesmaid's wardrobe malfunction right before pictures! This was the most friendly and stress-free experience I have ever had! This company is amazing and I would not trust anyone else to make my big day go more smoothly!

Michelle and One of A Kind Events are awesome! When planning our wedding I knew flowers would be a very important part of our overall look and feel but I had no clue where to start when it came to picking a florist and what a reasonable budget would be. I originally reached out after liking the style and pictures on their website. At our first meeting I was impressed by how detailed and thorough Michelle was at understanding what I wanted in our flowers. She asked my budget, unlike others I met with, and was honest about how much it would cost to achieve my look. Ultimately I decided to go with One of a Kind Events because I felt like Michelle truly understood what I was looking for and I trusted her to be part of our big day. Throughout the whole planning process Michelle was very flexible as I removed certain things and added others, and she also helped me understand what flowers were available during the season for the color scheme and price I wanted. She was great at offering suggestions for how to make my vision come to life. Overall I can't even come up with words that adequately describe how I felt about our flowers. They were completely mind-blowing and I'm still obsessed with them! Michelle was able to take my vision and make it 100 times better than I could have imagine. It was important to me that our bouquets be large and they definitely did not disappoint! Not to mention our ceremony decor made such a huge impact. I was getting compliments on our flowers the whole evening and Mandy who set up and cleaned up our flowers was great! Everything was at the venue before I arrived and she showed us how to hold our bouquets and pinned on the boutonnieres for the guys. Could not have asked for more and would highly recommend One of a Kind Events!

I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle with One of a Kind Events at a bridal show in January 2017. After reviewing some of her work and also being recommended by a friend, I decided to book One of a Kind Events for my wedding flowers and décor. From start to finish, Michelle was so easy to get ahold of and she was such a joy to work with. She was able to capture what I had pictured in my mind for our wedding day, and even went above and beyond my expectations to make our venue even more beautiful. My bouquet was like a dream. Michelle did not simply set up the space and drop off the bridal party's flowers; but rather, she stayed for a good portion of the day to ensure everything went smoothly. I even caught her sitting on the floor right before the ceremony re-wrapping our bouquets to make sure they looked flawless before walking down the aisle! I am so satisfied with the sweet, friendly customer service and the gorgeous floral designs and décor provided by One of a Kind Events. I highly recommend them to any future bride!

Linda was amazing to work with! Upon meeting her, I immediately felt comfortable with her. When we met, I took in with some pictures of flowers that I'd seen and liked, but I had no clear vision of what I wanted, and Linda worked everything out just wonderfully! She was incredibly helpful, and our flowers were SO lovely! Everyone at our wedding was very impressed, including me! Furthermore, the bouquets lasted quite awhile after the wedding, and we used them to decorate our home and offices for about a week after the wedding! I would without hesitation recommend One of a Kind Events for all your floral needs!

Amazing Bouquets!
I found One of a Kind Events online and have been so impressed by them. We had our wedding in Indianapolis but we lived 4 hours away in Cleveland. I was very nervous since everything was done online or over the phone and I would have no idea what the flowers would look like until the day of the wedding. I worked with Mandy throughout the entire process. She was so amazing. She had me find a few photos of flowers online, since I do not know much about flowers. I also told her what kind of colors I was looking for, but she did everything else. Any time I emailed her a question she would take the time to schedule a call to make sure we were one the same page. I cannot say enough good things anout Mandy. She made me feel like it was a very personal experience even though we never actually met.
The bouquets she delivered for me and my bridesmaids were absouletly stunning. Make sure you bring your muscle though because those were heavy and full of flowers!

Look no further!! One of a kind events offers UNIQUE flowers to make your entire day one to remember. Michelle was amazing to work with and took the time take take detailed notes of our likes and dislikes. Flowers for the event was the one thing I was unsure of, only because you don't see a "trial". When Michelle arrived on wedding day I couldn't have been happier. Flowers were more beautiful than the Pinterest inspirations and we were all floored. It's hard to put into words how grateful and happy I am to have selected One Of A Kind Events for my recent Autumn wedding's floral design as well as wedding coordination for our special day at the Barn at Bay Horse Inn in Greenwood, IN! I worked directly with Michelle M. who is beyond amazing (and so talented) and she and her team turned my vision into a reality (and so much more!) They also assisted with many last minute ceremony and reception design and logistical needs while I was busy getting dolled up and getting portraits taken, while ensuring all timelines were met. We also had a rather large wedding party (8 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, 2 flower girls, a ring bearer and a JR. groomsmen). I have a background in marketing and event planning, but very little in the wedding industry, so I was hesitant at first in hiring coordination, but I wouldn't take it back in a heart beat! My and my wedding party's bouquets and overall flower arrangement were THE most beautiful I have ever seen, taking our vision, personality, style and giving us and our guests that and SO much more. Our wedding day wouldn't have gone so smoothly as "us" without them. I was getting bombarded with compliments, especially about the flowers/design. HIGHLY recommend One Of A Kind Events! It was very helpful that they were able to look at my Pinterest board for inspiration, espcially since I don't know much about flowers! The wedding bouquets were beautiful and just what I was hoping for! It was also great that they are a event planning company as well because I was able to rent most of my other decorations from them as well and they looked beautiful with my wedding design! It was so nice to not have to work about finding all the decorations on my own, bringing them to the venue, and cleaning them up after the event. The team took care of all of that!

Beautiful Results from a Professional, Friendly Vendor!
Overall, One of a Kind Events was great to work with for our wedding. We worked solely with Michelle, who was extremely friendly and professional! We hired her as both our day-of coordinator as well as our florist. Looking back, I think that I would have kept these two things separate, as I felt that Michelle was stretched very thin on the day of our wedding. I was under the impression that she would have more help on the day of!
From a day-of coordinator perspective, she was a bit difficult to communicate with at first (further out from the wedding), but became more and more communicative as the big day got closer. She was very helpful and reassuring to me and my mom, as we were both outside of the state I actually got married in! She made an effort to make it to the venue walk-through, which occurred much earlier than it normally would since we were both visiting from out of state. She also took the time to meet with us the week of the wedding since we were both in town and was available for the rehearsal the night before the wedding! She and her assistant helped everything run smoothly the day of the wedding.
From a florist perspective, the planning process was extremely thorough and she worked closely with me to help get our quote down into our price range. I ended up being a little bit underwhelmed by a few things we paid a lot of money for, including the decor on the outdoor ceremony pergola and some of the decor we had talked about inside the reception space. I thought she did a wonderful job with the table arrangements, and she even was able to incorporate some special, antique elements of mine that I really wanted to be included.
Highly recommend, as she made my vision come to life, but like I mentioned, I might have kept coordination and florals/decor with separate companies if I could do it all over again.
