The BEST Wedding Planner!!!

Lindsey at One Fine Day made our wedding vision come to life! She is incredibly talented, has a wealth of knowledge regarding the wedding industry in Steamboat & is a joy to work with. I would highly highly recommend her. She exceeded our expectations. She helped us navigate the challenges of planning a wedding during covid and helped us plan a second wedding when the first one couldn't happen. She's very quick in her communication & incredibly responsive. She also did a beautiful job with our flowers. They were perfect!!!

Best Steamboat Wedding Planner - Hands Down!

Lindsey is nothing short of amazing! My husband and I are still on cloud nine months after our perfect wedding day, all thanks to Lindsey. She is the most organized, detail-oriented, and efficient person I've ever met, and she's an absolute joy to work with. Lindsey made wedding planning such a breeze for us; we were able to truly enjoy our engagement without any of the stress. Most importantly, we were able to be fully present on our wedding day, without a single worry or care in the world, knowing with certainty that Lindsey had everything under control. It was a flawless day, and we are so thankful for all of Lindsey's hard work. Her dedication and work ethic make you feel like you're her only client; she's simply the best of the best. She also did all of our flowers, which were absolutely stunning. All of the floral arrangements were a total dream; I've never seen more perfect peonies, and her eye for design is unmatched. Lindsey is by far the best wedding planner in the Steamboat Springs area! She made our experience planning a destination wedding an absolute breeze. We could not have pulled off our daughters incredible wedding without Lindsey Grannis. That is the absolute truth. The minute we met her, my daughter and i knew she was the perfect wedding planner for us. Everything ran smoothly, from transportation to flowers, cake and decor. Her suggestions for band, photography, rentals- everything, we’re spot on. Lindsey has to be the hardest worker we know and she designed the flowers as well. They were stunning. Lindsey was absolutely the key to the success of our daughter's beautiful wedding in Steamboat. The daunting thought of planning from a distance with guests invited from both sides of the country was overwhelming. We were immediately put at ease by Lindsey's professionalism, experience, and calming demeanor. Hiring Lindsey and her team was one of the best decisions we made. Lindsey eased many of the wedding stressors. As a bride from out of town she was an invaluable resource to help us navigate a "destination" wedding. She is organized and responsive to emails and phone calls. This was hands down some of the best money we spent on our wedding. Working with Lindsey at OFD was easy and enjoyable. Lindsey knows her stuff. I had the utmost confidence in her and felt comfortable fully relying on her advice. We had a medical emergency during our reception and Lindsey handled it like a pro. My dad doesn't hand out compliments too easily and he said that Lindsey and everyone at OFD were "absolutely incredible."

I couldn't imagine planning or hosting a wedding without the help of Lindsey! She knows all of the local vendors and suppliers, as well she is extremely familiar with the venues - so whether it's planning your wedding around the best sunset or helping select finishes, furniture, or fixtures she really can't be beat. We used her service to help us plan our wedding as well as perform setup and tear-down of our decorations. Lindsey Grannis of One Fine Day Productions provided detailed planning, guidance and perfect day-of execution. Her professionalism and relationships with her vendors took the wedding-planning process from complex and confusing to straight-forward and organized. In addition to her seamless coordination, Lindsey brought a beautiful design eye, lovely floral arrangements and always arrived with enthusiasm and tact, not to mention much appreciated direction to vendors and guests the day-of. Knowing Lindsey and her staff had everything more than under control the day of allowed us to spend our time focusing on family & friends rather than last minute wedding coordination. If you're getting married in Steamboat, the first thing you should do is pick up the phone and call Lindsey...I have no idea how anyone does it without her!

Working with Lindsey Grannis was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. She was our partner from start to finish and helped us create a day that was fun and meaningful for us and our guests. We live out of state and only had the opportunity to visit Steamboat twice in the year leading up to the wedding. That was no problem because Lindsey is incredibly responsive and effective over email and phone. She has close working relationships with all of the vendors in Steamboat and was able to steer us to the appropriate vendors for the different aspects that we needed. Along with wedding planning we worked with Lindsey for flowers. Lindsey is creative and goes beyond the standard table arrangement designs that dominate pinterest and wedding blogs. We had a fall wedding and I wanted to do something unique to Autumn for our decor - Lindsey created beautiful table arrangements that complemented understated fall plaid table covers. As the bride I had no concerns going into our wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Lindsey finalized the details with all of our vendors, she attended our rehearsal to provide guidance to our officiant and wedding party, she provided detailed schedules to us, our party, and our guests so everyone knew where to be and when. All I had to do on our wedding day was have fun and enjoy myself; Lindsey managed everything else. Prior to the wedding my family reached out to Lindsey because they wanted to plan a surprise for our wedding day- e.g., a flash mob or acapella group. Lindsey took it up a level and helped them coordinate a surprise sunset helicopter tour of Yampa Valley. You can imagine our's and our guest's surprise when a helicopter landed at our venue to pick us up after our ceremony- it was unforgettable. We will be forever grateful to Lindsey for helping us create the most perfect wedding day and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Steamboat.

Our wedding went perfectly, thanks entirely to One Fine Day Productions. Lindsey is your local expert and has seen and done it all, in a good way. She knows what will make your wedding unique and what all weddings have in common, so you can spend your time focusing in your personal touches, instead of creating a detailed schedule for the looping shuttle bus from the ground up. Don't reinvent the wheel, draw on Lindsey's vast expert experience and actually enjoy your wedding.

I can't recommend One Fine Day strongly enough. Here are my 3 top reasons:
1) Lindsey is your calm, collected and flexible expert. She sees no disasters, only solutions.
2) Lindsey does literally everything she says she will. Tell her about something and check it off the list, no need to follow up, it will be taken care of.
3) Lindsey is your tireless advocate. It goes by so quickly, enjoy yourself. My groom and I got to be guests at our own reception because Lindsey took care of EVERYTHING. In the end, that was priceless.

My husband is an attorney and I am a physician. We wanted a lovely wedding, but had less time than most to plan. In addition, we live in Texas and desired a destination winter wedding in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Unfortunately, our schedules did not allow a visit to Steamboat prior to the event, so all of the details had to be planned over the phone and email. As anyone planning a wedding can imagine, this can make a bride quite fearful of the end product. However, I made one of the best planning decisions in hiring Lindsey. She was a lifesaver. From the onset she made herself completely available. She answered emails, and made time for monthly then weekly then daily phone calls to review all the details. She helped me with a vendor list that I could trust, she made numerous orders including linens and chairs, she worked with hotel staff to set up our reception space, and designed the floral arrangements for our ceremony and reception site. Due to unforeseen scheduling issues with our ceremony location, we lost our space just a few months before our wedding day. However, Lindsey assisted with multiple relocation options, and our final ceremony ended up far more charming than our original concept. On the day of our wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly so that our families and friends, my husband and I could just enjoy ourselves. Quite frankly, I hardly even noticed any of the behind the scenes work! The day after the wedding she had all of our things packaged up in her office and she disposed of anything we no longer wanted – making our trip back to Texas even easier. I know that I would have lost my mind if it weren't for having Lindsey those 10 months. She was incredibly helpful, professional, pleasant to work with, and she helped make our destination wedding a true dream come true. I offer my sincerest feedback that she is worth every penny and probably the smartest investment you can make into your special event.

Lindsey was integral to the success and overall enjoyment of our wedding. From alleviating stress months prior to the event to making sure everything ran seamlessly day of (and it did), my Mom and I were left with nothing to do but enjoy the day and guests who had made the long trip out. Lindsey is a joy to work with, makes you feel comfortable and at ease off the bat, and she's on point with everything that needs to get done and responds to emails/calls almost immediately. You can't go wrong and you'll be doing yourself the biggest favor having her to guide and plan, it was the best decision we made!

If anyone is planning a wedding in the Steamboat Springs area, they'd be crazy not to use Lindsey as their planner. We were very hesitant to utilize any planning services, but are SO thankful we did (thanks for the advice, Mom). Lindsey knows this industry in and out, and has fabulous relationships with many vendors in the Steamboat Springs area. As a result , she worked very well with all the vendors involved in our wedding in order to coordinate all the necessary details.
Additionally, Lindsey put together our decor/flowers. She was able to create the vision we had in our heads spot-on. It was perfect. She truly listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make it all come together.
Lindsey is busy, and has many weddings to coordinate during the year, but never once did we feel that someone else's event was more important than ours. She was fantastic with responding to emails, calls and texts promptly and thoroughly. Lindsey went out of her way to visit our venue location (more than once) that was 20 miles outside of Steamboat Springs to make sure that planning was going in the right direction. We felt she was sincerely dedicated to us and our wedding. We loved that we had the freedom to plan what we wanted at our wedding, and the help from Lindsey to make it all happen!
We are SO fortunate to have had Lindsey help us in coordinating our perfect day. She's the BEST!

Lindsey G. was fabulous to work with. She is indeed the #1 wedding planner in Steamboat and I know why! She went above and beyond for my daughters wedding on a family owned ranch outside of Steamboat Springs. She made sure all vendors visited the ranch at least once to confirm they all knew our location. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up everything and stayed into the wee hours to make sure everything was cleaned up and taken down so that when the tent rental co. arrived early Sunday morning the tent was ready to come down without any problems. When the family returned on Sunday everything was in great shape. Lindsey thought of everything. Even bringing a plate of appetizers to the wedding party as pictures were being taken. Somehow during a fall of no color she found yellow Aspen leaves and branches to cover the special Aspen arch the groom had built for his bride.
I highly recommend Lindsey and her company One Fine Day. It will be the best investment you make in your wedding.

Lindsey Grannis and One Fine Day Productions is top notch! My daughter and I interviewed Lindsey and knew immediately there was no need to consider anyone else! She is so positive(there was never a hesitation that she could not pull off what we were thinking), she is so personable and really fun to work with and most importantly an expert in her field! We engaged One Fine Day to provide event management and flowers for our wedding and it was the single best decision I made in planning our wedding. Lindsey is professional, bright, creative, experienced and kind. The service she provided was above and beyond the scope of service I expected. She recommended an amazing photographer, helped me realize my vision for the overall decor (she proabably improved on my vision) and most importantly saved me when our rehearsal dinner venue cancelled two weeks before the rehearsal dinner. That was definitely not within the scope of service, but it was Lindsey who helped me find a new venue and replan the entire dinner in about 36 hours. The most incredible thing was handing the reins over to Lindsey about 2 weeks prior to the wedding andnot worrying about a single thing. I really enjoyed my wedding weekend and did not worry about one logistical thing from about Wednesday afternoon onwards! Lindsey managed the timing of the reception -- helping us negotiate when to take pictures to capture the sunset light and when to start our first dance and toasts. As for the flowers, they were lovely. I had friends from all over the country at my wedding and they said the flowers and decorations were some of the prettiest they had ever seen. In summary, if you are thinking about engaging Lindsey -- do it. It was the best money I spent in the wedding planning process. Lindsey was really wonderful to work with -- she is a really kind, funny and fun person who cares about her clients and is responsive to their attitude and vision.

WOW! What would I have done without Lindsey is what I ask myself looking back at all the planning, details, and coordination that went into my wedding day. Lindsey helped take all the stress off both before and during the wedding ceremony and reception. She had an additional challenge of managing, let's say some interesting family dynamics. I do not consider myself a creative person, and Lindsey was there every step of the way to keep me organized, show me ideas, and help create a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception. It was fantastic that she coordinated all other vendors, and I didn't have to worry about receiving contracts, calls, following up, etc. with anyone else except her. She was also able to provide suggestions for vendors, which was so helpful.

I also used One Fine Day for the Flowers. Lindsey worked diligently with me to create beautiful, unique centerpieces within budget. All the guests were saying they have never seen anything like it.

I literally had no issues on the wedding day, everything was so smooth. I know this had everything to do with Lindsey making sure the wedding party (especially the groomsmen) were in line for the rehearsal and weddding day.

Thank you for making my wedding day a memorable experience! I will cherish the memories and remember how you helped make everything possible!

I cannot imagine trying to plan a wedding without Lindsey from One Fine Day. I am sure there are very few brides who can say they were never stressed during the planning process, but I can thanks to Lindsey. She is extremely responsive, hard working, and really goes above and beyond. As a result of all of the above, my wedding was beautiful! Lindsey at One Fine Day did a fantastic job with our wedding! She was very prompt with communication during the planning of the wedding. She also gave us great suggestions for vendors to use. Everyone in the wedding business in Steamboat knows and loves her, which made the planning go really smoothly.

Everything on our wedding day went perfectly. Lindsey took care of all of the details and my beautiful bride and I just got enjoy the day. The floral arrangments, bouquets and boutonniere she put together were amazing.

She really went out of her way to go above and beyond to make our day special. I highly recommed using her services!

Lindsey was great! Every venue we toured highly recommended her and we quickly saw why. She responded right away anytime we contacted her and always provided great advice and ideas. She helped us with any details we had questions about leading up to our wedding day. The day of the wedding she made sure everything went smoothly, even when it was pouring rain 5 minutes before our ceremony. Everything at the ceremony site and reception site looked amazing and we received tons of compliments. She also has great relationships with other vendors in town and knew exactly who to contact if we had questions. Overall we were so happy we worked with Lindsey and we would highly recommend her!

We hired Lindsey as a day of planner – her services went way beyond that. Lindsey went out of her way to meet with us many times months before our wedding. She was very respectful and easy to work with. It was easy to tell she sincerely cared about the outcome of our wedding. She is respected by all of the vendors in Steamboat, which made putting together a list of vendors easy. Lindsey and her team have the wedding day down to a science. Not only were the decorations and flowers stunning, but her team was available all day for any last minute emergencies. I did not have to stop and think about the flow of the wedding once on my wedding day. Even with a bridal party of 18, she was able to get us all in the right places at the right time. I know we didn't manage to get the beautiful white teepee covered in fairy lights, but that is because it did not exist! But what
Lindsey did arrange was the best of everything that was available. She helped us tick all the boxes that were important to us - the judge, the location, the sleigh ride, the brilliant photographers, the stunning native winter bouquet, gorgeous private dining room for our dinner, and of course the perfect weather. I don't know how Lindsey achieved the sunshine and gentle sprinkling of snow, but it happened! Our wedding was a snowy romantic fantasy. Lindsey was so easy to collaborate with; she considered all my ideas, made enquiries and tentative bookings, and when I changed my mind about something, she kindly made different bookings. She was brilliant, so accommodating and so competent. We are particularly grateful that Lindsey lent us her ipod dock, because we got the chance to dance to our magic song, 'After All'. We initially chose to work with Lindsey after talking with local vendors who said many great things about her. Our decision was made more than a year before our daughter was married. Although Lindsey was hired to assist us on the "day of" the event only, that was a major understatement...
From the start Lindsey has contacts for all necessary options. She allows the bride and her family to design their own atmosphere, yet often makes excellent recommendations for consideration. So many aspects of a large event such as we had, would be difficult to comprehend. Suggesting sound set ups and video taping, tent heaters and generators, bathrooms, transportation, etc. are the beauty of her experience and business relationships. She generously took the time to help coordinate colors, designs, layouts of tables and chairs, and more.
Lindsey is a great listener, creative flower designer, and most of all when that day actually arrived, we could all celebrate as guests at our own celebration. Lindsey puts her incredible energy into running the event like her life depends on it! I cannot imagine having been able to entertain more than 230 people in our yard with a huge, heated tent on a rainy night without this amazing woman!

I had an 18 month engagement and the first thing I did was hire a day of wedding planner. When I started talking to other vendors in Steamboat and told them I was working with Lindsey, all of them told me how amazing she was, and they were right! Lindsey is professional and so easy to work with. I planned my wedding from NYC and she made it so easy. We met in person when I was in town over the holidays, and everything else was done over email. I was a slightly stressed out bride, so the fact that Lindsey always responded to my emails right away was a huge plus for me. In terms of flowers and decor, I felt like she really got what I envisioned and she executed it perfectly. The other great thing about One Fine Day is that its a one stop shop: planning, flowers, and cake all in one place. Lindsey also knows all the vendors and her vendor recommendations were spot on. If you are planning a wedding in Steamboat, Lindsey and One Fine Day are a must. She will make the planning process so much easier. She is also amazing on the day of and was onsite for the ceremony and reception in case anything came up. The smartest thing I did when planning m wedding was to hire Lindsey and I highly recommend her services.

Words cannot express how great of a job Lindsey and her team did at my March 10th Mountain top wedding. Every detail was perfect. I was planning my wedding from Texas, so needed someone locally to help me. Having a Type A personality, I was a little worried to not physically be in Steamboat for the planning, flower/decor decisions, additional vendors, hair/make-up etc. All of those worries went away after talking to Lindsey. She was on it! Throughout my entire wedding planning, she made me feel like I was the only bride; however, I know she was planning numerous other weddings and events. Talk about an amazing multitasker! She never missed a beat. She has great relationships with numerous vendors in Steamboat so was able to give me recommendations for anything and everything. Lindsey at One Fine Day was the absolute best choice I could have made for my wedding. There is NO way I would have been able to pull off the most flawless, beautiful wedding ever without her. She was extremely helpful because she knows all of the vendors in Steamboat and was able to tell me the one person to contact for each area of a wedding. Since I live in Denver and my parents live in Chicago, it was so nice to not spend hours upon hours researching those contacts. I was extremely pleased with everyone she recommended. Also, Lindsey is really upbeat. I have no idea how she juggles all the brides that come to her. I would not be able to do all she does with a smile on my face. Also, on my wedding day, I didn't have a single worry about how the day would go because I had Lindsey and her team on my side. What a blessing for a bride! All I had to do was show up and celebrate my day. I had an insane amount of compliments about the wedding. People were in awe of how beautiful and seamless the entire day was. Lindsey was wonderful to work with. In terms of flowers, she completely understood what theme I wanted and was able to introduce me to flowers that were new to me in order to create a unique look for our wedding. The variety of flowers available also impressed me, since Steamboat is a fairly small town. On the day of the wedding the flowers looked perfect, just like we had planned.

In terms of the wedding planning, I think Lindsey is worth her weight in gold! She is invaluable in terms of being able to bounce ideas off her and on the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. I think she is truely a professional and her experience and expertise were very helpful. She was very easy to contact and answered emails very quickly.

I felt that my family got a chance to know Lindsey through the wedding planning process, and I think she is a wonderful person. She cares about the brides, grooms, and families very much. We felt that Lindsey was very professional about her job, but seemed to love what she does also. Really can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with!

Lindsey at One Fine Day was incredible! She and her staff were organized, helpful, and wonderful to work with. I had a short engagement (4 months) so I had a lot to do in a small amount of time. Lindsey took all the stress and guess work out of my planning. On the day of the wedding, I did nothing but enjoy myself! Lindsey also did all of our flower arraignments and they were amazing. Hiring Lindsey as our day of wedding coordinator was the best money we spent on our wedding. Though it seems like a large investment, she actually helps you save money in other areas along the way. She is so well connected and respected by other vendors in Steamboat and her connections are invaluable. She is a wonderfully organized and detailed oriented person, and was a true joy to work with. Lindsey exceeded all expectations! She somehow managed to make the wedding planning process that could have very stressful incredily stress-free for us.

Lindsey at One Fine Day is fabulous! She was so on top of everything and helped our vision come to fruition! She suggested amazing vendors (the Band was out of this world) and was in constant contact with them to ensure that everything would be seamless during the wedding. There must have been more than 24 hours in a day because Lindsey at One Fine Day Productions dedicated more than that amount of time each day to me and my wedding! She was thorough, extremely responsive and easy to work. All the planning and detail work she did ahead of time really showed on my wedding day because everything came off without a hitch (and that includes a hail storm that created a bit of havoc.) She dealt with it all and everything was seemless.

Besides going above and beyond the call of duty for which we hired her, she offered great advice, helped us choose other vendors and assisted with projects outide her expertise that also worked out wonderfully. We didn't know it when we hired her but she turned out to be a one stop shop for all our questions and to meet all of our needs! We had so many friends and relatives tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and this is coming from East Coast city types!

Lindsey was a great help to me as I was planning the wedding, and Mara was a fantastic on-site coordinator! I would highly recommend One Fine Day, particularly if you're planning your wedding in Steamboat from afar, as we were. Lindsey knew the dish on all the vendors, and definitely helped us save money.

Lindsay is amazing...Our wedding felt like a movie star wedding without being pretentious. I have never seen so many smiles and so much group dynamic at a wedding, and it was all thanks to Lindsay. She is an amazing planner that, since our wedding, has planned a friends wedding and is doing my Sister-in-Law's wedding in August. Lindsay is a full service florist and did all the decorations and flowers. And she organized absolutely everything from recommending a photographer, caterer and band to putting the whole production together. Her taste is impeccable and she can be trusted with any and every detail. No matter what sort of wedding you are thinking of having, Lindsay should be the first person you book so you don't run yourself ragged and turn into bridezilla. All I can say is that we had the time of our life at our wedding, memories that we will have forever. Thanks Lindsay - you are awesome!

Lindsey Grannis knows Steamboat. Her wedding planning services are a necessary asset for any bride looking to enjoy her special day and save money while avoiding all the headaches and stresses of planning a wedding. I couldn't have done it without her. Her flowers are an added bonus!

I was unsure of the need for real flowers for the wedding, but they ended up being my favorite part of the whole experience. Lindsay was awesome to work with and she made the perfect arrangements for us. To save on cost, she even stayed through the ceremony and moved the flowers from the arch inside for a centerpiece on the head table. The flowers were definitely the highlight of the event!

I used Lindsey mainly for the day of my event. I had nothing to worry about for my daughters wedding because I had done my work thoroughly and then handed it all over to Lindsey to take care of the day of the wedding so I could enjoy the day without a care in the world ! I trusted her completely to make this day run flawlessly!

Lindsey did a great job as my wedding planner. We do not live in steamboat and she suggested vendors in the area, all which were excellent. I had many complements on my flowers too that I got from her shop.

Many of my guests commented on how relaxed I looked on the day of the wedding. I felt I didn't need to worry about anything, Lindsey took care of everything.

One Fine Day Productions was a necessary and wonderful addition to our wedding planning. The big day was a huge success thanks to Lindsey's recommendations and week + day of proactive thinking. I would highly recommend her services to those interested, but would caution that peak wedding seasons do make one on one time less available.

Flowers & Decor by One Fine Day Productions were done with utmost elegance and taste - I wish my budget had been higher.
