I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with OLAS!!! From the very first phone call with Darcy, I was so thankful for all their help and advice. We were able to book a package with them that included photo, video, and DJ all included for the entire night, and it cost us significantly less than if we were to JUST hire one photographer. Hannah and Baylee were able to put together a timeline for me that included EVERYTHING from the arrival times of photographers to minute-by-minute details for the entire night. They made this process so much easier than I ever anticipated, and I cannot say enough good things about them!! Erin and the entire OLAS team were an absolute dream from start to finish. From our very first phone call to receiving the final gallery, everyone was kind, professional, and so helpful. Erin was a calming, joyful presence all day long – giving gentle direction exactly when we needed it and somehow making us feel like total naturals in front of the camera.
Every single photo is breathtaking. She captured the giggles, the happy tears, the little glances – every moment that made the day feel like pure magic. Steve and I keep saying we’ve never smiled so much in our lives, and now we get to relive it forever because Erin caught our love so perfectly.

We had Erin and Rudy as our photographers and Joe as our videographer. I couldn't have been more happy with these people, their personalities were amazing and we just all clicked and had the best time. Between the three of them, they had the best ideas and just bounced different ideas off each other. Being able to work with the three of them was such a great experience! I'd hire any of them again without doubt! Our wedding was on a Friday, and we had sneak peak photos by Tuesday! Once Like a Spark was a great choice for our wedding photography and DJ. I had first reached out to Darcy before I had even booked a venue - I just loved the editing style of the photos. She was super responsive and helped answer my many questions. Our lead Denida and and second shooter Will were friendly, communicative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding day. They kept us on schedule, if not ahead of it, and Denida even showed us some incredible photos as she was taking them. Will captured great shots of the groom and groomsmen, and also provided excellent second angles. I am so thankful we got to work with them. We also bundled our photography with the DJ, who was also wonderful - DJ Floyd kept the energy up all night, mixed the music perfectly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. With OLAS, we were able to capture so many great memories and beautiful photos that we'll cherish forever. Our photography and videography team did an outstanding job capturing our wedding day. From the planning stage to the final product, they were professional, organized, and incredibly talented.
Before the big day, they took the time to walk us through every detail, from must-have photos to special video moments, and even thought of shots we wouldn’t have considered. That upfront planning made everything so smooth.
On the day itself, our photographer arrived just a little late, so we missed a few “getting ready” photos, but honestly, that didn’t matter one bit. Once she arrived, she was bossy in the best way, taking charge, corralling everyone with confidence and kindness, and capturing the most stunning moments. She truly brought out the best in us and our wedding party.
The videographer was quiet and stayed out of the way, but when we saw the final footage, wow. Every frame was cinematic, emotional, and beautifully composed.
Together, they managed to tell our story perfectly, the joy, the laughter, the little in-between moments we’ll cherish forever. We are so grateful for their talent and professionalism. They didn’t just document our day; they brought it to life!

OLAS made planning a wedding so much easier and stress-free. As someone who thrives off of organization, the quality of planning/coordination that OLAS has is top-tier. From the initial consult for contracts with Darcy to planning/details with Hannah, all the details were handled perfectly and communication was always clear. I will admit that as first, I was a little skeptical because I never had to work with photography companies without talking to the actual photographer. However, I felt comfortable immediately during the planning process and once I got to meet my photographer, Desi, my husband and I were thrilled to work with him. Desi was so sweet and amazing to work with, the pictures came out beautifully for both our tea ceremony and American wedding. He captured all of the loving and heartfelt moments that I really wanted. Aside from the gorgeous pictures, our videographer Jesse, did a phenomenal job as well! Like Desi, the moments Jesse captured were pure and made me cry. I can't stop watching the video because the whole day was captured so well in such a short highlight. Both of them did a wonderful job as a team and made the day go by without any worries. We hired OLAS for photography and videography. Both did an amazing job and we were so happy with the results. I cannot recommend OLAS more - we had such an incredible experience with them. The communication from the planning stage to the day of (and even after with some video edits we requested) was so organized and timely. They worked with us to craft a custom schedule of our day. We loved our photographer so much that my sister requested him to photograph her wedding this year, and it was so nice to see him again! The photos came out perfectly - from the engagement session, our welcome event (Sangeet) and wedding and reception. Captured perfect candid moments and the editing was perfect - not overdone. Everything we could have asked for and more!
Our photographer and videographer were all so nice and easy to spend the day with! They had great direction and were able to take the most beautiful pictures and videos for us! I loved all the pictures we got back- they worked with lighting and angles and were able to really make the most of the venue and the pre-ceremony pictures! During the planning process, the communication was great, great, great! If I had any questions, they were answered right away. I thoroughly enjoyed working with OLAS for our wedding. I have a background in photography, and had a very specific vision in mind for the look of our photos, and OLAS was exactly what I was looking for: phenomenal value for even better photos. Our photographer was a total sweetheart who listened to my neuroses on the day of (and even helped capture a few frames on my film camera at my request). Alex & Jeremy were the BEST. I cannot believe the number of compliments I received from friends and family who were at the wedding. They were the most professional and interacted with our guests all night long. During the day, we moved through our timeline so smoothly but never felt rushed in my special moments with my husband. We laughed, we cried, we danced- every moment was captured by them and we are so thankful! I was hoping that the weather would cooperate for some golden hour portraits- not only did Jeremy get the most BEAUTIFUL golden hour photos but he grabbed us just as the sun came peaking out of the clouds and got a few photos of us with my veil in the wind. The photography on our wedding day was very easy and didn’t feel awkward. Fast, too, with the family photos. There was one photo in my gallery of my moms iPhone when we were FaceTiming my grandma that was so sweet. A lot of people got the shot of me holding up the phone but that’s the only photo where you can see my grandma. I’ll treasure it forever. During the planning process communication was very good, fast, and clear. So many wedding vendors are so slow at responding, so it was refreshing to have one that responded quickly. The price point is unbeatable. Before we landed on OLAS we really wanted to hire an independent photographer. It was so difficult though because our initial photographer ghosted us after we paid the deposit and then it was too late to find anyone reputable. A couple of available photographers were very slow in communication. We wanted to avoid a company because we had heard bad things about going that route but OLAS seems to strike the perfect balance of the benefit of an organized company that knows how to run a business but with a personal touch, quality, and good price. We had a fantastic time with Once Like a Spark - glad we chose this company. OLAS has the best onboarding process we've experienced (and we've dealt with quite a few photographers/videographers between our engagement, destination wedding, and separate reception ceremony). I loved the reminder emails and the wonderful questionnaire. Hannah was great to work with prior to us meeting our photographer; she was always responsive, kept us on top of our deadlines, and quick to troubleshoot. Monica, our photographer, was so lovely! She brought calm, professionalism, and creativity to the event, particularly at a moment when things could've become quite stressful. The second photographer, Katie, was also great. And the photos are absolutely lovely. I've written OLAS about their turn-around time to receive photos back, particularly for priority editing, and they immediately let us know that they will be making an effort to shorten this in the future. The day of the wedding, the team was very friendly, helpful and their professionalism was amazing. They made everyone feel comfortable and made sure we got all of the photos and videos that we were hoping for! Victoria was our photographer and she was PHENOMENAL. She was super accommodating and checked in on me (the bride) throughout pictures to make I was as comfortable as possible. Even during the reception, she whipped out her sewing kit and sewed my dress back together. OLAS made the wedding process easy from the beginning! They are very organized, fast responders, and experienced, so they can handle anything you request. We did not have a traditional wedding or ceremony, and they worked with that, adjusting to our needs. Our photographer was great!!!! She brought great energy, was punctual and professional, and snapped great candid shots all night, so I felt peace knowing I did not have to. Whenever I wanted a family shot or something specific, she came right to us immediately and ensured everyone looked great in each photo. Hannah was accommodating throughout the planning process. I was so pleased to work with OLAS. When I got engaged I had several photographers in mind and felt very discouraged when I found out they were all booked for my wedding day. I came across OLAS online and was hesitant to use a "photography company" but they blew my expectations out of the water. They were so responsive, so communicative. I felt like it was just me they were working with. The best part was picking out the photographer I wanted and she was a dream fit. Where do I even start?! OLAS was such a wonderful choice for our wedding photography. The whole company is incredibly organized and helps you along the process of wedding planning. They have different people that assist in different ways, and it felt so smooth! I was at complete ease with them. We had the pleasure of having Rebekah do an engagement shoot and our wedding! Rebekah is a ROCKSTAR! She was so calm, cool, and collected while making sure to get all the most amazing shots and being so incredibly patient. She took her time with us and truly showed how much she cared about having our wedding photographed beautifully. We are so thankful for her! By the end of all the festivities, we felt like we were truly good friends with Rebekah. We laughed and genuinely had a great time with all of the photos! And we got ours back SO SOON. Getting a videographer and photographer through an online company and never meeting them before the wedding was a bit nerve wracking. Yet, the ease of scheduling, communication, and clarity of plans helped ease some anxiety. And then I met Daniel (photographer) and Jeremy (videographer) on the day of the wedding and was instantly put at ease. They were relaxed, funny, and extremely professional. I felt safe and everything felt natural with them. They listened to our needs and it was so easy to work with them. And then we got our photos and videos, and OMG, they are gorgeous!! Darcy and team are so responsive, professional and reasonable in pricing. Honest, quick to answer and you do not even realize they are at the venue. Links are easy to share, beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. You can pick your music or packages or choose not to. Def recommend and would use again. Way less expensive than so many other companies we looked at also.
