Very helpful with deciding number and type of vehicles needed. Staff went beyond helping the bride with her bustle and veil, and limo driver helped a lot when our reception departure went a little late.

An Excellent Company
I ordered a stretch limo, 25 & 35 passenger buses for a December wedding from On The Town Limousines. Started the process about 4 months prior, dealing mainly with Becky and also with Sunshine. Both were fantastic and allayed any concerns I had. We conversed via email and phone several times leading up to the event. Every issue was addressed to my satisfaction. The limo driver, Lindsay, was great, as were the bus drivers (sorry, forgot their names). There was an incident involving the limo, requiring a police presence and a potential delay (not OTTL’s fault). The OTTL owner responded immediately with another limo to transport the bridal party to the event and in plenty of time for the ceremony. At the end of the wedding reception, Lindsay and the bus drivers transported the bride & groom and attendees back to their destinations without incident (a couple of the passengers let me know the drivers were great and the rides went well). For what it’s worth, I spent almost 30 years in law enforcement (first as a State Trooper and then a Federal Agent), and had to deal with many, many limo and bus drivers. Without reservation, I recommend On The Town Limousines.

The team at On the Town Limousine was wonderful to work with. Our situation was a bit unique from a transportation perspective since the ceremony was in our back yard. So, we used a shuttle and a limo for the bride and groom. Every aspect was exactly as reviewed, discussed and planned! Perfect execution. Becky made excellent recommendations on the sizes and types of vehicles. Couldn't have asked for a better transportation team!

Professional and reliable
We were not sure if we wanted to spend money on a limousine service, but after having so much fun on the party bus taking us from our venue to the church and back to the venue again, it was worth every dollar. We were able to transport the whole wedding party and both sets of parents plus some of our wedding party's significant others. It was so much fun dancing and sipping on champagne, and we highly recommend it !

Amazing vendor!

The best experience ever - INCREDIBLE!
I want to thank Becky and her INCREDIBLE drivers for such an amazing experience! We had the best time, the guests raved about how amazing the drivers were, how friendly they were and how communicative they were with what shuttle they were on and where they were going. On The Town made our wedding transportation the easiest and most fun it could have been and I truly can't thank you all enough!
Special shout out to the shuttle driver who noticed that my groomsmen put boxes on the bus at the venue and forgot to unload them at the hotel! The driver went out of their way to drive them BACK to our hotel to drop them off! I am so beyond grateful for all of you who played such a special part in our big day.
We had a party limo bus for our bridal party for the beginning part of our day and it was absolutely incredible - so much fun, so communicative and early for everything! The bridal party rode the shuttles back with the guests after the reception which made it THAT MUCH MORE FUN!
On the town was the most cost effective, genuinely fun and most organized vendor we had for our day!
