Great company to work with!

This company really had its act together. We ordered farm tables and farm chairs, and draped the entire venue. Their team was well organized, and came in and set it all up perfectly.

Beautiful pergola and florals

We were thrilled with the pergola and floral display from Omnivent for our wedding at the Phoenixville Foundry. They got stuck in some traffic due to a parade on the way to the venue, but worked so efficiently once they arrived that we would not have noticed. They moved the gorgeous structure inside to serve as the backdrop for our sweetheart table, and even downsized the dimensions to better frame the table space without our request. It was perfect.

Memorial weekend wedding

The wedding reception was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Hotel B is a very elegant hotel but to match the decor of the evening we wanted to upgrade the chairs to Chiavari chairs, provided by Omnivent. They delivered the chairs in a timely fashion and coordinated everything with the hotel staff. It was very easy to work with Omnivent and I would recommend them for any wedding / event. - Father of the Bride

Transformed the room with string lights!

We contacted Omnivent late in the planning process to add string lights over our dance floor, and we're so happy that we did! There was a little concern that the structure wouldn't allow the lights, but Omnivent made it happen. We never even saw them come in, and when we showed up to the reception, the lights were in place and so beautiful. They made an already beautiful room more beautiful! It was also reasonably priced. We highly recommend Omnivent!

Must-have addition to any wedding or event!

We worked with Doug at Omnivent for our wedding in June at Hotel Bethlehem. Doug began working with us nearly a year in advance of our wedding, made the time to meet with us in person, sketch ideas out and answer all of our questions. He and his team were able to build the foundation and rigging for an amazing floral installation on the ceiling of our venue, as well as hang our cake from the ceiling!! Omnivent also provided great lighting, chair rentals, and a variety of other items. If you need a production company, don't hesitate to hire Omnivent! Safety is their number one priority and you can rest assured that your event will be run with professionalism, expertise and of course, style.

I was so happy with the rentals I got from Omnivent. We had gold chairs, white cushions, 3 wine barrels and they did the pergola draping for our wedding.

We came to Doug and Omnivent at the recommendation of our wedding coordinator, Carrie at CarrieOnEvents, and we had a pretty tall order to fill. My partner and I booked our date at a beautiful, but extremely raw, warehouse space in Bethlehem, and although we knew it would look amazing with the right lighting touches, we had no idea just how stunning Omnivent could make it look!

Omnivent provided what was probably the most important element of our whole wedding: a “wall of lights” cascading down an exposed brick warehouse wall, which served as the backdrop for our ceremony as well as the key focal point of the reception space. While we were nervous that such an effect would be a challenge to accomplish, Doug and the whole team at Omnivent made it happen seamlessly and on budget! Additionally, they provided us (much needed) guidance about how to make the most of our space, which could have easily been dark, cavernous, and alienating – instead, with their help, it felt intimate, warm, and the perfect atmosphere for the unique and raucous party we dreamed about!

Omnivent also sourced the incredible cross-back wood chairs that we used for the ceremony and reception at a fantastic price, and took care of delivery, set-up, and tear-down quickly and seamlessly.

The whole team was friendly, efficient, and most importantly, equipped with the means to transform our raw space into a stunning, fun, and unique wedding experience. The pictures, of course, speak for themselves – we would recommend Omnivent to anyone looking to transform a run-of-the-mill wedding into a unique and beautiful experience for all!

We recently got married on September 9 at Memorytown and I can't say enough about how Omni made our day! I felt like the barn we were getting married in needed some extra umph besides my own decorations and they truly did an amazing job. They hung Edison bulbs and surprised me with a Edison bulb chandelier over our sweet heart table! Their uplighting was without a doubt leaps and bounds over what the DJ would be able to do, and their drapery hid some things I didn't want in my pictures. Everything was perfect and Doug and his team do great work!

We loved Omni! They are experienced with string lighting and know how to make a space look gorgeous. They went above and beyond to help hang special flags we had for the event. They were responsive and did an aweomse job!

Fantastic hands down! I had a Star Wars renewal and wanted everything at one place. Doug was very wonderful in coming with me to check out the venue and get a game plan together on how to set everything up months prior. The end result was even BETTER than what we discussed! I was blown away by how everything looked. He was fast and efficient that day, and he had guys on top of everything when the event was over. I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend him and his team to EVERYONE! You will not be disappointed!

Doug turned an old barn into a rock concert, dealing with all manner of insanity along the way. The guys and service are incredible, and you will get the look you pay for.

We used Omnivents for our July 11 wedding at this Glasbern Inn . Doug and his team were absolutely amazing ! They did a beautiful job with our decor and lighting . They went above and beyond with every detail ! Omnivents truly made our wedding day beatiful .

We used Omnivent for lighting and drapery for our barn wedding at Perona farms New Jersey on 8/15/15. It was magical and the lighting and drapes added the perfect look I was so impressed and our guests can't stop talking about it! Doug was great, right on the ball. Highly reccomend!!

Omnivent was amazing to work with! Doug was completely professional and took care of everything. We had a slight idea of what we were looking for and he just brought it to life and it fit our style perfectly! Even when we added last minute items, like a photobooth, he got me information and pricing quickly. There's not enough positive things I can say. They made the life of our DJ so much easier because they set up DJ equipment for him to just plug in for the outside wedding ceremony that way he didn't have to set-up for the wedding, tear down and set-up again for the reception. We would recommend Omnivent to anyone. They provide quality service, experience and their prices are very reasonable. Definitely call them for any special event you have. Thanks, Doug, and the team at Omnivent, for helping to make our wedding that much more special. It was all absolutely perfect!

I highly recommend Omnievent. I used them for the lighting and draping of The Barn at Perona Farms for my daughter's engagement party on 4/4/15. They were very professional, easy to work with and had a great knowledge of what needed to be done to achieve the look I wanted. They were quick on the call back as well. The draping was neat, crisp (steamed - no wrinkles) and clean. The lighting was bright, no dead bulbs. They were in and out. They came in went about their work, cleaned up and left. Like clockwork. I think they were an excellent value as well. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Doug was truly a creative genius! He took my wedding atmosphere vision and ran with it, even coming up with suggestions when we weren't aloud to hang any decorations at our gallery venue. He projected stars all over the dance floor ceiling and it looked magical! Lanterns graced the outdoor walkway. In our initial meeting he was outgoing and friendly and full of ideas to fit my theme. He even had a rain plan in place, (something I didn't even think to ask about.) The result was stunning on my wedding day with soft amber uplighting and romantic draping at my venue. He was organized, professional and punctual. I highly recommend Omnivent for quality lighting services.

Doug does a great job at my facility. He brings in rental equipment when needed and always gives me excellent price and service. I've used his company for furniture rental as well as lighting. They are my go to vendor for uplighting and furniture at the Mauch Chunk Ballroom.

I met with Doug the first time to discuss lighting and decor at my wedding and right away I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and experience. He was very outgoing and easy to talk to. He showed me pictures and made suggestions to inspire a theme. I then met with him a second time with my fiancee and this time, we were BOTH impressed with his skills. We discussed at length what our expectations are and he gave us ideas to help us figure out how to decorate the room all without ever pushing us to make any decisions and without taking a dime from us. He was very genuine and honest so we decided to stick with him. We met one last time before the wedding where I informed him that we had to slash our budget and he didnt waiver. He continued to to be appreciative of our business. He told me how he was going to decorate and promised me that we wont be disappointed. AND HE DEFINITELY DELIVERED!! The room looked beautiful and elegant without being overdone. I definitely recommend Omnivent to anyone who is looking for an honest, professional, and skilled vendor. I'm definitely a fan. Thanks to Doug and crew for providing our outdoor reception area with some super awesome whimsical lighting. It was exactly what I have always envisioned!!

For those of you who are wondering, Doug and I sat together and went over what kind of feel we wanted at our party. I told him outdoorsy with lots of sparkle and glistening lights. He and I went to our party location, checked the area out, and he described to me what he envisioned. Then he drew up the idea, priced it out, and voila! Instant party lighting. The day of, Doug and Dan were awesome. Very professional and timely. Dan even helped us move some tables and get some other things in order. Everything was ready to go by the time the party people arrived, and we received so many compliments! We didn't have to worry about a thing, and it all looked great.

I will definitely hire Omnivent Inc. for my next wedding! (That was a joke. Hopefully this will be my first and last wedding.)

Hire these guys. They are GREAT!

Omnivent Inc provided draping and lighting for our reception and it made all the difference. Initially, I was a little unsure about spending money on draping, but I can honestly say Omnivent was worth every single penny. They completely transformed our venue. We received so many compliments from our guests. Doug was able to work within our budget and was very flexible. He was even able to accommodate me when I wanted to add lighting three weeks before the wedding. Doug and his team were extremely professional. I saw firsthand exactly how much time and effort they put into making our space look magical. Worth every penny.

I highly recommend Omnivent for any type of lighting for your special day. We received so many compliments on the way our room came alive with the uplighting and table lighting through our tall vase centerpieces. They also provided us with a beautiful draping that was used to separate cocktail hour from the dinner reception area along with draping behind the "sweetheart table". They provided us with special effect lighting on our dance floor and set the tone for our first dance. It really made the place come together and the staff couldn't have been more professional. We enjoyed working with them to narrow down the effect we were looking for. They incorporated my colors of a lime green and coral through the lighting that really set the tone . Again, five stars for this company and best of luck to you with your planning process.

Drapery Masters

For our wedding, we only needed a bit of classy drapery for the dance floor in the reception area, light drapery for pergola at the ceremony site and drapery/decor for the sweetheart table. Jeff spent two days to ensure the site was properly setup. He first showed the day before the event to drop off additional pipe and drape just in case we had rain on our big day and setup the dance floor drapery. Luckily we did not need the additional pipe and drape as we had a gorgeous sunny day. The day of the event he showed up timely to setup ceremony pergola and sweetheart table. All looked amazing! The only drawback to Jeff and his team was price. We felt the cost was a bit high but it was worth it. We found there are not a bunch of quality providers like Jeff to handle drapery that didn't come with disappointment and/or attitude. If you hire Jeff's team for your big day, I don't think you'll be disappointed in anyway.

Doug from Omnivent transformed the room and created a magical environment. After several phone calls, he really understood that I was looking for a very romantic space to complement the wooden beams and high ceilings at Glasbern. He patiently walked us through various options of what could be done to transform the space and once we decided on the look, his team strung the lights quickly and professionally.

Omnivent did an excellent job with our drapes in the barn at Perona Farms. We changed our contract details a few times and the process went smooth each time. We could not be happier with how everything looked at the barn on our wedding day.

Doug and his team at Omnivent Inc. did an INCREDIBLE job at our wedding on December 2nd at The Barn @ Perona Farms. They draped and lit the reception space as well as hung string lights in the cocktail hour space. They did EXACTLY what we discussed with them when first booking. We hired Omnivents to add string lighting and draping to the inside of our wedding reception barn and also provide a few strands of cafe string lighting outside the venue for some added atmosphere. While our budget was small, the owner made us confident that we could get the look we were going for. Unfortunately he wasn't on site the day of the load-in, and the workers - though friendly, fast and professional - didn't really get the vision that we had agreed upon (despite me sharing inspiration photos throughout the process). The cafe lighting outside was straight-forward, but the draping and string lighting inside the barn left more to be desired. Ultimately, it was a minor detail for the look of the space and luckily we had worked with an outstanding floral vendor that really filled the venue and made it beautiful. If you use Omnivent, be sure to communicate the exact look you are going for and ask them to provide a rendering so that you understand what you're paying for before the big day arrives.

We had our wedding this past Friday. Our venue gave us omnivents’s information as they use them regularly for string lights. We were married in a barn and felt this would give the perfect atmosphere. It was easy to contact this company and send initial deposit. We sent the remaining balance 2 weeks before and then got an email saying it was still due. When I reached out to the company they were able to confirm that they had in fact received it and it was an error on their part, no big deal. The day of the wedding when the groomsmen entered the upstairs area of the barn there were multiple lights on multiple strands out. Everyone from the company had already left. This resulted in the barns staff standing on chairs and trying to “spread out” the dead light bulbs as much as possible so that it would be less noticeable. It was not just one or two lights. While no one is perfect it is disappointing that whoever set up the lights did not feel the need to fix this. We paid ( a decent amount) to obtain a look and I do not feel that they held up their end of the bargain. I would not recommend this company.

Our wedding was in October of this year and we did not have a great outcome with this vendor.

To start off we reached out to Doug and in all fairness he is a nice guy, well informed about his product and about our venue which was great. The problems came into play with regards to office portion, we emailed several times and didn't hear back and Doug said there was some recent turn over in his office. Fine, things happen we get it. But we called another time and spoke to Doug and he was going to do some research about our venue to see if what was wanted was feasible. We didn't hear back from him (didn't instill the most confidence in our most important day of our lives). So we reached out AGAIN and got a hold of him and decided to go with him based on his knowledge and pricing and reassurance everything will be great. We got a contract, sent payment, got a receipt that payment was cashed, all set.

The day of the wedding comes and Omnivent is a NO SHOW. Literally no one showed up . Thankfully our venue had some up lighting already but this kind of mistake is inexcusable. I called Doug the next day and he admitted to just dropping the ball and apologized but this hardly made me feel good about the situation.

In the end we got our money back as we should have (along with some carnation flowers as an apology to our door). Long story short, they do great work from what we've seen in pictures but for a vendor to take our money and NOT SHOW UP and not have a reasonable excuse other than messing up is not OK.

The venue where we got married has since stated they have started using another vendor as well based on our experience with Omnivent.

I'm sure he does good work, but stay on top of them and make sure you don't get burned by their poor office work habits.
