The ladies at Omni are absolutely wonderful. Fayanna and her daughter were both there on the day that I bought my dress. It was the first dress that I tried on and instantly fell in love. We left to go to another shop, but came back right at closing time to put the dress back on ultimately decide to purchase it! From that point on Fayanna was lovely in helping me to schedule appointments for fittings, making me feel even more beautiful every time I came back in to try the dress on. I also purchased my veil from there which was handmade and beautiful as well. I love my dress and experience at Omni and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dress! They're easy to miss on Harford road but make it a point to stop in!

Found this place on TheKnot and it was the 1st shop I visited. The very 1st dress i tried on was the dress i eventually decided to go with. Ms. Fayanna and her team were so sweet and warm. They worked with me thru a lot of uncertainty and a very pre-wedding busy schedule. My veil was beautiful and really made me feel like bride! I would absolutely shop here again for another event and highly recommend this shop to others. They were incredibly professional but also made me feel at ease and less stressed. They had a wide selection of options and the prices were very reasonable. When I renew my vows, i'll be back!

My future husband and I were driving down Harford Rd one Saturday morning and happened to drive by Omni. He asked if i wanted to go in, so we did. I was very impressed with how warm and inviting they were at this Bridal shop. The owner and her daughters were so nice and caring. I wasnt even therr to purchase a dress since we arent sure if we are going to the court house or having an actual wedding ceremony. I let them know this rigjt away but they still gavd me their undivided attention, even though i was a walk it. I went to a big chain bridal store a few months ago but did not get this feeling. If i will need a wedding gown i will be sure to give Omni my business. I def recommend Omni

I showed up on a Sunday not knowing it was by appointment only. The store was nice enough to open their doors and let me look for a bridesmaid dress. They were busy with their appointments, but yet gave me so much attention and help. I was able to find what I needed and the price was so reasonable. The ladies are so pleasant and helpful. So hard to find store like this anymore. Highly recommend this store.

I absolutely enjoyed the service provided. We were visiting from out of town and when we called the shop to look for a prom gown they were already closed. We received a call 2-minutes later advising that they would open just for us! Loved the owner & daughter team!!!

My sister and I stumbled upon this shop one evening after a horrible and unlucky day of wedding dress shopping. They had just opened and still unpacking boxes. That didn't stop them from letting us raid the store and made us feel so comfortable. I told them what I wanted and looked through the dresses. With a dressing room full of them, the mom brought me a dress out from the back because she thought it would be something I was interested in. She was right! As soon as I put the dress on I didn't want to take it off! Not only was it the perfect dress but the perfect price! It was an off the rack dress which made it perfect for my money conscious budget considering I would only be wearing it for a couple of hours. Not a single store I've been to can beat their prices. They also found a beautiful hand made vail (made by the mother of the shop) that went perfectly with my dress. Since then we have been back to look for a maid of honor dress and again it was a fantastic experience. The sisters and mom who own it couldn't be any more helpful and fun! I will tell everyone about this shop!

Excellent customer service, very attentive to the entire bridal party, very accommodating, clean and welcoming location, and very good prices. Honestly the best bridal shop I have been to since planning my wedding.

Fayanna and her daughters were wonderful to work with. They were very flexible in their scheduling and selected dresses that were within my budget. They offered a variety of styles in my price range and worked a package deal for my veil, headpiece and dress. The custom head piece that was designed by Fayanna is timeless and beautiful. I look forward to my dress coming in and finishing my alterations.

I had no intention on buying a dress when I went in, only 2 look. The ladies that own this quiet little shop were so attentive n willing 2 check 4 dresses that fit into my budget, I was more than willing 2 try some on. I said yes 2 Dress #4 ! Its beautiful n fits perfectly! No alteration s needed. I definitely recommend omni couture 2 ne1 looking 4 formal wear n that personal attention every girl wants! Thank u ladies!

Omni is a great bridal boutique and I would recommend them to any bride! I had the best experience and I enjoyed working with all three of the lovely ladies who run the store! This boutique beats any of the corporate bridal shops in the area!

This mother/daughter team are so fun to work with. They had me email my favorite dresses to them before coming so I had gowns to try on right when I arrived. They custom make their veils which is what I purchased from their and LOVE it! thank you ladies

Omni Couture is a classy shop and the ladies that own and run it are fantastic to work with! They provided amazing service and were genuinely interested in making sure I found the right dress. They even had dresses picked out for me when I arrived that they thought I might like based on the online questionnaire I filled out. They have a decent selection (many with color accents) and offer sample dresses at discounts. Also, if you are looking for a special veil, this is the place to go! They are gorgeous and they will customize a veil for you!

I visited with Omni Couture Veils and Bridal during their Grand Opening weekend and was very happy with the personalized attention I received. I didn't find the dress I was looking for at that time, but they offered to help me find other dresses I was interested in and later followed up with additional suggestions. They even offered to custom make a veil for the dress I choose. The experience with Omni Couture was like dressing up with family and the best I've had since entering the bridal market.

What a lovely shop. I called to make an appointment & they were very accommodating. When I walked in I was greeted by Keina & FayAnna. It is a mother & daughter shop. They already had my dresses picked out for me, because I told them the budget that I had, & my size. They are extremely friendly & helpful. They listen to your story & financial situation.

They help you in the dressing room putting on & off your gowns. I was in other shops where I couldn't even find the girl that was waiting on me. I was trying to put the gowns on & off by myself. This shop is there to help you put the gowns on & off & respecting your privacy.

The veils are out of this world. They are all one of a kind! No one else will have one like yours. They are beautiful. FayAnna makes the veils herself. She should show her veils up in New York. I know that she would make hundreds. Just tell FayAnna what your budget is & I know that she will work with you.

When I left the store I was given a gift bag. Which is the FIRST time I have gotten one of these. It was filled with all kinds of things that a bride would need. Just a little thankful gesture that this shop has. When was the last time you went to a bridal shop & got a gift bag??
These are just the little things that makes this bridal shop stand out above the others.

It is located in Parkville, so you don't have to travel all the way down in the city.
Even if you don't find something the first day, they will ask you to send in pictures of what you want & try there hardest to find it for you.

This bridal shop excels in customer satisfaction & service. They will not stop till you are completely happy. If they don't have the gown that you are looking for. They will go the extra mile in trying to find the gown in your budget & what you are looking for.
They are down to earth & only want to make the bride their # one priority.

More shops need to take pointers from this store.

When my fiancé and I discovered we were expecting we had to move our wedding date up and so we only had 8 weeks to plan our wedding.

I purchased my dress from another store in a rush and although I liked it, it was my veil that Fayanna designed that I really loved because it was a personal touch that really elevated my gown. The jewled comb and delicate beading on the veil made me feel pretty and pregnant on my wedding day.

The ladies at Omni Couture are wonderful! They are professional, friendly, and welcoming. We made several unique requests, and they graciously accommodated every one without batting an eye. They remembered me almost three months after my initial visit. I highly recommend this vendor!

My sister did the research and brought me here to look for a veil and jewelry for my wedding. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a delightful shop! We were greeted by the owner and made to feel welcome and at home. The looked at pictures of my dress and were able to help match a cathedral veil that I really loved. The warm environment made the experience so much more enjoyable! We have decided to get bridesmaids dresses there as well.

I am in the beginning stages of planning my wedding for September 2015. As every bride to be knows, planning a wedding although very exciting can also be very overwhelming. When I first walked through the doors of Omni Couture I wasn't quite sure of what to expect, but looks can be deceiving and boy oh boy was I surprised. This small, but quaint little shop had so much class, elegance and sophistication, that I decided right there at that moment, this is where I want to shop for my bridal attire.

The business is family owned and operated by a mother and her daughters. They greeted me with warm smiles and a very patient and helpful attitude. The day I walked through the front door, I didn't have an appointment, yet they serviced me and allowed me to share my wedding vision and they worked with me until I was satisfied. Other bridal boutiques I have been too, make you feel rushed and important only as long as you purchase from them. At Omni couture, they allowed me to take my time and they were helpful in my decisions on styles and colors for my wedding party. I was so impressed with the quality of the service, I made an appointment to come back with my DIVA matron of honor and sister. As difficult as my matron of honor attempted to be, it was the calm, patient, and professional manner these ladies provided that tamed and impressed her as well. Superior customer service is very important to me and especially for my wedding, I receive that and then some with the ladies of Omni Couture. I highly recommend this boutique to all of you brides that are looking for great service, elegance, class and sophistication.

Full disclosure: I was all set to have my wedding dress alterations done here, but ended up taking my dress elsewhere after the treatment I received.

I purchased my dress somewhere else, but my mother recommended Omni for alterations (and potentially my veil, other related accessories) because she had heard rave reviews of the seamstress, Karen. I live over an hour away, so had to make special plans to come to the shop to meet with her.

My mother and I originally met with Karen, Fayanna, and one of Fayanna's daughters on a weekend. Karen took my measurements, and we discussed what alterations were to be made. We also floated around the idea of Karen creating a fabric belt in order for me to attach a family brooch to my dress. At this point we heard Fayanna protest, I guess because she wanted us to purchase a belt from her shop. That was a little off-putting, but didn't deter us.

Karen told us that the dress would be ready in a couple of weeks and that she'd call about making an appointment to come back in and see it. Well, when Karen called I wasn't able to make an appointment immediately and unfortunately lost the number she had given me to contact her with - big mistake. I contacted Fayanna looking for the information and was told that all contact had to go through her - so we went back and forth on dates several times, with her vetoing every time I suggested.

When my mother called to try to work through scheduling on the phone, she found that nothing had even been done to the dress yet. Things went downhill from there and included Fayanna saying that she was doing us a favor by allowing us to use her seamstress because typically they don't allow her to alter dresses that aren't purchased there. She also told us that we had to work around their (very limited) availability and hours.

In the end, the owner's attitude just wasn't enough to make us interested in retaining her services - no matter how good Karen's alterations are supposed to be.
