Amazing food and staff!
Food was amazing! Exactly the same quality as the sample tasting and delicious! Please order the brie en croute appetizer and artichoke stuffed chicken entree so I can live vicariously lol! The staff was great too, all the servers and bartenders took such great care of us and our guests. My wine glass was never empty nor was my plate! -

Amazing Food & Service
Get the filet! The mushroom ravioli was amazing as well. All my guests raved about the food and the service was exceptional also. Cassie was so patient and helped so much throughout planning. -

Delicious and great for big weddings
The food was the highlight of our wedding and our guests are still talking about it! Omni Catering creates menu choices based on our vision and allows us to edit them however we want. The quality of the food was great. The staff was also great and prioritized the bride and groom to eat and drink. -

Nom, nom nom. That was all we could think of leading up to our wedding day. The food provided by Omni was the best food we’ve ever had a wedding or event! When we see our friends and family they still talk about how good the food was that day. Not only was the food excellent but the service was more than we could have asked for. They had a server who brought hor d'oeuvres and drinks while we took photos and had dinner plated for us when we made it the reception. Beyond that our event coordinator Cassie helped us design our menu from beginning to end and made sure we understood the various costs associated with our choices. There were no hidden fees and all details were accounted for leading up to the big day. The tasting session was an event all its own. Cassie and crew made us feel welcome at their test kitchen and included a variety of samples from which to make our final menu. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we can’t say enough about their professionalism and expertise.

When we started planning our wedding one of the most important things to us was that the food stand out. We'd been to plenty of weddings and had our fair share of not-so-stellar meals. We didn't want people to leave our wedding feeling that way. Our wedding planners recommended Omni and from first contact we were impressed. Cassie was so thorough in helping us choose possible menu options and then went above and beyond when we visited for our tasting. Food was 5-star quality and blew us away. When it came to our big day the Omni team made such an impression with their food, drinks and service that it's still one of the things people talk to us the most when reminiscing about the wedding. Everything truly was exceptional and we can't thank Cassie and the whole Omni Catering team enough! -

I hired Omni as my caterer early in the wedding planning process. They had such wonderful reviews and were recommended by my venue. I worked with Sara throughout my planning to come up with the best menu options and all of the reception details. She worked incredibly hard with all the little details, she responded quickly to emails, and she came full of recommendations and ideas for me to pour over. I worked with her until just days before the wedding and she was an absolute delight and so incredibly helpful.
When it came to the big day, Zoe was working the event. I was able to communicate any last minute details/changes to her, and she made sure the wedding was fabulous. The entire staff that worked our wedding was excellent. The bartenders were fun and creative, and our guests really enjoyed it! We also have guests still complimenting us on our food. It was delicious!
I have no bad things to say about Omni. They were more than amazing and I would hire them again. -

Omni and their staff (Sara) is the best ever made the entire planning process from picking a menu that fit our budget and style to email response time and flexible changes were flawless. All my guests enjoyed and shared how good the food was and the service. They moved chairs for us and poured wine and so many other extra special services. The presentation of the food was perfect and we couldn't of been happier! -

We chose Omni Catering for our wedding and we honestly cannot imagine how our wedding would have turned out without them.
Sara, our event producer, was incredible and such a joy to work with. She has so much positive energy and made the planning so much less stressful. She responded to each and every question we had in detail, always promptly. Sara is very organized, helpful, and very thorough. We really appreciated her attention to detail: all the details beyond the catering portion, all the details that we had no idea existed as first-time wedding planners. Sara's work was crucial especially because we decided to not hire day-of coordinator or planner. Working with her throughout the planning process made us confident that everything will be okay, and our wedding turned out amazing!
For those who have all the planning things figured out, food was so delicious! So many guests are still talking about how amazing the food was at our wedding, namely the mushroom risotto and the tri-tip. We signed the contract without having done the tasting due to the time constraints. If any of you cannot get the tasting in before booking, fear not, because we enjoyed everything we had at the tasting and you will definitely find menu items that you'll love! They were also flexible and allowed us to change items from the set-menu (Vintner's Dinner Buffet) at the same price point.
Service at the wedding was great, too. Even though we had a buffet, the servers were attentive to all the guests' needs, and added a nice touch to our special day.
All in all, if we had to re-plan our wedding, we would definitely go with Omni Catering again in a heartbeat! -

Omni Catering was the best! Since we first went for our tasting a year ago we have received amazing service. Cassie has always been available with any questions I have. She sent me rental quotes and worked with the rental company and coordinator to ensure we had everything we needed for the wedding day. She went above and beyond to help us and I cannot be more grateful. The day of Wedding staff was incredible and friendly. We had so many guests come up to us throughout the evening to tell us how delicious the food was. I cannot recommend Omni enough! -

Since the first time we met with Cassie, and the entire staff of Omni, they were so hands on, and ready to make our day perfect. The food tasting, blew us out of the water, and we knew from that point on this was a team we wanted to work with. Cassie, and her entire team were hands on to each and every call, and email up until just a couple of days before the wedding. They answered all questions that we had, and made us feel so comfortable in knowing they were there to assist us in every need we had. The wedding could have not been more perfect, and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We had comments from so many of the guests on how great the wait staff was, and how incredible the whole meal from start to finish was.
Omni was beyond incredible, and I would love to work with them again in the future.

Let me just say that our wedding was a little over a month ago and our guests are *still raving* about the food! I even had a few guests who asked for seconds! Cassie and her team were so professional and accommodating. Our menu was exactly what I had envisioned for our sunset vineyard wedding. Cassie was so quick to email us back when my husband and I had any questions or a special request for a couple of guests who requested vegetarian meals. Everything was way above and beyond my expectations! -

Omni made our wedding reception on 10/02/2016 a great hit! Sara was extremely responsive and helpful during the whole planning process. The food on the big day was beautifully presented and delicious. The service team was very professional and handled several small incidents quickly (it was quite windy and quite a few things were blown out of place). Smooth communication, delicious food, professional service, what else could one ask for? -

Cassie at Omni is an absolute dream to work with. She held my hand through the entire process and took so much of the stress off my back. Not to mention how accommodating (and creative!) Omni was with all of my requests and revisions to the menu. I asked if they could do a 'make your own avocado bar', and Cassie didn't even blink before saying 'not a problem'! The chef literally had a proposal written up for the off-the-menu request later that day. Up until the two weeks before, Cassie was helping us stay within our budget by double checking my rental quote and offering solutions to cut costs. Day of, Omni seamlessly executed welcome beverage service at the ceremony, cocktail hour and appetizers, followed by a family style dinner at reception. Her staff was professional and friendly and the bartenders were extremely efficient in keeping the drink lines to a minimum.
Cassie (and her team!) really went so far above and beyond. We are so deeply touched by her kindness and help and are sincerely grateful for the monumental role she played in making our big day so special.

Thank you Omni Catering for helping us pull off the best wedding ever!
My husband and I used Omni for our wedding based on a referral from a coworker who's sister used them for there wedding in Santa Barbara. They were very helpful from start to finish. We had a tasting with them 5 months before the wedding and everything we tried was amazing. We were provided packets on what foods we could choose from, pricing, and service. It was very helpful to get all this information since we were planning a wedding on a tight budget. Once we decided to proceed with Omni the communication with them was seamless. Sara, the coordinator, and I would email back and forth with questions and suggestions. I really liked how quickly she was able to respond.
2 days before our wedding mother nature decided to show up and rain. It changed our layout for the ceremony and reception we had been planning outdoors. With Omni's help and input we were able to come up with a more free flowing Plan B. inside It made the wedding less formal and more of a party. Every single guest raved about the food. It was exactly what we had tried months before. If I ever need catering again I would definitely use them. Thanks again Omni! -

Our experience with Omni Catering for our wedding on 10/23/15 was nothing short of excellent. From the initial tasting with Sara to the big day, we couldn't have been more pleased. Sara was extremely responsive to all requests and made the planning process easy.
There were a wide variety of options to choose from that worked with our budget, but we narrowed it down dinner to steak, salmon, and mushroom ravioli, along with salad/bread (buffet style). We also had a lovely cocktail hour with a variety of cheeses, cured meats, fruit, etc.
All of the set-up and preparation went off without a hitch. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests couldn't stop talking about the food. Oh, and we highly recommend the Lavender Lemonade as a welcome drink and having a s'more bar. -

From the very first step all the way until after the wedding, Omni was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful. They created a delicious menu for us for both a welcome dinner on Friday and the wedding reception on Saturday. Our guests really enjoyed the food, and Omni's ability to work within our budget was much appreciated. Cassie was absolutely wonderful to work with, and dealt gracefully with my endless questions and requests! Because we had gone with Omni, I had absolutely no concerns about the food or rental coordination on the day of the wedding. -

Wow, Omni did an incredible job with our wedding and we could not be happier. First of all, Cassie is amazing and is one of the reasons we chose Omni over other caterers. Omni (& Cassie) was really responsive, professional, and really helpful not just with catering but working with the other vendors in making sure we had everything we needed. The food was perfect & delicious - our guests commented many times that all of the food from the appetizers to entrees and even the bread were really good and high quality! The service was also incredible, everyone was so nice and helpful and Omni's team really did an amazing job making our wedding the best day! Highly recommend, you will NOT be disappointed, really professional and we would not change one thing about the catering experience! -

a. After using Omni for our wedding I can say that they delivered above and beyond what we expected. Probably the most important thing for a caterer is their food, closely followed by service. Our food was phenomenal. Omni tasted like a gourmet meal. Our chicken was moist, the steak was perfectly cooked, and the risotto was actually the consistency that risotto should be. This was a particular feat at our venue which was an outdoor park with no onsite kitchen. My favorite part of our meal though was the gorgonzola salad – two things I didn’t think I even liked prior to our wedding tasting (gorgonzola and salad). Our guests raved about the food and we will remember it for years to come. While the taste of the food was very important and is largely the reason we chose Omni, there service is something that cannot go unmentioned. Our coordinator Cassie and her team were unbelievable. We served a family style meal and their precision in serving food to each table was like watching a ballet, so perfect. The time between table 1 and table 11 getting their meals was maybe 15 minutes. The execution by the wait staff was the best I’ve seen at any large event. The bartenders were also phenomenal. They made sure no one went thirsty and they did it with a great efficiency that meant there was never a crazy line. Our signature drink was a mojito and I had at least five – all of which were awesome. Omni also handled our rentals, which I never once thought about and looked fabulous when I arrived. Overall we could not be more pleased with how Omni performed at our wedding and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality caterer. -

We are so thankful to have had Omni cater our wedding and to have Sara Hays help with our day of coordination! We had New Orleans Cajun style food which was all delicious! We also had a bananas foster station which was so much fun! Our guests commented on the quality of the food the whole evening! Sara was lead and coordinated all vendors, the food was absolutely wonderful, Omni's team had great communication skills through the whole planning process, and everyone at Omni made us feel confident that our event would go just as planned! Omni Catering is very professional and all were tentative to our needs and our guests needs. We really appreciate the attention to detail. We will definitely use Omni's services for future events (large or small)!!

Omni catered both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding and they could not have been more fabulous to work with. The staff was very professional and the food was beyond delicious. The quality of the food and the service are unmatched.
Cassie from Omni was also our day of coordinator and we cannot say enough good things about her. Over the past year of planning, Cassie has been extremely responsive and provided us with invaluable advice and countless good ideas. Our wedding decor was set up exactly like how we had discussed, down to every last detail, thanks to Cassie's hard work. She really went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure our day was absolutely perfect.

We found Omni by recommendation from our amazing coordinator Shauna Timmons (Alegria by Design). They did a fantastic job, quickly understanding our ideas of having a cocktail-type dinner service with several different small bites food stations. They were also flexible in incorporating our favorite taco truck, which drove up from LA. They handled our rentals, which was amazing and took a lot of stress away. Guests raved about the food, and they also did a super fantastic job at the bar (as evidenced by the very packed dance floor)! -

My wife and I chose Omni to cater our wedding in Los Olivos in May 2015 and couldn't have been happier:
1. Omni scheduled a personalized/individual tasting just for us! My wife and I live ~300 miles away, so the only time we could meet with them was during a Thanksgiving drive down to see family in LA. We had listed some menu preferences (and some custom recipes) and they made it all! And I'm not just talking about little bites... they let us eat the whole meal before we even put down a deposit. As a side note, the other caterers that we met with only did monthly tasting events, so when we met with them, it was only to talk about food, not taste it.
2. Cassie is amazing! So great to work with and incredibly responsive. She understood we'd never done this before, so she guided us through everything without stressing us with all the details (e.g. she put together the entire list of rentals). We even found out last minute that our rental company couldn't provide us high chairs for a few family members with infants, so Cassie called around to other companies the week of the wedding. I would give a 6th star if I could just for that.
3. The food was incredible and this was really important to us... we wanted our guests to remember the meal they had at our wedding.
4. The service was outstanding! This was the part that surprised me. I expected our guests to complement the food, but didn't think we'd be getting complements about the service. We had about 5 or 6 toddlers sometimes sitting right in the walkways, but the wait staff didn't get annoyed. The deftly maneuvered with a smile on their faces
5. They get things done. On the day of the wedding, Omni handled everything flawlessly. Our florist brought several items to decorate tables with but didn't know where to put them or arrange them. She told us that she just handed them over to Omni and without any questions Omni laid them out in a beautiful arrangement.
Long story short: very, very happy with Omni! -

SIMPLY THE BEST! Omni is amazing- from initial tastings to planning to coordinating rentals to serving AMAZING food to clean up and everything in between Omni is as good as it gets. Cassie is a superstar, her thoroughness and attention to detail was flawless and she is so fun and competent! Guests raved about the food from the citrus vinaigrette salad to the herb crusted beef tenderloin to the beautiful passed appetizers, the whole thing was perfect and flawless. I would highly recommend Omni and especially Cassie to anyone and everyone, they are the very best in Santa Barbara by far! -

I had such a great experience working with Cassie and Omni Catering. I had a really specific vision for the catering for my wedding and they pulled it off perfectly. Cassie listened to what I wanted and gave me tons of great ideas to choose from; plus she was a lot of fun to brainstorm with! We ended up with an awesome taco bar with the meat grilled on-site on a huge charcoal grill (it smelled amazing), tortillas were handmade and grilled at the buffet table, and spicy margaritas washed it all down. Omni was even willing to incorporate my dad’s recipe for charred corn with manchego and lime. We also did a s’mores bar that was a lot of fun. All of the food was beyond delicious and our guests are still raving about it. I can’t recommend Omni Catering highly enough. -

I got married in Santa Barbara on 3/7/15 and worked with Omni and their event coordinator, Cassie, for our catering needs. Omni was absolutely terrific to work with. Everyone was nice, professional and knowledgeable, and they did a wonderful job with our wedding.
We wanted to do a buffet style dinner, but wanted to incorporate the Spanish feel of Santa Barbara and our venue (the historical museum) in to the food, instead of the normal beef/chicken/salad and potatoes kind of buffet. Cassie worked with us to come up with a delicious Spanish themed dinner, and delicious appetizers for cocktail hour...including a quesadilla bar that everyone raved about! Our guests loved the food and the beautiful presentation by Omni.
We also did an ice cream sandwich bar for our dessert instead of cake, which was incredible.
Omni knew exactly what was expected of them at our venue, which was very helpful for a bride who doesn't want to be worrying about vendors all day! They also coordinated all of our rentals, which was a total lifesaver.
I would absolutely recommend Omni Catering for events in the greater Santa Barbara area. The food is wonderful and the staff are friendly and easy to work with. -

It was pleasure to work with Omni Catering and Cassie, who was our Event Coordinator. Omni delivered on everything you’d hope for on your wedding day. Most importantly, I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of our event! The staff arrived and set up on time, every member of the staff was very courteous and friendly, and the food was delicious. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the dinner. We had a healthy and elegant menu, and our guests just loved it! I should add that working with Cassie was great. She was very helpful, organized and detail-oriented. She gave advice and made recommendations that really ensured our event was a success. I would definitely recommend Omni to anyone who is looking for a great catering company! -

Cassie was very accommodating and helpful both prior to the wedding as well as during. I was especially impressed with the staff's professionalism during our event - and the food was amazing!!

Omni Catering is seriously the best caterer in Santa Barbara. I have used them several times in the past for work events and personal parties and it's because of those positive experiences that my fiance and I chose them to cater the most important day of our lives...our wedding! I worked with Cassie Gray to create the menu for our wedding in Santa Barbara. She was extreamily professional and responded promptly to all my inquiries. She catered the menu to my specifications and the food was fantastic. My guests raved about the amazing appetizers, specially the crab cakes and coconut crusted shrimp. The staff was very professional and the food presentation beautiful. I don't think anybody could have done a better job. Outstanding!!! -

Cassie and the rest of the team at Omni did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding. She handled the menu, cupcakes, outline, and the entire set-up for the wedding day (including our decorations that didn't even come with Omni). Cassie made this day so incredibly stress-free! The food was outstanding, every single guest complimented us on how delicious it was!

I feel in LOVE with Omni from the very beginning, before I even booked with them. They were super flexible, kind, and easy to work with. I had to cancel the morning of our tasting due to the flu and there was no hassle or hard feelings. I felt so at home with the experience with Sarah and Juan, it helped through out the process. What can I say but they were on top of it! They catered my sisters wedding 15 years ago and people raved about the best wedding food ever! So it was only a matter of pricing and tasting a few others just to compare and make sure that's what I wanted. With them you get the whole package. When I went for tasting it was so hard to limit because of the quality and freshness they put into everything. They also helped set up chairs, extra tables, linens, china and helped break down. The venue was spotless when they were done. I can't say enough good things about them. Try them out!! -

Omni Fresco catered the Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Reception on Friday evening at Chase Palm Park Center. We interviewed 4 catering companies and Omni Fresco was the most responsive and enthusiastic. They were the only one who sent a wide variety of sample menus of other events they'd done. It really helped us create a fun and completely different menu than we'd originally planned.
Their knowledge of the Santa Barbara area was incredibly helpful as this was a destination wedding.
Our event coordinator Cassie Gray was outstanding. Her style and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful event. Sarah, one of the owners was on-site during the set up to ensure everything was as planned.
The feedback from the guests was overwhelmingly positive and we could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend using Omni Fresco Catering. -

I simply can't say enough about Omni Catering and it's owner, Sarah. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed. The serving staff was comprised of the utmost professional people. The flexibility with menu, times, space, cost, music, liquor, etc was unbelievably generous and unexpected in a town where weddings are a dime a dozen.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Omni to anyone. I can't thank them enough. -

I have been a chef for years so the food for our wedding was the first thing everyone asked about, we knew it had to be perfect.
From the first contact Sarah was friendly, professional and really easy to work with. She paid attention to every little detail from start to finish and made the planning simple and fun.
Our wedding was perfect, everything was gorgeous, the food was absolutely amazing and the service was friendly and unobtrusive all at the same time. All of the guests were full of great comments about the food and service. As the bride they went out of their way to make me feel really special.
Overall, from the very beginning I felt like they were as invested as I was in making our big day perfect. -

What delicious food and great service! My groom and I love food, so we wanted to make sure that we served excellent food at our wedding. Omni definitely delivered! Our guests all commented on how amazing the food was, from the cheese/meat station to the coconut shrimp appetizer and the main courses (wild salmon and cut flat iron). I choose Omni Catering to cater my wedding at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum. Sarah was so great to work with and I loved the fact that my wedding was the only wedding that they would be catering on my wedding day. I interviewed and did tastings with a lot of other caterers in the area and decided that Omni was by far the best for service, food and cost.
The food was delicious and the timing was perfect. Sarah and her team were so flexible with everything that I needed and put up with all of my questions and requests.

We're so glad we went with Omni. Cassie was extremely helpful from the very beginning, even before we'd chosen a venue. She helped us design a family-style menu that featured local Santa Barbara produce and proteins, and made our tasting at Omni HQ (with our parents) a special event in and of itself. There was some modest stress and price surprises right when we were finalizing our menu, but nothing major, and then we heard great things about both the food and Omni's service from our guests. Omni Catering was highly recommended by our venue and their food was awesome for our wedding. Everything went smoothly and I think they were definitely a part of that. And everything looked awesome. I will admit that there were some communication issues at times, but the food being great (our guests raved about it) and the level of service on the day was top notch and made up for it. Omni catering was great. They are a bigger company so sometimes reply time was a bit slow and the person in charge the day of was not the same person we worked with throughout the whole process, but the day went off without a hitch. The food was delicious and the servers were wonderfully attentive. The bartenders were great and our guests really enjoyed interacting with them. We were really appreciative that they were able to do some special meals for guests with dietary restrictions. The appetizers were set up beautifully. Thank you Sara and Ursula for your help! -

Their food is really amazing! We had tri tip and chicken and both were great. They even made sure my husband and I got to try the appetizers! They made plates of food for us even though it was buffet style to make sure we got to eat in the craziness of the day. Our tasting they planned for us when deciding which caterer to use, really sold us! They set a beautiful table for us and guests with a sample menu specific for us. It was great, and we're so glad we went with them! -
