    The Peak Tent looked geat!

    Ordered a 20x40 Peak Tent for our guests, along with a 10x10 Tent for the DJ.
    Tents looked great, and were delivered early. Tables and Padded Chairs were in great condition too.

    Everything went very well

    We used them for our wedding. Great selection, easy to work with, fairly priced and professional. We will definitely use then again for our upcoming events.

    Beautiful Tent

    We rented their 40x40 Hexagon Wedding tent, and it really may the event Special. Everyone loved it, along with the tables and chairs.

    Party Rentals

    We ordered the tent, tables, and chairs from them. They came a day early due to their busy schedules which gave us an extra day to prepare! They were timely for the drop-off and pick-up and were more than willing to answer any questions we had throughout the process.

    Easy to work with, for our Wedding

    Minnesota Party and Tent was so easy to work with and their rental items are first class. We booked with Doug Lattin for our wedding on 9/24/22 and rented a tent, table and chairs, and a variety of other items. They made the process easy and very straightforward.

    Great Tent Company

    Tent was Beautiful!

    Everything from placing the reservation, delivery and then the rental items, went excellent! The tent and sidewall were clean and the lighting was beautiful!

    Two thumbs up!

    Our venue provided most of the dishware (glasses, silverware, serveware) and they offered to arrange for the rest of our rentals. Omega Event Services was great. For a small fee ($60) they dropped off and picked everything up which was so helpful. They were even able to change our guest count the day before and add on a tent canopy day-of when it looked like there might be rain during our ceremony. Two thumbs up!

    Excellent experience

    Omega Event Services has a good selection of rental supplies to suit any wedding or event. The people that came over to deliver all our rental items were also great with setting everything up in the right location. Highly recommend.

    This event rental company has an extensive selection of various types of party needs. My husband and I used this company to supply the items for our wedding and they had competitive prices as well. We were able to get almost everything from them for our wedding. The staff were easy to work with and provided great support and assistance in finding the items we were looking for. They're really great at helping put ideas together as well to have a beautiful outcome. The delivery was also great and timely.

    We used Omega Event Services for our wedding. They had just what I wanted and understood completely the vision that I had for the big day. I look at my pictures and can't help but smile. It was absolutely beautiful and I can't thank them enough for making the rental process so easy and wonderful!

    Omega Event Services provided excellent customer service and was able to have everything set up for our wedding ceremony and reception perfectly. The owner was easily reached and was able to get us whatever we needed for the wedding and was extremely flexible to change of plans. Pleasure to work with.

    They had everything we needed for rental and more!! Friendly and knowledgeable, they even came out to our place to measure to ensure which tent would be the best. Reasonable pricing! Great to work with.

    Ruined the morning of my wedding!

    Save your money! Beyond disappointed by this company. Never showed up and canceled, not just the night before but the day of my wedding! I was out tables, chairs, tents, dance floor and lighting. Doug didn’t even have the decency to tell me over phone call, instead he texted my until 1am the night of wedding, and officially told me he did not have anything I paid thousands of dollars for the DAY OF. I suggest doing heavy research before booking and going with a company that has AMPLE supply’s. Doug could not accommodate for anything. Like I said I will NEVER recommend this company, beyond disappointed by the professionalism that this man displayed along with empathy.

    Stay as Far Away as Possible!

    I had set up tent rental with tables and chairs for my son high school graduation for mid June 2024.I had it reserved mid-April 2024, paid half deposit and the balance I paid in full mid-May 2024 (1 month before the party). On that Monday before graduation I texted **** to confirm what date he will be coming to install the tent. He answered 'let me check'. The next day (about 24 hours later), I texted him again to confirm and he replied 'I'll check'. I asked him to confirm as soon as possible. The following day, which was Wednesday (my son grad party was on Saturday) he texted me that he did not know yet as there was storm that day and they still had tents for Thursday and Friday to set up and could be Saturday morning. I mentioned the party is Saturday at 11:00am and I had not worked with companies previously that installed the tent on day off. I wanted to make sure he would give me time to set up that day and decorations. He replied there are lots of companies that set up graduation tents the morning of, they will not risk their lives for me to do decorations. Of course I was not asking him on that Wednesday, so not sure why he even said that. He said worse case would be Saturday at 7am arrival/set by 8. I answered I understand and to let me know. On Friday, around 5:45pm I texted him to confirm me and also left him a voice mail. At 7:03pm, I texted him again to let me know so I knew for sure he was coming. At 9:35pm, he texted me that he is cancelling my order and refund my money claiming that the environment for his employees would be too hostile at my place. I never said anything hostile, just asking him for confirmation. He knew all along he would not be able to meet his commitment for our order and use this excuse to put us in a terrible situation less than 24 hours before our party. My instinct was right. This is terrible business practice, very unprofessional and would never recommend him to anyone. It was the meanest thing I experienced as customer.

    Run, Run as fast as you can!! Do not rent from this man!

    I rented and paid for a tent, tables and Chairs for my Graduation party. Communication was horrible and in the end he did not show up and left us high and dry with no tent or tables and chairs for my event. Booking was done in January for a June event and paid in full.

    Left us hanging for a tent / chair wtc rental. Kept stringing us along ( the day AFTER they were supposed to arrive). Never showed.

    Never showed, although they strung us along, saying they would show up. Even a day late, never showed.

    Do not hire!

    He was supposed to show up for grad party at 11! Would not answer phone all morning. Finally, at 11, he states that the drivers won't be there for an hour! Paid $600 for one tent (as we knew it would be raining), table and chairs. Shows up with NO TENT - only table and chairs! AN HOUR AFTER the party started! Would not respond to text or phone calls! DO NOT HIRE! Entire grad party ruined as it rained and there was no where for everyone to be.

    Terrible service

    This business is about as close to a scam as you can get. The owner Doug will cancel delivery on you the day before your event. The rental items are old and disgusting. Doug likes to threaten customers with police if you are not satisfied and ask for a refund. Rent elsewhere.

    We were looking for a large dance floor for our outdoor wedding reception and Omega was reasonably priced. However, we were told it would be delivered on Thursday and we ended up having to pick it up ourselves on Friday night at 10PM, on the eve of our event. On top of that, the dance floor has seen better days as it was incredibly challenging to set-up, even on perfectly level ground.

    Doug's communication was also very poor, as he did not answer our phone calls and only replied through email. Bottom line, read review before booking any vendors! We would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I would highly recommend steering clear of this company. We originally contacted Doug (owner) to scope out our desired venue, as we live out of state, because we wanted to make sure the tent we needed would fit at this venue. Doug emailed us indicating that he drove to the venue and measured the area and that it would indeed fit and that the tent would be able to go over the tree in the middle of the yard. Based on this good news, we sent Doug a $5,000 security deposit, as we knew we would at least be able to have our wedding at this spot.

    The next time we were up in Minnesota we went to the venue with Doug and everyone basically stood there in awe (including Doug) wondering how a tent would ever fit over this giant tree smack dab in the middle of the yard. It was as if he never actually scoped out the area to begin with or maybe he went blind, I'm not sure. He then confirmed it would not fit.

    Very long (and painful) story short, we spent several months trying to get our deposit back from him (in the midst of wedding planning) and he refused to pick up the phone and talk to us. Its over a year later and that $5,000 still sits with Doug for being nothing but a hassle. We thankfully never used his services, yet he still has our money. WHAT A JOKE.
