Wedding dress cleaning
Sherry and her team went above and beyond!! They listened to my concerns and was able to give helpful advice about clearing my wedding dress. When it was ready for pick up I was so excited it looked even better then I had expected. They are real rock starss!!! -

Sherry was so wonderful to work through the process of cleaning and preserving my wedding dress. She was truly the best. Listened to the story behind the dress and truly scared. I trusted her 100% to take care of my memory. -

Wedding Dress Preservation
Sherry was awesome to work with! It was extremely easy (which was so nice after a year of wedding planning) and she was very professional! She had it all ready for me when I came to pick it up and went through all the care instructions! So happy to have my dress and memories preserved! Definitely worth the money and wait! -

Absolutely Amazing!
I’m so pleased with how my Wife’s wedding dress turned out! She was in tears she was so happy when she opened the box on Christmas morning. I can’t recommend Sherry at Omaha Lace Cleaners enough. She was FANTASTIC! -

Absolutely worth it!
My wedding gown preservation was completed within the time frame promised. Absolutely beautifully done and securely packaged in a nice sturdy box perfect for storage. I was also impressed by Sherry, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend Fashion Cleaners & Omaha Lace for anyone looking for professional wedding gown cleaning and preservation! -

My dress was in rough shape when I brought it here and they had no complaints or extra charges. Very friendly staff and high quality work. The box was also high quality and came with a cloth carrying bag as well. Highly recommend! -

Kim with Omaha Lace Cleaners was a valuable asset to me and very knowledgeable about alterations. She was present at the Brides Against Breast Cancer Charity Gown Sale and Bridal Expo in Omaha, NE at the Embassy Suites and provided the best advice to my brides who needed alterations to their dresses. -

Good but pricey
I think they did a thorough job and the dress came back clean. They also did some minor sewing repairs of sequins and buttons. It also came in an archival container that I’m really pleased with and I believe it will last for a very long time. The service was an investment, though: the original price was around $475 paid in full at drop off, then they charged me another $25 extra at pickup without any clear explanation for the added fee. -

Disgusted.
STAY FAR AWAY!!! They RUINED my wedding gown. When I went to pick up my "white" dress, it was gray/brown, and even dirtier and more stained looking than before I dropped it off. I told the manager (Shelli) and she didn't even apologize. She said "well we tried". I asked for a refund ($240 just for cleaning) and she yelled at me and told me I was crazy... Horrible customer service and poor management. I'm extremely disgusted with my experience and the horrible people running this place. My wedding gown meant so much to me and I was obsessed with it. I would have loved to box it up and keep it - Now I have nothing. Besides my dress, I am so appalled by how I was treated by the Omaha Lace employee. I will never go there and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY. -
