highly recommend for wedding guest transportation

Olympus Limo was fantastic to work with for our wedding guest transportation from our hotel to the venue, and back to hotel! From the start, the contract process was smooth, straightforward, and easy to navigate.

On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly—our buses arrived right on time, and all of the logistics were clearly well thought out and executed. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our guests were taken care of without any issues.

We highly recommend Olympus Limo to any couple looking for reliable, organized, and professional transportation for their big day!

Amazing experience

So we hired this company to take our 102 guests to our yacht reception and it was an amazing experience start to finish. We had music during the ride, drinks, and it was great! An awesome experience.

Awesome Company

They answer any and all questions that you have. Response fast to emails. The driver showed up 15 minutes early to pick up me and my bridesmaids the driver was very polite and helpful. Will definitely use this company again if needed and will recommend them to everyone

Great choice for us

Very responsive during booking, before our wedding, and the day of. The drivers were very friendly and professional as well. I would definitely recommend them!!

Easy and Reliable Wedding Day Transportation

We booked two limo buses for our wedding through Olympus and highly recommend them! They were punctual, professional and easy to communicate with prior to our wedding day. They were also very reasonably priced. The limo buses were nice and exactly what we needed for our large family/wedding party.

On time, professional and flexible

We hired Olympus limo to transport the wedding party and VIP guests from the JW Marriott to the FL Aquarium. Their office staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were flexible as we needed to add additional transportation at the last minute. Their vehicles were very, very clean and modern and the drivers were professionally dressed and polite. Their prices were competitive. I highly recommend Olympus Limo and would use them again.

Excellent Service, Great Drivers

We booked Olympus Limo for our wedding on 11/2/19 and they gave us excellent service! My driver made jokes with me before the ceremony to calm me down right before I walked down the aisle and it really helped me a lot to deal with the nerves! I would highly recommend!

Awesome Transport

We went with the 35 passenger charter bus and it was amazing!! Our driver was wonderful and it made the evening alot easier for our 31 guests. Highly recommended especially for getting large crowds transported on time!

Absolutely Stress Free! From the initial contact, Olympus has been wonderful. I inquired a quote on the internet for my daughters Bachelorette Party. Within 2 minutes Olympus called with a quote, wanting my business. I requested quotes from 2 other companies and it was email only not personal contact. Olympus kept contact to confirm my reservation. I did call the day before our event to change our pick up location and it was truly no problem. Ray had it changed within 10 seconds. We reserved the 24 person mini bus. What we received was way more than I expected. A luxury 30 person mini-bus. Tufted reclining seats, cranking heat and a great radio. The driver, Brett was great. I had to add 2 stops to our adventure and that was not problem for Brett. We were able to bring decorations, Drinks of our choice and whatever made our night. This transportation was perfect. I will for sure use Olympus Limo again! Thank you!

We used this company for shuttles for guests to our venue, limo, and shuttle for friends the following day. They were very accomodating, had no issue taking more people than the limo was intended for and were extremely flexible when I made chnges the day before. They were amazing!

We used Olympus Limo for our wedding day limo as well as a bus to/from our wedding for our wedding guests. The limo driver was on time and very friendly, making sure to follow our instructions precisely. The bus driver was also on time and got all of our guests to and from the wedding safely. The staff in the office were great to work with, and sent confirmations of every request I made in writing. They never complained or made me feel bad when I needed to make a few changes to our itinerary. We had a great experience with them and I highly recommend Olympus.

We used Olympus Limo's service through our venue, Spartan Manor. The limo provided was large, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated (glasses, decanters, napkins, etc) on the inside. The driver was pleasant and arrived to pick us about 15 minutes early so we were able to arrive at the venue a little earlier than expected. Overall, we had a good experience.

We recently used Olympus Limo for our wedding and were totally impressed. The driver was very punctual and very personable (but not over-the-top, which can be annoying).

He helped me in and out of the car with my giant princess dress and train. He covered the wheels of the car, in case any of the dresses touched one, we wouldn't get dirty. The best part was when I was waiting in the car as people streamed into the church. I was getting nervous and he sat in back with me and talked to me and offered me his hands to squeeze while we took deep breaths together. It was really very kind.

I would recommend Olympus for your limo service on your wedding day, without hesitation.

I did a TON of shopping for transportation because I felt like I was getting taken advantage of solely for the fact I was having a wedding. When I found Olympus and spoke with them I was almost brought to tears about how nice and accommodating they were. They were extremely thoughtful about my budget, which was key. They worked with me to make the day as easy as possible. They were also early for every event and the drivers were extremely professional and courteous. I really can’t say enough good things about Olympus. I’m so happy I found them!

David, was the driver for the bachelor party, the guys liked him so much we requested him for our wedding. David did an amazing job! He took care in every detail making me (the bride) feel very special. He went above and beyond.

This company is absolutely fabulous. We had a white 10 person limo for my bachelorette party and my wedding. They are on time, if not early. The limo is beautiful inside and out. They provide water and ice which was a lifesaver on both occasions. The drivers are so helpful, professional, and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend them.

From the moment I stepped into that limo I was amazed at the quality of service. I left my ID at our hotel the night before our wedding and he took us back to get it, he stopped at a gas station so I could pick something up, and after and hour ride towards our hotel he stopped at 2 different places so we could go use the restroom. He made great conversation and was very nice. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect limo driver.

Awesome limo service. We could only afford a small limo but they surprised us with a massive beauty! The driver even knew how to fix my dress, it was like a dream come true! Great place.

My specific limo driver was amazing!!! He showed up early, was super complimentary and attentive. He knew first hand to help with my train and dress. During the ceremony he even went to the store and got my husband and my favorite champagne. He had water ready cold for my bridesmaids and me. It was o pleasant. They did an amazing job, even calling me the day before.

I used Olympus to pick up my guests for a destination wedding at the airport and bring them to the hotel. We booked many airport transfers with them as our guests had differing transportation options. They were extremely professional, offered multiple transportation options depending on the number of people they were picking up, and made sure my guests felt comfortable. I worked with Alex to coordinate all my pickups and he helped me set up an account so that I was charged for all the trips and gratuity. Thanks Alex for the great service!

Oh my goodness! David our driver was the best.... He was on time, made two trips, one for the entire bridal party and the groom, and one for the bride. He did everything possible to make this day go smoothe. With a very stressed bride and groom, he made our day nothing more than wonderful. Absolutely adored our limo driver. He was very professional and had a sweet demeanor. He was promptly on-time, and was even very helpful in a minor emergency situation we had that required a few people to get back and forth to the hotel in a hurry mid reception. The limo was very clean- only complaint was there wasn't any liquor in the bar :-) (kidding) Would definitely recommend them.

When we picked our wedding date we didn't know we were getting married smack dab in the middle of prom season. Transportation was one of the HARDEST to finalize because of this. Olympus came through. They were able to provide us with a limo to the ceremony for the bridal party & then for our exit a town car for just the two of us. I can't tell you how grateful I was to have a driver take such great care of every one of us. Thanks again for such a great job.

As soon as my limo driver pulled up at my parents house, it started to rain.... At that moment I started to panic, he kept me calm and reassured me that he would get me into the limo without getting wet. So he brought one girl to the limo at a time and when it was my turn to walk under the umbrella into the limo he told me, of course while I was still in panic mode - that it's raining because God is crying 'happy tears' because he is losing his angel to another man.....

My limo driver was the first man to make me cry on my wedding day. True story.

Olympus Limo was our limo transportation provided from Spartan Manor this was included in the price of the package we picked. Our limo guy was very professional and attended to all our needs. We would use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

I had one stretch limo for my wedding on January 11, 2014.

The only non-perfect score I gave was because the emails I got from this vendor (though sent within an appropriate time frame) had the appearance of an automatically sent email and I was never sure if I could reply to them. It may have been my computer, or my inability to do computer-y things! Otherwise everything went PERFECTLY! :D

The price was VERY reasonable, so much so that I was worried the service would not be good. However, the limo driver arrived early to my hotel, and helped me into the car. I got a white limo, and it was beautiful and clean on the outside, and my bridal party had a great time inside! The interior was clean and new-looking and could fit much more than 6 people if you squeeze and are skinny. We drove to a park and took pictures before the ceremony, and then he took us to the ceremony itself. After the ceremony we went back to the park with the whole bridal party and my husband for more photos, and then when back to the reception venue. The entire time our driver was polite, flexible, patient, and willing to go wherever we wanted. Thank you!

Olympus bused 100 people from Clearwater Beach to Tampa for our wedding dinner event. There were cheaper options out there, but we chose them because of their professionalism - from a clear quote and contract to a responsive contact. The only hiccups were the driver didn't know how to hook up our iphone to the sound system, and they needed a credit card imprint even though I'd provided the card number in advance (so I had to run back to the room in my dress). But otherwise, they lived up to our expectations - showed up on time, were willing to wait on the late bride and got us to and from our destination comfortably and safely!

We had a luxurious ride to the ceremony thanks to Olympus Limo.The driver was great and made sure we arrived at our destination on time.Our limousine was spotless and very comfortable for our long drive.They where also very open to give us a deal.Olympus will for sure have my business in the future.

We were generally very pleased with the service provided by Olympus. They were flexible enough to let us cancel a pick-up limo for the bride and groom the day before the wedding, since plans had changed. The limos were 20-seaters and were adequately stocked. The drivers were very prepared for a wedding party and were very polite and helpful, even having a couple of water bottles fior the bride and groom after the wedding.
