I rented a clear top tent and lighting for my reception and it was beyond beautiful So many people complimented it and had never seen a clear top. I also used some of their farm tables and they were gorgeous and provided such a soft feeling in the tent. They were great to work with and helped us out at that last minute when it rained. Finally, a business that doesn’t just meet your needs, but exceeds your expectations!
We selected Olympic Farm Style Events for my daughter’s wedding this past July, because of their beautiful rentals. However, what we got was more than we could have ever asked for! For those that had a wedding planned in these unprecedented times, you know firsthand the challenges we all faced. We not only had to reduce our guest list by more than 75% just a few months before the wedding, which Jerri adjusted accordingly, then the worst happened...our venue cancelled less than two weeks before the wedding! 😩 Jerri was our lifesaver! She immediately sent me a list of local vendors and contacts to help us navigate through a very stressful time. Thanks to her, we were able to find a venue that was even better than our first! Our rentals were delivered and set up as asked and everything was stress free and absolutely wonderful! It’s rare that you find a company that goes above and beyond like they did. I will always be grateful to them for making my daughter’s dream wedding come true! I would highly recommend their services, which is much more than just rentals. 😊Olympic Farm Style Events's reply:

Great products and service!
We had to change our venue three weeks before our wedding due to COVID. Jeri was amazing, I called them to ask about their tables and we were out there the next day placing our order. We got glasses, plates, flatware All were so classy and beautiful. We also rented one of their bars it was PERFECT. We did all of our chairs tables and lighting through Jeri as well. They came out the day before and set everything up for us. It truly is a great operation! Everything was so stunning and added so much class to our event. Our venue suggested using Olympic Farm Style events to rent rustic farm tables for our wedding and they did not disappoint. They worked so well with our venue we didn’t have to stress about a thing. We just wrote the check and the tables were delivered on time and looked stunning.Olympic Farm Style Events's reply:

We rented our sweetheart table from Olympic Farm Style Events and it was beautiful and well crafted!! Anyone that rents all of their tables from them is sure to have a gorgeous wedding. We were also impressed with the quick and efficient communication. I sent an email inquiry and got such a fast response from Jeri who was extremely informative and friendly. I appreciated how organized everything was in terms of the contract and also the Excel sheet that kept track of our payments. They were also very flexible and let us return our table Sunday morning before we left for our honeymoon that night. Many vendors don't offer Sunday returns or charge a large fee so we very much appreciated this. We highly recommend Olympic Farm Style Events if you're looking for that beautiful rustic touch for your wedding day!Olympic Farm Style Events's reply:

We were so excited to use this vendor until our May wedding was cancelled by our venue due to Covid. Every other vendor was flexible and considerate enough to refund our money, less a small fee for their time -- except this vendor! They told us we could use the more than $600 we paid them toward a future event but we decided on a small wedding in August with 10 people. They were firm on their policy of no refunds despite the fact that their company, like many other small businesses, received government assistance and unemployment during this time. Wedding couples received nothing. Even the musicians we hired refunded more than $1000 --our full deposit--despite the fact they were self-employed. Covid has brought out the best and worst in people. Unfortunately, I am left with negative feelings about this vendor and would not recommend them.Olympic Farm Style Events's reply:

We are so sorry. We still have your credit open for you to use anytime through 2021. Sadly, we are not one of those lucky or fortunate companies to have received assistance, but are trying to do the best we can. We understand that wasn't to your satisfaction and we apologize that we could not make that work on our side.
