Incredible!

Olivier is the consummate professional. His calm energy and incredible expertise will leave you totally at ease. We had four venues all across Manhattan, and he and his team worked swiftly and smoothly capturing every moment of the day. The final result: truly breathtaking photos that capture natural light and pure candid moments so beautifully. I am in love with every single photo and feel so lucky to have had him with us for our wedding!

10/10 Would Recommend!

O was absolutely phenomenal for our wedding this past weekend! I had him with me from getting ready through the end of the reception. He grabbed us for all the best pictures, and was receptive to all the photo requests we had - especially on the spot throughout the night! He was so much fun to work with and fit in perfectly with our personalities! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

O is amazing!! He shot our engagement shoot and wedding. He made the process very easy for us. Not only is he receptive to your own ideas, he is very good at directing a group and capturing those beautiful moments. His positive energy keeps the day light and breezy. He is so good at what he does! I would highly recommend him to photograph any important occasion!

Amazing wedding photographer!

Olivier was the dream photographer we never knew we needed. We booked him through a third party website as we were looking for someone to take our wedding photos pictures without costing a fortune. We were beyond impressed with Olivier when he started snapping away. He is very big into natural movements and motion in his photos (cue lots of adorable walking pictures) he also took any picture we asked at anytime during the night. We left the reception to take night pictures in a dimly lit gazebo. He was able to take our last minute idea and run with it. He quickly set up his lighting and had to swap out some camera parts and change some settings but those pictures turned out to be some of our favorites form the night! He captured our wedding day in the best way possible and now we will always be able to look back and remember all of the events of the day thanks to Olivier. We recommend him whole heartedly to all soon-to-be newlyweds!

Olivier is an absolute amazing photographer. He puts so much thought, attention and dedication into his work which is evident once you view the photos. Working with him has been a phenomenal experience. If you are looking for a photographer, I would recommend Olivier in a heartbeat!

Amazing work!

Olivier did a PHENOMENAL job bringing our vision to life. My husband and I were given a selection of photographers from George Street Photo to choose from and his work VASTLY stood out from the pack. He was timely and efficient, arriving with a great spirit and a workers mentality. He made all of my bridesmaids feel warm and welcome from the moment he entered the room. After the wedding we all talked about how the photographer can really set the tone for a wedding day seeing that we spend the whole day with them. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our day!! His work is literally MIND BLOWING! We sent Olivier pictures of what we wanted and he superseded every vision we had !! We are so blessed to have had the best photographer shoot our wedding and we’re looking forward to using him for many years to come!!

Olivier did a great job at our wedding. We have some very beautiful pictures from our special day. The best part was that during the reception, Olivier was able to stream pics on a large screen TV so people could see the pics right away. I would definitely recommend Olivier Kpognon Photography to anyone looking for high quality creative pictures!

Olivier is the best photographer I know in the State of Connecticut. He's been photographing events for the Daniel Trust Foundation for the past two years and has always exceeded our expectations. I met Olivier through a professional networking breakfast hosted by one of the large corporate investment banks where I was employed. Olivier was the photographer hired to capture the event. I was so impressed with his professionalism that years later when I ended a corporate photo for work, I reached out to him. He was the right man for the job and he couldn't have made it any easier on me! He came to me and it was on a Sunday morning! He quickly set up everything needed for the photoshoot and before I knew it, he was firing off shots of me. I really appreciated how much time he spent with me trying to capture an imagine he knew I would be pleased with ( I'm not photogenic, so it wasn't easy!!!!) and in the end, I think he did a terrific job with a super quick turnaround! I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Olivier was by far the best vendor i hired for the whole wedding. Talk about on time! Olivier was on time on both days (i had a traditional Nigerian wedding as well), and came with a whole crew of assistants that were very equipped. Everyone was impressed by how seriously they took their work. I had a surprising treat from Olivier as well because a member of his team is a make up artist, and was able to fill in for my makeup artist when she was running late. She did an excellent job working with almost nothing as it was so impromptu. I never had to worry one bit about the aspect of photography for the whole wedding.
They were there for the whole day on both days and turned out amazing photos. We decided on Olivier because of the quality of the Albums we saw on display at a wedding fair i attended, they look very professional and come with a warranty. There is a very personal touch about his work and he absolutely loves what he does. absolutely! I would definitely recommend him for any occasion you care about, Its Olivier+ a little peace of mind.

Olivier is truly a master of his craft! His ability to capture emotion is extraordinary, he is truly one of a kind!!! Olivier worked with me on every level. He was prompt, respectful and accommodating. Most of all he was Enthusiatic about his work, while at work!! We love love loved the Olivier recommended sign in book, it was the hit at the wedding and still a topic of conversation when I speak to our guests! It sold us then and captured our hearts now!! Future brides will love the Story telling signing book, it will Never end up in a storage box or closet it will Always be on display!! You will enjoy the "O" moment!!

I met Olivier at a bridal show and everyone always teases me that it was love at first sight LOL.....as I walked around the county center I barely talked to any vendors. I do photography as a hobby so I was extremely picky with the photographers. Yet, when I came to Olivier's booth - one photo captured my eye and the next thing I knew, I was there for over 20 mins just talking to him about his work. It was like we knew each other for years! He is extremely personable, friendly and someone who truly loves what he does. Our bonding moment was when I said that the photos were more important than the food. I knew I would set up an apt to meet with him. A month later, at another bridal show, I ran into him again. He remembered exactly who I was and we booked an apt right there and then.

Our appointment went great and he was the only photographer I met with. We booked him on the spot. I knew he was what I wanted.

Our engagement pics were a big hit and he was so open to do whatever we wanted. He even drove down to Brooklyn with us as a second location for our shoot and got some great shots.

On our wedding day, he was on time and full of energy. There are so many great pics of me laughing because of how infectious his attitude is. We just got our proofs back last month and there are so many beautiful pictures to choose from....I have no idea how we will make an album out of them. There's too many to choose from! I have been working with Karha to discuss our album and she is so sweet and so easy to work with. I'm sure I'm driving her crazy at times but she is great!

I highly recommend Olivier and his team. They truly captured our wedding and got the most amazing shots of my husband and I. He is a true artist and I will definitely hire him again - maybe this time for a maternity shoot!

My husband and I felt very lucky that Olivier was available to shoot our wedding. We first had an engagement shoot with him. I would highly recommend doing that. We got to know him and how he liked us to be positioned as well as he got to know us as a couple and individuals. That alone made the wedding day pictures easy. He found locations that I wouldn't have expected to be a nice backdrop. He has a vision and you can see him calculating the elements to make the picture right. He adapts well to hindrances. During the engagement shoot we ran into other people being in the spot he intended to shoot at. So, he looked around, checked the angle of the sun and shot us elsewhere. Those pictures came out just as great as they would've in the initial desired location. Olivier has a great eye and attention to detail.
We did a "first look" before the ceremony which was pictures of me approaching my fiance for him to turn around and see me for the first time. This was a great suggestion. We were able to get the unique images of my fiance and him alone seeing me. This was done in a lovely setting that Olivier picked. It was fun and worthwhile to do.
Olivier was like a ninja on our wedding day. For the most part, I didn't notice him. He positioned himself in a way to capture moments without being intrusive. That is a talent. The ceremony pictures would make you believe that there were two photographers because he was everywhere in a short period of time. I don't know how he did it.
The engagement book that we received is so beautiful that we decided not to use it as a guest book at the wedding. We felt that having people write in the book would be like writing on a piece of art. I can't wait to see the wedding book once that's made. Olivier had the images from the wedding uploaded pretty quickly after the wedding for us and our guests to see. We definitely had a quality photographer. I would highly recommend Olivier.

I came across Olivier at a bridal show. I immediately loved his work. His images stood out among all the other photographers we had seen. In particular, I loved that his pictures were more than just traditional group shots, etc. They were fun and felt like they genuinely captured the feel of the moment. As someone who is not comfortable in front of the camera, I was a little nervous about the experience, but Olivier made us both feel completely comfortable and made sure we had fun! Aside from his talent, he is also a pleasure to work with. He showed up bright and early the day of our wedding and stayed until then very end! Everyone commented on how rare it is for a photographer to stay the entire time- it was just another bonus of going with Olivier! On top of all of this, Olivier offers very competitive pricing. We were very happy with our experience and would certainly recommend Olivier!

We had some issues due to changes in Olivier's staff between the time we sent our deposit and our event date. Once these issues were worked out, Olivier was very accommodating to our needs. We had an amazing time working with him on the day of our event. We were all freezing shooting photos outside, but he got the best out of us with his intense energy, affable attitude, and problem-solving positivity. He has an obvious passion for getting the shots that capture and convey the feel of the event. It is difficult not to let Olivier's style and spirit sweep you into a perfect shot. He and his assistant, Alan, were masters of being unobtrusive while still catching the moments that mattered. Feedback from our guests complimented Olivier on the high level of his professionalism, quality of work, patience, and photographic timing. It was very clear that Olivier knew what he was doing, and we always felt comfortable and confident having our guests, our event, and ourselves in his hands.

Olivier provided my wife and I a very friendly yet very professional engagement and wedding day photos and gestures. It became more and more clear how passionate he is about bringing his vision to life and enjoying every bit of his work. He helps you through an extensive planning process that photography is significantly involved in and that went a long way for mywife and I. He ironically has already worked with people I know and I will be strongly recommending his services to those I am aware that are in need of photography servives, especially friends and family.

Olivier was recommended to us by one of our close friends who also used his services for her wedding. From our first meeting to our last wave goodbye at our reception, it was clear why we had chosen to work with him. Aside from his talent and creativity, Olivier is extremely professional and genuine. When you are going to spend the ENTIRE day with your photographer it is important to just "click" and we did. He did a phenomenal job with our engagement pictures and completely captured our vision for the day. More so, when it came to our wedding day, Olivier and his assistant Susan did not miss a beat. They captured the emotions, fun, laughter and dancing that was our wedding celebration. We are still trying to decide on our pictures because there are just SO MANY that are beautiful and timeless. If you want to forget you are "working" with a vendor, then set up time to meet with Olivier and his staff. You will quickly find that their talent and professionalism will lend to remarkable photography.

As someone who hasn't gone to many weddings I didn't know what to expect for my own. There are many photos I now wish would have been taken. I also wish there was more editing of things like stray hairs would have been done. Some of the pics were gorgeous but I guess I expected more in the end.
