Incredible
Olivia is an INCREDIBLE photographer and so easy to work with. We are completely BLOWN AWAY by our gallery. I have gotten so many compliments on our photos. I am someone who is overly critical and was so worried about not liking photos of myself, but I am beyond happy with ALL of the photos Olivia captured. She captured every detail and all the special moments, from my our first look, to our parents reactions during speeches, and so much more. Our day was documented perfectly. Throughout the entire process Olivia was so organized and easy to work with. She helped set my timeline and on our wedding day I never felt rushed. We had an overall incredible experience with Olivia and I would HIGHLY recommend having her photograph your events! -

Olivia was so great to work with, she was flexible with our needs and worked with our out of the ordinary wedding plans. We could not have been happier with how the photos turned out, both the style and the editing. We met with her multiple times before the wedding to finalize everything and she made the process so easy. I would feel very good recommending her to anyone. -
Anjelica Sent on 09/20/2018I cannot recommend Olivia enough. Her photography is truly storytelling, and I feel that she told our story in a way that is authentic and didn't feel intrusive. We both feel awkward in front of the camera and really didn't want to spend much time on posed photos. We mostly wanted to hang with friends. We got to have such a fun night, and somehow she captured all of it in a way that feels so special and dear to us. I often see photos of myself and I feel that they don't capture me (I either look better or worse than I actually am in real life), but these photos are such a good representation of our true/best selves, our favorite people, such a special day. I don't want to gush too much but they are cinematic and evocative.
Other takeaways:
1. Olivia is very easy to work with. She is responsive and organized, and I never worried that she would forget a conversation or a detail. She has an easy system for making sure that you both have everything in writing.
2. Fast turnaround for photos.

Kelsey Sent on 09/02/2017Olivia is great! She was the second shooter at our wedding in 2015, and did an amazing job; far better than the first shooter. She will now be doing our maternity pictures this month and our baby's pictures in the hospital. She is amazing! -

Horrible experience
We hired Olivia to shoot our wedding (9/25/21). I can not say how disappointed I am with the experience. Olivia only took one photo of our CEREMONY and provided many blurry/grainy photos. I will add the ceremony photo to this review so you can see the quality and effort we received. Olivia delivered our photos late, and gave us no communication, I actually had to reach out to her after the delivery date to see where they were and she didn’t get back to me until a week later. Olivia has given us so many ridiculous excuses as well as changed her story/reasoning for things multiple times. Olivia has continued to provide awful communication, ignoring our emails for weeks at a time, on several different occasions. After months of trying to come to a resolution, Olivia has only offered us a $150 refund out of the $2,500 we paid her. All while claiming she did her job to the best of her ability. We will never have photos of the most important part of our wedding to share with friends and family. I am surprised at how many good reviews she has, the service we received has been so poor it seems almost impossible to believe other reviews. I have went back and forth on leaving this review, but if I am able to save just one couple from having to deal with this catastrophe it will be worth it. To add to it all, if we want to fight to get our money back we are going to have to take her to small claims court.
