For some, trying on bridal gowns may come with anxiety, but with Olivia Grace Bridal there is no need! From the very first moment in the shop with my close friends and family, I felt completely at ease and in the right hands choosing from their fabulous selection of gowns and accessories. Every step of the way, the girls at Olivia Grace made my selection process special and without pressure. I found "the one" on my first visit and utilized their in-house alterations shop across the street with complete satisfaction and trust. I found their services so personable, and also affordable. Love your seamstress, my mom would say, and that I did! Thank you to everyone there, especially Alina, Marissa, and Sylvia. You all made my dress dreams come true! -

I had the best experience and was so happy with my purchase at Olivia Grace Bridal. As a larger-bodied bride, I wasn't sure how I was going to find the dress of my dreams, but somehow - and with very little drama! - I was able to find the perfect dress! I worked with Grace, who was so encouraging, patient, and sweet. I didn't feel pressured and was encouraged to take all the time I needed while in the shop and at home to think about my options before deciding on the dress. She was able to fit me into specific dresses that weren't my size but helped me get the vision. I truly appreciated the experience and wish I could get married all over again to be able to do this from the start and have all that cheer and happiness I felt the moment I put on my dream dress! :) Pricing and alterations were discussed up front and it made the rest of my planning so much simpler. I ordered early and they were able to store my dress without an issue until close to the time I needed to focus on alterations. I absolutely LOVED working with Olivia Grace Bridal!! -

Picking out the dress was great, and the whole experience overall was excellent. The ladies at the separate accessory and fitting shop were excellent and really turned a dress that I was already in love with to a dress that I will cherish for the rest of my life. -

Find your dream dress!
Where do I even begin?! My experience with Olivia Grace Bridal was a DREAM!! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me and my squad (Mom, Aunt, future MIL and MOH) feel welcomed, especially our Sales Associate, Grace Hamilton. She sat us all down in a beautiful dressing room, explained the dress finding process and asked me questions not only about the styles of dresses I liked, but also about my soon-to-be husband and our love story, how I envisioned him seeing me walking down the aisle, etc. She really led me through an array of emotions as we tried on dresses and she was so keen on my feelings in each one - stopping to ask how I felt before revealing them to the group. Needless to say I found my DREAM dress and I owe it all to Grace and the countless options at Olivia Grace Bridal. Highly, highly recommend! -

Worth every penny!
As a plus size woman one of the most stressful parts of planning my wedding by far was worrying about if I would find a dress. Most places don’t carry dresses over a size 20, so I was so excited when I found out that Olivia Grace Bridal had dresses available to try on in my size. Olivia Grace Bridal was the first place we went and they set the bar high. Private appointments, individual stylists, large closed dressing rooms, modesty panels for dresses, giant mirrors, great lighting, and large family seating areas it seems like they’ve thought of everything! The first time we came in they paired us with Sarah, and I feel like she understood my concerns as a plus sized bride. We actually ended up shopping elsewhere and coming back because our experience was so good. During the whole process Sarah made sure I understood exactly what was going on, and communicated clearly. When the dress came in she advised us to use Sofia their in house alterations and I’m so glad I did. Between Sofia and Sarah I felt like they were really listening to me! I ended up going over budget a little, but Sofia’s alterations were amazing, and with Sarah’s help I looked like a princess. I cannot recommend Olivia Grace Bridal enough, thank y’all so much. -

I’m an Austin bride but went to Olivia Grace Bridal because they had several Enzoani dresses I wanted to try and I’m so happy I found this boutique. They team was amazing and they were able to get my alterations done so fast for my wedding. The dress was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier! -

The whole experience was absolutely amazing! I worked with Sarah and she was so amazing to work with! She listened to me when I talked about what I was looking for and stayed within my budget. She never tried to have me pay more than I wanted from the beginning. She picked out dresses she knew would be ready in time for my wedding because I’m about 6 months out, with all of them being within my budget. All the dresses I tried on were absolutely gorgeous! They made it a tough decision, but I left feeling like an absolute princess in my dress. -

I finally took my dress home from Olivia Grace Bridal! I am so happy! I still look at my dress and I cry! It is really a dream dress! I wish I can wear it everyday! Olivia Grace was my first stop & my last. I tried on a few dresses, but fell in love with one. The shop is beautiful, with big windows that let natural sunlight shine on the dresses causing them to sparkle even more! There are so many beautiful dresses for every body size and shape, which made me feel more comfortable. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Especially, patient! I am such a picky person, so I am glad they were able to help me! I fell in love with one dress, but also the lace from another dress, they were able to put the lace I loved in my dress! How amazing, right? So schedule your dress appointment! Go find your dress! -

Great bridal shop
Was not expecting to find my dress here, but am beyond glad I did. A beautiful, diverse selection of dresses in a cute shop. I recommend making an appointment, so you can take your time and play. Alice was completely amazing throughout the whole process. I went back for several fittings, and them having their in house seamstress made it so much easier. Sophie is great, very patient, and can make any request a reality. I recommend Olivia Grace without a doubt. -

I cannot recommend Olivia Grace Bridal enough. If you are looking for the whole wedding dress shopping experience in San Antonio - you will only find it here! As someone who went to every bridal boutique in the city, finding Olivia Grace was the answer to my prayers. The showroom is absolutely beautiful. It's charming and upscale without being pretentious. The same thing can be said about the staff there! Razil and Alice helped me find my dream dress and they were both very sincere and made me feel so comfortable. The staff here isn't just trying to sell you on any dress- they truly want to make your bridal dreams come true and will help you find your dream dress! If you are hesitant- don't be. They have a great selections of styles, brands and sizes. Becoming an #OliviaGraceRealBride was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning! -

I cannot recommend Olivia Grace Bridal enough! The boutique is so well kept, stylish and clean. The dress selections are beautiful with a variety of options, ranging in style and price. While I’m confident all of the stylists are tremendous, I don’t think I could have been paired with a better stylist other than Alice! She really understood what I liked and did an exceptional job pairing accessories that compliment both the dress and my personal style. -

I can't say enough positive words about Razil and her team with Olivia Grace Bridal. Razil met with my mom and I as we discussed my thoughts of my ideal dress. She listened to my preferences and we found my wedding dress that very day! We truly experienced the best customer service at Olivia Grace. Razil's team members are so knowledgeable and sweet! You truly feel as though you're visiting friends any time you go to Olivia Grace. Razil's seamstress is also very talented and took care of my alterations in a short amount of time so we had ample time for bridal portraits. I received so many compliments on my wedding dress and my husband absolutely loved my dress! -

I was pretty skeptical that I would be able to find a dress as quickly as I did. It would not have been possible if not for my consultant Grace at Olivia Grace Bridal! We shopped many different styles but Grace knew that something just wasn't right with the ones I was choosing. She surprised me by bringing in this beautiful mermaid style dress (made me nervous bc I am curvy) and I fell in love instantly with the dress and the price! Bridal moments are real folks and Olivia Grace Bridal helped me have mine! You get to go into your own big room that is completely catered to you and your viewers. Wonderful experience overall! -

I originally went to another bridal boutique but they didn’t have the style of dresses I was looking for so they referred me to Olivia Grace. They squeezed me in to their schedule that same day and it was a great experience. Grace was so sweet and accommodating! They scheduled me in for a second appointment the next day and I found my dream dress. They have a VARIETY of dresses to choose from. Very clean and cute boutique! -

Amazing Bridal Shop
This dress shop was amazing from the small details of the beautiful atmosphere to the superior and professional customer service. I drove 2 hours to San Antonio to visit 4 dress shops and Oliva Grace was my last appointment of the day. Not only did I find my dress at Olivia Grace, I received the best service of all 4 shops I visited. Bianca was the girl who helped me during my appointment and she is absolutely the best. She listed to what I wanted, stayed in my budget and was patient and did not rush me like other shops. I highly recommend this shop to all brides !! -

I am from Corpus Christi, and took a day trip to San Antonio to look for my wedding dress. I tried two other places before Olivia Grace, and I was so discouraged. My best friend and I walked in without an appointment, but we were not turned away. She immediately pulled a handful of dresses in my size, even though they were working an appointment. I told Alice I wanted something with sleeves, and lo and behold she pulled out THE ONE. She was so helpful through everything! I love my dress, and cannot wait for it to arrive! -

Responsiveness and quality I gave 4 stars bc I had booked my apt for 10am but they had me down for 11. BUT the manager made up for it and gave me a discount off of my dress. This is a cute little shop that was very welcoming. They had complimentary water AND champagne! Grace was super friendly and helped me find the perfect dress after explaining to her what I liked. The prices were decently priced and the dresses were all super cute! -

Loved the Dress
I loved my dress from Olivia Grace. The experience was good, the boutique is super cute, and the ladies here sure knows how to make you feel good. The only thing I'd recommend for future brides is go to DB or some other bridal store get your measurements and don't let anyone persuade you to get a bigger size (if its not necessary)... I basically would've been fine with a smaller size (also I work out so of course I was going to lose weight not gain) but they ordered up really big just so I can pay $900+ in alterations. I booked an appointment to try on dresses and was excited because this shop was the “what you see on tv” experience. We were running two minutes late so I called to let them know. They said everything was fine. We get there and waiting over 45 minutes past our appointment time because the bride before went over. They came out and said they were cleaning the room, and this was 10 minutes after our appointment was set to start. We didn’t see them again until my mom was really getting frustrated and went in after 40 minutes of sitting, not knowing what was going on. My family was in from out of town and I had another appointment to get to. Thank goodness I had a dress in mind from another shop and it did set the tone for the appointment. They told us we could pull dresses while the bride was still in her appointment because it was getting closer to an hour late. Had no idea price points, and as they were being put back it was crazy confusing. The appointment did change drastically when the lady assigned to my appointment began to assist. She explained what happened but it did give me a bad taste. She was wonderful though! Appointment time was 2 and I don’t believe I had my first dress on until after 3:30. I wish I could remember the ladies name because she did turn the visit around. I ultimately did not buy a dress there and really Hope next time they recommend the bride before, comes back because it was unfair and unprofessional.Olivia Grace Bridal's reply:
Hi Katie, thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry we let you down. You are completely right, you should have never been kept waiting so long. That is not how we conduct our business, and unfortunately it was a rare occurrence.
We set aside two hours for each bride to make sure no one feels rushed and sometimes we are faced with having to find the balance between not rushing our current bride and starting with the next appointment and we are so sorry we missed the mark this time.
You have provided us with invaluable feedback that we will take to heart and we will take the necessary steps to make sure this never happens again to another bride.
We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your time with Sarah. Congratulations on finding your dress, and again, we so apologize for letting you down.
