Olivia and her team absolutely blew us away for our June 18, 2021 wedding! My husband and I had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to COVID19 and we were worried about losing vendors, up-charges, etc. Olivia was an absolute pleasure to work with when changing our date to 2021. Everything was seamless! Olivia is very sweet and helpful. She responded to my multiple, random question emails almost immediately each and every time! When meeting to pick our flowers, we were so happy with the prices. We were able to get exactly what we wanted within budget and Olivia even supported us in showing us ways to help us with our goal. On our wedding day, we wanted to be sure the flower arch was finished at a specific time so we could take our family photos in front of it. She delivered!!! I was left speechless by the work she did for our ceremony and our reception. The flowers were something straight out of a fairytale. The arch brought me to tears and it was as if she took all of my flower dreams and made them a reality. She was such a pleasure to see in person on site after she finished setting up for our wedding. It's so clear that this is her calling. She was smiling ear to ear when we met her and saw the joy on our faces. Olivia cares deeply about making her clients happy and she has such a talent and passion for flowers. She made our flower dreams come true and I have no doubt she can do the same for all other couples out there who are planning a wedding. Meet her, hire her, be amazed. You won't regret it!!

Olivia exceeded our expectations for our May 2026 wedding. The combination of real plus silk florals was perfect. She is so attentive to details and so responsive. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process. We received so many compliments on our arch, sweetheart table, and bridal bouqets. I can't recommend her enough! -

Everything I Wanted!
Olivia is great! I wanted something very simple for my wedding flowers as my knowledge of flowers isn't very extensive. Olivia was able to recreate the inspo pictures I sent her and everything looked exactly the way I imagined. The silk flowers were so much more affordable as I wasn't looking to spend an exorbitant amount of money on flowers. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. Olivia was sure to answer all of my questions quickly throughout the process. Everything looked beautiful and I couldn't have been more happy! -

Wonderful experience!!
Wow, Olivia was beyond talented! We met with her a few months before the wedding and I had no idea how to explain what my vision was, she took her time to make sure I was fully understood. My bouquet was so gorgeous (I think it weighed 20lbs) people still talk about how it was the most beautiful bouquet!! She made sure to utilize our flowers the most efficiently, using our centerpieces to line the aisles and then moving them inside along with our arch that was behind us at the altar and later behind us during our reception.

My husband and I got married on September 21, 2025, at Minerals Hotel in Vernon, NJ, and we are so grateful we had Olivia Floral Designs as our florist. Olivia was an absolute joy to work with!! She was so responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely excited to bring our vision to life.
From our first meeting, Olivia listened carefully to our ideas and color scheme, and her eye for design is simply unmatched. She executed everything with absolute perfection and even surprised us with extra flower petals outside of our contract, which she used to beautifully decorate our aisle. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the ceremony even more special.
Olivia also transformed the ceiling of our open-air pavilion reception space with her incredible floral design. It was absolutely stunning and truly took our breath away. The flower wall she set up for our photobooth was also PHENOMENAL!! And another huge hit!! Guests are still talking about how gorgeous everything looked.
We cannot recommend Olivia enough. She is talented beyond words, so easy to work with, and truly made our wedding day magical!!!!! -

When I first starting the journey of wedding planning, I had no idea what I was doing or what needed to be done and I especially had no clue what to do when it came to hiring a florist. I knew I had somewhat of a vision of what I wanted for our big day but some of the floral prices were outrageous and it was kind of defeating. Then, I found Olivia on the Knot!!!
From the second we started chatting, I knew we would choose her as our florist. We had a zoom call, discussed my vision and she immediately put my mind at ease. After countless changes to what we wanted for the big day, Olivia continued to roll with everything, updating our contract within the hour so we can stay on budget. She was absolutely amazing!! Her communication is excellent. I think I easily have 50 emails with her and she never made me feel like I was bothering her at all! She was always happy to help or make changes when needed which made me feel so comfortable reaching out to her.
Fast forward to the big day and I was blown away!! Every inspo pic that I sent to her was done exactly the same, if not better!! She truly made our wedding day a dream come true and we couldn't be more happy with our choice! Olivia is truly the best!!! BRIDES, YOU NEED TO HIRE HER FOR YOUR BIG DAY!

We worked with Olivia Floral Design this last weekend. She was so helpful from beginning to end. i used olivia and her team for my wedding at the crystal plaza on 7.14.24 and i have nothing but great things to say about them. Olivia was so great emailing with me back and forth answering all of my questions that i had. My main point of the wedding i wanted was the chuppah and it was stunning full of babies breath and white roses. We even moved our ceremony inside last minute to do the heat and she was so helpful and provided us a rental structure for our chuppah and she was able to do the same exact thing we wanted, but inside. my centerpieces were also beautiful and exactly what i wanted and they stood out in the room just enough. I definitely recommend Olivia and her team! -

Wonderful florals!
I cannot say enough good things about Olivia! She brought my entire vision of a dark, gothic romantic vibe to my wedding and even went above and beyond to fulfill my dream of having crystals in my bouquets. We still get compliments on our flowers and so many guests took some home at the end of our wedding. I cannot say enough about Olivia's Floral Designs! I didn't think that flowers would be one of my biggest "wow" moments from our wedding, but I have truly never seen such stunning florals in my life! So many of our guests went out of their way to mention how beautiful they were and were clamoring at the end of the night to try and take them home.
Working with Olivia was amazing - she is patient and truly takes the time to understand your vision. She met with me both virtually and in-person to ensure that my vision came to life. Her and her team were flexible and made sure that the day ran smoothly, keeping a team member there to transition our ceremony arch decor to our sweetheart table. Her pricing is incredibly reasonable considering many of the other designers I reached out to. Overall, I would recommend Olivia to anyone and everyone - do yourself a favor and book today!! -

Highly recommend Olivia Floral Designs! I found Olivia after researching florists online that were local to my venue. We initially met over a year prior to my wedding on 11/11/23 at her office. Olivia really brought my vision to life, was so responsive every time I had a question or wanted to change something, and built my package exactly within my budget. So many of my thoughts changed within that year and Olivia was there to work with me each and every time. We met in person, we zoomed, we spoke on the phone, and texted which was great for me because I live so far from my venue. My florals were grander and nicer than I could have ever expected. The centerpieces, bouquets, and bud vases all came out STUNNING. I highly recommend Olivia because she is fantastic and you will not be disappointed. -

Great experience!
I was left speechless with Olivia's work on 10/15 for our wedding. I heard of Olivia's work through a friend who used her. I did not know what to expect at first but Olivia's work was exceptional. She took time to understand our vision, she was patient, kind and assertive to all our needs. Flowers are a big project in a wedding that come with lot of detail and Olivia went above and beyond. Best florist I would recommend to anyone & now my sister will use her next year for her wedding. -

Olivia is the best!!!
I recently got married at The Madison Hotel in Morristown.
Since the conservatory at the Madison is such a beautiful room on its own, I wanted to keep the florals simple. I talked to a couple florists and was absolutely floored by some of the prices.
I am so so so glad I found Olivia Floral Designs!! Olivia was so friendly and easy to work with & plan out all of the arrangements with. She also accommodated the small changes I made closer to the date. I sent her inspo based on her work at the Madison and had no worries that she would be able to make everything beautiful!
But what she created went far above my expectations! The arrangement she created for our sweetheart table left me speechless. It was truly above and beyond what I envisioned. My bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were also so beautiful. I purchased the floating candles separately, and she set them up for me along with her floral and greenery arrangements. She also provided the florals for the memorial table and cake.

Olivia is an extremely talented florist, was accommodative and flexible through the wedding planning process, and highly responsive and attentive to our needs! We highly recommend hiring her for your wedding or event!
We were married in September 2023 at the Treasury at Felina in Ridgewood, NJ. When we were searching for wedding florists in the area, we were turned-off by other florists due to their exceptionally high rates or poor attitudes until we met Olivia.
From our initial inquiry, Olivia has been willing to inform us and educate us on the florist industry, while respecting our wishes and intentions and never pushing us to spend beyond our means. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Olivia, and we greatly appreciated her flexibility and responsiveness throughout the wedding planning process. Because our wedding venue is cool, modern, and occasionally hosts black-tie corporate events, Olivia’s vision and hard work added warmth and depth to the space (please see photos).
In terms of creating and preserving wedding memories, it’s most important for brides to love their hair, makeup, dress, and florals as these are the elements most captured in wedding photos and can elevate any photo backdrop. Our wedding photos are stunning and worthy of a bridal magazine, because of Olivia’s floral designs! We highly recommend you book for her your wedding or next event! -

Beautiful Wedding Flowers
Olivia created the floral arrangements for our wedding ceremony, the floral centerpieces for our reception, the bouquets, boutonnieres, and flowers for the cake décor. Everything was absolutely GORGEOUS. My bridesmaids and I LOVED our bouquets and our guests commented on how full and beautiful the centerpieces were. The arrangements for the ceremony were lovely and truly made the room so much more elegant. We were lucky enough to have a long engagement where we could meet with multiple vendors to pick who shared our vision and compare pricing. I had looked at 2 other florists/event designers before meeting with Olivia. From the first meeting with Olivia I knew she was going to be able to give us exactly what we wanted. She was at first VERY accommodating of my schedule, meeting with me and staying late as that worked best for my schedule. I went with my best friend and she didn’t mind the many questions we had regarding colors and flowers. When she suggested a ceremony backdrop that didn’t fit my vision she took no offense when I said no and then suggested the perfect arch that included drapery and twinkling lights for our night outdoor ceremony. I was absolutely STUNNED at how beautiful our ceremony space was due to the work Olivia had put in. The candles and rose petals that lined the stairs and aisle made for such a romantic setting for our beautiful ceremony. Nothing could prepare me for our reception space though. Olivia took everything I asked for and just absolutely perfected it. Since our wedding was a night wedding in October we wanted warm burgundy’s, blushes and ivories with lots of candle light and our room was STUNNING. Our estate tables had beautiful bridge centerpieces where she hung globe candles. Our arch florals were placed on our sweetheart table with the tiered candles underneath. Each of our other tables had tall centerpieces on thin stands that allowed our guests to continue to speak to their table-mates across the way. I am so glad I decided early on to preserve my bouquet because the work Olivia did on our flowers, boutonnières, and corsages was impeccable. It stayed beautiful all night throughout lots of movement and throwing my arms up in celebration. Without Olivia I’m not sure if our beautiful day would have been quite as gorgeous. Olivia, thank you for everything you did and the hard work you put in leading up to and on the day of our wedding. We are so appreciative of your beautiful work! -

Outstanding florals
Olivia was absolutely fantastic! We have her our floral vision and she executed it even more incredibly than we could have ever imagined. We had her do our ceremony arch, corsages, boutonnières, bouquets, centerpieces, and fountain florals and when we saw the final product I thought I was walking around in a magical flower garden. She went above and beyond! The fountain florals she did absolutely wowed me and I was Speechless! The florals on the ceremony arch she later put on our sweetheart table and I made Everything look so fairytale-esque and Romantic!
Olivia was also accommodating throughout the year up for the wedding when we needed to add things to our contract. She was quick to answer our emails and offer solutions or suggestions to our needs all of which we went with.
I cannot Recommend Olivia and her services more! If you want an amazing florist for your wedding or other big events she is the one to get! -

Absolutely amazing!
Olivia is absolutely amazing! My husband and I hired her to decorate our ceremony arch, sweetheart table (repurposed from ceremony arch), a greenery wall backdrop and our table centerpieces. I knew Olivia was going to do a great job, but when I saw her work firsthand on our wedding night I was absolutely blown away! Her work is absolutely stunning, meticulous and unique. We received compliments all night long on her unique hoop centerpieces and our sweetheart table/greenery wall setup. My only regret is not having Olivia do our bouquets. Now that it's been a little over a month since my July 17, 2021 wedding, I can sit and fully process the experience--and Olivia, her vision, and her team made this truly the most beautiful, special day. I came to Olivia just two months before our July wedding. From the moment I first spoke to her on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She is kind, approachable, and importantly for a florist, has an incredible vision. I was planning my wedding from several states away, and only met her once in person just a few weeks before the wedding--but our conversations over the phone and email were incredible and made me relaxed and comfortable. With both her extensive experience of numerous beautiful events, as well as my own half-formed vision (thank you Olivia for your patience as I did not know really anything about flowers), she was able to create something truly unique and perfect. I loved that when I talked about wanting to honor my husband's Puerto Rican heritage, we talked about some tropical flower ideas and she came up with the most beautiful orchid bouquet that I am still getting compliments about. The centerpieces were magnificent and the floral arch for our ceremony a true show-stopper. I was a little sad the day of when the rain quashed our outdoor ceremony plans, but Olivia's beautiful work still give us that feel even within a large indoor room. I also loved that she incorporated the flower arch into an incredible sweetheart table--practical, efficient, and not wasteful. Unlike some other vendors I had researched, Olivia is very upfront about costs and can deliver an amazing event on a variety of budgets. I cannot recommend her strongly enough!!! -

I luckily found Olivia at the last minute for our May 2021 wedding and this was the best thing that could have happened. Not only did she deliver all that we agreed upon, but she blew it out of the water!! The bouquets were absolutely perfect! Days before a few of our centerpieces broke but she made it work and they were beautiful. Before the wedding I made sure to walk through the venue and take everything in and I noticed she created a sweetheart table piece which we were just going to repurpose bouquets for. She also lined the aisle with petals for us. It was all so beautiful and with only a 5 week time line. Amazing florists
Just a few months before our original wedding date, we discovered Olivia in one of the booths in the wedding expo. After a few days of comparing other florists, we scheduled an appointment with her and booked on the same day. During our appointment, she showed us tons of pictures which helped us get an idea of what we wanted as we only had the colors in mind. She was very patient and gave us great advises on the flower arrangements and repurposing of certain flowers to work with our budget. It was easy to contact Olivia if we had any questions or when we had to postpone our wedding day due to Covid.
Olivia did such an amazing job with the flower arrangements that all of our guests complimented how beautiful they were. I was shocked when I walked into the venue as the flowers looked even better in person than in the picture and exceeded my expectations. The set-up looked so elegant and the personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages) were wonderful.
We were very lucky to have Olivia as our awesome florist and definitely recommend her for any of your events!
