Hope is AMAZING! I found her via TikTok and she has been so sweet from our first interaction. The instructions were super easy & straightforward. She kept me up-to-date on everything, from when she got my flowers, to when she was beginning to design, to double-checking that I loved the design. The frame was delivered in such safe packaging and I can't wait to hang it up. I highly recommend Olive Branch Studios if you're looking to preserve your wedding bouquet in a special way. -

Olive Branch Studios was a joy to work with. They had excellent communication, were very professional throughout, and the pressed bouquet turned out beautifully! They asked for feedback throughout the design process (though honestly we were happy with everything they sent us!). We couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. -

Got the most amazing keepsake to remember my wedding day
I was a last minute bride so I was very nervous about not being able to book but Hope was so sweet from the beginning and she got back to me right away. She updated me throughout the whole process, from when the flowers first arrived to her, to letting me know when they were getting pulled from the press, to showing me designs to approve, and finally when to expect the flowers to be shipped back. She was so sweet in every interaction I had with her. I asked her for a redesign and she didn’t even bat an eye before saying “no worries!” After all the stress of the wedding, it was so nice to have someone who made the process feel so effortless and easy. I got married in late March and received my flowers back early June so the turnaround time is not bad at all and honestly seeing the designs that she sends you through emails just made me more excited to get the frame back. The frame was neatly packaged to ensure that it got to me safely. Thank you Hope! 🫶 -

Couldn’t ask for more!
I loved working with Hope from beginning to end. Sweet, helpful and obviously loves her work because what I ordered is beautiful. My daughter’s wedding bouquet was a little droopy but the frame came out just beautiful. Hope communicates along the way and helps design just what you want - even when you are not sure :) -

Absolutely amazing!
Hope is one of a kind and her skills are like any other I’ve ever seen. Absolutely out of this world. I originally inquired to Hope about recreating my wife’s bouquet for our one year anniversary becuausr we both dropped the ball and never got it pressed until now. I loved the 8x8 frames and that design came out breathtaking but I loved it so much I asked about upping it to an 11x11 and she whipped me up a new beautiful design that same afternoon. It now hangs on my wall and will for years to come. I’m forever grateful for Hope and how she helped me literally every step of the way. I’ve referred all my friends and family and I hope you all do too. You will not be disappointed. -

Absolutely Beautiful
I called so many florist shops to try and find someone who could preserve my wedding bouquet and was having no luck. I found florists who could press the greenery and roses, but the tricky part was finding someone who could do the succulents and cactus too. I thought it wouldn’t be possible.
Then I was referred to Olive Branch Studios and cried when she told me she could do it. Even the cactus! I was so excited! She was so wonderful to work with, kept me updated during the whole process and did a beautiful job. I am so thankful to have this beautiful bouquet and memory of our day forever. It is absolutely perfect on our wall. I highly recommend Olive Branch Studios, you will not regret it. -

Hope was a dream to work with. From initially contacting her with questions to her communicating closer to the event and finally completing my project. She sent multiple photos during the process and ensured I'd absolutely loved my frame. Everyone who has seen it loves it as well. It's such a great reminder of the best day. -

Hands down my favorite wedding keepsake
I found Olive Branch Studios on TikTok the two weeks before my wedding and contacted Hope immediately. She was more than willing to fit my order into her schedule last minute. I feel like Hope cared about my bouquet just as much as I did which really made the process special. Her communication was excellent and we spoke multiple times throughout the preservation process and she sent me sneak peek photos which I greatly appreciated. At the last minute I also asked her to preserve my husbands bouquet and she was totally accommodating. My bouquet and his boutonnière preservation pieces were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Hope has an eye for detail and an eye for beautifully arranging the pressed flowers into an artistic display. I’m very very excited to display our wedding flowers in our home. Absolutely recommend wedding floral preservation with Olive Branch Studios for a beautiful keepsake. -

The unreplaceable bridal bouquet not only took much longer to receive than advertised, and communication was spotty at best. Less than 2 months after the finished frame arrived the flowers were covered in mold. A partial refund was supposedly issued through SHOPIFY, the payment processing vendor, which I never received. Not only does my daughter no longer have her cherished bouquet, I am out the 400+ I spent with this vendor. Think twice before choosing this company, and NEVER use Shop Pay/ SHOPIFY. -

I was so excited to get my wedding bouquet preserved in the letter of my new last name. I sent in my blooms with no problems and got a prompt email that they had been received. That was the best part of the entire experience. The process took months longer than what was outlined in their PDF that was sent to me; they did not even slightly follow the procedure in said PDF -- I never had a chance to look over the frame; when the frame did finally arrive, it was not nearly what I was expecting -- The letter was not neat and it was nothing like the reference photos that I sent (after being approved of the design); they ended up charging me for the extra flowers that they decided that they could not use (again, after they told me that they could do what I originally wanted) -- and these extra blooms had the wrong address on them and therefore was sent back and forth across the country via USPS which I have still not received; they are currently refusing to do much of anything to correct the issues over my actual wedding bouquet! The overall lack of clear communication and understanding has been extremely frustrating as well as the lack of quality that I was expecting for a keepsake of the best day of my life. -

15 month turnaround with sloppy finishes
My wife booked Olive Branch to preserve our wedding flowers a few weeks before our wedding on April 27, 2024. We were excited to support a small, woman-owned business, however looking back we would have chosen a different vendor. The TLDR: do not book Olive Branch if you want to receive your product in a reasonable amount of time. Their communications team will blame most issues on the customer and not take any responsibility themselves.
Our biggest issue with their service was the overall timeline. Our wedding was at the end of April and we mailed our flowers the Monday after, expecting the entire process to take 6-8 months based on the information they provided on their website (perfectly in time for Christmas presents that year). By the time we received our final products it was July 14, 2025, about 15 months after our wedding. Nowhere in this process did they state that it was taking longer than expected nor did they apologize for the difference in the expected timeline. Instead, they blamed us for the delay. One of the pieces was meant for my father-in-law, who passed away a month before we received the frames and was never able to see the final product that should have been here 7 months ago.
What made the timeline even more frustrating was the communication style and frequency. We often had to reach out for updates about our order after waiting weeks or months to hear back. When we expressed that we weren’t quite pleased with the first designs and asked for revisions we were told they would get to work on it, but then a month later we were asked to pay an additional fee to supplement the flowers due to the number of frames we had purchased. They had our flowers and our order for 10 months at that point, why was that not flagged sooner? The way they communicated this made us feel at fault for something they should have caught either when they received our flowers or when they were done being pressed, not months after the fact.
We finally were able to approve the final design on 4/24/2025, a few days shy of a full year after our wedding, but we still did not receive the frames until 7/14/2025. When we did receive them, there was a prominent barcode on one of the pieces behind the frame that was visible from the front even in their own photos. This was after their lengthy, 6 week long “quality” check. They offered for us to send the frames back, but after waiting nearly 15 months we were not willing to let this company touch our flowers again. When we reached out they stated that the barcodes were unavoidable and some designs made it more prominent than others–again blaming us and the design we approved rather than taking accountability for their error and sloppiness. -

Disappointing experience
I dropped my flowers off to Olive Branch Studios on 5/28/25. When starting this process, they do communicate that this process will take about 8-10 months to complete. In November (11/19/25) they emailed me a photo of my “design preview” and I replied approving it the same day. In January (1/8/26) I reached back out to see if there was an approximate date of completion, and they stated that all may brides should be finished by the end of the month. February 25, I sent another email as I still had not heard anything and the I received the email that my flowers were ready to be picked up. The product I picked up looked messy and unfinished compared to the design preview I was sent. I reached back out and asked if it could be corrected and while they did say they would fix it, the hours of operation changed to 10-2, and it’s hard to communicate with them. After emailing back and forth and not being able to successfully set a day up for drop off, I did try to just go during business hours to drop off (3/26/26) and it seemed as though nobody was there.
Overall, very disappointing experience. -
