The best place you could ever find, includes everything, limo, DJ, catering, workers, video Grapher, photographer, cake, decorations, flowers. Everything, if anything is needed he will direct you to the right people. Ask for Juan Carlos, tell him Yuni sent you -

I had my daughter’s fifteens at Olga’s Banquet Hall, and it was the best decision ever. The entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely EXCELLENT! The entire staff was very professional, very caring, catered to everyones needs at all times. I highly recommend this banquet hall to everyone! It was a dream come true. -

Chandelle Sent on 07/27/2017Juan Carlos who manages the place was polite, accommodating, and willing to work with me. My wedding was very last minute, so I appreciate and I'm humble. The only complaint I have is the servers, none of the kids got cake, they threw out most of the cake actually which I found out two days later when my mother/ wedding planner told me. The food was delicious, the setting was great. All was well. Olga was pleasant as well. -

Horrible experience for my first child’s baby shower. We were fortunate enough that the manager (Mariah) was onsite while the even took place or we would’ve been in trouble. Illusions Banquet Hall was referred to my wife and I by an attorney in Doral who happened to be at our event. For our guests/family to walk in and our professional maternity shoot picture not be displayed is unacceptable. Our guests were calling and texting our phones asking if they were in the right location. To add, the woman who custom made our cake topper rushed to ensure we had it in time for the event. Why was it not on the cake when I dropped it off a week in advance? Our guests and family were looking forward to Carrot Cake that I paid an extra $75 on top of the expensive rate for the venue. Illusions Banquet Hall was quick to take my money and promise me the moon and stars but the service was poor. Lastly, how do they have a Cuban staff member disrespecting my wife’s Cuban family? How do you mistreat your own people and have a nasty attitude at a baby shower? Also, disrespect her colleagues she works with? Don’t get me started on the DJ. My mother-in-law went to the DJ booth to request a song and he acted like he had no idea what he was doing or what she was requesting. Mind you, he was Cuban too and speaks Spanish. This entire experience was a mess and the food was not good like the other reviews said. The chicken was way too dry. I will never do business with this company again and I recommend you find some place else because it’s too much money for lackluster service!!!
