    Amazing and unique for our guests

    Great and unique experience for our wedding guests who were given an impromptu tour of Boston between the ceremony and reception. Guests raved about the fun added to the day! Kim at Old Town Trolley so accommodating and responsive to our needs. Can’t rate them highly enough!

    Haunted Trolley Tour a Breeze

    The Framingham History Center hired OTTB for our Halloween event, the Haunted Trolley Tour, which required 4 Stadium trolleys to drive across Framingham for 45 minute tours. The trolley drivers were exceptional and working with Kim V. was a breeze. Kim made sure the trolley portion of our event went off without a hitch. We look forward to working with OTTB again soon.

    Exceptional!

    Boston trolly helped to make the day very special! I was making all these arrangements from out of town and it was excellent! The Trolleys (we had 2) took the guest from hotel to church and then to venue and back to the hotel again. All the guest really enjoyed the experience!

    June wedding 2022

    Had a great experience. Lots of fun and excitement going to and from the church /venue. Old Town Trolley was responsive when we had an issue with one trolley that had a mechanical problem. Thanks Kim!

    Fun and affordable transportation!

    Old Town Trolley was the perfect transportation option for our June wedding! They were much more affordable compared to other options and tons of fun. We loved having the old school trolley as part of our day, and it was fun to drive around the city and see lots of smiles from people on the streets. The Molly trolley was perfect for escorting our wedding party (4 bridesmaids, 4 groomsmen, 4 parents, 2 grandparents, and a few other folks) from our hotel, to the ceremony in Brookline, downtown to the Boston Common for photos, and back to the reception in Cambridge. The driver was friendly and dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. He even was kind enough to turn around when we realized that we were going to get a ticket for parking our car in the wrong spot in Brookline. Kim V was super helpful in coordinating the whole day and was flexible as we were deciding where we wanted to take our photos. We highly recommend Old Town Trolley!

    Excellent service and clean fun Trollys

    We got 2 trolleys for my daughter wedding !
    Sue drove the Bridal party trolly which I was in and she was great!! So helpful thoughtful snd kind! Knew what was important to us snd made it happen, gettin us right up front to church during the fisherman’s feast, that is almost impossible to do! Thank you Sue!
    Also Kim organized everything perfectly and was wonderful to work with, she answered my questions snd emails quickly and completely! Thank you Kim!

    There was also another trolly driver but I didn’t have the opportunity to meet her but I have heard only good things!

    Reliable and fun wedding transportation!

    I booked 6 trolleys for 3 hours to bring 250 wedding guests and bridal party to and from the ceremony/venue in Boston. They did a great job keeping to my timeline and getting everyone to the destination safely, reliably and efficiently. The trolley coordinator was vital to the smoothness of the day. The trolleys also made for a fun ride through the city and photo op for everyone!

    We used Old Towne Trolley to transport our wedding party and all of our guests from our reception venue in downtown Boston to our ceremony in Brookline and back. The trolleys arrived on time, did an expert job navigating the crowded street outside of our venue and the church and we later found out that the drivers even gave our guests an impromptu tour of Boston on the trip back to the reception venue! Multiple guests said how great the tour was and what a fun addition that was to the return trip. These drivers truly went above and beyond!

    These guys were great! We used them for shuttling the bridal party and wedding guests to and from hotel and museum (we did everything in one location). Leslie was fabulous, responsive, and this place is much more budget friendly than going through a wedding fleet company or limo company - we compared extensively. Our driver was also on time (minus one snafu thanks to the Jets team staying at our hotel the night of our wedding - obviously not the trolley's fault). I would highly recommend these orange and green trolleys if getting married anywhere in eastern Massachusetts!

    We used them for our wedding party transportation from church to our reception (and stopped to get photos in the Boston Garden).

    Great vendor to work with-- good pricing, on time, and flexible when one member of our wedding party disappeared and we had to wait and block half of Charles Street with the trolley :) Made for fun photos and a memorable ride!

    We used Old Town Trolley for transportation for our rehearsal dinner and again to transport our wedding guests back and forth from the ceremony. Bob, our driver called when they arrived and everything went seamlessly. My aunt accidentally left her camera on the trolley and Bob put the camera aside so that we could claim it. They even delivered the camera to my aunt's hotel on Monday since she did not have transportation. That is wonderful service that goes above and beyond!

    We used Old Town Trolley on the day of our wedding to transport the wedding party around Boston to take pictures. I worked with Leslie prior to our wedding, and we worked out a detailed schedule of locations, and everything went smoothly the day of our wedding. Our wedding party had a great time listening to music as the driver took them around the city, and our driver was very professional and flexible. Overall, we had a great experience using Old Town Trolley for wedding transportation.

    This was so incredibly fun! Not only was I excited to have my wedding, but pulling up in a trolley was a blast! My bridesmaids loved going from the house to the church and then the whole bridal party from the church to the reception. It was so much fun! Our driver's name was Bear and he was an incredibly good sport for putting up with photo ops, arrival times, Newton Corner, and a trolley full of singing girls! I'm so happy we went with this company and they were fantastic!

    We had 2 drivers for the day of shuttle service and for a next day tour of Boston and both were perfectly professional and delivered exactly what we were looking for. Michael was our day of wedding driver and he was very tasteful, respectful and accommodating. We had hired OTT to drive us to the ceremony, the reception and then provide shuttle service to & from the hotel and reception site and Michael subtly won over all of our guests to the point where they were willingly and without being solicited, going out of their way to bring him food or drink because he was so nice to them.

    I can not for the life of me remember our Saturday driver, but she was excellent, friendly, humorous and a great tour guide. My father said it was his best experience ever in Boston and he's been here a lot. To me that says something huge when your pops gives a raving review. He always drives when he comes to town and he loved seeing Boston from a different point of view and seeing non-traditional (not just Fenway Park or TD Banknorth Garden), yet historic sites. She even stopped and let us hit up a food truck b/c those are presently popular and our out of town guests hadn't seen or experienced them before.

    Thumbs up all the way.

    Plus the lady on the phone, was super helpful and flexible. She was very experienced working with people's budgets and did her best to help us get both experiences (shuttle and next day tour), though we had to compromise as well to make it a win-win.

    I would hire them again.

    Do not hire

    I will preface this review with the fact the company did resolve the issue by refunding me for their poor service but as someone that relied heavily on reviews for booking my wedding vendors I think it's important to be transparent for future brides. The day before my wedding I emailed the company to confirm that logistics were all set for the day of which they confirmed they were and that the driver would even be there 15-20 minutes early to pick up my husband - which proved not to be true. The driver was 30 minutes late to pick up my husband and the groomsmen so they had to take Ubers to the ceremony to ensure they were there on time. When the trolley did arrive to pick up those that were remaining, she had a non-apologetic attitude about being late and didn't seem to care. After the ceremony, the driver told the wedding party they could not have alcohol on the trolley because we did not purchase a liquor permit, although we did - she then decided to contact the main office who confirmed that we did have a liquor license. Myself and my husband went in a separate car to meet the wedding party at the photos location. After 20 minutes of waiting for them, we received a call that the trolley driver brought the wedding party to the wrong photo location even though multiple people on the trolley told her she was going to the wrong location and she refused to listen. The trolley eventually arrived but it brought our schedule behind 45 minutes and caused us to lose out on photos we should've been able to take. Other things that happened that weren't as important but something to keep in mind is that they did not have USB/AUX cord to hookup our music (even though they said they would) and would not let us open the plastic on the windows when it was over 80 degrees out... Like I said in the beginning of the review, the company was responsive and apologetic for our experience and gave us a refund but unfortunately no amount of money can compensate for the stress that was caused and time that was lost. At bare minimum, transportation is supposed to be reliable and that is not what was offered by this company.
