  Just book them!

  Everything about the Union is perfect. From the moment we booked them, to the end of our wedding night, we were on cloud 9 with the service we received. Cindy and Sherry were phenomenal to work with! Sherry was our coordinator and made the whole planning process a breeze.
  
  Now for the food....you will not be disappointed in choosing the university's catering team for your special event! We chose the prime rib plated option with gratin potatoes and green beans almondine and our guests are still raving about it. It was perfection and I can't recommend the courtyard and ballroom enough for anyone planning a special event! Thank you so much to Sherry and her team!

  This was the perfect place for our wedding reception. The staff was super accommodating and willing to make all my dreams a reality. Cindy is super amazing to work with!

  We had an excelled anniversary part in the OU Union Ballroom. The OU Catering team made a custom menu for me and even used some of my own recipes. We were extremely happy with the service and value.

  Wonderful! They helped every step of the way. The Kerr McGee Stadium club was wonderful for a large reception! The staff is easy to work with and will take care of everything.

  We searched for quite a while to find the venue for the reception. The Molli Shi Ballroom at OU was perfect. It was large enough for the number of people. Cathy helped us reserve the room and pick out the catering that we would need for the reception. The cost was quite a bit less than most. We had the room from 7am to midnight so it was perfect.

  Very beautiful set up and great food. A bit pricey, but because we had the reception at OU we had to use their catering services, so they can mark up their prices (for example, a keg of beer was nearly $200). Serving staff was very professional.

  We were hitched in the courtyard by the student union, that was gorgeous, reception inside and it looked great too. I would have liked to see my coordinator there to help us set up but they dont work weekends, you are on your own with the grounds crew, if they are even there, so we had to move tables, set up things. A bit pricey but there are some beautiful spots on campus... and this coming from a Longhorn :)
